엔터프라이즈 환경의 연구비 통합관리 데이터 웨어하우스 개발 프로세스 (Integrated Management Data Warehouse Development Process of Research Expenses in Enterprise Environment)

  • 기존의 연구비 관리업무는 예산계획, 예산편성 및 예산정산 부분으로 관리됨으로써 여러 가지 문제점이 발생되었다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하고 연구비의 안정적인 확보와 효율적인 운영 및 투명한 집행을 위하여 연구비의 통합관리가 절실하게 요구되고있는 실정이다. 최근의 이러한 추세를 반영하여 기존의 시스템 통합업체(Inmon, IBM)의 데이터 웨어하우스 개발 프로세스에 대해서 연구한 결과 Inmon의 데이터 웨어하우스 개발 프로세스에서는 고전적인 개발주기 기법으로 단계적이며 순차적인 접근방법을 이용한다. 이로 인해 개발단계에서 중복되어지는 부분이 나타나게 되어 각 단계의 진행과정에서 그 이전단계로 피드백이 요청되는 심각한 문제를 유발하게 된다. 또한, IBM의 데이터 웨어하우스 개발 프로세스에서는 개발 프로세스가 수행되는 동안 기능과 데이터가 분리되어 어떤 기능이 데이터를 참조하고 수정하는지 안기 어려운 문제점이 발생되었다. 따라서, 된 논문에서는 이러한 문제점들을 해결하고자 계획 덴 분석단계, 설계단계, 구현 및 시험단계에서 UML을 적용한 엔터프라이즈 환경의 연구비 통합관리 데이터 웨어하우스 개발 프로세스를 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 예산계획 DB, 예산편성 DB, 예산정산 DB의 데이터를 이용하여 사용자가 인하는 정보를 찾아주는 역할을 정보검색 에이전트에서 수행한다. 또한, 정보통합 에이전트에서는 정보검색 에이전트에서 수집한 데이터를 추출, 전송, 가공, 로딩 하여 통합 데이터베이스에 저장한다. 결과적으로, 정보통합 에이전트에서는 다수의 정보소스를 사용자가 하나하나 접근하여 검사하는 노력을 줄여주고 사용자에게 불필요하다고 판단되는 데이터를 걸러주는 역할을 수행한다. 이러한 결과로 사용자의 요구사항을 최대한 반영하여 연구비 관리정책의 수립에 필요한 다양한 형태의 의사결정 지원정보를 제공할 수 있도록 하였다. 최종 사용자에게는 원하는 분석정보를 신속하게 접근하여 단편적인 관점보다는 종합적인 관점에서 다양한 분석자료를 제공받을 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 3개의 시스템을 하나로 통합한 결과 데이터의 공유, 시스템 통합, 운영비용 절감, 의사결정 지원환경을 단순화시키는 효과를 제공하였다.

  • This study of bimodal integration management system in conjunction with the tram and the tram cars bimodal integrated management system that occupies a part of the system to perform its role as a bimodal tram vehicle configuration, a device for the vehicle's infrastructure ryureul development and it is aimed to build on the vehicle. Bimodal tram vehicle infrastructure systems, internal and external information of the larger vehicles, and vehicles used to collect information for its own part and the integrated operations management center, or providing partial information from the station and collect/provide for the transfer of information to the communication part consists In this study, the core of these devices, the configuration of the vehicle infrastructure systems for the overall management and control of vehicles operating a computer's central processing device, vehicle infrastructure systems that make it manages and stores all jangchiryu Integrated Operations Management Center is reporting. In addition, seamless integration with operational management center for interactive communication in a vehicle mounted communications devices to maintain the best condition to manage. Current general traffic management system in a similar terminal device being used, but bimodal tram vehicles operating the computer of the vehicle operates the infrastructure to configure the devices around the one to configure the system in terms of step enhanced the active type, the operating terminal unit of inter active type. In this study, considering the future alignment of the accounting fee system, the expansion of the system reliability and stability around the activities that are underway.

Time delay study for semi-active control of coupled adjacent structures using MR damper

  • The pounding phenomenon in adjacent structures happens in severing earthquakes that can cause great damages. Connecting neighboring structures with active and semi-active control devices is an effective method to avoid mutual colliding between neighboring buildings. One of the most important issues in control systems is applying online control force. There will be a time delay if the prose of producing control force does not perform on time. This paper proposed a time-delay compensation method in coupled structures control, with semi-active Magnetorheological (MR) damper. This method based on Newmark's integration is adopted to mitigate the time-delay effect. In this study, Lyapunov's direct approach is employed to compute demanded voltage for MR dampers. Using Lyapunov's direct algorithm guarantees the system stability to design a controller based on feedback. Because of the strong nonlinearity of MR dampers, the equation of motion of coupled structures becomes an involved equation, and it is impossible to solve it with the common time step methods. In present paper modified Newmark-Beta integration based on the instantaneous optimal control algorithm, used to solve the involved equation. In this method, the response of a coupled system estimated base on optimal control force. Two MDOF structures with different degrees of freedom are finally considered as a numeric example. The numerical results show, the Newmark compensation is an efficient method to decrease the negative effect of time delay in coupled systems; furthermore, instantaneous optimal control algorithm can estimate the response of structures suitable.

계단시편의 간극이 단열전단밴드의 형성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Clearance on the Formation of Adiabatic Shear Band in Stepped Specimen)

  • The stepped specimen which is subjected to step loading is modeled to study the initiation and growth of adiabatic shear band using explicit time integration finite element method. Three different clearance sizes are tested. The material model for the stepped specimen includes effects of strain hardening, strain rate hardening and thermal softening. It is found that the material inside the fully grown adiabatic shear band experiences three phase of deformation, (1) homogeneous deformation phase, (2) initiation/incubation phase, and (3) fast growth phase. The second phase of deformation is initiated after sudden shear stress drop which occurs at the same time regardless of the clearance size. The incubation time prior to fast growth phase increases, as the clearance size of the stepped specimen increases. Whereas, after incubation period, the growth rate of the adiabatic shear band decreases, as the clearance size decreases. It is also found that two adiabatic shear band may develop instead of one for the smaller clearance size.

Edge-Preserving Algorithm for Block Artifact Reduction and Its Pipelined Architecture

  • This paper presents a new edge-protection algorithm and its very large scale integration (VLSI) architecture for block artifact reduction. Unlike previous approaches using block classification, our algorithm utilizes pixel classification to categorize each pixel into one of two classes, namely smooth region and edge region, which are described by the edge-protection maps. Based on these maps, a two-step adaptive filter which includes offset filtering and edge-preserving filtering is used to remove block artifacts. A pipelined VLSI architecture of the proposed deblocking algorithm for HD video processing is also presented in this paper. A memory-reduced architecture for a block buffer is used to optimize memory usage. The architecture of the proposed deblocking filter is verified on FPGA Cyclone II and implemented using the ANAM 0.25 ${\mu}m$ CMOS cell library. Our experimental results show that our proposed algorithm effectively reduces block artifacts while preserving the details. The PSNR performance of our algorithm using pixel classification is better than that of previous algorithms using block classification.

  • Phosphorylation is one of the most important post translational modifications which regulate the activity of proteins. The problem of predicting phosphorylation sites is the first step of understanding various biological processes that initiate the actual function of proteins in each signaling pathway. Although many prediction methods using single or multiple features extracted from protein sequences have been proposed, systematic data integration approach has not been applied in order to improve the accuracy of predicting general phosphorylation sites. In this paper, we propose an optimal way of integrating multiple features in the framework of multiple kernel learning. We optimally combine seven kernels extracted from sequence, physico-chemical properties, pairwise alignment, and structural information. Using the data set of Phospho. ELM, the accuracy evaluated by 5-fold cross-validation reaches 85% for serine, 85% for threonine, and 81% for tyrosine. Our computational experiments show significant improvement in the performance of prediction relative to a single feature, or to the combined feature with equal weights. Moreover, our systematic integration method significantly improves the prediction preformance compared with the previous well-known methods.

Development of Semiconductor Packaging Technology using Dicing Die Attach Film

  • Advanced packaging demands are driven by the need for dense integration systems. Consequently, stacked packaging technology has been proposed instead of reducing the ultra-fine patterns to secure economic feasibility. This study proposed an effective packaging process technology for semiconductor devices using a 9-inch dicing die attach film (DDAF), wherein the die attach and dicing films were combined. The process involved three steps: tape lamination, dicing, and bonding. Following the grinding of a silicon wafer, the tape lamination process was conducted, and the DDAF was arranged. Subsequently, a silicon wafer attached to the DDAF was separated into dies employing a blade dicing process with a two-step cut. Thereafter, one separated die was bonded with the other die as a substrate at 130 ℃ for 2 s under a pressure of 2 kgf and the chip was hardened at 120 ℃ for 30 min under a pressure of 10 kPa to remove air bubbles within the DAF. Finally, a curing process was conducted at 175 ℃ for 2 h at atmospheric pressure. Upon completing the manufacturing processes, external inspections, cross-sectional analyses, and thermal stability evaluations were conducted to confirm the optimality of the proposed technology for application of the DDAF. In particular, the shear strength test was evaluated to obtain an average of 9,905 Pa from 17 samples. Consequently, a 3D integration packaging process using DDAF is expected to be utilized as an advanced packaging technology with high reliability.

Lock-in and drag amplification effects in slender line-like structures through CFD

  • Lock-in and drag amplification phenomena are studied for a flexible cantilever using a simplified fluid-structure interaction approach. Instead of solving the 3D domain, a simplified setup is devised, in which 2D flow problems are solved on a number of planes parallel to the wind direction and transversal to the structure. On such planes, the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations are solved to estimate the fluid action at different positions of the line-like structure. The fluid flow on each plane is coupled with the structural deformation at the corresponding position, affecting the dynamic behaviour of the system. An Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian (ALE) approach is used to take in account the deformation of the domain, and a fractional-step scheme is used to solve the fluid field. The stabilization of incompressibility and convection is achieved through orthogonal quasi-static subscales, an approach that is believed to provide a first step towards turbulence modelling. In order to model the structural problem, a special one-dimensional element for thin walled cross-section beam is implemented. The standard second-order Bossak method is used for the time integration of the structural problem.

  • This study provides a new operation strategy which can guarantee the data consistency of engineering information among the various intelligent information systems. We present the strategies for the operation of bridges engineering information and the construction methodology of integrated database. The two core standard techniques are adopted to construct the integrated database. One of these standards is the Standard for the Exchange of Product Model Data (STEP) for CAD/CAE information and the other is the Extensible Markup Language (XML) for engineering document information. This study can transform a document me into a data type for web-based application modules which assist end-users in searching and retrieval of engineering document data. In addition, relaying algorithm is developed to integrate the two different information, e.g. CAD/CAE information and engineering document information. The pilot application modules for management and maintenance of existing bridge are also developed to show application of the strategy.

고혈압 예측을 위한 이상치 탐지 알고리즘 및 데이터 통합 기법 (An Outlier Detection Algorithm and Data Integration Technique for Prediction of Hypertension)

  • Hypertension is one of the leading causes of mortality worldwide. In recent years, the incidence of hypertension has increased dramatically, not only among the elderly but also among young people. In this regard, the use of machine-learning methods to diagnose the causes of hypertension has increased in recent years. In this study, we improved the prediction of hypertension detection using Mahalanobis distance-based multivariate outlier removal using the KNHANES database from the Korean national health data and the COVID-19 dataset from Kaggle. This study was divided into two modules. Initially, the data preprocessing step used merged datasets and decision-tree classifier-based feature selection. The next module applies a predictive analysis step to remove multivariate outliers using the Mahalanobis distance from the experimental dataset and makes a prediction of hypertension. In this study, we compared the accuracy of each classification model. The best results showed that the proposed MAH_RF algorithm had an accuracy of 82.66%. The proposed method can be used not only for hypertension but also for the detection of various diseases such as stroke and cardiovascular disease.
