Electronic commerce has become diversified and O2O marketing is the new trend of e-commerce. The rapid popularization of mobile Internet and online shopping makes O2O service gets more attention. Although recently O2O service and O2O marketing get much attention, there is no much preceding research about the antecedents of mobile shopping of O2O market. The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of shopping orientation on intention to reuse O2O services and the moderating effect of impulse buying tendency. A total of 209 surveys were collected online in total for the data of the study. The key findings of this study are as follows: First, convenience seeking shopping orientation has a positive effect on the intention to reuse O2O service and brand seeking shopping orientation has, too. Second, impulse buying tendency positively moderated the relationship between hedonic seeking shopping orientation and intention to reuse O2O service, and negatively moderated sales seeking shopping orientation and intention to reuse O2O service. The results of this study presented some implications for operators at O2O service area. Research findings and study limitations are discussed.
This research is an empirical investigation into the dimensions determining the website quality of domestic online shopping malls. A research model that has been formed to find the website quality dimensions is based on DeLone and McLean's information system success model that we adapted to fit the B2C electronic commerce environment by incorporating existing research on IS service quality and website quality. The model incorporates three quality dimensions including the information quality, system quality and service quality, and an attempt was made to empirically examine the relationship between variables of these dimensions and the revisit intent. The results of the study revealed that five quality-related variables were found to importantly contribute to the user's intent to revisit a site : the information accuracy and relevancy, system reliability, ease of use, and on-line support. The paper concludes that the three quality dimensions can serve as a useful framework to evaluate the quality of online shopping mall websites in an attempt to improve the website revisit rate.

The digital environment, which has been rapidly developing since the beginning of the 21st century, has become more specific due to COVID-19, and marketing strategies are rapidly changing to suit purchasing activities of Generation MZ, whose online purchases are becoming the center of their lives. A public relations agency is generally responsible for all aspects of making a client's product or service visible to the public through various forms of media. Among them, a company that performs only fashion-related tasks is called a "fashion PR agency". Now, the fashion industry is also centered on the e-commerce environment, and various digital marketing strategies have been developed and directly related to sales. This study examined the current status of online media and digital marketing, analyzes the aspects of fashion brand promotion strategies and methods in the e-commerce era, focusing on the work of fashion PR agencies, and suggests the direction of new online and offline promotion methods based on marketing and technological aspects. As a result of the study, first, theories on strategies for online media and digital marketing were examined, and found that the amount of online promotion has recently increased and become more specialized. Second, this study examines the concept of fashion PR agencies and analyzed their main tasks through interviews with fashion PR professionals. Third, based on successful online fashion promotion cases, the study analyzed fashion promotion strategies and methods that are being integrated online and offline in the e-commerce era. The main methods included SNS strategy, content strategy, performance strategy, influencer strategy, and event strategy, and it is suggested that integrated management is necessary for consistent brand image management, and an IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) strategy, which intensively manages all strategies, should be employed.

The trend of satisfying consumer needs (payment for mobile communication, music services, cab ordering, banking products, and food delivery) on a unified online platform has shaped a digital ecosystem, an instrument creating a unified space of economic interaction. Representatives of e-commerce are major stakeholders in the development of such tools. In particular, subscription services (multiservice subscriptions) allow users to create their own ecosystems based on their personal preferences. The rate of subscription service use is growing around the world, yet understanding of the peculiarities of development of this e-commerce sphere is limited due to insufficient research. The study aims to determine the motives and barriers to the use of subscription services (multiservice subscriptions) by consumers and their relationship with consumer characteristics.Proceeding from an online survey of 200 users, the study determines the relationship between the gender and income of consumers and their use of subscription services, motives and motivators for using subscription services, and barriers to the choice of a particular subscription service. The obtained results may serve as a basis for managerial decisions in e-commerce and for improving the effectiveness of marketing solutions.
Electronic commerce and the Internet offer unprecedented opportunities. The explosive expansion of the use of the Internet makes it possible for businesses to expand their markets and render services. Global transaction costs are easy to cut off using Internet and transaction speed is faster than before. Where cyberspace is not free from claims, Offline transaction can lead to problems and disputes the same is for cyberspace transactions. However ADR is not meet for the online transaction for speed, cost and open network system, ODR methods to resolve electronic commerce conflicts is crucial for building confidence and permitting access to justice in an online business environment. The use of the Internet and the network in dispute resolution has an impact on the types of communication implied in the relevant processes such as automated negotiation, online mediation and online arbitration and involves new technological issues such as the integrity and confidentiality of data and communication used to transmit and store data. Among the ODR systems Online Arbitration is currently binding both parties disputed and can achieve the aim of dispute award the same as the traditional arbitration. Arbitration is based on the New York Convention 1958, Arbitration Model law 1985 and national Arbitration Act that are founded on territorial area and rested on arbitration agreement, constitution of the arbitral tribunal, due process, final and binding award and enforcement of the arbitration award. To compare with this issues Online arbitration has unnecessarily legal unstability and risk. ODR is the burgeoning field and has created a new issues. All such issues which have been debated in the ADR are composed with ODR. But these are not limited Some of issues are further complicated by the nature of the online environment such as confidentiality and principle of parties. It is true that online arbitration should comply with legal provisions, but which is impossible to adhere of the law. Flexible translation and functional equivalence of legal provisions are needed for acceptance of electronic commerce disputes. Finally electronic commerce now takes place on the Internet, it is inevitable that the commercial world wants access to dispute resolution process that best suits the new commercial environment. ODR methods are processing for development and legal issues are considered by both national and international authorities. Introduction of new Conventions or amend Convention and Model law of ODR comes near.
Most previous electronic commerce studies have focused on a single product or similar products. The effects of different product types have been relatively neglected. and so previous studies have limited the generalization. The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of different product types. The Internet product and service classification grid proposed by Peterson et al.(1997). A survey-based approach was employed to investigate the research questions. Regression analysis demonstrated that the determinants of online shopping acceptance differ among product or service types. As a result of analysis, personal innovativeness of information technology, perceived Web security, personal privacy concerns, and product involvement can influence consumer acceptance of online shopping, but their influence varies according to product or service types.

This study examines the effect of service quality and perceived value on customer loyalty with the intervening role of customers' satisfaction in the e-commerce industry. The research method uses a quantitative research design with a survey model. The sample used in this study is Tokopedia consumers who live in DKI Jakarta and have done online shopping at Tokopedia at least twice in the last six months. All variables used were reliable and valid and met the research requirements. The object of this research were the 200 customer respondents who had made purchases on the largest e-commerce platform of Indonesia, Tokopedia. Data analysis was done by using SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that: first, the service quality and perceived value affect customer satisfaction positively. Second, there is a mediating effect of customer satisfaction on the relationship between service quality and perceived value on customer loyalty. Third, service quality and perceived value directly affect customer loyalty positively but insignificantly. The result implies that the role of customer satisfaction is significant in creating loyalty. In the e-commerce industry, good quality and perception could positively influence customers but not necessarily form loyalty. For that, e-commerce players should pay a lot of attention on customer satisfaction.

This paper analyzes the trends of identification proofing services(PIPSs) to identify and authenticate users online and proposes a method to improve PIPS based on alternative means of resident registration numbers in Korea. Digital identity proofing services play an important role in modern society, but there are some problems. Since they handle sensitive personal information, there is a risk of information leakage, hacking, or inappropriate access. Additionally, online service providers may incur additional costs by applying different PIPSs, which results in online service users bearing the costs. In particular, in these days of globalization, different PIPSs are being used in various countries, which can cause difficulties in international activities due to lack of global consistency. Overseas online PIPSs include expansion of biometric authentication, increase in mobile identity proofing, and distributed identity proofing using blockchain. This paper analyzes the trend of PIPSs that prove themselves when identifying users of online services in non-face-to-face overseas situations, and proposes improvements by comparing them with alternative means of Korean resident registration numbers. Through the proposed method, it will be possible to strengthen the safety of Korea's PIPS and expand the provision of more reliable identification services.
The purpose of the study is to derive success factors of B2C reverse auction business model, a business model contributes to the recent innovative practices in e-commerce and service sector. Electronic reverse auction has been traditionally used to ensure the procurement convenience and purchasing efficiency in B2B or B2G settings, however, e-RA is now expanding its basis toward B2C commerce industry along the huge success of an online e-RA travel service provider Priceline.com. Recently, B2C e-RA business model is getting the spotlight in the Korean venture industry with a variety of startups in diverse areas. However, e-RA does not work perfect in all kinds of trade settings. Therefore, we conducted a multiple case study to find out the success factors of B2C business model as follows : First, large supplier basis is an important factor that constructs a quasi-perfect competition environment. Second, the high online and mobile accessibility or e-readiness of Korean consumers was also a critical aspect of the success of e-RA. Lastly, e-RA performs best when the supplier switching cost is low and the trading occurs infrequently.
Freight management systems require a new business model for rapid decision making to improve their business processes by dynamically analyzing the previous experience data. Moreover, the amount of data generated by daily business activities to be analyzed for making better decisions is enormous. Online-to-offline or offline-to-online (O2O) is an electronic commerce (e-commerce) model used to combine the online and physical services. Data analysis is usually performed offline. In the present paper, to extend its benefits to online and to efficiently apply the big data analysis to the freight management system, we suggested a system architecture based on O2O services. We analyzed and extracted the useful knowledge from the real-time freight data for the period 2014-2017 aiming at further business development. The proposed system was deemed useful for truck management companies as it allowed dynamically obtaining the big data analysis results based on O2O services, which were used to optimize logistic freight, improve customer services, predict customer expectation, reduce costs and overhead by improving profit margins, and perform load balancing.
