The proposed system maximizes involvements among the students, instrurtors and administrators, which facilitate the understanding and progressive developments of the lessons and tasks to be performed. In the proposed education system, the instructors work as overseers for the study and the students benefit from comparative learning and pattern design. Also, the advantages of WBI are maximized, and the common factors among the mutual components are extracted and reused to avoid the confusion for the students. • Exchange of information is essential to the process of innovation such as product development. However, in many cases innovation fails because of a lack of knowledge sharing among parties concerned, even if parties individually have pieces of useful knowledge and skills. Besides physical factors like communication costs, the possibility of opportunistic behavior by parties like stealing ideas can discourage information exchange. This paper introduces a model to analyze incentives of information exchange. The model is a game by two players who alternately opt to offer information to the partner. It is suggested that information exchange can stop before reaching the efficient level. In order to attain the efficient information exchange, expectation of mutual benefit and absence of opportunistic motives in both players are needed. Methods for promoting information exchange include modifying payoff structure to meet the condition of information exchange. The fluidity of partnership may increase a variety of information exchange partners, but discourage building trust between partners which promotes information exchange.

  • Necessity of life insurance is stronger for people who feel some anxiety of their health. However, in fact, it is not permitted for them to get a contract, because life insurance stands on the mutual benefit system. Life insurance must be impartial to all applicants. However, it is very reasonable that an applicant, who has high medical impairment like heart infarction or cancer, is rejected, to have a contract by underwriting decision. On the other hand, if his medical impairment is not so severe, we might accept his application by giving some restriction. Numericalratingsystem by hunter-rogers gave us one of solutions to this problem. We can keep impartiality by using more restrictive decision, in order that we demand additional payment to the impairment applicant according to his mortality. We call this system as substandard life insurance. In this system we need detail information about impairments of applicants in order to decide the condition of substandard risks. Therefore, medical examiners are required to have high diagnostic technique.

  • Industrial design aiming the mutual benefit of both user and manufacturer demands grasping and analyzing the needa and wants of consumer for the establishrment of the optimum plan and production by attribute oriented approach. Inspite of its usefulness, however, it might be impossible to help industrial designers to develop a new product effectively without full understanding of industrial design activity in attributes of products and using the appropriate methodology for grasping the main attributes. This thesis is purposed for developing the guideline of research models of consumer for industrial design by studying characteristics of industrial design activity in attributes of products through bibliography and defining the clear limit of design research focused on consumer selection through comparison with real purchase decision making procedure at every phase. Through the observation and analysis of the real purchase decision making procedure following the proposed guideline, the possibility of difference between the two cases has been shown in both theoretical and practical aspects.

  • This study is a theoretical study on philosophical thinking for examining the idea of the corporate social responsibility(CSR) of a company. The oriental philosophical thought is to understand the contents of social responsibility of the corporation centering on Mozi's philosophy, which stresses that people should care for everyone equally. In the Western philosophical thought, we tried to understand the contents of corporate social responsibility by focusing on utilitarian thought. It is not merely an actual principle or a moral principle, but a comprehension for mutual benefit. In conclusion, it can be concluded that universal love's approach through the gangbang has many similarities with the realization of the greatest happiness of the number that is uttered in utilitarian thinking. In this way, a sustainable competitiveness of corporations can be achieved through universal love and utilitarian philosophical understanding and practice for the cognition of social responsibility.
