보건계열전공 대학생의 전공만족도가 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향 - 임상실습만족도의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (The Effects of College Students' Satisfaction with Their Healthcare-Related Major on Their Career Decision-Making Level - With a Focus on the Mediating Effect of Students' Satisfaction with Clinical Practice -)

  • 본 연구는 보건계열전공 대학생들을 대상으로 전공만족도와 임상실습만족도가 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 전공만족도와 진로결정수준과의 관계에서 임상실습만족도를 투입하여 매개효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구 대상자는 A도 B군에 위치한 C대학교 보건계열 재학생 중 임상실습을 이수한 180명의 대학생들이다. 3월 2일부터 5월 29일까지 설문지를 회수하였으며, 이 중 연구를 위한 설문지에 불성실하게 응답하거나 누락이 있는 것을 제외한 총 165명의 자료를 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과, 보건계열전공 대학생들의 전공만족도 평균은 3.99점, 진로결정수준의 평균은 3.33점, 임상실습만족도 평균은 3.71점이었고, 전공만족도, 진로결정 수준, 임상실습만족도 간의 관계는 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 또한 전공만족도와 진로결정수준의 관계에서 임상실습만족도는 부분 매개효과를 나타내었고, 전공만족도와 임상실습만족도가 높을수록 진로결정수준도 높았다. 따라서 보건계열전공 대학생들의 진로결정수준을 높이기 위해서는 전공만족도와 임상실습만족도를 높여야 함을 제안한다.

대졸 신입사원의 직업적 성공 귀인이 직업적응에 미치는 영향: 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effect of Attribution of Career Success on the Occupational Adaptation of College Graduates : Focusing on the Mediating Effects of Self-Efficacy)

  • 본 연구에서는 한국교육고용패널(KEEP) 12차년도 자료를 활용하여 대졸 신입사원의 직업적 성공에 대한 귀인이 직업적응에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 귀인에 따라 자기효능감과 직업적응에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 직업적 성공에 대해 노력 귀인을 할 때 직장만족도가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 업무만족도와 자기효능감에서도 노력 귀인이 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 반면 운 귀인을 할 때 직장만족도, 업무만족도, 자기효능감 수준이 가장 낮게 나타나 직업적응에 부정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, Sobel-Test를 통해 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 직업적 성공에 대한 귀인과 직업적응 간의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 이러한 결과는 신입사원이 자신의 노력에 따라 직업적 성공이 좌우된다고 인지할수록 직무를 성공적으로 해낼 수 있다고 믿고, 스트레스 상황에서도 더 많은 노력과 인내심을 가지고 적응할 수 있음을 의미한다. 본 연구결과는 기업에서 신입사원에게 직업적 성공에 대한 노력 귀인을 습득할 수 있도록 내재적 및 외재적 보상을 제공함으로써 직업적응도를 높힐 수 있음을 시사한다.

Taking a Closer Look at Bus Driver Emotional Exhaustion and Well-Being: Evidence from Taiwanese Urban Bus Drivers

  • Background: Urban bus drivers work under conditions that are among the most demanding, stressful, and unhealthy with higher rates of mortality and morbidity as well as absenteeism and turnover. Methods: Drawing on the job demand-resource model, this study investigates the impacts of job characteristics on emotional exhaustion and the effects of emotional exhaustion on job outcomes (including job satisfaction, life satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention) in the context of bus drivers. Results: Using self-reported survey data collected from a sample of 320 Taiwanese urban bus drivers, results reveal that role overload and work-family conflict (as job demand factors) positively relate to emotional exhaustion, and organizational support (as a job resource factor) is negatively associated with emotional exhaustion. Emotional exhaustion has negative effects on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction positively leads to life satisfaction, whereas organizational commitment negatively relates to turnover intention. Conclusion: This study concludes that role overload and work-family conflict as two stressors related to job demands and organizational support as the job resource factor to affect emotional exhaustion which further influence well-being in bus driver context. The moderating effects of both extraversion and neuroticism on the relationship between job demands and emotional exhaustion are evident.

병원간호사의 소진, 직무만족, 조직몰입과 이직의도의 관계 (Relationships among Burnout, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention to Resign in Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study aims to find out ultimate forecasting factors of intention to resign by examining the degree of burnout, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention to resign in hospital nurses and to look into the differences among them according to general characteristics. Methods: This study used investigation of relationships to analyze relations among burnout, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention to resign in hospital nurses to find out factors influencing turnover intention to resign in hospital nurses. Results: This study revealed that the higher job dissatisfaction and burnout of hospital nurses, the higher turnover intention to resign. This study also showed that the higher burnout caused the lower job satisfaction which led to resignation and a forecasting factor that influenced turnover intention to resign was burnout. Conclusion: It is necessary to conduct continuous and systematic research and to seek ways that can prevent the resignation of nurses and improve job satisfaction in hospital nurses.

소방방재청과 병원 근무 응급구조사의 업무 스트레스와 직무 만족도 (Work Stress and Satisfaction of Emergency Medical Technicians Working in National Emergency Management Agency and Hospital)

  • Purpose: To identify work stress and job satisfaction of the emergency medical technician (EMT) and to contribute to the improvement of emergency care under the current emergency medical law. Methods: The data were collected by questionnaire from the total 849 EMTs (635 National emergency management agency (119) workers and 214 hospital workers) throughout the whole country from January 5, to March 5, 2012. Each level of indicator calculated under 100-point-scale was compared by t-test and ANOVA. Factors affecting stress and satisfaction were analyzed by Multiple Linear Regression Analysis (${\alpha}$=.05). Results: Mean level of job stress was markedly higher among 119 workers (76.9) than those in the hospital (56.6) (p<.001). Mean level of job satisfaction was higher among 119 workers (63.2) than those in the hospital (60.2) (p<.001). Conclusion: To diminish work stress and to increase job satisfaction, efforts to support the pride and to improve working condition considering the situations of the agency and to offer more education chance to keep and strengthen the specialty are needed.

전담간호사의 직무 스트레스, 감정노동과 긍정심리자본이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Job Stress, Emotional Labor, and Positive Psychological Capital on the Job Satisfaction of Physician Assistants)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of job stress, emotional labor, and positive psychological capital on the job satisfaction of physician assistants (PAs). Methods: The sample consisted of 166 PAs working in general hospitals in B city, Y city, and C city. Data were analyzed through the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program using t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: The factors of job stress (${\beta}=-.488$, p<.001), positive psychological capital (${\beta}=.188$, p=.004), and total clinical career (${\beta}=-.147$, p=.014) had the greatest influence on the level of job satisfaction experienced by the PAs. The total explanatory power was 49.9%. Conclusion: It was found that job stress, positive psychological capital, and total clinical career were influencing factors in the job satisfaction of PAs. Therefore, to improve their job satisfaction, it is necessary to develop strategies to manage the job stress experienced by PAs, and to strengthen and develop positive psychological capital.

소셜네트워크를 활용한 프로젝트기반학습(PBL) 적용이 작업치료과 대학생의 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Project Based Learning(PBL) Application Using Social Networks on Problem Solving Ability of Occupational Therapy Students)

  • 본 연구는 소셜네트워크를 활용한 PBL 수업 적용이 작업치료과 학생들의 문제해결능력을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2019년 3월부터 6월까지 K대학교 작업치료과 3학년 재학생 총 35명의 학생을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소셜네트워크를 활용한 PBL을 적용하였을 때 문제해결능력의 세부항목에서 문제인식, 분석능력, 의사결정, 기획력, 평가, 피드백 영역에서 향상을 나타냈다. 둘째, 학생들의 일반적인 특성에 따라 학습할 때 모바일 기기 이용 선호도와 전공만족도에 따라 문제하결능력에 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 이러한 연구결과에 따라 작업치료과 재학생들의 문제해결능력을 향상시키기 위한 학습도구로 소셜네트워크를 활용한 PBL을 활성화시켜 학습에 대한 만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

작업치료사의 수면의 질이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effects of the Occupational Therapist's Sleep Quality on Job Stress)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of occupational therapist's sleep quality and examine the correlation between sleep quality and job stress. We also investigated the effects of the occupational therapist's sleep quality on job stress. Therefore, we aimed to investigate the importance of sleep quality and find a way to reduce job stress in occupational therapists. Methods : We conducted a study from November 7 to from December 23, 2022. To assess sleep quality and job stress, sleep quality of scale and Korean occupational stress scale-SF (KOSS-SF) were used. The general characteristics, sleep quality, job stress were examined using a frequency analysis and presented with descriptive statistics. The pearson correlation coefficient was used to determine, whether there was a correlation between sleep quality and job stress. To find what factors have and effect on job stress, we conducted a multiple regression analysis. A significance level of α=.05 was used to verify statistical significance. Results : First, average sleep quality score was 2.10±.19. Second, a significant correlation was found between sleep quality and job stress (p<.01). And As a result of the relationship between sleep quality sub-factors and job stress, day time dysfunction (r=.23, p<.01), restoration (r=.18, p<.05), difficulty of falling asleep (r=.38, p<.01). difficulty of awakening (r=.36, p<.01), satisfaction (r=.33, p<.01) and difficulty of maintaining sleep (r=.24, p<.05) showed a statistically significant relationship with job stress. Third, the sub-factors of sleep quality influencing job stress were difficulty of falling asleep (β =.26, p<.01), difficulty of awakening (β=.23, p<.01) and satisfaction (β=.21, p<.01). Conclusion : The results of this study, demonstrated the importance of sleep quality in affecting job stress. Therefore, follow-up studies are, necessary to develop interventions to improve, occupational therapist's sleep quality in the future.

가상현실 게임이 노인 뇌졸중 환자의 우울, 대인관계, 삶의 만족도에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Virtual Reality Game on Old Patient's Depression, Relationship and Life Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 가상현실 게임이 노인 뇌졸중 환자의 우울, 대인관계, 삶의 만족도에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 실시되었다. 연구대상은 65세 이상의 뇌졸중 노인 40명으로, 전통적 작업치료만 실시한 대조군과 전통적 작업치료와 2인이 함께 가상현실 게임을 수행한 실험군에 각각 20명씩 무선배치하여 총 12주간 실시하였다. 실험군에게 적용된 가상현실 게임은 Nintendo Wii Sports Resort 프로그램을 적용하였고, 대상자의 심리 사회적요인을 알아보기 위해 우울증 척도 (Beck Depression Inventory; BDI), 대인관계 변화 척도(Relationship change scale; RCS), 삶의 만족도(Life Satisfaction Index-Z; LSI-Z)를 이용하여 실험 전과 실험 후의 평가를 시행하였다. 이에 대한 연구결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 심리 사회적(우울, 대인관계)변화를 살펴본 결과 우울은 두 군 모두, 대인관계는 실험군에서만 통계적으로 유의한 향상을 나타났다(p<.001). 둘째, 삶의 만족도의 변화를 본 결과 대조군(p<.05), 실험군(p<.001) 모두에서 통계적으로 유의한 향상을 보였다. 셋째, 우울, 대인관계 및 삶의 만족도와의 상관관계를 본 결과 우울증, 대인관계는 삶의 만족도와 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다(p<.05). 이상의 결과를 정리하면 2인이 함께 수행하는 가상현실 게임이 뇌졸중 노인환자의 심리 사회적요인(우울, 대인관계)과, 삶의 만족도에 유의미한 효과가 있음이 알 수 있었다.

안전보건교육과정별 참여도 및 교수방법 변경 후 만족도 비교 (Comparison of Participation and Satisfaction after a Change of a Teaching Method in Safety and Health Training Courses)

  • Objectives: This study was performed to investigate the level of participation in and satisfaction with training courses at job training institutions and to improve participation and satisfaction through changes in the training method for industrial ventilation subjects. Methods: The results were analyzed for the mean and standard deviation by t-test and ANOVA, (p=0.05). Participation rates were examined for three courses: specialization, job training, and supervisory. The participation inthe education was 428 people, and the result of satisfaction with the change of education method was 878 people. Satisfaction was investigated for the specialized curriculum and job training curriculum,but not the supervisor curriculum. The satisfaction results for six items(contents, quality, skill, level, degree of understanding, degree of practical) were analyzed according to the change in the training medium and the method among people in one occupational ventilation subject. Results: The participation rate was similar in the job training and specialized training courses, but the lowest rate was in supervisory courses(p=0.05). In general, there was the lowest participation on the first day of education, and the participation rate improved after the second day. Satisfaction with the course was high for the specialized education course with a number of practical education assignments(p=0.278). The satisfaction level for the teaching method in the industrial ventilation subjects was high in a mixed group which combined lecture and practice. The industrial ventilation course in the basic job training course showed a difference between lecture and mixed education(p=0.111), but there was no significant difference. However, the industrial ventilation course in the advance job training course showed a clear difference between lecture and the mixed education(p=0.036). Conclusions: Therefore, the first day of training should start in the afternoon so that more trainees can participate, and it is recommended to assign important subjects after two days. In addition, it is suggested that job competency-enhancing education utilize various educational methods and media.
