Design methodology of the controller circuit for a highly efficient class D Amplifiers (D급 증폭기를 위한 제어회로의 설계)

  • This paper presents the methods of designing the control circuits for a Class D amplifier to have a peak performance. The proposed approach is based on the three functional components - a carrier generator, a feedback circuit and a dead-time circuit. First the analog signal is applied to the controller, which outputs the 3 level PWM waveform. The controller used for this experiment is made of the operational amplifier and the logic circuit. The experimental results show that the control circuit performs with satisfaction and its output is proportional to input audio signal, providing a satisfactory 3 level PWM pattern. From this design methodology, by implementing a proposed control circuit we can achieve the efficient Class D amplifier using the half-bridge, full-bridge or push-pull topology at the output stage.

The Mediation Effect of Collaboration on Supply Chain Performance: Mobile Networks Industry in Korea (공급사슬과 성과에 대한 협업의 매개효과에 관한 연구: 이동통신산업의 구매사-공급사를 중심으로)

  • In supply chains, collaboration between buyer and supplier can improve firms' ability of supply chains to their objectives and competitive advantages. A key factor in collaboration in supply chain is to identify buyer relationships and supply relationships as antecedents of the factor collaboration. We analyzed data collected from buyers and suppliers sampled from a mobile networks industry in Korea and found that the level of collaboration comes from strong relationships between two parties and the collaboration enhances the supply chain performances. However, buyer relationships and supplier relationships have indirect impacts on trading partners' performance through collaboration whereas both have direct impacts on one's performance. Therefore to enhance supply chain performances, supplier's operational efficiency and buyer satisfaction, firms of buyers and suppliers should consider pursuing practical and substantial collaboration along with buyer-supplier relationships.

  • The city of 'G' has been made a number of achievements with its science program as a part of public library's cultural program during the last 5 years. Recently, the national science centre has been established in the same city, the debate is now needed whether the science program in the public library have reasons to be maintained or to be reduced. The aim of this research is on the operating strategies of the science program in the public library. The research methods include case studies of operational strategies in domestic and foreign science centre, the level of satisfaction of local citizen on the science program, the vision of science program in the advancement of public library in the $21^{st}$ century. In results, the research proposes that the science program in public library should be maintained, but with locally characterised programs. In addition, the study also advised on the provision of scientific information, the strengthened search functions, and the development of user-centred services for those in science fields.

  • As the competition of 21 cyber universities in Korea has been on a continual increase, they are focusing on improving the quality of the e-learning education in cyber universities. In this study, we intended to derive the failure factors of the previous chatting system in the 2010s and the success factors from previous studies. Next, we identified priorities among five factors(Reliability, UI Convenience, Usability, Network effect, Operational policy) using AHP and the practical ways to implement the chatting service. We applied the chatting system to all the curriculums of S cyber university. Our study finds that the chat service affects the satisfaction of education. Finally, we propose the utilization plan to improve the e-learning education of cyber university through the findings of this research.

Individual Factors Influence on Client Involvement: the Case Construction Projects in Saudi Arabia

  • Lack of client involvement in construction of public projects has been identified as the main cause of many operational problems. Clients need to perform their roles and responsibilities effectively and efficiently at the right time and through the use of correct methods in order to have the optimum involvement required during all the construction project phases, namely, the planning, design, construction, handover, and operation and maintenance phase. This paper investigates the influence of clients' individual factors on their involvement in construction project delivery. A questionnaire survey was distributed to various government agencies of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Explanatory Factory Analysis was performed to group nineteen individual factors. The factor analysis result suggests that the individual factors that can involve clients' involvement in construction projects can be grouped into five, which are: adequacy of knowledge and experience for decision making in the early stage of design; ability to communicate clearly; job satisfaction; personal skills; and expertise in design and construction.

  • Due to IT(information technology) development, various ITs have been applied to tourism. Since June 2010, PDA guide service was launched in Kyungbok palace. This study tried to find how effectively the service is operated by comparing flow, satisfaction and reuse intention of PDA users with those of who have received guide service by professional interpreter. The result indicates that those who have received professional interpretation showed to be more involved, satisfied and have more intention to reuse. The paper explored the composing factors of PDA guide service, which are 'interpretation', 'design', 'ease of use', and 'stability of operation'. Among these factors, interpretation was analyzed to be only factor what affects users' involvement and also most influential attribute explaining users' satisfaction and reuse intention. 'Interpretation', 'stability' and 'ease of use' are shown to have impact on satisfaction, while 'interpretation' and 'stability' have significant effect on users' reuse intention of PDA guide service. The operational implications from these results are suggested.

  • The purpose of this study is to induce a indicator related to the response, handling and management which are appeared on each step of business enforcement in Reconstruction projects. Then, it aims to appropriately and reasonably resolve the conflicts of reconstruction business with relevant subjects. These projects physician satisfaction and continual business was going to have the impact that any analysis of the structure in an evaluation. In addition, this study analyzes the impact structure on the business satisfaction and a intention for continuous business through this evaluation. This study sets a operational hypothesis in order to verify the relationship between the variables. then, it creates the structural model by using the Smart PLS 3.0. After analyzing the impact structure, this study adopts the final Five hypothesis which shows (+) path coefficient as set in the hypothesis and test statistic above 1.65. then, The 'Approval for union establishment(H1)' has a path coefficient of 0.127. In addition, the 'Approval for business enforcement(H2)' has a path coefficient of 0.343. The 'Management and disposition plan(H4)' has a path coefficient of 0.145. and the 'External Factors(H6)' has a path coefficient of 0.124. Finally, The 'satisfaction of business' which affects the 'intention for continuous business(H7)' has a path coefficient of 0.727.

  • Network security performance evaluation is a complex and diverse system environments, a single, specific performance measurements alone performance evaluation measure itself and the meaning of the reliability of the evaluation results do not limit the number of days only. In this paper, we propose a method to measure the security features of security, QoS measurement techniques using MOS satisfaction. MOS(Mean Opinion Score) Rating specifications for network security, QoS satisfaction and how to operate the development and operational model for future customer's satisfaction for information systems that can be used to evaluate the QoS measurement/analysis be utilized in the field. Objectified in the form of standards and performance measurement system provider (supplier development) and consumers(users) all the results available so that how to develop a system. Development is the development of information security features, the performance of these two features networking capabilities and a comprehensive evaluation of a three-gaeyoungyeok Correlating performance measurement methodology. Systematic measurement environment designed using the proposed methodology of this study, when the operating system is on the satisfaction of the security, QoS can be calculated.   • Government organizations (including police, prosecutor, and Financial Supervisory Service) and programs to uncover or prevent from insurance crime are not well developed. However, insurance crime are increasing among not only private insurances such as life insurance, indemnity insurance, and auto insurance but also public insurances including national health insurance and industrial accident compensation insurance. The damages of crimes are serious in both economical and ethical perspectives. Insurance crime deteriorates a current account of insurance companies and the leakages due to insurance fraud worsen loss ratio. Consequently, insurance crime increases customers' costs of insurance. For this reason, insurance companies stated to establish Special Investigation Unit(SIU) to detect insurance crime and fraud by themselves. However, organizational and operational efficiencies are limited. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between work environment factors, perception of insurance crime and job satisfaction among Special Investigation Units. Therefore, this study investigated the perception of work environments of Special Investigation Units. In addition, this study examined how their work environments and general perception of insurance crime influence their job satisfaction. In order test the purpose of this study, reliability test, exploratory factor analysis(EFA), multiple regression were employed. The results of this study suggested that clarity of insurance company, distress/difficulty of resolve, compensation, perception of work pressure are statistically significant on jab satisfaction among Special Investigation Unit in South Korea. This exploratory study expected to contribute to understanding of Special Investigation Unit, and their insurance crime prevention system. The results from this analysis will be examined in light of previous findings and policy implications discussed.

Factors influencing Turnover Intention of Customized Home Health Care Nurse (보건소 방문간호사의 이직의도와 관련요인)

  • Objective: The purpose of this research was to define the factors influencing turnover intention of customized home health care nurses. Methods: Research participants were 237 nurses who worked in the customized home health care of 33 public health centers in Daegu city and Gyeong-Buk Province. The data were collected by self report questionnaires from July, 1 to August, 30, 2011. The data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, correlation coefficient, multiple stepwise regression using the SPSS program. Results: The average score for turnover intention was 3.12 (5 score) and job satisfaction was 2.41 (4 score). The scores for sub-categories of job satisfaction were operational factors, 1.99, personnel factors, 2.03, work factors, 2.64 and relationship factors, 3.04. Marital status, religion, visiting nurses career, employment status, work area were the significant factors related to turnover intention in these subjects. There was a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention (r=-0.354, p<0.001). Significant factors were job satisfaction, marital status, employment status (Cum $R^2$=0.198, F=17.179, p<0.001) that explained 19.8% of turnover intention. Conclusions: Customized home health care nurses management policy which includes job satisfaction and general characteristics of visiting nurses should be established to enhance of quality of customized home health care service.
