On the assumption that the voices of the cows are produced by the linear prediction filter, we characterized the cows’voices. The order of this filter was determined by examining the voice characteristics both in time and frequency domains. The proposed order of the linear prediction filter is 15 for modeling voice production of the cow. The characteristics of the amplitude envelope of the voice signal was investigated by analyzing the sequence of the short time variance both in time and frequency domains, and the new parameters were defined. One of the coefficients o the linear prediction filter generating the voice signal, the fundamental frequency, the slope of the straight line regressed from the log-log spectra of the short time variance and the coefficients of the linear prediction filter generating the sequence of the short time variance of the voice signal can differentiate the two cows.

This analog communication system overcomes a limit of the digital communication that used an electric power line, and shows a strong characteristic by decrease of impedance along a load or surge-voltage and the same noise. this system is to detect an sound signal added to light through an photo-sensor and a filter circuit. And a signal detected in this way is transmitted to sound through a speaker of an earphone again.

정보의 폭발적인 증가와 급변하는 정보화 시대에 인터넷의 영역은 중요한 생활의 영역으로 자리잡은지 오래이다. 이런 정보화 속에서 개개인은 각자 관심분야에 몰입하게되고 이렇게 형성된 온라인 커뮤니티는 사회의 큰 이슈가 되고 있으며 온라인 플랫폼에서의 중요한 성공 요인으로 자리잡고 있다. 하지만 기존의 연구들 대부분이 커뮤니티의 구성요소인 회원에만 중심을 두어 설계 및 운영됨으로써 많은 문제점을 야기하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 회원중심의 커뮤니티 설계를 기본 전제로 함과 동시에 MRM(Media Reference Model)을 적용한 상호보완적 모형을 제시함으로써 커뮤니티 설계에 대한 방향을 제시 하고자 하는데 본 논문의 목적이 있다.

$1.96{\times}10^{-5}$(IU/cell/hr) of specific scu-PA production rate was obtained from HEK cells in maintaining ca. $8{\times}10^{5}$(cells/ml) of maximum roll density at 10(ml/hr) of perfusion rate with recycling 20% serum free conditioned media. It can be compared to $4{\times}10^{6}$(cells/ml) of maximum cell density and $4.56{\times}10^{-4}$(IU/cell/hr) of specific production rate in cultivating cells with 1% serum containing medium. Thc conversion ratio of scu-PA to tc-UK increased up to 55% as the recycling ratio increased; however, recycling the used medium seemed to have least negative effect on cell growth. It also showed that the recycling process had definitive advantage of using serum free medium in perfusion cultivation of HEK cell line.

This paper proposes an regional analytic approach in image data space for radiographic image. Image is segmented into four regions, such as background, thickness, weld area and tube area, due to directional properties. Each region has its own gray level distribution, contrast range and noise property, originated from X-ray project mechanism and electric control system itself. Projection incorrectness and noise influence included on imaging quality is analyzed functionally and statistically. The experimental results shows not only segmental effects, but also visual edge evaluation.

In this paper, we proposed a novel user-level scheduling scheme that monitors applications characteristics on-line using PMU and allocates applications into cpu cores. We utilize PMU (Performance Monitoring Unit) to analyze which shared resource has the strongest relation with the influence. Using the proposed scheduling method, it is possible to reduce the contention of shared resources. The key idea of this scheme is separating high-influential applications into different processors. The evaluation results have shown that the proposed scheduling scheme can enhance the performance up to 12% for a 8 core system and up to 25% for a 28 core system, respectively.

인터넷 전자상거래 시장의 성장에 따라 디지털 상품에 대한 온라인 판매가 가능하게 되었다. 그러나 현재의 디지털 상품 온라인 유통 체계는 저작권 및 사용자 사용권을 제대로 보장해 주지 못하고 있다. 디지털 상품 중에서도 가장 큰 이슈인 MP3 미디어 데이터는 불법 재생 및 복제에 대해 무방비 상태에 놓여 있다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 본 논문에서는 동적 사용권 관리 기술을 활용한 효율적인 MP3 미디어 데이터 온라인 유통 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 사용권 보호를 원하는 사용자와 저작권 및 불법 재생과 배포의 차단을 원하는 저작사 및 지적 재산권 소유자의 요구 조건을 충족시켜 준다. 추가적으로 MP3 미디어 데이터의 불법 재생 및 배포를 차단할 수 있는 MP3 미디어 데이터 유통 시스템의 궁극적인 모델을 제시한다.

The polysaccharide (BB-pol) extracted from Bifidobacterium bifidum BGN4 showed growth inhibitory effects on several colon cancer cell lines such as HT-29 and HCT-116. To increase the yield of polysaccharide, B. bifidum BGN4 was cultured in various culture media with different compositions. When B. bifidum BGN4 was cultured in modified MRS broth containing phytic acid, the cells showed increased branch formation and enlarged morphology. The content of total carbohydrate and the ability of adhesion to intestinal epithelial cells were also increased by phytic acid. The polysaccharide obtained from the cells grown in the presence of phytic acid inhibited the proliferation of cancer cell lines such as HT-29 and MCF-7 cells but not normal colon cell line, FHC. Taken together, Bifidobacterium grown in the presence of phytic acid may confer enhanced beneficial function for the host.

Difficulties associated with full-scale pipe tests are rather obvious. That is, it is not only difficult to perform them but also very expensive and it requires lots of experience. And the process of the fracture test for the pipe specimen is very difficult and complicated. Because the pipe specimen, the test jig and the test equipment are very large and heavy, it requires lots of costs and times. In this study, to easily perform the fracture toughness test for a pipe specimen, load line displacement data was obtained using the image processing method.

Lower tunnels and concrete based tracks are introduced to newly constructed metro lines to reduce the construction and track maintenance fees. But such a lower tunnel together with concrete based track causes higher interior noise of metro trains. It is required that the trains should not only be a transportation media but also be comfortable. So, to lower the metro train's interior noise level, design was made to increase the transmission loss per sectional part. Through such a design, it is expected that about 7 dB(A) of noise level will be reduced compared to that of the conventional train.
