Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the mechanism of Cosmetic Acupuncture through reinterpretation of anatomy and physiology. Methods : The causes of wrinkle increases and rapid aging of facial skin were studied and the theoretical system of Cosmetic Acupuncture treatment was analyzed through anatomy and physiology reinterpretation. Results and Conclusions : An increase in wrinkles and rapid aging of facial skin is caused by xerosis. Skin condition represents the condition of subcutaneous muscle. The reason why skin becomes easily dry is the heat produced by craniofacial part. Craniofacial part always generates lot of physiological fever because of the muscles. This physiological fever is produced from the muscles that are responsible for maintaining skull suture, controlling the movement of temporomandibular joint, maintaining head and neck posture. Controlling this fever is the crux of Cosmetic Acupuncture mechanism. These muscles correspond to Foot Taeyang meridian-muscle, Foot Soyang meridian-muscle and Foot Yangmyung meridian-muscle. Cosmetic Acupuncture is effective for preventing facial skin from aging and wrinkle increase by mechanical stimulus on facial muscles, and for controlling craniofacial part meridian-muscle system producing the heat.
Purpose : The purpose of the present study was to describe the prevalence and causes of occurrence on work-related musculoskeletal disorders(WMSDs) in physical therapist. Methods : Self-administered questionnaires were distributed by mail to 100 physical therapists in Daegu city. 85 of the questionnaires were returned and 80 of them except 5 unclearly answered ones were analyzed. Results : They felt the pain at shoulders(80%), lower back(74%), wrists(71%), neck(70%), elbow(48%), finger(40%). The major causes of the pain were "repeating the same job constantly(93%)," and "bending wrists too much and doing things that require excessive strength(90%)." It was significant different more Exercise therapist than modality therapist. Conclusion : We suggest that physical therapist for exercise therapy need the development and applies of various program for prevention of work-related musculoskeletal disorders.

Purpose: In modern radiotherapy technology, several methods of image guided radiation therapy (IGRT) are used to deliver accurate doses to tumor target locations and normal organs, including CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) and other devices, ExacTrac System, other than CBCT equipped with linear accelerators. In previous studies comparing the two systems, positional errors were analysed rearwards using Offline-view or evaluated only with a Yaw rotation with the X, Y, and Z axes. In this study, when using CBCT and ExacTrac to perform 6 Degree of the Freedom(DoF) Online IGRT in a treatment center with two equipment, the difference between the set-up calibration values seen in each system, the time taken for patient set-up, and the radiation usefulness of the imaging device is evaluated. Materials and Methods: In order to evaluate the difference between mobile calibrations and exposure radiation dose, the glass dosimetry and Rando Phantom were used for 11 cancer patients with head circumference from March to October 2017 in order to assess the difference between mobile calibrations and the time taken from Set-up to shortly before IGRT. CBCT and ExacTrac System were used for IGRT of all patients. An average of 10 CBCT and ExacTrac images were obtained per patient during the total treatment period, and the difference in 6D Online Automation values between the two systems was calculated within the ROI setting. In this case, the area of interest designation in the image obtained from CBCT was fixed to the same anatomical structure as the image obtained through ExacTrac. The difference in positional values for the six axes (SI, AP, LR; Rotation group: Pitch, Roll, Rtn) between the two systems, the total time taken from patient set-up to just before IGRT, and exposure dose were measured and compared respectively with the RandoPhantom. Results: the set-up error in the phantom and patient was less than 1mm in the translation group and less than 1.5° in the rotation group, and the RMS values of all axes except the Rtn value were less than 1mm and 1°. The time taken to correct the set-up error in each system was an average of 256±47.6sec for IGRT using CBCT and 84±3.5sec for ExacTrac, respectively. Radiation exposure dose by IGRT per treatment was measured at 37 times higher than ExacTrac in CBCT and ExacTrac at 2.468mGy and 0.066mGy at Oral Mucosa among the 7 measurement locations in the head and neck area. Conclusion: Through 6D online automatic positioning between the CBCT and ExacTrac systems, the set-up error was found to be less than 1mm, 1.02°, including the patient's movement (random error), as well as the systematic error of the two systems. This error range is considered to be reasonable when considering that the PTV Margin is 3mm during the head and neck IMRT treatment in the present study. However, considering the changes in target and risk organs due to changes in patient weight during the treatment period, it is considered to be appropriately used in combination with CBCT.
The labiomandibulotomy approch to the oral cavity and oropharygeal region was first described by Roux in 1836 and become popular for oral and oropharyngeal tumors in cases where there are no clinical and radiological signs of mandible invasion. Anterior labiomandibulotomy and swing procedure provides excellent access and facilitate a mandibular resection and subsequent repair. In last two years, 8 cases of oral and oropharyngeal tumors were treated by this approach at the Dept. of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Holy Family Hospital, Catholic University of Korea. And we analyzed postoperative complications as well as functional evaluations, and the results were as follows; In 4 cases, marginal mandibulectomy were combined with labiomandibulotomy and in case of malignancies, neck dissection was performed simultaneously. In almost case, plate and miniscrew fixation was used for osteotomy sites. Histologic evaluation of the resection margins of the specimens revealed tumor free in all cases. The postoperative complications were occured in 3 cases, one case of nonunion, one case of orocutaneous fistula, and one case of wound dehisence. Occlusal stability, jaw movement and swallowing function were acceptable postoperatively in 3 months. From above results, we concluded that, this approach not only provides wide exposure, permitting radical removal of benign and malignant lesions but also preserves function with minimal complications.
Grape weeding work requires Ergonomics improvement, because it performs motion likely to cause Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) repeatedly and continuously. The object of this study was to reject workload in Grape weeding works raised MSDs with the Moving Rail-chair and Electromotive Scissors. As objective method of analysis, we used heart rate, EMG, RULA, REBA. As subjective method of analysis, we used questionnaire that indicate lethargy area of body, pain of muscle and bone. As a result, working with Moving Rail-Chair and Electromotive Scissors is lower heart rate and EMG than typical working. Also for the subjective evaluation, reducing of neck and shoulder movement makes improve workload.
The purpose of this study is to grasp foreign worker's industrial safety and health state, which find out the improvement to secure the basic safety net for foreign workers. We have investigated 2,050 workers through direct interviews during the period from April 12, 2010 to May 31, 2010. And the result of analysis, foreign worker's daily average working time is 10.6 hours(40.8% workers in total work 10~12 hours), the extent of exposure to harmful and dangerous working environment is 'the position which cause pain in neck, waist, hands, shoulders, legs'(69.3%), 'repetitive hands and arms movement'(66.1%). It showed 'experience of accident damage or disease related work'(27.3%), 'never apply for industrial accident compensation' is revealed high at 73%. As a result of completing a safety health education for a year, it showed 'never educated'(40.2%), 'the institute that foreign workers have used for help and advice is the foreign worker's support center'(61.9%) Thus, hiring foreign workers in the company are small in site, the environment is too harmful and dangerous. In addition, no safety and health managers, legally blind spot located in the health and safety, because it is an urgent meet for these measures to improve.
Objective : The purpose of this study was to report a case of a treatment with Scolopendrae Corpus Herbal-Acupuncture for one patient suffering from the Cervical Myelopathy. Scolopendrae Corpus Herbal-Acupuncture has been used as a analgesics and antispasmodics in the oriental medicine and reported to have antiinflammatory effect, sedative action and immunity enhancing activity, on one patient suffering from the Cervical Myelopathy. Methods : TThe patient was treated with Scolopendrae Corpus Herbal-Acupuncture, acupuncture, herbal medication. Scolopendrae Corpus Pharmacopuncture was administered two or three times per week and we injected 0.2~1.0 ml of Scolopendrae Corpus Pharmacopuncture to the patient's neck and both arms. Lymphangioma is a rare benign developmental vascular tumor that may be found in orbit, skull and elsewhere in head and neck. Few cases of extension of this benign but insidious tumor posteriorly out of the bony orbital cavity have been reported. The patient was 40-year-old man complaining of proptosis of right eye for one month. Physical examination revealed severe right exophthalmus, impairment of eyeball movement in all directions. Visual acuity was much impaired and he could percept only light with right eye. CT and MRI scans showed intraconal and extraconal involvement of ill-defined, heterogenous mass with extension of the tumor posteriorly beyond the orbital cavity involving right frontal and temporal lobe, skull and subcutaneous tissue. The tumor was subtotally removed via orbito-frontal approach without damaging vital neural and orbital component. Then, orbital roof reconstruction and cranioplasty were done with resin. Successful surgical removal of lymphangioma is very difficult due to its severe infiltration to surrounding tissue and tendency to bleed during debulking. We report a rare case of orbital cavernous lymphangioma with intracranial extension treated with surgical decompression, with review of literatures.
In this paper, we present a new method for automatically synchronize captured facial expression data with its corresponding motion data. In a usual optical motion capture set-up, a detailed facial expression can not be captured simultaneously in the motion capture session because its resolution requirement is higher than that of the motion capture. Therefore, those are captured in two separate sessions and need to be synchronized in the post-process to be used for generating a convincing character animation. Based on the patterns of the actor's neck movement extracted from those two data, we present a non-linear time warping method for the automatic synchronization. We justify our method with the actual examples to show the viability of the method.

A keyboard system for hands-free virtual reality head mounted display using electrooculogram (EOG) signal which occurs during the eye-blinking is proposed. This system consists of display device, gyroscope sensor, gravity sensor and electro-encephalogram (EEG) sensor, and it is implemented with Unity3D engine for system control and graphic processing. If the input language of proposed keyboard system is Korean, i.e. Hangul, the Chonjiin keyboard method is utilized; but for the English spelling, numbers or special characters, $3{\times}4$ keyboard method is used in order to solve the spatial problem. By the implemented method, it can be verified that the user can handle the keyboard input of virtual reality head mounted display with only neck movement and EOG, instead of using hands.
