  • Objective: The aim of the paper was to compare the fit of data derived from daily automatic milking systems (AMS) and monthly test-day records with the use of lactation curves; data was analysed separately for primiparas and multiparas. Methods: The study was carried out on three Polish Holstein-Friesians (PHF) dairy herds. The farms were equipped with an automatic milking system which provided information on milking performance throughout lactation. Once a month cows were also subjected to test-day milkings (method A4). Most studies described in the literature are based on test-day data; therefore, we aimed to compare models based on both test-day and AMS data to determine which mathematical model (Wood or Wilmink) would be the better fit. Results: Results show that lactation curves constructed from data derived from the AMS were better adjusted to the actual milk yield (MY) data regardless of the lactation number and model. Also, we found that the Wilmink model may be a better fit for modelling the lactation curve of PHF cows milked by an AMS as it had the lowest values of Akaike information criterion, Bayesian information criterion, mean square error, the highest coefficient of determination values, and was more accurate in estimating MY than the Wood model. Although both models underestimated peak MY, mean, and total MY, the Wilmink model was closer to the real values. Conclusion: Models of lactation curves may have an economic impact and may be helpful in terms of herd management and decision-making as they assist in forecasting MY at any moment of lactation. Also, data obtained from modelling can help with monitoring milk performance of each cow, diet planning, as well as monitoring the health of the cow.

  • With the development of the 4th industry, big data using AI is being used in many areas of our lives, and the importance of data is increasing accordingly. In particular, as various services using personal information appear and hacking attacks that exploit them appear in various ways, the importance of personal information management is increasing. Personal information must be managed safely even when collecting, retaining, using, providing, and destroying personal information, and the rights of information subjects must be protected. In this paper, an analysis was performed on the notification of usage history during the protection of the rights of information subjects using the MyData model. According to the Personal Information Protection Act, users must be periodically notified of the use of personal information, so we notify each individual of the use of personal information through e-mail or SNS once a year. It is difficult to understand and manage which company use my personal information. Therefore, in this paper, a personal information usage history notification system model was proposed, and as a result of performance analysis, it is possible to provide the controllability, availability, integrity, source authentication, and personal information self-determination rights.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the basic data for providing library information services of high quality with clients, by designing the model of MyCyberLibrary and evaluating it. The model of MyCyberLibrary was constructed based on the survey results on the information-seeking behavior of users and on the review of the existing mylibraries'functions. The model is implemented into the prototype system which consists of nine modules. Finally, we evaluated the proposed system via mail questionnaires, and proposed three suggestions to make this system a much more comprehensive and effective one.

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to explore Korean mothers' experiences of the development of parent-adolescent relationships. Methods: The participants were 18 Korean parents of adolescents. Data were collected through in-depth interviews. The main question was, "Could you tell me about your experiences of developing a relationship with your adolescent child?" The data were analyzed using Strauss and Corbin's grounded theory methodology. Results: The central phenomena of the experiences of parent-adolescent relationships among Korean mothers were "trying to reduce my expectations, but not being able to" and "having no idea where to go". The major action/interaction strategies were "putting aside my desires and adapting to my child's needs" and "waiting and seeing at a distance". The consequences included "appreciating myself and my child at the same time". Conclusion: These findings indicate that mothers tried to adapt to their children's needs and to keep their children at a distance. Their efforts were influenced by advice from friends and family members. The findings of this study emphasize specific aspects of how Korean mothers experienced the process of developing respectful relationships with their children.

  • The goal of this work was to investigate the correlations between MyHC mRNA transcription and their corresponding protein expressions in porcine longissimus muscle (LM) during postnatal growth of pigs. Five DLY ($Duroc{\times}Landrace{\times}Yorkshire$) crossbred pigs were selected, slaughtered and sampled at postnatal 7, 30, 60, 120, and 180 days, respectively. Each muscle was subjected to quantity MyHCs protein contents through an indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), to quantity myosin heavy-chains (MyHCs) mRNA abundances using real-time polymerase chain reaction. We calculated the proportion (%) of each MyHC to total of four MyHC for two levels, respectively. Moreover, the activities of several key energy metabolism enzymes were determined in LM. The result showed that mRNA transcription and protein expression of MyHC I, IIa, IIx and IIb in LM all presented some obvious changes with postnatal aging of pigs, especially at the early stage after birth, and their mRNA transcriptions were easy to be influenced than their protein expressions. The relative proportion of each MyHC mRNA was significantly positively related to that of its corresponding protein (p<0.01), and MyHC I mRNA proportion was positively correlated with creatine kinase (CK), succinate dehydrogenase (SDH), malate dehydrogenase (MDH) activities (p<0.05). These data suggested that MyHC mRNA transcription can be used to reflect MyHC expression, metabolism property and adaptive plasticity of porcine skeletal muscles, and MyHC mRNA composition could be a molecular index reflecting muscle fiber type characteristics.

  • The purpose of this study is to consider the characteristics perceived by users who utilize MyData services in the financial sector. It aims to examine how these factors influence users' understanding for sustained usage and their resistance to innovation. The research seeks to explore the relationship between users' awareness of characteristics and its impact on both enhancing comprehension for continued usage and addressing users' resistance to innovation. Utilizing a specialized survey agency, we examined the relative effects of innovation resistance factors, such as relative advantage, perceived risks, complexity, clarity and perceived ease of use on MyData service users. Furthermore, this research focuses on employing empirical analysis to validate the relationships between these factors through the survey. The findings of this study suggest that MyData service should dedicate ongoing efforts to minimize user resistance to service utilization. Specifically, it was revealed that among the innovation resistance factors, perceived ease of use, relative advantage, perceived risk, and complexity exert influence in that order.

  • Purpose The importance of data as a key resource of the intelligence revolution is being highlighted, among all those phenomena MyData is attracting attention as a key concept by organizations and individuals that eventually leads the data economy. In this regard, this study was started to contribute to the successful settlement and continuous growth of the domestic MyData industry, which has just entered the system. Design/methodology/approach To develop and test all proposed casual relationships within the research model, we used the Value-Attitude-Behavior(VAB) model as a basic framework. A total of 385 copies were used for the final analysis, and for SPSS 25.0, MS-Excel 2016, and AMOS 24.0 to summarize respondent demographic characteristics, measurement model, and structural model. Findings Findings show that all proposed hypotheses were supported with the exception of the moderating effect of organizational information transparency between data controllability and perceived value, and between data controllability and attitude toward MyData service.
