본 논문에서는 Glover-Doyle의 H$\infty$ 설계기법을 이용하여 H$\infty$ 성능경계를 만족하는 Kalman 필터를 설계하는 방법을 제시한다. 제시한 방법을 사용하면, kalman 필터의 성능 강인성과 안정화 강인성 문제와의 관계를 설계변수의 설정으로 설계자가 적절하게 선택함으로써 구조적 불확실성에 대하여 비교적 강인한 H$\infty$ -norm Kalman 필터를 설계할 수 있도록 한다. 설계의 예를 통하여 H$\infty$ -norm Kalman 필터의 설게방법을 보이고, H2-norm Kalman 필터와 비교함으로써 제시된 방법이 특성을 보인다.

In this note, we present some inequalities for the norm and numerical radius of 2-homogeneous polynomials from the 2-dimensional real space $l_p^2$, (1 < p < $\infty$) to itself in terms of their coefficients. We also give an upper bound for n^{(k)}(l_p^2), (k = 2, 3, $\cdots$).

It is well-known that the BMO norm is equivalent to the Garsia norm. In this paper, we characterize mean-Lipschitz spaces by using Garsia-type norms on the upper half space $\mathbb{R}_+^{n+1}$.

Computation with fuzzy numbers is a prospective branch of a fuzzy set theory regarding the data processing applications. In this paper we consider an open problem about distributivity of fuzzy Quantities based on the extension principle suggested by Mares (1997). Indeed, we show that the distributivity on the class of fuzzy numbers holds and min-norm is the only continuous f-norm which holds the distributivity under f-norm based fuzzy arithmetic operations.

To solve a class of nonlinear parameter estimation problems, a method combining the regularized structured nonlinear total least norm (RSNTLN) method and parameter separation scheme is suggested. The method guarantees the convergence of parameters and has an advantages in reducing the residual norm over the use of RSNTLN only. Numerical experiments for two models appeared in signal processing show that the suggested method is more effective in obtaining solution and parameter with minimum residual norm.

The regularized structured total least norm (RSTLN) method finds an approximate solution x and error matrix E to the overdetermined linear system (H + E)x $\approx$ b, preserving structure of H. A new separation scheme by parts of variables for the regularized structured total least norm on blind deconvolution problem is suggested. A method combining the regularized structured total least norm method with a separation by parts of variables can be obtain a better approximated solution and a smaller residual. Computational results for the practical problem with Block Toeplitz with Toeplitz Block structure show the new method ensures more efficiency on image restoration.

맹자 성선설은 인간 존재의 심리 특질을 나타내는 '성'과 도덕 가치나 도덕 행위를 나타내는 '선'을 하나로 결합하고 있다. 때문에 성선의 의미를 분명히 하기 위해서는 인간 심성에 대한 심리학적 분석과 도덕규범에 대한 윤리학적 분석이 동시에 요청되는 바, 바로 여기에서 성선에 대한 도덕 심리학적 접근의 필요성이 정당화된다. 그러나 도덕 심리학의 이론들은, 하나같이 도덕성을 인간 심성의 다른 요소에 부속되거나 다른 요소에 의해 부차적으로 갖추어진 것으로 본다. 반면 맹자는 선험적 도덕성과 선험적 도덕규범을 하나로 결합하여 성선을 주장하면서, 도덕성이나 도덕규범의 근거나 단서를 사단지심으로 예증하고, 도덕 행위의 실천 근거를 양능 양지로 제시하고 있다. 따라서 맹자 성선설을 도덕 심리학적 관점에서 고찰하기 위해서는 새로운 도덕 심리학을 필요로 한다. 그리고 그것은 첫째로 성선설이 인간을 덕성 주체로 보고 도덕성이나 도덕규범이 인간 심성에 본유한 것으로 보면서 그 근거나 단서를 도덕 감정에서 찾는다는 점에서 도덕성과 도덕규범을 중심 문제로 다룰 수 있어야 한다. 그리고 둘째로 양능 양지는 도덕 행위의 실천이라는 점에서 보면, 어쩌면 도덕 지능이라고 할 수 있는 것으로, 그 기원이 혈연적 도덕 정감에 있는 만큼, 도덕 지능으로서의 감성 지능을 규명할 수 있어야 한다.

In this paper, we give some sufficient conditions for convergence of geometric mean for T-related fuzzy numbers where T is an Archimedean t-norm under some mild restrictions. These results generalize earlier results of Hong and Lee [Fuzzy Sets and Systems 116 (2000) 263-267].
