  • To meet the high demand of the experts in the multimedia industry, many colleges opened the subject related to multimedia technology and pre-learning has been rapidly increasing among the students. However, most instructor is still appling the traditional teaching model rather than the one customized for the pre-learner of multimedia. This paper is to reveal the pre-learner's strong desire in detail and suggest the characteristics of the teaching model and teaching materials. We applied the new paradigm, constructivism and problem-based learning, which rising in the educational literature to suggest and design the lecture model to bring up the experts in the multimedia industry.

  • Advancing information technology have rapidly changed our service environment of life, culture, and industry. Computer information communication system is applied in medical, health, distribution, and business transaction. Smart is using new information by combining ability of computer and information. Although agriculture is labor intensive industry that requires a lot of hands, agriculture is becoming knowledge-based industry today. In agriculture field, computer communication system is applied on facilities farming and machinery Agricultural. In this paper, we designed and implemented application that provides personalized agriculture related information at the actual farming field. Also, this provides farmer a system that they can directly auction or sell their produced crops. We designed and implemented a system that parsing information of each seasonal, weather condition, market price, region based, crop, and disease and insects through individual setup on ubiquitous environment using location-based sensor network and processing data.

  • The purpose of this paper is to take a look at the current use of multimedia technology in the casino gaming industry. In Las Vegas, there are many things competing for attention, and capturing viewers' interests cannot be effectively accomplished with static posters or flyers at the front desk. What is at stake is billions of dollars in revenue. So understanding the use of multimedia technology in the pursuit of that revenue is a must. Las Vegas has developed some very innovative ways for the use of multimedia technologies that the rest of the business and medical world will soon adapt. Vegas recently faces major competition from Maco for the international business. Maintaining a high level of customer service is paramount in keeping its customer base.

  • Busan is Korea's No. 1 trading port, and the logistics industry plays an important role in the regional industry as a whole. In Busan, various efforts are being made to revitalize the port logistics industry, but it is necessary to develop various policies and related technologies linked with the 4th industry. In this study, we propose a smart refrigeration logistics center, which is required for the activation of Busan New Port and the new port of Pusan New Port, which is connected with the 4th industry. I would like to present the operation direction of the center.

  • This study investigates design strategies for improving the educational quality of multimedia contents for early childhood education. It emphasizes both traditional education theory and developmental aspects in its exploration of interactive and educational qualitative multimedia contents for early children. Accordingly, for an effective early childhood education, it is necessary to experience of the playful learning for the conception of ideas and the understanding of the social life. Because this study 1) possibility of multimedia contents for early childhood education, 2) computer application method for early childhood education, 3) examines used in the designing of multimedia contents for early childhood education according to traditional education theory. Multimedia early childhood education system is possible to organize information such as test, image, sound and video based on hyperlink system. I use Microsoft's Ms-office and Asymetrix's ToolBook software that are useful for hyperlink and parameter. Multimedia contents and other pages are used by Dynamic Data Exchange(DDE). Therefore multimedia contents for early childhood education is a useful tool for students of early childhood education department, parents, and children.

  • Recently a rapid development of Information Technology including Internet have brought new way of education such as Distance education, Cyber University, Home Schooling and so on. This change of education have also brought about the change of a tool and medium for education. It is a using multimedia contents in education. Using the multimedia learning contents on line education is considered as one of new way of education and expected to bring learner's better performance. Therefore, it's necessary to research online education contents and its design. In this paper, we discussed how the multimedia contents should be designed to help to reinforce what the learner have learned and researched a critical factor of online contents to effect on learner's better performance.

  • This paper suggested an error detection process based on multimedia computer supported cooperative works (CSCW) for industry safety environment. This system is suitable for detecting software fault for multimedia CSCW. It is necessary of detecting an error for the system to be protected by reactivity of media service instance instead of breaking process of session. This paper describes a performance analysis of an error detecting system of function comparison of proposed method with other method based multimedia CSCW for explosives as an example of industry safety environment.

  • More government's policy supports than current are necessary time first of all because Korea game industry is growing vigorously centering around On-line game and Mobile-game. Korea Government is progressing game industry promotion policies actively, and these may accelerate developed speed of Korea game industry in the near future. But, we are time that feedback of government's game industrial policies is necessary now through comparison with game industry policy of Northeast Asia area game Industry policy of area.   • It should be needed to realize a general system which make it possible to enjoy cyber tourism based on knowledge information system to recover a local potential growth power, catch a jumping chance again, and hold a new competitive power. But to discuss a tourism information system, the matters of hard ware, software and information mediating system should be reviewed generally, this research is likely to provide a cyber tourism information system through internet as a way of cyber tours through multimedia technology and stereoscopic image technique using geographic information system centering on the networking system of tourism information. Constructing $\ulcorner$cyber touristy city$\lrcorner$ on internet, foster a new industry, to go balanced with a present tourism industry and experience a virtual reality, various theme tours create high profit to shrunken tourism industry.   • This paper suggests an environment of a CSCW(Computer Supported Cooperative Works) for industry safety service. A good example of industry safety service is gunpowder. This paper proposed a computer-based integrated multimedia for industry safety service running on shepherd and SIP(Session Initiation Protocol). But, conventional framework has not yet fully progressed a shepherd for computer-based integrated multimedia running on SIP(Session Initiation Protocol). Session management include function of session creation, session end, late comer process, and access control. Therefore, this paper described an environment of integrated multimedia based on a shepherd and SIP environment to maintain good session condition.
