  • As use of internet generalized laying stress on WWW(World Wide Web) service of multimedia based recently, we could acquire many informations that exist to all over the world's computer network. It is risen to important problem that use of internet acquires correct information rapidly on modem society which is generalized. This paper designed internet search engine and understand structure of that drawing URL which is optimized, and secure embodiment technology using OOPL(Object-Oriented Programming Language). Also, compare with existent domestic manufacture search engines and system that propose showed that the bad link rate is improved in this paper.

  • Multimedia Platform box based on distributed environments have much effect on objects grouping for management of distributed resources. This paper utilizes weight and fuzzy filtering techniques for objects platform in distributed multimedia environments. Weight and Fuzzy filtering techniques perform grouping by references relation of multimedia objects and this paper proposes object dictionary structure.

The monitoring inner jet of 3C84 with GMVA

  • The 3C84 (NGC 1275), one of Seyfert 2 galaxy, is an interesting object with its peculiar sub-mas structure. We found that the inner jet (r < 2.5mas) of 3C84 seemed to even changed its position angle and flux over one and a half years based on the result of global 86GHz VLBI survey (Lee et al. 2008). In order to confirm the 'precession' of jet, we observed the object in 4 epochs May07, Oct.07, May08 and Oct.08 with the GMVA (Global mm-VLBI Array) at 3mm (86.25GHz) and the each observation time is about 14 hours. Here we present observation and preliminary result of Oct.07 and May08 epochs.

  • 본 논문에서는 온톨로지 기반의 가상세계를 구현하고, 그 구현된 가상세계의 거주자가 경험하는 정보를 이미 정의된 지식구조로 저장하여, 재사용성과 다양성을 보장한다. 시간의 흐름과 공간적 위치 관계의 표현을 위한 S-T(시공간) 그래프와 일련의 정의된 사건과 이벤트가 가상세계 거주자인 에이전트의 지식구조에 맞게 변형, 축소된 후에 저장되어 최종적으로 에이전트를 둘러싼 환경변화자체가 에이전트의 의사결정을 좌우하지 않고, 에이전트의 지식을 기반으로 에이전트 자신의 의사결정 시스템에 따라 환경에 대응하는 다양한 행동을 보여준다. 이러한 에이전트의 지식구조를 구현하기 위하여 기본적으로 온톨로지라는 가상세계 자체를 아우르는 추상화 모델이 필요하며, 이 모델을 상속하여 실세계의 Object들을 정의 해 나간다. 정의된 온톨로지를 기반으로 가상세계에 Object들을 등장 시키고, 시공간적 변화에 따른 정보들이 에이전트의 지식구조로 변형되어 저장되어 진다, 이렇게 저장된 정보들이 에이전트의 의사결정 시스템에 적용되어 에이전트의 다양한 행위를 보장 할 수 있다.

  • The increasing complexity of modem products requires the effective management of design knowledge, which partly resides in the product itself on the one hand. On the other hand, a lot of knowledge is gathered and/or generated during the design process, but disappears as the design project concludes. This paper describes a knowledge representation method to accommodate the implicit design knowledge. The method is based on the FBS(Function-Behavior-Structure) model and extends the object ontology with constraint entity. An example to represent the injection mold design knowledge is given to show its applicability.

Signalman Action Analysis for Container Crane Controlling

  • Human action tracking plays an important place in human-computer-interaction, human action tracking is a challenging task because of the exponentially increased computational complexity in terms of the degrees of freedom of the object and the severe image ambiguities incurred by frequent self-occlusions. In this paper, we will propose a novel method to track human action, in our technique, a dynamic background estimation algorithm will be applied firstly. Based on the estimated background, we then extract the human object from the video sequence, and the skeletonization method and Hough transform method will be used to detect the main structure of human body and each part rotation angle. The calculated rotation angles will be used to control a crane in the port, thus we can just control the container crane by using signalman body. And the experimental results can show that our proposed method can get a preferable result than the conventional methods such as: MIT, JPF or MFMC.

  • PCB (Printed Circuit Board) inspection using a deep learning model requires a large amount of data and storage. When the amount of stored data increases, problems such as learning time and insufficient storage space occur. In this study, the existing object detection model is changed to a continual learning model to enable the recognition and classification of PCB components that are constantly increasing. By changing the structure of the object detection model to a knowledge distillation model, we propose a method that allows knowledge distillation of information on existing classified parts while simultaneously learning information on new components. In classification scenario, the transfer learning model result is 75.9%, and the continual learning model proposed in this study shows 90.7%.

  • The object of this paper is to verify possible to monitor the deformation of cable in the tensegrity structure. Also, always monitoring system of tensegrity structure using Fiber Bragg Grating Sensor is described. We carry out experiments with measuring deformation of cable in the tensegrity structure based on loading conditions. In the result of experiment, the Fiber Bragg Grating Sensors shows accurate response to the loading conditions. Therefore, we can make sure the possibility of Fiber Bragg Grating Sensor in health monitoring of the cable structure like tensegrity structure.

  • In this research, a mesh connected VLSI structure is proposed for the real time computation of the generalized Hough transform(GHT). The purpose of the research is to design a generalized Hough transformer that can be realized as a single chip processor. The GHT has been modified to yield a highly parallel structure consisting of simple processing elements(PEs) and communication networks. In the proposed structure, the GHT can be computed by first assigning an image pixel to a PE and performing shift and add operations. The result of the CAD circuit simulation shows that it can be computed in the time proportional to the number of pixels in the pattern. In addition to the Hough transformer, the peak detector has been designed to reduce 1)the number of the I/O operations between the transformer and the host computer and 2) the host computer's burden for peak detection by transmitting only the local peaks detected from the transformed accumulator. It is expected that the proposed single chip Hough transformer with peak detector makes a fast and inexpensive edge based object recognition systems possible for many industrial and military applications.

Determination factor of Modularization of a product (조립 합리화를 위한 제품 모듈화의 결정 요소)

  • In this paper, module of a product is determined by the characteristics of a product itself and art assembly process. To analyze the characteristics o( the product, assembly function, structure of subassembly and parts could be considered. Based on the analysis of characteristics of product structure, assembly process and product function, determination criteria of a module could be proposed. For the assembly process, assembly methods, assembly equipment and workers could be considered. For the product structure, constituent object and structural feature could also be considered. To obtain the interrelationship between the product and the assembly process, the matrix table could be used to find the influencing factors that affected the module.
