본 연구에서는 고대 통일신라의 천재지변 중 자연재해(지변) 기록만을 발췌하여 삼국사기 신라 본기(A.D.668-935)를 중심으로 그 내용을 분석하였다. 가뭄과 기근 40회, 지진 40회, 우박 12회, 서리 10회, 천둥, 번개 9회, 큰 눈과 추위 9회, 큰 바람 8회, 홍수 7회, 황충 7회, 화재 6회, 수질오염 5회, 황사 3회, 이상기상으로 인해 재해 3회, 안개 2회, 용오름 현상 1회, 이조(鳥)출현 1회 등 총 163회가 발생하였다. 따라서 지변 현상에 따른 당시의 자연사상을 종합해 보면 다음과 같다. 당시의 사람들은 이러한 천견(天譴)에 대하여 군주가 책기수덕(責己修德)의 차원에서 피정전(避正殿), 감상선(感常膳), 여수대사(慮囚大赦) 등의 수덕(修德), 인정(仁政)과 더불어 백관의 상소를 받는 것이 관행화되고 있었음을 추정할 수 있다. 이처럼 통일 신라에서는 천재지변으로 인하여 여러 가지 책기수덕(責己修德)과 함께 민생안정을 정상화하여야 한다는 천견설의 전형을 구현하고 있는 자연인식(自然認識)으로 파악할 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 삼국사기에 기록된 천재지변 중 자연재해 기록만을 발췌하여 고구려, 백제, 신라 본기를 중심으로 그 내용을 분석하였다. 삼국의 자연재해 기록을 보면, 가뭄은 총 79회, 홍수는 33회, 우박은 24회, 메뚜기의 피해는 23회, 지진은 48회, 산사태는 9회, 대풍발목(大風拔木) 현상은 19회, 용사얼(龍蛇孼)현상은 24회가 발생하였다. 당시의 자연재해 원인으로는 군주가 종묘를 소홀히 하고 제사를 폐하며, 가혹한 정치와 지나친 토목공사 등 하늘에 반하는 정책을 시행할 때 나타나는 재해라고 인식하고 있었다. 따라서 이러한 자연재해 대처방법으로 왕이 피정전(避政殿), 책기(責己), 감상선(感常善) 등으로 백성에 대해 책임을 느꼈으며, 뿐만 아니라 죄인을 풀어주고, 대사면을 행하였다. 이와 같이 자연재해에 대한 선정(善政) 정책은 군주의 덕치이며, 이로서 천견(天譴)에 보답하려는 것이 당시의 신화적 사상의 근본이 된다고 사료된다.

Mount Angel Abbey library shows not only the general characteristics which Aalto had shown in his 60s but also special features of his last library project. Special features of Mount Angel library are the result of considering geography and existing context of the site. General characteristics of the library mainly come from the Aalto's concept for library especially considering light. Due to steep site, Mount Angel Abbey library has multi-layered and dynamic spatial configuration. Aalto considered the importance of daylight in the library and applied various kinds of openings to induce natural light. Therefore, Mount Angel Abbey library is the final result of his library type that developed from the Viipuri library of 1930s and his architectural thoughts of 1960s. As a combination of space and light, Mount Angel Abbey library is the outcome of Aalto's unique functional thoughts which maximize the function of the library through efficient induction of natural light.

A human being as a client has been understood only through a western cultural view so far, now we put forth efforts to set up the concept which is suitable for our korean nursing situation. This paper was reviewed to discover Korean behavior pattern through the concept of the human being in Korean traditional thoughts to keep in pace with above idea and develope the stem of the nursing knowledge. Behavior pattern usually has two aspects, the one is unconscious behavior which conform to old custom and the other is conscious one which abide by a conventional rule. The former was considered through the concept of human being in Tan-kun mythodology, Divination, Tong-hak (Cheondoism) and the latter was Buddism, Confucianism, Sung-ri hak (Human nature and natural Laws), Sil-hak (The rule of Heaven philosophy). Through these traditional thoughts, we can lead Humanity, Present-oriented, Family-focused, Ranking-centered, Fatalism, Projection in Korean behavior pattern and unconscious behavior correspond to the Naturalistic human being, conscious to Societic human being as well. Even though Korean behavior patterns were changed to the times, we found that Korean natural characteristics were remained in the of unconscious-conscious behavior. This point must be considered for caring a client better than anything else in our nursing situiation.

본 연구에서는 자연치유와 전인적 의학으로서의 단식요법에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다. 연구방법으로는 종교사상에서 나타난 단식의 역사와 의의를 찾아 문헌적으로 고찰하였으며, 단식이 심신치유에 적용된 사례를 연구, 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 단식은 종교사상에서 정신적인 중대한 역할을 함으로 단식행위가 인간의 삶에서 정신적으로 미치는 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 단식은 인간의 심신을 치유하는 수단으로서 오랜 과거로부터 오늘날에까지 이어져 내려오는 자연치유적 의료행위로 중대한 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 단식요법은 자연치유적 방법에 의한 전인적 의학으로서 중요한 가치를 가진다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 시사점은 단식요법을 통해 현대사회에 각종 질병의 요인으로 작용하는 스트레스성 질병과 생활습관성 만성질환에 대하여 전인적 의학 차원에서의 효율적 치유의 방향과 근거를 제시하는데 기초 자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

This study is on theoretical foundation for orthodoxy korean style Environmental Education based on oriental ecological thought. The main theme is that various kinds of all the ideas related with ecological thought based on oriental thoughts for EE should be focused into Moderation, the core-concept of oriental confuscian thoughts. The Moderation has not meant just a personal enlightenment, as it has known to general people, it can be developed into social status core-consciousness for regulating the natural resource. So we should focus on this conceptual developing mechanism personal enlightenment into social status for our orthodoxy konean style EE. It can be infered from Taoism, Confuscionism Buddism, especially, Anxiety Consciousness (WOOHWAN) for grand-scale anxiety to public society and universal cosmos. And also I drawed Harbermas-philosophy to provide good means for fortifying this research. His communication theory and restoration of real life for public people communication can be connected to oriental thoughts in the aspect of reciprocative response among the community people. So our orthodoxy korean style EE can be erected on the community-based regionality and their public communication through reciprocative response process. We should try to make this surrounding conditions nature-familiar oriental philosophy has provided from ancient times in the aspect all the traditional thought has been eco-deterministic.

Fast industrialization caused from Descartes' dichotomy has enormously developed our world, but endangered the ecosystem. In this study, the ecosystem aesthetics is not only a critique against existing growth-ideology and technical civilization, but also the art pursuing the life as an artistic state and achieving the dream for qualitatively different new future. Lao-tzu's Natural Beauty assumes that the adaptation to natural laws can lead every purpose's achievement. Based on such theoretical alternative, the earth construction as a medium for coexisting mankind, nature and construction interacts with the other objects through the natural affinity, the energy efficiency, the material generation. The earth construction provides the images of naivety, naturalness, folk as well as emotional stability in cultural terms. This study's direction and method are as follows. First, it researches the ecosystem aesthetics from the Taoism viewpoint, the alternative for environmental healing based on theoretical reviews about the ecosystem aesthetics. Second, it researches the earth construction's ecosystem aesthetic features and construction features from the low-tech aspect in continual construction genealogy. Third, it analyzes some cases targeting domestic buildings by drawing out expression methods and features through the connectivity of earth construction and ecosystem aesthetics. The earth construction lies between the heaven and the earth, but coexists in natural cycle. The earth construction caused from ecosystem aesthetics will be a future alterative, and various studies about its features and methods should be continued.

Natural language processing (NLP) is utilized to understand a natural text. Text analysis systems use natural language algorithms to find the meaning of large amounts of text. Text classification represents a basic task of NLP with a wide range of applications such as topic labeling, sentiment analysis, spam detection, and intent detection. The algorithm can transform user's unstructured thoughts into more structured data. In this work, a text classifier has been developed that uses academic admission and registration texts as input, analyzes its content, and then automatically assigns relevant tags such as admission, graduate school, and registration. In this work, the well-known algorithms support vector machine SVM and K-nearest neighbor (kNN) algorithms are used to develop the above-mentioned classifier. The obtained results showed that the SVM classifier outperformed the kNN classifier with an overall accuracy of 98.9%. in addition, the mean absolute error of SVM was 0.0064 while it was 0.0098 for kNN classifier. Based on the obtained results, the SVM is used to implement the academic text classification in this work.

To many developing countries like China, the practical way to constant development of city construction is low consuming. The basic methods of low-cunsuming landscape construction: 1) Low building consumption: Decreasing construction quantity. Using low-costing material. Designing low-consuming landscape. Reusing of building material. 2) Low energy consumption: Decreasing water consumption. Consuming and enrichment of earth fertilizer. Decreasing electrical consumption. 3) Low maintenance: Adapting natural material. Using local plants. Special design to decrease maintaining. Because of many reasons, China has not yet adapting Low-consuming Landscape Construction.
