In this paper, we propose a Sequency domain based BPM-UWB receiver compensating for distortion in the multi-path channel. We give a mathematical derivation for the proposed receiver which exploits a matched filter theory for optimum reception. We also analyze the system performance and present the simulation results that show the performance enhancement of the proposed system.
The performance of underwater wireless communication system is influenced on channel characteristic. Especially, a delay spread cause by reverberation and multi-path happen the ISI (Inter Symbol Interference) and reduces the communication performance. In this paper, we study the application of high speed data transmission in underwater to use the OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) technique for robust the reverberation and multi-path. we confirm the performance of communication in underwater to use the model for actually underwater channel simulation model. As a result, we acquired the BER of modulation techniques. The BER of single carrier is $2{\times}10^{-1}$ and BER of multi carrier is $8{\times}10^{-2}$ in 1000m.

In this paper, the outage probability of efficient partial relay selection(EPRS) using only one-hop channel information in multi-hop systems is analyzed in Rayleigh fading channels. In particular, we derive an exact and closed-form expression for the outage probability of decode-and-forward relaying based EPRS. In order to prove the usefulness of EPRS in multi-hop systems, we also analyze the correlation between the end-to-end signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) and the SNR for each hop at an arbitrary relaying path. Furthermore, through numerical investigation, we compare the outage performances for EPRS and the best relay selection using all channel information.

In a multi-hop CR (Cognitive Radio) network, each node find a path to destination node through several links. If links have the same frequency channel, there can be a serious interference among the links and it can reduce the network capacity. In multi-channel CR networks, each channel has different capacity according to the inter-link interference, and each channel has different traffic properties of primary users. In this paper, we propose channel scheduling scheme to minimize channel interferences and collision with primary users. Simulation results show the improvement of channel capacity and collision rate with primary users.

Cognitive radio communication techniques have been attracting attention to efficiently use the scarce spectrum as the wireless communication service increases. In cognitive radio communication, efforts to minimize interference to the primary user are important technical factors. In a multi-hop wireless ad hoc network, multi-hop transmission requires path and channel selection considering channel interference as well as collision with primary users. In the multi-channel environment, cognitive radio network has different capacities depending on the inter-channel interference and collision with the main users. In this paper, we propose a multi-hop transmission scheme that minimizes inter-channel interference and reduce collision with primary users.

In this paper we have investigated a novel approach applying low-density parity-check coding to a COFDM-CDMA system, which operates in a multi-path fading mobile channel. Developed as a linear-block channel coder, the LDPC code is known for a superior signal reception capability in AWGN and/or flat fading channels with respect to increased encoding rates, however, its performance degrades when the communication channel becomes multi-path fading. For a typical multi-path fading mobile channel with a SNR of 16㏈ or lower. in order to obtain a BER lower than 1 out of 10000, the LDPC code with encoding rates below 1:3 requires not only the inherent parity check information but also the piloting information for refreshing front-end equalizer taps of COFDM-CDMA, periodically. For instance, while the 1:3-rate LDPC coded transmission symbol is consisted of data bits and parity-check bits in 1 to 3 proportion, on the other hand, in the proposed method the same rate LDPC transmission symbol contains data bits, parity check bits, and pilot bits in 1 to 2 to 1 proportion, respectively. The included pilot bits are effective not only for channel estimation and channel equalization but for symbol decoding by assisting the parity-check bits, hence, improving SNR vs BER performance over the conventional 1:3-rate LDPC code. The proposed system performance has been verified using computer simulations in multi-path, Rayleigh fading channels, and the results show us that the proposed method out-performs the general LDPC channel coding methods in terms of SNR vs BER measurements.
This paper presents a fourth-order cumulants based iterative algorithm for blind channel equalization. It is robust with respect to the existence of heavy Gaussian noise in a channel and does not require the minimum phase characteristic of the channel. In this approach, the transmitted signals at the receiver are over-sampled to ensure the channel described by a full-column rank matrix. It changes a single-input/single-output (SISO) finite-impulse response (FIR) channel to a single-input/multi-output (SIMO) channel. Based on the properties of the fourth-order cumulants of the over-sampled channel outputs, the iterative algorithm is derived to estimate the deconvolution matrix which makes the overall transfer matrix transparent, i.e., it can be reduced to the identity matrix by simple reordering and scaling. Both a closed-form and a stochastic version of the proposed algorithm are tested with three-ray multi-path channels in simulation studies, and their performances are compared with a method based on conventional second-order cumulants. Relatively good results are achieved, even when the transmitted symbols are significantly corrupted with Gaussian noise.
In this paper, we analyze the performance of transmitter and receiver of W-CDMA system using the channel coding and space time code in downlink over ITU-R realistic channel model. We can improve the reliability of communications and increase the data rate by channel coding, and we can get a diversity gain by using the space time code over fading channels. We also apply the RAKE receiver to improve tile performance in multi-Path fading channel environment.
The purpose of this study is to reveal and compare the differences in the types and characteristics of purchase channel journeys of MZ generation consumers. In this study a survey was conducted on the purchase channel journey of 20 women in the MZ generation using the ethnographic method of in-depth interviews and observations. As a result, three purchase channel journeys were identified: mobile, multi-channel, and offline. These were variously subdivided according to the characteristics of the MZ generations. Gen Z's journey was categorized into types: fashion platform app, Youtube, multi-channel supplement, multi-channel non-planned store visit, offline loyalty store, and impulsive offline store. Gen M's journey was categorized as: an online community bond, portal site, online loyalty store, multi-channel brand involvement, multi-channel efficiency, a multi-channel conversion, offline efficiency and offline task. The difference in mobile journey between generations was found in the time and length of the purchase. Gen M recognized both online and offline search processes to be tiring, while Gen Z enjoyed the search process using the online path. In the offline journey Gen Z began with their own intention to purchase, while Gen M sometimes recognized that purchasing fashion products necessary for work was a cumbersome task.
