아토피 피부염 청소년의 수면만족감 영향요인 (Influencing Factors on Sleep Satisfaction among Korean Adolescents with Atopic dermatitis)

  • Purpose: This study investigated sleep satisfaction and influencing factors in Korean adolescents with atopic dermatitis. Methods: Data were obtained from 4,570 subjects who completed the 2017 13th Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey. For data analysis, descriptive statistics and multiple-sample logistic regression were used. Results: The results of this study were as follows. Gender, academic achievement, economic status, perceived stress, happiness, health status, and depression in the subjects showed a significant difference in terms of sleep satisfaction in atopic adolescents. Multiple-sample logistic regression analysis showed that male adolescents (odds ratio (OR)=0.48), academic achievement (low OR=0.67, middle OR=0.78), economic status (low OR=0.50, middle OR=0.64), lack of depression (OR=0.63), perceived stress (very OR=4.65, a little OR=2.25), perceived happiness (unhappy OR=1.99, moderate OR=1.22), perceived health status (unhealthy OR=2.17, ordinary OR=1.35), alcohol nondrinking (OR=0.75), and nonsmoking (OR=0.73) were not associated with sleep satisfaction. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop interventions that can relieve stress management and depression and develop positive emotions in atopic adolescents. In addition, there is a need to improve the environment to avoid health risks such as alcohol consumption and smoking and to minimize the effects of passive smoking.

  • 본 연구는 간호·간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 직무만족의 영향요인을 파악하기 위해 시도한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 간호·간병통합서비스 병동 근무 간호사 114명이였으며, 수집된 자료는 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, multiple linear regression analysis을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 직무만족의 주요 영향요인은 전문직 자아개념 및 팀워크로 나타났으며, 직무만족에 대한 두 변수의 설명력은 66.0%로 나타났다. 따라서 간호·간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 직무만족을 높이기 위해서는 전문직 자아개념과 간호 조직의 팀워크를 향상시킬 수 있는 교육과 정책적 지원이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

  • Today, as technology advances and market competition for products intensifies, the product design to improve customer satisfaction by accurately identifying customer needs is emerging as a very important issue for company. Accordingly, the customer-oriented or customer-centered design that maximizes customer satisfaction by grasping and analyzing customer requirements is in the spotlight as an important design theory. In this study, the customer-oriented design is defined as finding the optimal value of design variable with the maximum overall customer satisfaction while minimizing the difference in individual customer satisfaction responded to various customers from multiple product quality characteristics from the perspective of robust design. Therefore, this study presents a new method for modeling the customer preference structure as the different sets of desirability functions for multiple quality characteristics and proposes a new customer-oriented design approach by applying the desirability functions to Taguchi's robust design process to deal with multi-characteristic design problem. Finally, the proposed method is illustrated with the Kansei engineering design problem of wine glass.

남자 예비조종사의 코로나-19 시기 경험 여부에 따른 삶의 만족도, 기본 심리적 욕구, 그릿 연구 (A Study on Male Pilot Candidates' Life Satisfaction, Basic Psychological Needs and Grit by Experiencing COVID-19 Period)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze male pilot candidates' life satisfaction, basic psychological needs and grit by experiencing COVID-19 period for pilot literacy education. Participants were 1,249 male pilot candidates (COVID-19 before 613, during 636) were voluntarily participated. The data were gathered from totally 29 question's questionnaire at April 2018 and 2022. Statistical treatment was processed (by SPSS 21.0 for windows) as descriptive and two-way ANOVA for analyzing variables' interaction and main effects. The correlation analysis was processed for analyzing each variable's relations. And the multiple regression analysis was conducted for basic psychological needs' each variables' effect on life satisfaction. Statistical significancy was set as p<.05. The results were as follows. First, variables showed significances (p<.05~.01) by COVID-19 except life satisfaction and competence. Second, correlations showed higher R2 value in 2018 than 2022 and significances (p<.05~.01) among all variables, but, passion of grit need to be inspected in subsequent study. Third, multiple regressions showed significancies (p<.05) in all variables in 2018, but, relatedness was excluded in 2022. In conclusion, experiencing COVID-19 period affected pilot candidates' life and it need to be inspected the degree of effect of variables in subsequent study.

임상 치과위생사의 재직 의도에 미치는 영향 (Factor affecting retention intention of clinical dental hygienists)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine factors affecting the retention intention of clinical dental hygienists. Methods: A total of 190 clinical dental hygienists were recruited as participants. Data were collected from March to May, 2023 and then analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression through PASW Statistics 26.0. Results: Mean scores for job crafting, job satisfaction, positive psychological capital and retention intention were 3.22, 3.46, 3.57 and 3.46 respectively. Retention intention showed a significant relationship with positive psychological capital (r=0.299), job crafting (r=0.214), and job satisfaction (r=0.649). The results of the multiple regression analysis indicated that job satisfaction was the strongest predictor of retention intention, explaining 24.1% of the total variance (F=4.550, p<0.001). Conclusions: Variables that can affect the retention intention of clinical dental hygienists were identified, with job satisfaction emerging as a significant factor affect retention intention.

대전지역 중학생이 지각한 가족의 건강성 및 가족여가 태도에 따른 청소년의 가족여가 만족도 (The Satisfaction of Adolescent's Family Leisure on the Healthy Family and Family leisure Attitude for Middle School Students in DaeJeon)

  • 본 연구는 대전광역시 2곳의 중학교에 다니는 1학년과 2학년의 200명을 대상으로 하였고, 분석에 사용된 통계방법은 SPSS 통계프로그램으로 빈도, 백분율, t검증, 일원변량분석, 상관계수, 중다회귀분석, 단계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 가족의 건강성과 가족여가 태도가 청소년들의 가족여가만족도에 미치는 영향요인을 분석한 결과 첫째, 성별에 따른 가족여가 만족도는 여학생이 남학생보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 가정의 소득수준이 높을 때, 가족여가 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가족여가 태도와 가족여가 만족도는 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 가족의 건강성과 가족여가 만족도는 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 가족의 여가 만족도를 가장 잘 설명하는 변인은 가족의 여가태도 중 감정적 태도로 나타났다. 그러므로 가족여가 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 가족구성원들이 가족여가의 필요성과 효과를 인식하고 실천하는 것이 가장 중요하다고 본다.

국립대학병원 입원환자가 느끼는 의료서비스 질, 만족도, 고객 충성 도간의 관련성 분석 (The Relationship of National University Hospital Inpatient's Perceived Quality, Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the nature of the inpatient service quality of national university hospital, and based on that, to examine the relationship of hospital inpatient's perceived quality, overall satisfaction, customer loyalty(intention of revisiting, intention of oral transmitting). To carry out these objectives, first we analyzed the dimensions of inpatient care service quality using SERVQUAL scale. The SERVQUAL scale is based on the gap theory, that is, the difference of patients' expectations and the actually received medical care service in hospital. On the basis of this theory, we measured the inpatient's perceived service quality, overall patient satisfaction and customer loyalty. Data were collected by self-administered questionnaires at a 809 bed national university hospital. These questionnaires measuring the service quality were distributed to 400 inpatients. The data samples are 347 cases in final. The response rate was 86.8%. Firstly, to categorize inpatient service quality in hospital, the factor analysis was performed on 48 items. The reliability and validity of these items was evaluated. Finally to explore the relationship of service quality, overall satisfaction, and customer loyalty, the multiple regression and logistic regression analysis are used. This study shows firstly, the dimension of inpatient service quality was categorized into 7 dimensions, that is, kindness, medical service, nurse caring, environment, facilities, appropriateness and access. Secondly, the reliability and validity of inpatient service quality items was satisfied. Thirdly, as a result of multiple regression analysis, the effect of inpatient's perceived service quality, especially, nurse caring(P<0.01), environment (P<0.01), facilities, appropriateness and access variables(P<0.05), on overall satisfaction was statistically significant. Lastly, in case of the effect on customer loyalty as a intension of oral transmitting, medical service(P<0.05), environment(P<0.01) and overall satisfaction(P<0.01) are statistically significant. Also, in case of intension of revisiting, medical service, environment, access, and overall satisfaction variables are significant factors. In conclusion, to maintain the satisfaction and customer loyalty on national university hospitals, the efforts to improve the inpatient service quality, especially, environment, medical service, and access factors might be needed.

간호학과 신입생의 심리자본이 학습만족에 미치는 융합적 영향 (Convergence effects of psychological capital on learning satisfaction of nursing freshmen)

  • 본 연구는 간호학과 신입생의 학습만족에 대한 심리자본의 융합적 영향을 확인하여 교육프로그램의 기초자료를 얻기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 수집된 164명의 자료를 SPSS 21로 기술통계, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson의 상관계수 및 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 심리자본과 학습만족은 중간 이상의 수준이었고, 심리자본의 하위요인 중 '희망' 점수가 가장 높았다. 심리자본과 학습만족 간 유의한 상관관계가 있었고(r=.665, p<.001), 위계적 다중회귀분석에서 학교성적(${\beta}=.311$), 학교생활만족도(${\beta}=.191$) 및 심리자본(${\beta}=.522$)이 학습만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인이었다(F=37.651, p=.004). 학습만족에 대한 변수들의 설명력은 57.4%이었다. 간호학과 신입생의 학습만족 향상 프로그램 개발 시 이들 영향요인을 반영함이 필요하지만, 일개 대학 간호학과 신입생을 대상으로 시행된 본 연구결과를 일반화하는 데에는 제한이 있다.

The Effects of the senior staff's transformational and transactional leadership on life satisfaction for the 119 ambulance workers

  • 본 연구는 119구급대원 상사의 변혁적 리더십 및 거래적 리더십이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여, G도에서 근무하는 119구급대원 247명을 대상으로 설문조사 한 자료를 분석하였다. 다중회귀분석을 통하여, 삶의 만족도에 변혁적 리더십이 유의미한 양의 영향력을 보였으며, 거래적 리더십은 삶의 만족도에 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았다. 연구 결과를 토대로, 119구급대원이 일상생활과 업무현장에서 인식하는 삶의 만족의 중요성을 인식하고 이를 증진시키기 위해 119센터장, 팀장 그리고 현장 선임들의 세심한 배려, 팀원에게 다양한 해결 방법 제시, 미래에 대한 비전 제시 등 변혁적 리더십을 발휘할 수 있는 환경 조성이 필요하다. 그렇게 함으로써 119구급대원의 삶의 만족도가 높아지고, 119구급대원의 잠재적 역량을 발휘할 수 있는 발판이 마련됨으로써 궁극적인 구급현장 응급처치 품질의 향상을 이룰 수 있을 것이다.

일개 종합병원 간호사의 간호근무환경, 조직공정성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Work Environment and Organizational Justice on Job Satisfaction among General Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study investigated the impact of nurse practice environment and organizational justice on nurses'job satisfaction. Methods: We identified the factors between nursing work environment and organizational justice to job satisfaction for 189 nurses working at a general hospital in city C. Data were collected from June 1st to 15th, 2023, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple stepwise regression, using IBM/SPSS 27.0 for the Windows program. Results: The mean job satisfaction was 3.24±0.55 points on a 5-point scale. Multiple stepwise regression revealed that the factors affecting nurses'job satisfaction included nursing foundations for quality of care (β=.26, p=.005), staffing and resource adequacy (β=.40, p<.001), collegial nurse-physician relations (β=-.24, p=.007), and distributive justice(β =.27, p<.001).These variables explained 55.0% of job satisfaction. Conclusion: The research findings indicate that higher job satisfaction is associated with a better nurse practice environment and positive perceptions of organization justice. These findings indicate that it is necessary to enhance the nurse practice environment and improve organizational justice to enhance job satisfaction among nurses.
