The purpose of this study is to clarify the characteristics of school adolescents social capital by using Q methodology, to improve the adaptation of adolescents to school, and to contribute to the theory of social capital. As a result of the analysis, five types were derived. Type I was abundance, type II was family ceremony type, type III was discipline, type IV was exchange type, type V was trust type'. Based on the above five types, the characteristics of the social capital types of school adolescents are as follows: First, Type I includes social capital elements in various areas with abundant social capital elements relative to other types. Second, Type III is the weakest type of support among family members among the social capital elements in the family. Emotional interactions in parent - child relationship are cut off. Type II, however, is more emotional Support is the strongest type. Third, types II, IV, and V are parents love and affection for their children and they are very interested in children. Types III, IV, and V are parents It can be seen that it acts as a guide and an advisor. Finally, we can see that the five commonalities share a minimum parental interest in children.

In the conventional current control methods for the current-type reactive power compensators, it is usual to compare the reactive reference current signal with the triangular wave and hence to generate the ON-OFF signals for the semiconductor reactive power compensator. To improve the response as well as the control capability, the delta modulated current control technique is proposed in this paper and studied theoretically.

There are many studies on spin-offs from college, but there is little concern on start-ups, which are set up by college and operated by professors. We call this type of start-up as college start-up. We check the problems and solutions of this type of start-ups. We propose three factors for success; prior checking of profitability of the business, preparation of relevant school policies and profit sharing with school and professors participated.

본 논문에서는 ONB에서의 유한체 연산 및 타원곡선 암호 연산기의 효율성을 비교하고자, Type-I, Type-II로 구분되는 ONB용 유한체 연산기와 polynomial 기저용 유한체 연산기를 구현하고 이를 비교 분석하였다. 이때 구현되는 유한체 연산기는 하드웨어 면적과 성능을 trade-off할 수 있도록 hybrid 타입의 연산기를 구현하였으며, ONB용 유한체 연산기 구현 결과를 polynomial 기저의 유한체 연산기 구현 결과와 비교하여 On에서의 타원곡선 연산의 효율성을 검증하였다.

A planar type PIN photodiode has been fabricated and discussed. We used OMVPE systems to grow the structure of u-InP/u-InP/n-InP. P-n junction was formed by Zn-diffusion method at 50$0^{\circ}C$, for 5 minitues. The device characteristics at 5V were as follows: Dark currents were distributed around 1nA. Capacitance was 1.6pF and responsivity was above 0.85 mA/mW for 1.3${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ wavelength. Measured cut-off frequency(-3dB) at -5V was 1.1㎓.

This paper proposes a current-fed type high frequency inverter using a soft switching technology Zero-Voltage-Switching to reduce turn on and off loss at the switching. The analysis of the proposed circuit was described by using normalized parameter and operating characteristics have been evaluated as to switching frequency and parameters. The theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental ones. In the future the proposed circuit is considered to be useful for induction heating applications.

This paper is presented the Partial Resonant Soft Switching Mode Power Converter which is adapted the power converter having the partial resonant soft switching mode, that makes switches operated when the resonant current or voltage becomes zero by making the resonant circuit partially at turning on and off of the switches with suitable layout of the resonant elements and switch elements in the converter. Also, this paper includes the analysis and simulation of the Partial Resonant type Buck-Boost Chopper.

Using the polarization dependence of laser output powers, we measured the characteristics of the birefringence, such as the magnitude of phase retardation, the ellipticity, and the off axis angle to the fiber optical axis, inside the ring type fiber laser cavity.

The study analyzed problems by iron core structure of the three phased transformer on asymmetric three phase lines, which included line disconnections, ground faults, COS OFF, and unbalanced loads on the power distribution system. In particular, by analyzing PT combustion cases within the MOF, the study was able to analyze the combustion cause of the core-type transformer and its effect on the system, conduct simulations and practice demonstrations on the characteristics for each iron core structure of the three phase transformer using PSCAD/EMTDC, and suggest measures to prevent the combustion of the core-type transformer.

In order to verify the validity of the exhibition moethod in a science museum, this study undertakes a visitor follow-up survey, and clarifies the influence an exhibition method affect visitor's behavior, and its feature. The tracking research performed the visitor follow-up survey to family company children. The characteristic of the visitor's behavior by the exhibition method; Use frequency becomes low in order of 'Experience type' 'Participation type' 'Fixed type'. Experience type has tendencies, such as repetitive and continuing use, and use time was long. Otherwise use time of Fixed type was short. As a result, although the use frequency of Hands-on is high and its use time is longer than Hands-off, it turns out that is influenced according to factors, such as the exhibition method, presentation and the contents of exhibition.
