개방형 도시철도의 무임승차 예방시스템 도입을 위한 기술 타당성 연구 (A Technical Study on the Free-riding Prevention System of the Open-type Urban Rail)

  • This paper reviews the one of problems that may occure for the tram operating in Korea, it's a free-riding problem, I analyzed the feasibility of combining the introduction of world-class technology solution "IT". It is under review the introduction of tram in Su-won city, Chang-won city, Wi-Rye new town. Free-riding is one of the biggest issues of any agency that operates the public transportation system. It has been acting as the main factors threatening the financial integrity of the operating agency, and the ratio of free-riding is further increased. In this paper, I want to build a foundation for the development of the system by analyzing the economic feasibility for the introduction of free-riding prevention system.

  • 본 고에서는 Virtual Group 네트워크 서비스 제공을 위한 IP 주소 변환 시스템의 개발과 이를 초고속 시범 서비스에 적용한 예에 관하여 다루었다. 이러한 방법은 전용 망에 접속된 지역 망 내의 제한된 가상 그룹에 대해 별도의 전용 네트워크 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 방안이 될 수 있으며, 향후 관심이 부각되고 있는 인트라넷 환경에서 폐쇄 그룹 내부에서의 모든 업무를 인터넷 관련 기술로 처리하는 새로운 개념의 네트워크 환경을 제공하는데 이용될 수 있다.

주거지 선택확률을 이용한 지역적 주택수요의 분석 (A spatial housing domand analysis with the use of residential choice probabilities)

  • The purpose of this study was to predict the spatial housing demand of households in Seoul with the use of residential choice probabilitics. An multinomial legit model is developed using socio-demographic and housing characteristics. SAS package was utilized to estimate this model. This study used the data obtained by the Korea Rosearch Institute for Human Settlemente in 1989. The sample size was 3941 households in Seoul.The residential choice probability varicd depending upon the residential area, head age, head age, tenure and work place. The households with students were more likely to choose kangnam are. The households without young children had higher probability to choose new town near Seoul. Prime reason of this two results were considered the chi Id education and their better housing, Kangnam area was known to be the first consideration for residential choice regardless of work place. Low level of choice probability of kangman area for future residences however, was evidenced. Prime reason of such seemingly contradicting phenomenon is suspected for higher housing prices and limited affordability of people surveyed.

전원고립형 공동주택단지의 녹환경 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Greenery Environment Evaluation of the Apartment House Complexes Encircled by the Fields)

  • In the suburbs near the capital area in Korea, many apartment house complexes are dotted that encircled by field. These apartment house complexes encircled by field, have not park and are abutting on the field, unlike large scale new town. This study is aimed to clear the characteristic of field around these apartment house complexes, consists in development the suburbs near the capital area. As a method of study we conducted greenery evaluation from view of Inhabitant by questionnaire survey. We concluded as follows: inhabitants attach importance to the nature around apartment house complex when move into that; inhabitants are satisfied and feel nature about the field; inhabitants tend to take field as a sight; inhabitants need low-rise development for harmony with field.

예비 여성 노인의 노후 생활계획에 관한 연구 - 노후 동거계획, 주거계획 및 경제계획을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Planning for Future Elderly Living of Middle Aged Women)

  • This study was designed to know the planning for future elderly living of middle aged women. The specific objects were to grasp preferred characteristics of their living together and housing in the elderly stage, economic preparation for the elderly. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey. The subject were 342 middle aged women living in the capital area. Frequency, percentage, and f2_test were used. The results showed that they wanted more emotional support than physical support from adult children, and wanted to make career for themselves in economic aspect. The most preferred housing for the their elderly stage was not only silver town. but also general housing type, for example, apartment and detached house. Therefore, it will be necessary to develop new housing and remodeling system of existing house for more independently elderly living.

중정형 공동주택의 공간계획 특성 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Court Housing Design in Korea)

  • The aim of this study was to analyse the design characteristics of court housing. In spite of changes of housing design condition, especially density, there have been changes only in the height of housing block, not in the housing types, layout system and other design properties. Due to the situation, housing design in Korea has been criticised as too routine and monotonous one. As one of the alternatives to respond to the criticism, this study focused on the positive aspects of the court housing type, and suggested the design strategies throughout the analysis of 8 entries in the design competition of EunPyeong NewTown, which attempted to overcome the negative problems - mainly the daylighting, orientation, and privacy- of this housing type. Throughout the analysis, there suggested design strategies to respond to the problems of court housing type, which can be the basis for the court housing design in Korea.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide a basic study for a desirable bathroom planning of the 30s pyung apartments. This study explores the change of the bathroom planning and analyzes the bathroom plans of the existing apartments. The data are 927 case of the bathroom plans of the 30s pyung apartments constructed in Seoul and the new town between 1971-2003. Where 145,807 households live. In this study, a trend of the bathroom form, numble in the 30s pyung apartments are examined. For the better planning of the bathroom. factors like family size. life cycle, and manner of bathroom use should be analyzed in the future studies. The analysis of the dweller's consciousness, satisfaction, and the demands on the bathroom in 30s pyung apartments, and to give useful information on bathroom planning of 30s pyung apartments.

Sonophotocatalysis와 Photocatalysis를 이용한 Chloroform의 광산화 (Comparative Sonophotocatalysis and Photocatalysis for Chloroform Degradation)

  • Comparison between photocatalysis (UV+$TiO_2$) and sonophotocatalysis (Sonication+UV+$TiO_2$) were performed in lab-scale experiments for the treatment of chloroform. The effect of operational parameters, i.e., initial chloroform concentration, $TiO_2$ concentration, UV light intensity and sonication time on the degradation rate of aqueous solution of chloroform has been examined. The optimal conditions for photocatalysis and sonophotocatalysis processes were determined: initial chloroform concentration was 25 mg/L, the concentration of $TiO_2$ was 200 mg/L and UV light intensity was $6.630 mW/cm^2$, respectively. The optimal sonication time on sonophotocatalysis process was 90 min. Under the optimal conditions, sonophotocatalysis was effective for inducing faster degradation of the chloroform.

출근통행 교통수단 선택행태의 지역간 비교연구 -서울과 일산신도시를 중심으로- (A Regional Comparative Study on the Commuter Mode Choice Behavior -Case of Seoul and llsan New Town-)

  • 서울과 일산 신도시의 출근통행 교통수단 선택모형을 구축하고, 두 도시간 수단선택형태를 분석.비교하였다. 분석을 위한 자료로는 1996년 서울시에서 수행한 가구통행실태조사자료를 이용하였으며, 수단선택모형으로는 다항로짓모형을 사용하였다. 두 지역 출근통행 수단선택모형의 모형구조상의 차이 및 모형의 지역간 이전가능성을 분석하였고, 출근통행의 시간가치 및 탄력성을 분석하고 비교하였다. 통계적 검증의 결과 출근통행의 수단선택에 있어서, 모형구조적 측면에서나 선택행태적 측면에서 수단선택모형의 두 도시간 이전은 불가능한 것으로 나타났다. 서울의 출근통행의 시간가치가 일산보다 전반적으로 큰 것으로 분석되었고, 특히 서울의 경우, 택시이용자의 시간가치가 자가용 이용자의 시간가치보다 큰 것으로 나타났다. 두 도시 모두 통행시간에 대한 탄력성 통행비용에 대한 탄력성보다 전반적으로 크며, 버스와 지하철간의 통행시간에 대한 교차탄력성이 매유 높은 것으로 분석되었다.

  • 서해 연안의 개발은 갯벌의 감소로 해양생태계를 위협하고 있으며 산업화에 따른 대형 매립공사는 주변의 기상변화와 해상변화를 일으켜 해저지형 및 해안선에 많은 변화를 발생시키고 있다. 또한 선박의 안전한 입, 출항을 위한 항로에 영향을 주고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 해도에 나타난 기준선인 최저저조면의 해양 기준면을 기초 자료로 사용하여 육지부분의 해안선과 갯벌의 경계로 나타나는 0m경계선, 수심2m선을 수치화 하였으며, 수치화 된 도면을 4개의 구역으로 구분하여 분석함으로써 신공항건설과 신도시개발, 방조제공사 등의 서해 연안 개발에 따른 해안과 해저의 변화 정도를 알아보았다.
