본 연구의 목적은 정보학의 성격 규명을 통해 재활성화를 위한 학문적 기본틀을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 초창기 정보학의 이론적 모델과 그 후의 학문적 경향에 대한 분석 및 평가를 하였다. 이어서 오늘날 정보학이 처해있는 어려움과 포스트모던 학문으로서의 정보학의 학문적 본질을 분석하였으며, 이 결과를 토대로 학문전략적 관점, 학문내재적 관점, 방법론적 관점에서의 새로운 출발점이 서술되었다.

As urbanization increases in UAE, the demand for housing and infrastructures also grows. The challenge is to continue to build but in a different way considering more energy-efficient sustainable buildings. Producing a sustainable design is highly dependent upon effective participation among the diverse parties involved. In the construction industry in the UAE, these parties are fragmented due to the multistage nature of construction projects and multidisciplinary participants, particularly during the design stage. The decisions made during this stage have an extensive impact on subsequent stages of a project's life cycle. Having a sustainability expert during the design stage is important and the awareness of sustainability requirements by all design participants is of equal importance. In this research, recent advances in information technology are used to develop an information model that will improve the sustainability of building during the design stage. An information framework for storing design information and sustainability performance criteria is developed, allowing design participants to collaborate in an integrated environment. This research is expected to help designers produce sustainable designs for building projects.

본 논문에서는 효율적이고 효과적인 정보 흐름을 가능하게 해주는 네트워크와 네트워크의 잠재력에 집중하고자 한다. 네트워크 중심 환경하에서 운용되는 군 지휘 통제 시스템을 포함하는 모든 네트워크들은 복잡하게 얽혀있다. 따라서 복잡도의 특성을 이해하고, 그에 따른 효과는 무엇이며, 어떻게 측정할 수 있을지에 대해서 알아본다. 우리는 정보의 접근성에 의한 효과와 네트워크화에 기반하는 중복성에 의한 효과에 대해서 결과를 제시하였다.

급속한 IT 기술의 발전은 자원의 공유와 확산을 가속화 시켜, 정보의 활용에 있어서도 직접검색이 가능하고 최신성이 높은 우수한 전자저널을 단시간내 받아볼 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 전자저널은 고가의 자료로서 통계자료는 구독선정, 평가 갱신의 근거 자료가 된다. 본 논문에서는 2009년 K연구원에서 구독한 전자저널 패키지 AIP/APS, Wily-Blackwell STM, Nature, Science, ScienceDirect, Springer, IEEE의 통계 서비스를 살펴보고, 국제표준에 의한 이용통계의 효율적인 활용을 위하여 개선해야 할 점과 업무에 활용할 수 있는 서비스는 무엇인지 연구해 보고자 한다.

21세기는 과학 기술이 발전함에 따라 정보화 사회가 급속하게 진행되었다. 그러므로 우리의 의식과 전통은 서구화의 조류에 휩싸이게 되었다. 따라서 한문이나 한자의 교육 등도 경시되어 자연스럽게 한시문학도 경시되거나 소외되게 되었다. 이는 물질문명의 풍요를 가져오게 되었으나 정신적인 면에서는 항시 쫓김이나 불안정함이 상존하게 하였다. 이러한 시대 조류 속에서 한시(漢詩) 창작의 외길 인생을 걸어 온 시인이 있다. 그는 향리에서 자연과 벗하면서 독특하게 한시만을 짓는 계산(溪山) 권승근(權丞根)(1940~, 이하 '계산')이다. 그의 한시는 자연에서 삶의 체험을 통하여 드러났기 때문에 공감을 일으켜주고 있다. 그의 시상의 발원은 자연이며, 자연에서 얻은 시정(詩情)은 곧, 순박과 순수이다. 그러므로 그의 시는 자연스러운 멋과 맛이 담기게 되었다. 계산의 한시문학은 자오(自娛)의 미학요소·자악(自樂)의 미학요소·자만(自滿)의 미학 요소·자적(自適)의 미학요소가 그의 문학에 체현되어 있다. 이를 바탕으로 한 그의 한시문학은 자연이연적(自然而然的) 초연(超然)·한원물유적(閒遠物遊的) 한담(閑淡)·생취청원적(生趣淸遠的) 일운(逸韻)의 심미경계를 띄고 있다. 이와 같이 계산 한시의 심미경계는 심도가 있음을 알 수 있다. 이는 21세기, 이 시대인이 짓는 한시의 심미경계이다.

자연의 유기적 형태에서 모티브를 얻어 작품을 제작하였으며 다양한 형태 도출을 시도해 보는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구 방법으로는 국내 학술지 검색을 통해 문헌 조사를 하였고 자연의 유기적인 형태와 디자인 개념을 접목하여 실무에서 무난하게 쓰일 수 있는 헤어 조형 4작품을 제작하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 초승달을 모티브로 조화와 균형의 법칙을 적용하여 작품을 제작하였다. 둘째, 파도를 모티브로 반복의 법칙을 적용하여 물결 웨이브의 흐름을 표현하였다. 셋째, 폭포에서 피여 오르는 아지랑이를 비조화 법칙을 적용하여 표현하였다. 넷째, 떠오르는 해를 강조하여 새로운 시작을 알리는 태양의 이미지를 주고자 하였다. 이에 자연의 유기적 형태는 디자인을 창조하는데 무안한 영감을 준다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 제한점은 마네킹으로만 작품을 제작하여 실제 모델에 제작한 이미지 효과가 동일한 이미지로 연출되는 정확도에 제한점을 두고 후속 연구로는 실제 모델에 활용하여 실용적 활용도를 높일 수 있는 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

Retrieval effectiveness is the principal criteria for measuring the performance of an information retrieval system. This paper deals with the characteristics of 'relevance' of information and various measuring techniques of retrieval effectivess. The outlines of this study are as follows: 1) Relevance decision for evaluation should be devided into the user-oriented and the system-oriented decisions. 2) The recall-precision measure seems to be user-oriented, and the recall-fallout measure to be system-oriented. 3) Many of composite measures can not be justified III any rational manner unfortunately. 4) The Swets model has demonstrated that it yields, in general, a straight line instead of a curve of varying curvature and emphasized the fundamentally probabilistic nature of information retrieval. 5) The Cooper model seems to be a good substitute for precision and a useful measure for systems which ranked documents. 6) The Rocchio model were proposed for the evaluation of retreval systems which ranked documents, and were designed to be independent of cut-off. 7) The Cawkell model suggested that the Shannon's equation for entropy can be applied to measuring of retrieval effectiveness.

Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) has become the call control protocol of choice for Voice over IP (VoIP) networks because of its open and extensible nature. However, the integrity of call signaling between sites is of utmost importance, and SIP is vulnerable to attackers when left unprotected. Currently a hop-by-hop security model is prevalent, wherein intermediaries forward a request towards the destination user agent server (UAS) without a user agent client (UAC) knowing whether or not the intermediary behaved in a trusted manner. This paper presents an integrated security model for SIP-based VoIP network by combining hop-by-hop security and end-to-end security.

본 연구는 참고 업무 분야에 전문가 대체 시스템(expert system)이라는 전산학의 시 스템 개발 기술을 도입하여 질문이 발생하게 된 경위와 질문의 규명, 그리고 적절한 해답을 제공하는데 필요한 지식을 사전에 지식 베이스로 구축함으로써 이용자 및 참고 사서가 해답 을 얻는데 유용하게 이용될 수 있도록 한다는데 그 목적이 있다.

Firms seldom survive and prosper solely through their individual efforts. Each firm's performance depends upon the activities and performance of others and hence upon the nature and quality of the direct and indirect relationships a firm develops with its counterparts. Textile companies have tried to improve their organizational competitiveness in order to survive in the digital age global market. The challenge in textile supply chain management is the development of collaboration network which accommodates diverse concerns of various participants while explicitly recognizing interdependencies and promoting effective relationship management. Major contents of the study are as follows. First, ideal collaboration network model from the supply chain of the textile industry is suggested. Second, utilizing the collaboration model, A framework for textile e-marketplaces supply chians is designed to improve customer services and delivery time, to promote information sharing, and shorten product life cycle time. The framework suggested is expected to promote corporate innovation and information sharing, generate infrastructure which provides appropriate communication and operations capabilities for the textile companies.
