Data collection system is now widely used. This system is divided by embedded system and communication module. And data collection system in the remote area is using Satellite communication. So, data collection system is complicated and expensive. This paper proposes stabilization and cheapness of remote data collection system in dusty. The system can be composed simply through third party Satellite Communication programming of terminal including embedded system. Finally, collected data is transmitted to multi-user through web agent.

This study considers various equipment used for collecting traffic information, analyzes that equipment in accordance with the operation states and problems, the suggests a process of traffic information collection using drones to reduce the problems and errors of existing methods. In this field investigation study using drones, the results were analyzed by altitude, angle, and direction. We suggested a standard for drone filming-based traffic information collection. Pros and cons were presented through comparison and review of the existing traffic information collection method and traffic information collection method using drones. Drones can be used to collect various traffic information from the air, more extensively than is possible with existing traffic information collection points, and provide traffic information to users proactively, responding to various accidents and disasters. It is believed that it will be possible to contribute to achieving accurate traffic volume investigation by supplementing the traffic information collected by fixed equipment, including changes and enlargement of collecting points as needed.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the occurrence and evolution of Mao suit which is important position in the modern costume history of China and to provide a source of design inspiration to contemporary fashion designers. In the research method, literature review and case studies was conducted in parallel. For the literature review, changes of Mao suit in each age were reviewed with reference to the related documents, Chinese costume and cultural history, prior research papers and internet resources. The case analysis was qualitatively done focusing on the silhouette, color and detail of clothes in fashion collections. The scope of the study was from 1912 to 2000. The case analysis of the Mao suit applied to the contemporary fashion was made on the applications centered around 'London Collection', 'New York Collection', 'Paris Collection', 'Milan Collection' and 'Chinese Fashion Week' from 2008 to 2015. The results found that Mao suit changed into many different forms after Sun Wen designed it for the first time in 1912. This study classified it into Phase 1(1912~1927), Phase 2(1928~1965), Phase 3(1966~1977), and Phase 4(1978~2000) with historical and political issues and conformational changes in Mao suit. The frequency analysis of the cases of the fashion collections using Mao suit from 2008 to 2015 showed an increased application of Mao suit to the western collection in New York, Paris and London in 2008 due to the impact of Beijing Olympics. However, from 2009 onwards, the frequency of the utilization of Mao suit was higher in the Chinese Fashion Week and the New York Collection. This cause is explained by the fact that the designers who inspired from Mao suit in the New York Collection are American Chinese.

National libraries have a responsibility to intensively develop, preserve, and provide national collections, which are the knowledge and cultural heritage of a country. In particular, in order to achieve 'advancing the base for access and preservation of national knowledge resources' among the four goals to fulfill the mission of the National Library of Korea, it is necessary to strengthen the national knowledge resources by expanding the external scope to not only domestic materials but also foreign materials. In other words, The National Knowledge Information Center collects the latest and retroactive data produced in Korea, as well as high-quality academic materials produced, distributed, and preserved in foreign countries as well as materials related to Korea. This study drew implications by investigating and analyzing the status of foreign collection and services of national libraries in developed countries. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to compare and evaluate the current level of collection of foreign collections of the National Library of Korea, and then present a strategy to secure high-quality academic and foreign materials related to Korea.

A bacterial strain that excretes hemolysins and proteases into the growth medium was isolated from sea water and designated as KYJ 961. A nearly complete nucleotide sequence of a 16S ribosomal RNA gene from the isolate was determined following the isolation and cloning of amplified genes. On the basis of the 16S ribosomal DNA sequence data, and morphological, chemotaxonomic, and physiological characteristics, strain KYJ 961 was classified as a strain of Bacillus cereus.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the performance of the Ventilation hood and to make better oil collection for improvement. In order to complete the purpose, the research range has limited a kitchen cooking utensil used in preparing food in vessels. Assessment was carried out with reference(ASTM F1704-09) to the specification. Evaluation items of ventilation hood were flow visualization, oil collection rate and noise levels. When filter angle was 40 degrees, oil collection rate was increased by 9%.

This study is an attempt at developing an organizational model for collection development a n.0, pplicable to Korean university libraries at their present stage of development. An emphasis is placed on the discussion of the 'subject a n.0, pproach' as compared to 'functional a n.0, pproach' in collection development work. The case history of Pusan National University Library is extensively used. The proposed collection development model consists of the following elements : - To form a collection development team and to place under the team leader subject bibliographers as follows: Bibliographer for Serials Bibliographer for Humanities Bibliographer for Social Sciences Bibliographer for Sciences and Technologies - Collection development team could operate as a separate department or as part of other departments, i. e., Deputy Director's office, Acquisitions and Processing Department, or Resources Management Department. - Collection development team takes up the responsibility for policyrelated collection work, i. e., budget allocation, evaluation of existing collection, building core collection, preservation, weeding and cooperation. - Designated certified librarians located at the(planned) subject libraries take up the responsibility for selection. Subject bibliographers cooperate with selection librarians and coordinate their work. - Certified librarians at the Acquisitions and Processing Department are assigned subject areas. They operate as acquisitions librarian and processing librarian simultaneously with their assigned subject materials.

The purpose of this study is to provide guidelines of library collection development policies statements. As a case study, 5 national and 2 public libraries are selected and analyzed by using 10 elements, which were drawn from existing studies, for examining collection development policy statements. The results show several suggestions which may help the people who is interested in preparing collection development policy statements.

This study aimed to propose a method for collecting and applying media platform based materials at the National Library of Korea. Firstly, we analyzed the current status and limitations of data collection based on domestic media platforms, including the National Library of Korea. Secondly, a literature review method was used to investigate the current status and types of digital content based on media platforms. Thirdly, we identified the types of materials based on media platforms that are not currently included in the National Central Library's online material collection guidelines through the examination of cases from major overseas libraries. Fourthly, after reviewing technical and legal elements such as the definition of collection targets and scope for each new media, and collection methods, we established collection criteria. Fifthly, based on the research results, the policies proposed in this study are as follows: 1) there is a need to establish a clear legal basis for the collection of media platform based materials; 2) the development and presentation of collection guidelines for media platform based materials is necessary; 3) the development of collection tools and infrastructure for media platform based materials is required; 4) for the collection of media platform based materials, it is necessary to obtain permission for collection from targeted social media organizations, and to cooperate in linkage with organizations that produce and service extended reality content; 5) for the service activation of media platform based materials, it is necessary to improve accessibility for the usage activation of these materials, to enhance the content extensibility and ease of use of the e-deposit system including extended reality content, and to advance and construct spaces for reproducing extended reality content.
