This research is about the methods in making computers understand the situation in regards to interaction between House and Human Behavior. In this paper, house is the ubiquitous house, as a future house, adopting ubiquitous computing presenting the interrelation of human and house - interior space, architecture, nature. And the Context Aware Model of ubiquitous house is proposed to embody the ubiquitous house. The research objective is to systematize the context in the ubiquitous house and suggest a theoretical basis to embody the ubiquitous house interacting between the House ud Human Behavior Especially, this paper focuses on the Context Aware Model based on FengShui-Theory(sp. YangTaek-Theory). The ubiquitous house is not what operates passively by human but a information-oriented house that can predict the situation and the living patterns of human. For a information-oriented house and informal living context at home, this paper uses FengShui-Theory whose central concern is the interrelation of human and nature. Through these concepts, this research will suggest how to systematize, control and manage the context at home. In the end, it is expected to offer a theoretical basis to embody the intelligent house and apply an environment design communicating between the computers and human.

민간 시장에서의 경쟁의 실패는 일반적으로 정부개입과 규제의 대표적인 근거를 제공한다. 하지만 보건의료분야는 정보의 비대칭성, 의료보험의 보편화, 고가의료기술 및 장비에 의한 비용상승 등과 같은 특수성으로 인하여, 정부가 단순히 충분한 의료공급자나 병원의 수를 보장함으로써 가격의 하락과 서비스 양의 증가와 같은 경쟁의 효과를 기대하기 힘들다. 본 논문은 경쟁과 규제와 관련한 보건의료의 특수성과, 보건의료분야에서 경쟁이 소비자 후생에 미치는 영향에 관한 이론 및 실증분석의 결과들을 고찰한다. 나아가 경쟁과 규제가 조화된 지속가능한(sustainable) 보건의료체계를 위해, 병원설비투자의 직접적인 규제로부터 규제를 통해 경쟁을 촉진시키는 인센티브규제(incentive regulation)로서의 지불보상제도 그리고 필요한 정보의 제공을 통한 시장기능의 회복에 이르는, 정부가 집행할 수 있는 효과적인 정책도구들을 분석한다.

Graphene have renewed considerable interest in inorganic, two-dimensional materials for future electronics. However, graphene does not have a bandgap, it is limited to apply directly to transistors and logic devices. Hence, other layered materials such as molybdenum disulphide ($MoS_2$) have been investigated to address this challenge. Here, we find that the nature of contacts plays a more important role than the semiconductor itself. In order to understand the nature of $MoS_2$/metal contacts, we perform density functional theory electronic structure calculations based on linear combination of atomic for the geometry, bonding, binding energy, PDOS, LDOS and electronic structure. We choose Au as a contact metal because it is the most common contact metal. In this paper, we demonstrate $MoS_2$/Au contacts have a more promising potential in flexible nanoelectronics than $MoS_2$ itself.

도서관(圖書館)은 그 기능의 발휘장소인 사회적 환경의 성격과 변화에 따라 형성되고 영향을 받는다. 이러한 사회적 장치로서 도서관은 정보시대(情報時代)라는 변화하는 상황에 맞추어 지역사회(地域社會) 정보봉사(情報奉仕)를 실시하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 지역사회 정보봉사의 등장배경과 범위를 살펴보고, 이 봉사를 실시하기 위해 필요한 전개요소와 혜택을 살펴보았다. 그리고 공공도서관(公共圖書館)을 대상으로 현황을 조사(調査), 분석(分析)하여 그 발전방안을 제시하였다.

This paper examines the relationship between IT investment and the improvement of efficiency from the perspective of organizational contingency by the type of organizations and their maturity in IT use in terms of their history of e-commerce use. Organizations are divided into private and public in nature, and into experienced and inexperienced in e-commerce. An analysis was performed on data from 286 organizations in tourism industry. Comparison among the four groups showed differences in competitive and operational efficiency.

Circular variables are those that have a period in its range. Their examples include direction of animal migration, and time of drug administration, just to mention a few. Statistical analysis of circular variables is quite different from that of linear variable due to its periodic nature. In this paper, the author proposes new circular regression models using geodesic lines on the surface of the sample space of the response and the predictor variables.

An overview of our approach to autonomous navigation is presented showing how motion information can be integrated into existing navigation schemes. Particular attention is given to our short range motion estimation scheme which utilises a number of unique assumptions regarding the nature of the visual environment allowing a direct fusion of visual and range information. Graduated non-convexity is used to solve the resulting non-convex minimisation problem. Experimental results show the advantages of our fusion technique.

The IEEE 802.11 DCF forces neighboring nodes of an active transmitter to switch into inactive state. This conservative nature brings frame latency at transmitter neighborhood. This work exploits the IEEE 802.11n Frame Aggregation scheme to allow simultaneous transmissions from nodes that are neighbors to each-other. This is accomplished by the synchronization of control and data transmissions in slots of fixed length. Proposed scheme reduces the frame latency and improves aggregated network throughput.

The Pulse Coupling Oscillator (PCO) is a synchronicity model inspired by nature. However, the PCO model has some limitations. The Fast PCO model is proposed in this paper. It addresses the problem of the phase swing actions in the original PCO model. Benefits are the fast synchronicity speed and associated energy saving.

The algorithm of calculating NUC table, based on Image data collection, is based on two basic assumptions. These basic assumptions are as follow: one is the NUC is of a linear nature.
