신세대의 의생활양식과 의복선택행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Clothing Life Style and Clothing Selection Behavior of the New Generation Consumer)

  • The ultimate purpose of this study is to suggest the most effective marketing strategy for the clothing consumer market based on the new generation consumer's clothing selection behavior analysis. In this thesis, it is appempted to make a progress in the new gen-eration consumer's clothing life style types, in clothing purchase behavior analysis among the clothing life style, and also in the marketing strategy for marketers. The subjects selected for the final analysis are 412 the new gerneration women of age 20 thru 34 in seoul and satellite town area. Data were processed the spss package program. As for the analytic method, factor analysis, clustering analysis, XCross-tubulation, F-test with ANOVA, frequency and percentage were applied in the survey. The major findings are as following : life style is classified into four types : The characteristic fashion-directory type(25.7%) ; The reason traditional type(9.0%) ; The sen-sitivity fashion-following type(11.0%) ; The community brand-conscious type(54.3%). 2 Clothing life style types characteristic of the new generation consumer proved that clothing life style types are a significant difference according to the life style, the fashion consciousness and the average monthly spend-ing on clothing. 3. There is an important discrimination according to the clothing life style types in their clothing purchase behavior such as infor-mation usage, clothing choice criterion and brand loyalty. 4. Based on the result of our analysis and the review of literature, the marketing strategy is suggested that characteristic and new design development is efficient way to consumer's purchase need. Therefore apparel industary which pursue an added value must frame marketing strategy on the basis of the target consumer's sensitivity characteristic according to the life style and fashion consciousness.

공공서비스로서 신.구도심지의 공원만족도 차이 - 대전광역시를 대상으로 (Differences of Park Satisfaction in New and Old Downtown as Public Service; Focused on the City of Daejeon)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the urban park and the green spaces within the public service framework. It was investigated by identifying the priority elements as defined by the residents and to figure out the differences of residents' satisfaction for the parks in new and old downtown. This study surveyed 455 residents from 80 dong (neighborhoods) of 5 Gu(districts) in Daejon. In this study, satisfaction on the urban parks and the green spaces in the old downtown was compared with the new town area. The results were as follows: Those who lived in the new downtown areas showed higher satisfaction than those in the old downtown for the urban parks and the green spaces, as well as in all 8 other evaluation sections. Both new and old downtown residents scored high on the 'city landscape and the natural environment' and 'green spaces and facilitats' items, but scored low on 'citizen's respect' and 'acceptance of resident opinions'. The old downtown residents highly valued on easy access to the parks, while the new downtown residents focused on various activities and programs, as well as resident participation, as the parks. The variables affected the resident's satisfaction on the urban parks in old downtown areas consisted of 'information', 'diversity', 'supply decision'. Among these variables, 'diversity' had the most significant influence on the satisfaction level.

A Study on the Odor Management of Traditional Markets in the Old and New Towns

  • Purpose: Odor generated in traditional markets causes discomfort, hindering the pleasant life of residents, and complaints of odors are steadily increasing every year. Odor is defined as a smell that stimulates a person's sense of smell by stimulating hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans, amines, and other irritating gaseous substances. Research design, data and methodology: It is not easy to grasp and manage the current status of the odor analysis of living odors such as traditional markets. Seongnam City has an advanced new town of Bundang and Pangyo, while old cities such as Sujeong-gu are relatively underdeveloped. Results: As a result, the gap between the old city center and the new city center widens, so it is urgent to develop a balanced development. Based on this, the market of Seongnam-si is divided into the old city center and the new city center, and the odor complaint in the traditional market is analyzed to find a solution. A survey was conducted to understand the current status of odor management in the Seongnam-si market and the odor felt by users. Moran Market, Seongnam Jungang Market, and Kumho Market and Dolphin Market, located in the new city center, were selected as targets. The items of the survey consisted of the frequency and cause of the odor, the current status of market management, matters that need improvement, and efforts to resolve the odor. Conclusions: Therefore, this study aims to help citizens feel better about odor environment in places where odor standards are exceeded or complaints occur frequently, and to help local governments and market merchants establish more efficient and useful development plans.

  • The purpose of this study was verified the effect of analyzed emotional factors and compare with competed design proposals of G and D public exhibition to plan the public exhibition applied emotional marketing which strengthen the effect with touching the emotion. The results are first, public consumer preferred to experience 5 senses and gives a positive effect, second, preference according to factor of scene gives differences by ages, but various ages preferred to experience the factor of scene, third the result of analyze the relation between preference of scene and 3 groups of 5 senses, which is high, middle, and low preferred had significant relation, and fourth, public consumer preferred to several levels of exhibition than only one level, the space preferred was 'experiencing' space.

합류하천에서 토구설치에 따른 흐름변화 (Variation of Flow Properties by Installing Sewerage Outlet at Channel Junction)

  • As the city is developed, Sewerage outlet is installed for the discharge of rainfall special at new town or modified the existed sewerage network. But the sewerage outlet is influenced to the cannel flow. In this paper, for analyzing variation of flow properties by installing sewerage outlet, it was experimented a with $120^{\circ}$ channel junction. The water depth is rapidly increasing at the just before sewerage installed position, but the velocity is represented increasing at the just after sewerage installed position. In addition, the biggest increment of water depth and velocity is represented $3.0m^3/hr{\sim}4.0.m^3/hr$. At the position of the sewerage outlet installation, separate install at up and downstream is rather than only one position at up or down stream. If it was not install both installation, the upstream installation is better than downstream installation.

노르베르크-슐츠의 건축 현상학이 갖는 의의와 한계 (A Study on the Meaning and Limitations of Architectural Phenomenology of Norberg-Schulz)

  • The aim of this study is to review Norberg-Schulz's architectural phenomenology to find out its meaning and limitations in contemporary architecture. His phenomenological trilogy, 'Existence, Space and Architecture', 'Genius Loci' and 'The Concept of Dwelling' are main texts to examine background, characteristics, meaning and limitations of his theory in relation to Structuralism and Heidegger's thoughts. Heidegger's phenomenology, especially his dwelling concept, had great impacts on forming Norberg-Schulz's architectural phenomenology. However, since his architectural phenomenology was strongly influenced by Structuralism, his theories present unstable combination of phenomenology and semiotics. And this results in instrumentalization, and overlooking body movement and socio-economical elements in his theory. In spite of these limitations, his theory also shows possibility to go beyond the theory of Modern architecture and plays important role in suggesting direction for better environment through applicability from single building to city in Postmodern architecture. Another meaning of his theory lies in presenting theoretical background for new way to interpret regionalism and specific policy tool to make town planning in Finland.

입식가구에 관한 사용자 인식 및 이용실태에 관한 연구 (A Study Regarding the Recognition and Use Actual Condition about the Western Style Furniture)

  • Through this study, I conducted surveys on apartments with western style furniture to investigate perception on the western style furniture and its use. For the subject of survey, I selected three apartment complexes at Suji-gu, Yongin city which has been recently developed as a new town. Out of total 150 copies of survey sheets 142 fully answered copies were adopted as a final analysis data. Considering supply rate and application, sofa and chair of dining table were chosen to refer as western style furniture. As a result, most of the respondents had inconvenience in using western style furniture. Further study on side effects of adopting western style furniture should be followed.

  • Peat의 생산(生産) 분류(分類) 가공(加工) 사용(使用), 품질관리(品質管理) 성분(成分) 등에 관한 세계(世界)의 연구현황을 소개하였다. 우리나라의 그간 연구를 종합검토(綜合檢討)하였으며 토양생산성(土壤生産性)을 높이기 위한 사용전망(使用展望)을 검토하였다. 국제적(國際的)인 관계변화(關係變化)등 여러면에서 peat는 경제적으로 유용한 토양개량재료이며 생물산업의 신소재로 보여 대응연구가 필요(必要)한 것으로 보인다.
