한국에서 우울증의 비약물학적 치료의 현황과 요구도 (The Current Status and Requirements for Non-pharmacological Treatment of Depression in Korea)

  • Objectives : As a part of plan to develop evidence-based treatment guidelines for depression that is more suitable for Korean situation, we investigate the present status and client's requirements for non-pharmacological treatment of depression in Korean clinical situation. Methods : Subjects were patients with depression in 12 university hospitals which are located in metropolises in Korea. We analyzed the records from questionnaires about current clinical status and requirements for the non-pharmacological treatment of depression in Korea. Results : 50.8% of the subjects have experienced non-pharmacological treatments for their depression. The preference of non-pharmacological treatment method of depression is exercise/interesting activity, counseling by psychiatrists and psychotherapy, and the best effective treatment method is psychotherapy (Es=4.36). Actually, the mean consultation time by psychiatrist is $11.31{\pm}7.16$ min, and the appropriate consultation time for client's situation is $18.39{\pm}8.95$ min. During consultation, patients' satisfaction measurement for psychiatrist's explanation about pharmacological treatment is $64.17{\pm}27.11$, and satisfaction measurement for psychiatrist's counseling for their depression about personal problems, resent stress, interpersonal relationship is $61.66{\pm}26.63$. Conclusion : In Korea, many psychiatrists offered biologically oriented treatment to their patients with depression, and patients' satisfaction measurement about consultation by psychiatrists is low. Many patients wanted to combined pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment for their depression, and aspired to information about complementary and self-help treatment methods. It is necessary to develop non-pharmacological treatment guideline for depression which reflect the clinical situation in Korea and meet Korean patients' need.

Destructive and Non-destructive Tests of Bamboo Oriented Strand Board under Various Shelling Ratios and Resin Contents

  • The objectives of this study were to evaluate the effects of shelling ratio and resin content on the properties of bamboo oriented strand board (BOSB) from betung (Dendrocalamus asper) and to determine the correlation between the results of dynamic and static bending tests. Strands were steam-treated at $126^{\circ}C$ for 1 h under 0.14 MPa pressure and followed by washing with 1% NaOH solution. Three-layer BOSB with the core layer perpendicular to the surface was formed with shelling ratios (face:core ratio) of 30:70; 40:60; 50:50; 60:40 and binded with 7% and 8% of phenol formaldehyde (PF) resin with the addition of 1% of wax. The evaluation of physical and mechanical properties of BOSB was conducted in accordance with the JIS A 5908:2003 standard and the results were compared with CSA 0437.0 standard for commercial OSB (Grade O-1). Non-destructive testing was conducted using Metriguard Model 239A Stress Wave Timer which has a wave propagation time from 1 to $9,999{\mu}s$ and a resolution of $1{\mu}s$. BOSB with 8% resin content showed better physical and mechanical properties than those with 7% resin content. The increase of the face layer ratio improved the strength of BOSB in parallel direction to the grain. The results suggested that shelling ratio of 50:50 could be used as a simple way to reduce PF resin requirements from 8% to 7% and to meet the requirements of CSA 0437.0 standard. The results of non-destructive and destructive tests showed a strong correlation, suggesting that non-destructive test can be used to estimate the bending properties of BOSB.

수요자중심의 약학교육 개선 방향에 관한 연구 (Development of Student-oriented Reformation for Pharmacy Education)

  • In spite of many studies of The Korean Association of College of Pharmacy for improvement of the Korean pharmacy education and decrearing to change 4 year curriculum for pharmacy education to 6year curriculum from 1998 by The Ministry of Health and Wellfaire, there are many problems right now in view of the student-oriented education in front of the revolution program of The Ministry of Education. So the student-oriented reformation for pharmacy education in Korea was studied not only by observations of worldwide pharmacy education and pharmacy system, but also by 416 questionaires from many kinds of man and women such as pharmacists in drug store and hospital(159), administraters of The Ministry of Health and Wellfaire (59), professors in college of pharmacy (65), researchers in pharmaceutical company (31) and seniors in college of pharmacy(102).It shows that our Korean pharmacy education was a type of teacher-oriented education which is caused by the short time-education, a lots of subjects in the examination for pharmacy license and egoism of professors for their subjects, and so our teacher-oriented education have to change to the student-oriented education for the most function of pharmacist which is the pharmaceutical care for patients. For the preparing the clerkship/externship for one year, we have to change 4 year curriculum to 6 year curriculum for clinical pharmacy edu-cation, and also subjects of pharmacy in the national examination for pharmacy liciense have to reduce within 3-4 subjects of totally non-subject examination. The Korean Association of Collage of Pharmacy of Pan-pharmaceutical Revolution Association must purchase them and their program can be begun right now in spite of loss of the pharmacist supplement for 2 year and preparing the program of 6 years curriculum. Our teaching purposes of departments of pharmacy and manufacturing pharmacy were respectively clinical pharmacy, and development of new drug and compounding of many kinds of commercial drugs, but we have been not gone to their goals, respectively, because of short time-education for pharmacy as compared as world-wide pharmacy education containing the clerkship/externship and same twelve subjects in their examination for pharmacy license. Most function of pharmacist in Korea are the development of new drug, and social and administrative pharmacy in health care for patients, and so we have to teach them in the department of maunfacturing pharmacy.

어린이 디자인 창의성 개발을 위한 D.I.Y 가구 만들기 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Furniture Making Program Development for Children's Designing Creativity)

  • School activities which are opened after-school or during a vacation have been social issues as our society is nuclearized and both parents are working, so that elementary school students and middle school students are less taken care of and less concerned by their parents. It is regrettable that students are spending too much time on private academies in the situation where they cannot help but staying alone after school and where frantic fever of private education pervades their lives. For the sake of those students, the Ministry of Education announced, "Each school can open its after-school programs or vacation programs based on students and their parents' demands making it a rule of a student's voluntary participation. After school programs for elementary and middle school students are operated by local communities providing extra courses or programs in addition to regular classes. Those programs are paid by participants or supported by financial aids in order to decrease parents' burdens of costs of private education and to reduce educational gaps between rich and poor children or between the regions. After school programs are either curricular or non-curricular educational activities with students' voluntary participation, and the programs are meant to supplement and strengthen the role of public school education. Non-curricular courses that consist of various programs, in particular, are receiving good reputations by students and parents. Therefore, this study develops and operates "children's making D.I.Y. furniture" program that is one of non-curricular courses and an activity-oriented art program for children to improve their designing creativity and to help them experience their future jobs in advance. The purpose of this study is to analyze advantages and disadvantages of the program using survey and assessment methods and to find out a developmental direction focused on future-oriented and specialized educational programs for children.

행위중심적 유방자가검진 교육이 간호학생의 지식, 자기효능감 및 수행능력에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Action Oriented Breast Self-examination(BSE) Education on Knowledge, Self-efficacy, and Performance Competence in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was undertaken to test effects of action oriented BSE education on knowledge, selfefficacy, and performance competence in nursing students. Methods: A non-equivalent pre-posttest of time serial quasi-experimental design was used to prevent diffusion of the experiment. Out of 53 nursing students selected by convenient sampling in the third grade at a nursing college, 27 students were randomly assigned to the control group and were first given a traditional lecture on BSE. For the experimental group of 26 students action oriented BSE education consisted of lectures, demonstrations with breast models, and BSE skill practice by micro teaching. Results: There was no significant difference in general and BSE-related characteristics between the two groups. Scores of the experimental group in knowledge, self-efficacy, and performance after the intervention were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusions: Results showed that action- oriented BSE education was effective in increasing knowledge, self-efficacy and performance competence in nursing students. Education for students should incorporate strategies reinforcing confidence by practicing actual BSE skills as well as acquiring knowledge of BSE, so that students can become competent and practical cancer prevention educators.

제1차 치산녹화10년계획의 수립 과정:경영중심 임정과 행정중심 임정의 갈림길 (Establishing Process of the 1st 10-year National Greening Project : At the Turning Point between the Management-oriented Approach and Administration-oriented Approach)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 당시 당면한 산림문제를 해결하기 위하여 1972년 7월부터 1973년 6월까지 진행되었던 산림정책의 변화과정과 그 원인을 구명하는 데 있다. 1972년에 우리나라가 당면한 산림문제는 1ha 당 평균 입목축적 $11m^3$, 총 산림면적의 약 12%에 해당하는 82만ha의 무립목지로 대표되는 산림황폐화였다. 당시 이 문제를 해결하기 위한 다양한 접근방법이 있을 수 있었다. 1972년 12월 산림개발법이 제정될 때까지는 산림경영 측면에서 조림을 유도하는 경영중심 임정이 유력하였다. 그러나 1973년 3월까지 큰 변화가 있었다. 우선 산림녹화의 효율적인 수행을 위하여 산림청을 농림부에서 내무부로 이관하였다. 뒤 이어 국가가 산림녹화의 주체가 되어 국가 재정과 경찰력을 포함한 행정력을 동원하여 신속히 100만ha를 조림한다는 제1차 치산녹화10년계획이 수립되었다. 영림공사가 수행할 특수개발지역의 산림조차 국가와 지방 정부가 중심이 되어 조림을 한다는 정책이 선택됨으로써 영림공사의 필요성은 퇴색되었다. 더군다나 정부는 법으로 정한 영림공사 설립에 필요한 출자금 200억원을 조달하는 데 '재정적 제약'이 있었다. 결국 공적 기관인 영림공사가 특수개발지역의 산림을 경영한다는 계획은 1973년 3월 5일 산림개발법이 개정되어 영림공사 설립 조항이 삭제되면서 그 막을 내렸다. 이러한 변화의 중심엔 당시 산림문제를 단기간 내에 해결하려는 박정희 대통령의 '시간적 제약' 인식이 크게 자리 잡고 있었다. 이런 대통령의 인식은 영림공사 주도의 조림정책보다 행정력 주도의 제1차 치산녹화10년계획을 선택하게 만든 보이지 않는 변수였다.

  • Impact analysis of TFT-LCD module is very complicated because the structure is assisted with thin, small and non-uniform geometry. Especially, finite element modeling is more difficult and need time-consuming efforts. In this study, we developed LCD Impact Analysis System (LIAS) for the purpose of reducing the analysis time without accuracy reduction. This system contains pre-meshing data, material database, shock condition, auto-reporting etc. PATRAN and DYNA3D is used for meshing and solving. Previously, we performed impact test and reviewed the accuracy of analysis results. Simply we can control design parameters, the procedure such as meshing, running and reporting which are partially auto-prepared. By adopting proposed system, it is expected to achieve efficient impact analysis of LCD module.

  • Neural Networks are widely used for huge variety of tasks solution. Machine Learning methods are used also for signal and time series analysis, including electrocardiograms. Contemporary wearable devices, both medical and non-medical type like smart watch, allow to gather the data in real time uninterruptedly. This allows us to transfer these data for analysis or make an analysis on the device, and thus provide preliminary diagnosis, or at least fix some serious deviations. Different methods are being used for this kind of analysis, ranging from medical-oriented using distinctive features of the signal to machine learning and deep learning approaches. Here we will demonstrate a neural network-based approach to this task by building an ensemble of 1D CNN classifiers and a final classifier of selection using logistic regression, random forest or support vector machine, and make the conclusions of the comparison with other approaches.

  • As a period of pluralism, today's museum architecture has been expanding social and cultural meaning. So, Various expressions are appearing in museum architecture. Accordingly, the museum must be very reproducible and comply with aesthetic requirements. At the same time, museum construction in urban design and features must satisfy professional requirements. SANAA is one of contemporary architects has been decisively deleted existing fixed and functional layout type of program through 'The new hierarchy'. Thus, the experience of the space will vary. Now, museum space is urgently needed than ever before crustal movements. Thus, this study aims to contribute an alternative to the museum space configuration according to the trend of the times through 'The new hierarchy' of SANAA. This paper is limited to the cases of the SANAA's museum architecture. We analyze the characteristics of representation on 'The new hierarchy' appear in the museum space configuration and then, examine the value of the spatial. SANAA's 'New Hierarchy' is going to set the cognitive boundary by expression targeting plane and the surface. It is completely different than the previous boundaries. Characteristics of the expression represents non-centrality, decentrally, non-oriented, uncertainty, non-territorialization, uniformity. It is steady that identity of Space, Human, Environment in Museum. They have a relationship each concept of Independence, autonomy, equality.

  • 현재 서울시의 대중교통 이용수요는 최근의 버스개편 등 대중교통 서비스 개선에도 불구하고 그 분담률은 크게 증가하지 못하고 있으며 특히, 지하철의 경우 오히려 감소하고 있는 추세이다. 지하철 분담률 증진을 위해서는 그 해법을 대중교통 지향형 역세권 개발(TOD : Transit Oriented Development)에서 찾을 수 있어 이에 대한 정책전환이 필요하다 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 대중교통지향형 역세권 개발을 위해 고려되어야 할 토지 및 교통 측면의 공급과 수요관련 변수들을 이용하여 유형별(주거, 비주거지역) 영향 모형을 개발하고, 분석결과를 토대로 역세권의 이용자 및 대중교통 공급수준의 영향인자를 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 첫째, 토지이용특성(주거, 비주거)에 따라 대중교통 이용자의 통행패턴이 상이하게 나타날 것이라는 대전제는 군집분석 결과를 바탕으로 증명되었다. 둘째, 주거지역에서 고려되어야 할 사항으로는 환승거리, 정류장수, 단거리노선수, 자전거면수와 같은 버스측면의 대중교통 서비스범위와 관련된 시설 공급수준이 강한 것을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 비주거 지역에서 우선적으로 고려되어야 할 사항으로는 노선수, 배차간격, 운영시간, 역간거리와 같이 도시철도와 관련된 운영특성의 공급수준이 강한 것을 알 수 있다. 이는 향후 역세권 중심의 대중교통 정책 수립시 교통측면의 영향요인들의 우선순위를 제시해 줄 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.
