필름코일을 이용한 슬롯리스형 BLDC 모터의 설계 (Design of slotless BLDC motor using film coil)

  • In this paper, it is object of design of high efficiency slotless BLDC motor using film coil. Slotless BLDC motor is able to have high efficiency property and low cogging torque, due to magnetization of stator core have constant contribution by slotless core. But it is difficult to make coil winding of slotless BLDC motor. So we make amateur of slotless BLDC motor using film coil. Film coil is fabricated by drilling, electro-plating and etching of copper/insulator/copper plate. In this paper, after design of slotless BLDC motor for moving axial blower, it is fabricated by NdFeB permanent magnet type rotor and film coil.

  • 이 연구에서는 함정탑재 장비의 진동으로부터 기인되는 고체음의 저감을 목표로 새로운 형태의 복합형 마운트를 개발하였다. 수동형 마운트와 비접촉식 전자기식 작동기 또는 관성력형 작동기로 구성된 복합형 마운트가 우수한 성능을 보유한다는 선행연구 결과를 바탕으로 이 연구에서 개발된 복합형 마운트는 기존의 검증된 수동형 고무마운트와 전자기식 작동기를 비접촉식으로 결합한 형태이며, 내충격 성능을 고려하여 설계하였다. 먼저 장비로부터 유발된 진동이 외부로 전달되는 성분의 차단에 대해 복합형 마운트의 효과적인 구성요소 배치형식을 제안하였으며, 여러 설계인자를 고려한 초기 설계안을 제시하고, 마운트 설치 시 문제원인이 될 수 있는 내충격 성능을 고려한 최종 설계를 수행하였다. 설계된 복합형 마운트를 제작하고, 실험을 통해 성능을 검토하였다.

  • This paper deals with the dynamic analysis and experiments of moving-magnet linear actuator with/without spring. On the basis of two dimensional (2-D) analytical solutions and experiments, control parameters such as thrust constant, back-emf constant, inductance and resistance are obtained. And then, dynamic simulation algorithm is established from the voltage and motion equation. Finally, for various values of frequency, dynamic simulation results for characteristics of current and displacement of moving-magnet linear actuator with and without spring are presented and confirmed through the experiments. In particular, This paper applies the PWM voltage waveform obtained from a DSP for bidirectional voltage drive to the actuator.

  • In this study, Dual servo mechanism with VCM(Voice Coil Motor) and PZT is designed for a high precision force and position control. We designed the VCM actuator and dual servo mechanism with leaf spring. VCM actuators, with their high linearity, simple structure, low weight, and high efficiency, are increasingly being used in micro-positioning applications. There are many kinds of VCM with a structure. VCM actuators are divided into two types by moving parts. One is moving magnet type and the other moving coil type. We described the properties of these two types of VCM. Design parameters of VCM are defined through the FEM simulation analysis of magnetic field and dynamic model of dual servo mechanism. These researches help to for decreasing loss in the air gap of VCM. We present dual servo mechanism is effective mechanism for a force control in hi h precision, properties of designed VCM.

가동 자석형 3 축 구동 엑츄에이터 (3-axis Moving Magnet Type Actuator)

  • The optical disc drive has used a high NA objective lens and a shorter wavelength laser diode for high recording density. But high NA and shorter wavelength cause several margins to become short. Focusing and tracking servo has to be more accurate and active tilt compensation mechanism is also needed for coma aberration compensation. In this paper, we proposed 3-axis moving magnet type actuator. For 3-DOF motion, moving coil actuator has to equip 6 wires for supplying 3 independent signals. However, moving magnet type actuator doesn't need to change the configuration of wires because coils are in stator. So, we added tilting mechanism to 2-axis moving magnet actuator which is designed in previous research. Addition of the tilting mechanism cuts down the focusing sensitivity. So, maximization the tilting sensitivity and securing the focusing sensitivity are objectivities of this research. DOE (design of experiments) procedures of electromagnetic circuit are performed for parameter study and the optimization is also performed to maximize the tilt sensitivity. And then the final design is suggested and its performance is verified by FE simulation.

  • In this paper, actuator based on voice coil motor is designed and estimated to check the capability whether that system is in design specification or not. Design specification is moving range as $20{\times}20mm^2$ a along XY-axis in plane and maximizes bandwidth for high speed. The type of voice coil motor is selected with regarding design specification and minimizes the size of actuator. Flux density of designed voice coil motor is simulated. And PI controller is designed to maximize bandwidth of actuator. Finally, characteristic of designed actuator is simulated and that result reveals the validity of presented design.

  • A voice-coil-type LOA consists of the NdFeB permanent magnets with high specific energy as the stator, a coil-wrapped nonmagnetic hollow rectangular structure. We have to obtain the back-EMF constant ${\kappa}_E$ from 3D FEA and experiments, precisely. The ${\kappa}_E$ and other parameters provide the transfer function, through which is derived the frequency response characteristics. Inverter-fed LOA is examined aiming to compare with results of simulation.

  • This paper deals with a study to improve the performance of Moving Coil type Linear Oscillatory Actuator (MC-LOA) considering unbalanced magnetic circuit. MC-LOA has an unbalanced magnetic circuit due to its asymmetric structure. In this type of LOA, the airgap flux density tends to have different magnitude along mover's displacement and the current directions. The above property causes eccentric of displacement center and interferes with the proper oscillation of LOA. Therefore, this paper presents two models having the unbalanced magnetic circuit and the other balanced by the saturated core. In order to compare the characteristics between the two models, a characteristic analysis for both the basic model and the improved model is performed by their dynamic analysis composed of kinetic and electric equations and Finite Element Method (FEM). The propriety of the improved model is verified through the experimental results.
