본 연구는 대학도서관의 서비스 개발을 위해 대학을 둘러싼 환경에 대한 인식에 기반하여 이용자가 가진 정보요구와 정보행위를 탐색하였다. 질적 데이터의 내용분석 결과, 심층면담 참여자들은 사회, 교육, 연구 환경의 변화를 경험하면서, '적합성, 최신성, 고유성, 신뢰성, 현장성, 편의성'의 6가지 특성을 띠는 심층적 정보요구를 갖고 있었다. 참여자들은 정보요구를 해결하기 위해 정보매체와 인적자원, 그리고 장소매체를 활용하고 있었다. 이러한 정보행위를 수행하는 가운데, 참여자들의 신분이나 주제분야, 소속대학을 뛰어넘어 공통적으로 겪고 있는 정보문제로서 '개개인의 미디어·정보활용역량 차이, 대학간 자원인프라 격차, 저작권과 소통채널의 문제' 등을 발견하였다. 이에 본 연구는 대학도서관서비스 방향성으로 '개인화된 미디어·정보리터러시 서비스, 정보요구 특성에 부합하는 장소매체로서의 도서관, 인적교류장소로서 자원인프라플랫폼, 접근성 높은 정보매체 활용지원 서비스'를 제시하였다.

Objectives: Limited research has investigated the specific needs of patients with cancer. This study was performed to explore patients needs and the related factors. Methods: The data were collected by 1 National Cancer Center and 9 regional cancer centers in Korea. An interview survey was performed with using a structured questionnaire for the subjects(2661 patients who gave written informed consent to particiate) survey 4 months after diagnosis and review of medical records. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. Results: When comparing the relating factors related with patient needs to the sociodemographic characteristics, the female group showed a higher level of recognition for physical symptoms, social support needs. The younger group showed a significantly higher level of recognition for health care staff, psychological problems, information and education, social support, hospital services needs. In addition, the higher educated group showed a higher level of recognition for health care staff, physical symptoms, social support needs. The higher income and office workers group showed a higher level of recognition for hospital services needs. When comparing the relating factors related with patient needs to the cancer, the breast cancer group showed a higher level of recognition for all needs excluding physical symptoms, accessibility and financial support needs. The combined radiotherapy with surgery and chemotherapy group showed a higher level of recognition for psychological problems, information and education, social support needs. Conclusions: This study showed that needs on patient with cancer was significantly influenced by female, higher educagion, lower income, having religion, office worker, liver cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, chemotherapy, and combined therapy.

This study delves into the unique transformation of South Korea's elderly population, distinctively termed 'Nomad Silver'. Characterized by individuals aged 65 and above who actively seek novel experiences and embrace new activities, this demographic shift signifies a departure from traditional perceptions of the elderly. The Nomad Silver cohort, distinguished by their significant economic influence and evolving needs, necessitates a tailored approach to healthcare services. This paper underscores the importance of comprehending both the fundamental biological needs and the personalized desires of the Nomad Silver, aiming to enhance their satisfaction and overall well-being. Hospitals, in response, should innovate their services to resonate with the emotional, psychological, and social facets of this age group. Consequently, the paper proposes a four-pronged strategy for hospitals to adapt: comprehensive healthcare provision, patient-centric service development, senior health education coupled with community engagement, and establishing a generational bridge hub. Furthermore, the paper posits that catering to the Nomad Silver not only promises substantial financial gains for hospitals but also fosters new business opportunities across various sectors.

The status of small and medium-sized enterprises has been changed into more independent business entities rather than simply subcontractor so that the utilization of specialized knowledge has been much more necessary for the survival in the market. However, small and medium-sized enterprises, it is difficult to sufficient investment in knowledge services due to limited resources relative to large enterprises and demand for knowledge services business of government support is growing. For this reason, it is important to measure accurately the demand for knowledge services of small and medium-sized enterprises in knowledge management for effective utilization of knowledge service. In this study, we analyzed previous studies on small and medium-sized enterprises knowledge services that can be utilized in a comprehensive way. As a result, we developed knowledge service needs assessment model based on five critical success factors for continual growth and 12 types of knowledge service. This model has been modified and supplemented through expert meeting using delphi research method and topic modeling analysis using secondary data. This study is attempted to appropriately measure necessary knowledge services for small and medium-sized enterprises so that generated the evaluation model of knowledge service demands, comprehensively dealing with core knowledge services for many kinds of business entities. It is expected that the developed model will be a useful tool to understand and evaluate knowledge services demands of enterprises.

Purpose: Focus group interviews were conducted to explore the current status and barriers of health care services in nursing home from the viewpoint of staffs taking care of nursing home residents. Methods: A qualitative thematic analysis using the focus group interview method was used. A total of 32 health care professionals (19 nurses and 13 social workers) from thirteen nursing homes in South Korea attended (5 focus groups) in 2014. Results: The two main themes were identified: 'minimal health care services that left personal care needs unmet' which has three subthemes of 'stereotyped and fragmented care by types of care providers', 'medically-oriented health care services' and 'health care services mixed with social or recreational programs'; and 'barriers to proper and timely care in nursing homes' with four subthemes including 'unmet care needs due to cognitive dysfunction or lack of expression', 'care guides or tools not suitable for long-term care facilities', 'health care needs that are beyond the facility's care boundary', and 'care delay due to lack of understanding on the older adult's status'. Conclusion: The findings from this study should help health care policy makers to recognize the factors that influence health care services and provide direction for nurses and other staffs involved in supporting health care services for nursing home residents.

본 연구는 대학도서관 모바일 서비스에 대한 이용자의 경험을 일기를 통해 간접적으로 관찰함으로써 모바일 서비스를 이용하는 이용자들의 이용행동을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 대학도서관이 모바일 서비스를 구축하고 운영하는데 있어서 필수적인 이용자들에 대한 이해를 돕고 모바일 도서관 서비스에 대한 이용자들의 요구를 파악함으로써 대학도서관 모바일 서비스의 발전을 꾀하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 국내의 2개 대학도서관을 선정하고 대학생 20명에게 일주일 동안 매일 1회 이상 자관에서 제공하는 모바일 서비스를 이용해보고 이용 과정 및 생각들을 자세하게 일기에 작성하여 제출하도록 하였다. 수집된 총 137개의 일기는 귀납적 접근의 내용분석을 통해 분석되었으며, 정보요구, 정보요구 해결여부, 이용 서비스, 모바일 도서관 이용 과정 중에 보이는 정보행동과 장애요인을 파악하였다. 그리고 분석 결과를 기반으로 대학도서관 모바일 서비스의 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 대학도서관의 연구데이터관리서비스 개발을 위하여 수행되었다. 본 연구에서는 연구데이터관리서비스의 요소와 제공 수준을 알아보고, 국내에서 연구비 규모가 가장 큰 대학인 서울대학교 소속 연구자들을 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하여 연구자들의 연구데이터관리 및 공유와 이용, 서비스에 대한 요구를 분석하였다. 인터뷰 참여자들은 해외 연구비지원기관 또는 학술 저널에서 제시하는 데이터 공유 의무조항에 대한 인식과 이행 경험이 부족하고 데이터를 체계적으로 관리하는데 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 그러나 상당수의 연구자들이 데이터 관리 및 연구데이터관리서비스 관련 교육에 대한 필요성에 대해 동감하고 있었다. 이를 바탕으로, 연구데이터관리서비스를 교육서비스, 전문 컨설팅 서비스, 큐레이션 기술 서비스 요소로 나누어 각 요소별 이용자의 요구를 반영한 서비스를 제안하였다. 본 연구결과는 향후 국내 대학도서관 및 연구데이터관리서비스를 계획하고 있는 기관에서 서비스 개발의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

National qualification system for SW engineering is intended to be mechanisms to assure the competence of SW professionals. Qualification system for SW engineering can be categorized as national qualification, nationally certified private qualification, and private qualifications. In this paper, we present a summary report of needs analysis for new national qualification systems, based on the survey from human resource department managers of IT companies in IT service, package SW and embedded SW industry. The survey results show that SW qualification system is appropriate for evaluation and career management, but does not provide up-to-date information concerning the technology assessment and change. Based on the result form needs analysis, we suggest the SW specialist and embedded SW specialist as new licenses in national qualification system. In addition, we also propose SW quality management engineer, systems management engineer, IT Protect management engineer, network management engineer and SW architect engineer, as new nationally certified private qualifications.

Objectives: This study described the features of home-bound industrial accident victims and their needs for rehabilitation services. This study was also aimed to find a future direction of development of community rehabilitation programs that are suitable for their needs demands. Methods: This study is a descriptive study, were collected through two phases using structured questionnaire. In the first stage, su were performed via telephone interviews. In the se stage, surveys were performed via home visit Subjects in the first stage included 2203 indu injured victims staying at home, of whom. individuals complaining of post-traumatic complic became the subjects of the second stage. Results: This study showed that the home-bound industrial accident patients were complaining of complications from the injury even after receiving treatment by IACI. However, they were neglecting their health problems without any intervention. Even if they use health care services. the treatment is mainly focused on acute medical care, which may not effective for them. Furthermore, they had unstable employment status and suffered from financial burden for health care costs. The Labor Welfare Organization has established a plan to remove barriers of industrial accident victims in reinstatement, and has been preparing various programs in order to establish an all-embracing service system for industrial accident victims from accident occurrence to reinstatement. However, these rehabilitation services can be truly helpful only when the injured are able to obtain enough information about them. The current restrictive system is also not appropriate for solving health problems of the industrial accident victims. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a plan that can provide industrial accident victims high-quality rehabilitation services so that they can use those services in the community without being dependent on hospitals. This study proposes visit nursing services as a way to provide various health services within community for the industrial accident victims.

This study focuses on making recommendations for the improvement of poor emergency medical services or EMS in Korea. Problems of the current EMS system is widely reviewed. As an alternative of the current system, a franchises system is introduced to EMS. A feasibility study of the new system is carried out as follows. 1) The current EMS system shows such problem as; - Inadequacy of emergency medical fee schedule, - Shortage of emergency medical resources, - Concentration of emergency medical facilities in metropolitan area, - Unestablishment of training program for emergency personnel, - Inappropriateness of patients' behvaviro pattern in emergency care system. 2) Recommendations for the improvement of EMS are as follows: - Well organized communication and transportation system needs to be established by utilizing all the availabl EMS is to be devised for the provision of appropriate emergency care. - A franchises system can be widly adopted so that private organizations are willing to establish a free standing emergency center. - Emergency care fee schedule of the franchises system needs to be appropriate for the system to provide high standard medical services.
