건강가정사의 직무 및 근무환경 인식 (Certified Healthy Family Specialists' Job and Working Conditions from the Insiders' Perspective)

  • The number of Healthy Family Support Centers has dramatically increased during the past eight years since the Framework Act on Healthy Families was enacted. This phenomenal growth is largely credited to Certified Healthy Family Specialists (CHFSs). Despite their contributions, the job and working conditions of the CHFSs have rarely been explored from the insiders' perspective. In this study, we aim to delineate CHFSs' job and working conditions from their own narratives in order to improve an understanding of CHFSs' profession and work environment. We conducted in-depth interviews with nine CHFSs and a focus-group interview with five CHFSs. Our findings revealed that CHFSs took pride in their professions, internalized their professional mission of enhancing family strengths, and highlighted CHFSs' unique professional role in comparison to other human services professionals. In conclusion, CHFSs showed a strong professional identity consisting of rich professional knowledge, solid career goals, and integrated socio-political values. Contrary to the positive perception of the CHFSs' job, CHFSs expressed challenges in their working conditions in terms of small-scale organizations at local Healthy Family Support Centers, a heavy workload, hierarchical relationships with local government officers, and the unsatisfactory payroll and promotion system. This study contributes to a better understanding of CHFSs' job and their working conditions and provides insights on how to enhance professionalism among CHFSs and their work environment. As for policy implications, we suggest advancing qualifications for CHFSs, improving professional training programs for current CHFSs, and expanding small-scale organizations.

농촌 복지의 문제와 발전방안 (Contemporary Problems and Directions for Development of Rural Welfare)

  • The purpose of this study were to review the current problems of rural welfare and to suggest desirable direction for development of welfare in rural Korea. Specific objectives of the study were to investigate the current status and problems of rural welfare and to search for the desirable directions for rural welfare development in Korea. The major findings of the study were as follows ; 1. Some of the current problems of rural welfare were; (1) difficulty in getting a job for stable income, (2) seriousness of medical care and aging of rural population, (3) decrease in number of rural school children and unfavorable educational environment, and (4) insufficiency in facility, manpower and program for recreation and cultural activities in rural area. 2. Problems of rural welfare were not independent in rural Korea, but the most of the problems were interrelated to each other. Integrated and comprehensive approach would be necessary to solve the problems of rural welfare. 3. Clean environment, stable and rewarding life, pride and self esteem of rural occupation should be the goals of better integrated rural welfare development, and healthfulness and quality of life should be ensured in rural society. 4. Urban oriented national policy based on urban centered political power was one of the causes of under development in rural welfare by creating rapid decrease in rural population and aging. Various problems in economic, educational, cultural and medical aspects of rural society should be solved. Further research on rural welfare should be conducted to increase and to strengthen rural welfare development in Korea.

관광서비스 종사원의 정서노동, 직무스트레스, 이직의도간의 구조적 관계 연구 : 골프장 캐디를 대상으로 (A Study on Structural Relationships among Emotional Labor, Job Stress and Turnover Intention)

  • 본 연구는 캐디들의 정서노동, 직무스트레스, 이직의도와의 구조적 관계를 규명하고자 선행연구 고찰과 실증분석을 병행하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 정서노동은 직무스트레스에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정서노동의 하위요인인 정서표현 빈도는 이직의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않았지만, 정서표현 주의정도, 정서부조화는 이직의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무스트레스는 이직의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 정서노동이 클수록 직무스트레스와 이직의도가 높다는 결과는 캐디들은 직무 상황에 맞게 자신을 표현해 내는 능력이 절실히 요구된다는 것을 시사한다. 또한 캐디들이 직무스트레스가 클수록 그들이 지각하는 이직의도가 높다는 결과는 직무스트레스의 강도를 약화시키는 리더십 발휘와 자긍심 고취 및 적절한 동기부여 방법이 요구되어진다. 이를 통해서 직무스트레스의 저감뿐만 아니라 이직의도에도 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단된다.

과메기 제조·가공·판매 전문인력 양성 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Cultivating Professional-human Resources for Manufacturing and Processing and Sales of Guamegi)

  • In around of Guryongpo Pohang Port, a Guamegi production special zone is being established as modernized processing plants, cold storages, Guamegi research centers, or publicity centers are being built in a row with forming the tourism and culture streets as a start. Regarding the special Guamegi production zone, the local autonomous entities are promoting various projects as investing approximately 40 billion won as its budget; however, it is still very rare to elevate the level of Guamegi, the special product, and make investment plans to create a brand for it. To make a special product brand cannot be realized just by building the Guamegi industrialization processing complex, and mere publicity also does not guarantee sustainable development. It can be realized only when the product's taste or hygiene satisfies the people's needs. Therefore, this study examines the changes of Guamegi-related business and the strategies to develop Guamegi industry in order to find ways to manufacture Guamegi and cultivate specialized manpower for processing to make a special brand with Guamegi. Regarding the Guamegi business and the cultivation of specialized manpower for Guamegi, this study conducted a survey to 377 persons including the business owners, employees, or civil servants related with Guamegi. It is needed to install educational institutions to cultivate specialized manpower for Guamegi and also operate various programs so as to conduct education to cultivate specialized manpower for Guamegi. And it is necessary to elevate the quality and sanitation of Guamegi and create a brand by inducing a specialized license system that can help those involved in Guamegi business have pride.

유아다례교육 연구의 동향분석 (Research Trends on Child Tea Ceremony Education)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the trend of research system and contents of thesis which was published with a theme of child tea ceremony education. Under this purpose we have searched the thesis related to the child tea ceremony education which was in the data base of the National Assembly Library, the National Library of Korea, Korea Education & Research Information Service and we have collected total of 22 analyzing subject data. The major results of this study are as followings: First, after analyzing the research system, the release year of child tea ceremony education study which was published from year 2000 to 2009 are shown as followings, 1 unit in year 2000, 2 units in year 2001, 2002 & 2003, 4 units in year 2004, 5 units in year 2005, 2 units in year 2006, 1 unit in year 2007, 2 units in year 2008, 1 unit in year 2009. The publishing type were 14 units of master's degree thesis, 6 units of academic journal, 2 units of doctor's degree thesis. The academic area of researchers are 8 units of propriety and tea culture, 5 units of early childhood education, 5 units of child welfare, 2 units of family culture and consumer, 1 each unit of counseling psychology and korean culture. As per the research method there were 15 units of experimental study, 6 units of reference research, and 1 unit of thesis which adopts both interview and case study. Second, as a result of analyzing the research contents, the goal of child tea ceremony education was shown to be a holistic child growth and development, a formation of basic living habit, a development of pride on traditional culture and an establishment of national identity. The contents of child tea ceremony education has been classified into 57 items. The activity of child tea ceremony education has been classified into 34 items. The vitalizations of child tea ceremony education is shown to be a education for parents and teachers, a development of systematic educational program, durability of child tea ceremony education, and a verification of effectiveness of child tea ceremony education.

Comparison of chrysanthemum cultivars based on direct shoot regeneration rates in tissue culture

  • Direct shoot regeneration from leaf or internode or petiole segments was conducted in 33 cultivars of chrysanthemum. Shoot regeneration rates varied according to cultivars, culture media, and explant types. The high shoot regeneration rate of more than 70% in 15 cultivars (‘Pink Pangpang’, ‘Orange Memory’, ‘Relance’, ‘Zinba’, ‘Beakma’, ‘Innocence’, ‘Sunny Pangpang’, ‘Euro Yellow’, ‘Dublin’, ‘Boramae’, ‘Peak’, ‘Euro White’, ‘Vesuvio White’, ‘Linneker Salmon’ and ‘Pink Pride’) and 2 ones (‘Forward’ and ‘Agason’) was obtained from the segments of leaves and internodes, respectively, cultured on MS medium containing 1.0 mg-$L^{-1}$ BAP, 0.5 mg-$L^{-1}$ IAA and 30 g-$L^{-1}$ sucrose. That in 6 cultivars (‘Shuhonochikara’, ‘Hakunosen’, ‘Whitney Pangpang’, ‘Plaisir D’Amour’, ‘Grace’ and ‘Kumsu’) was observed from the segments of leaves or internodes cultured on 1/2 MS medium 1.0 mg-$L^{-1}$ BAP, 0.5 mg-$L^{-1}$ IAA and 15 g-$L^{-1}$ sucrose In case of 3 cultivars (‘Ilweol’, ‘Puma White’ and ‘Sharon’), when internode explants excised from mother plants, which were pre-cultured on MS medium containing 2 g-$L^{-1}$ activated charcoal and 30 g-$L^{-1}$ sucrose for two months in the dark, and cultured on MS medium containing 1.0 mg-$L^{-1}$ BAP, 0.5 mg-$L^{-1}$ IAA and 30 g-$L^{-1}$ sucrose, that was shown. Seven cultivars including ‘Puma Yellow’, ‘Argus’, ‘Yes Morning’, ‘Whiparam’, ‘Hakunohikari’, ‘Charming Eye’ and ‘Moon light’ requires more improved culture conditions. Tissues with the highest shoot regeneration rate were in descending order, leaf, petiole, and internode segments.

  • 움직임이 고대와 현대, 원시와 문명의 차이를 초월하여 모든 인간에 보편적인 것이라면 움직임 motion prototype을 탐구하는 일도 필요하며 다양한 사회 및 문화 현상에 보편적 해석의 모듈_원리를 발견할 수 있을 것이다. 움직임의 연구는 애니메이션과 캐릭터의 보편적 동작연구에 바탕이 되는 아주 중요한 분야로서 지속적인 연구가 필요한 것도 이 때문이다. 고구려 고분벽화는 우리 민족의 유구한 역사에 관한 산증거이며 우리 민족의 역사적 정체성과 자긍심의 상징이다. 고구려는 우리의 역사이다. 이는 그 누구도 부정할 수 없으며 고구려 고분벽화는 철두철미하게 한국적인 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서 해명(解明)한 고구려 고분벽화는 한국적 영상애니메이션의 역사(歷史)이자 시원(始原)이며 분석 복원한 motion prototype은 황금비를 지닌 한국적 움직임의 모듈인 것이다.

간호사의 임상 실무 경험 (The Nurses' Experiences of Clinical Practice)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to describe qualitatively the entities of nurse's experiences in general hospitals and to suggest basic data guiding research on developing Standards of clinical nursing practice in Korea. Method: Fourteen nurses working at general hospitals with over 300 beds in Seoul were interviewed in-depth until saturation using tape-recorders and transcription. Result: The central theme of clinical nursing practice experienced by subjects was "being with clients" that means accepting client's personal character, solving client's needs and providing client-centered nursing. A also "being with clients" was felt to be the responsibility of nurses which was learned from their nursing schools. The nursing strategies performed in order to be with patients were proving skillful nursing techniques, accepting, educating, emotional support, advocating, and self-reflecting, the subjects experienced somewhat problematic affects such as difficulties in interpersonal relationship, work overload, negative image of nursing, deficit of self-confidence for nursing actions, poor working conditions, and unfair treatment. Nurses at the hospital practiced with pride when they felt that they were accepted by clients. Conclusion: Further research is needed to analysis problems in clinical practice and the comparison of nurses' experiences of clinical practice, with nurses' experiences in various settings.

도시재생사업에서 주민참여활동이 지속적 참여 동기에 미치는 영향 분석: 청주시 사직2동을 중심으로 (Analysis of the Impact of Residents Participation Activities on Continued Motivation in an Urban Regeneration Project: Focused on Sajik-dong, Cheongju-si)

  • 본 연구는 주민 참여형 도시재생사업을 진행한 청주시 사직2동을 중심으로 주민들의 지속적 참여를 위한 참여 동기에 영향을 미치는 주민참여활동을 살펴보았다. 분석에 앞서 주민참여활동과 참여 동기의 구성요소를 선정해 도시재생사업에 참여했던 주민을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 주민인식을 살펴보고 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 참여 동기에 영향을 미치는 주민참여활동을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 사업 참여 활동 요인과 일상 활동 요인 모두 보상이라는 참여 동기에 영향을 미치지 않는 반면, 성취감이라는 참여 동기에는 사업 참여 활동 요인의 하위요인인 사업추진 및 관리활동과 일상만남활동이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 기대감이라는 참여 동기에는 일상 활동 요인의 하위요인인 일상만남활동만이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 주민들의 지속적 참여를 유도하는 참여 동기를 부여하기 위해 중점적으로 운영하여야 할 주민참여활동을 알아볼 수 있는 기초가 된다.

한국 전통음식에 대한 학교급식 영양사의 의식 조사 (Consciousness on the Korean Traditional Food of School Food Service Dietitians)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the consciousness of dietitians who provide the basic data for the utilization of traditional food in school food service. The conclusions of this study are as follows. The rate of recognition and awareness of traditional Korean food as the pursuit of learning about socio-demographic was generally high, and was remarkable in the elderly dietitians who have worked for a long term. The way how they learned about traditional Korean food was through media, school education, books, and home education, in order. Also, the dietitians who are relatively older or have worked for a long term have pride in traditional food because it suited their taste and was our traditional food. However, it was difficult to provide the food to school food service because the cooking process is complex, and students don's prefer it. Accordingly, improvements of recipe with use of traditional Korean food in school food service are urgently required. The dietitians in Gwangju City in Jeonnam province felt the need to make a standard traditional Korean food recipe, and the demand was especially the strongest among dietitians who have worked from 6 to 10 years. They suggested that the standard recipe should be made by the Korean Dietetic Association, dietitians working at school, Ministry of Education & Human Resource Development, professors majoring in Food & Nutrition, and Ministry of Health & Welfare in order.
