O2O 서비스 이용자의 동기가 기대충족과 만족을 통해 충성도에 미치는 영향 (An Effect of O2O Service Users' Motivation on Loyalty through Expectation-Confirmation and Satisfaction)

  • Purpose: O2O service are becoming popular in various industries such as food delivery and taxi. This research explores how users' motivation of O2O service influence customer loyalty through expectation-confirmation and satisfaction. this study attempts to explore the motivation factor (i.e. pricing, enjoyment, immediately, social influence) and to empirically examine the relationships between those and users' loyalty to O2O service. Methods: To test the proposed research model, a survey research methodology was used. Paper survey was distributed to O2O service users in Korea. A total of 198 data were used for the analysis. Structural equation modeling was used to test hypotheses. Results: According to our findings, this study found that satisfaction was positively influenced by users' motivation factors. all hypotheses about the effect of motivation on expectation-confirmation were statistically not significant. Conclusion: O2O service providers should consider the results of this study to satisfy users' expectations and satisfaction for building a better O2O market.

Impact of Servant Leadership on Public Service Motivation of Civil Servants: Empirical Evidence from Vietnam

  • Servant leadership has been noticeable in the last decade in the leadership literature on account its focus on serving others first. The target of servant leadership is not the organization, but rather the followers and their development and also the ability to motivate others to become servant leaders. Serving leadership has been recognized as a leadership philosophy that addresses ethical concerns, which is linked to ethical leadership. This study aims to investigate the relationship between dimensions of servant leadership and public service motivation of civil servants. Data were collected from civil servants working in public organizations at district level in Ho Chi Minh City of Vietnam through survey forms. The research hypotheses are tested by factor analysis and regression. The results report that 7 dimensions of servant leadership positively affect public service motivation in the following ascending order: Empowerment, standing back, forgiveness, humility, integrity, accountability, and courage. On the other hand stewardship has an insignificant impact on the role of leading and supervising. Our study contributes to the existing literature on servant leadership as well as public service motivation by throwing light onto a so-far neglected transitional country like Vietnam. Thereby, this study proposes a number of implications for the leaders to improve leadership style to enhance public service motivation of civil servants.

Work Motive Distribution of Public Universities Lecturers in Hanoi

  • Purpose: The study aims to investigate the impact of factors affecting the work motive distribution of public universities lecturers in Hanoi. Research design, data and methodology: The questionnaire survey method is applied in this research to analyze the relationship between the variables and verify the hypothesis based on the collected 306 valid questionnaires. The partial least square method structural equation model (PLS-SEM) is used to carry out structural equation modeling to study the relationship between latent variables with reliable tools (SmartPLS 3.0 software). Results: The research results show that the intrisic motivation of the lecturers, the extrisic motivation of the lecturers and the job characteristics of the lecturers all have a positive impact on the motivation of public universities lecturers in Hanoi. In which, intrinsic motivation has the greatest influence on the work motive distribution of lecturers. In addition, the research results also prove that job characteristics affect the work motive distribution of lecturers. This is a new factor in the factors affecting the work motive distribution of public universities lecturers. Conclusion: Based on the research results, the authors propose some recommendations to increase the work motive distribution of public universities lecturers in Hanoi through improving the factors affecting their work motive distribution.

Development of an Instrument based on the Protection Motivation Theory to Measure Factors Influencing Women's Intention to First Pap Test Practice

  • Background: Given that there are many Iranian women who have never had a Pap smear, this study was designed to develop and validate a measurement tool based on the Protection Motivation Theory to assess factors influencing the Iranian women's intention to perform first Pap testing. Materials and Methods: In this psychometric research, to determine the Content Validity Index (CVI) and the Content Validity Ratio (CVR), a panel of experts (n=10) reviewed scale items. Reliability was estimated through the Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (n=30) and internal consistency (n=240). Also, factor analysis (exploratory and conformity) was performed on the data of the sample women who had never had a Pap smear test (n=240). Results: A 26-item questionnaire was developed. The CVI and CVR scores of the scale were 0.89 and 0.90, respectively. Exploratory factor analysis loaded a 26-item with seven factors questionnaire (perceived vulnerability and severity, fear, response costs, response efficacy, self-efficacy, and protection motivation (or intention)) that jointly accounted for 72.76% of the observed variance. Confirmatory factor analysis indicated a good fit for the data. Internal consistency (range 0.70-0.93) and test-retest reliability (range 0.72-0.96) of sub-scales were acceptable. Conclusions: This study showed that the designed instrument was a valid and reliable tool for measuring the factors influencing the women's intention to perform their first Pap testing.

  • 인터넷의 급속한 보급 및 확산은 국제무역에 있어 일대 혁신을 초래하고 있으며, 특히 해외시장조사, 해외홍보 및 마케팅, 거래선 발굴, 신용조사, 거래협상 등 계약체결까지 거래경로를 시간적 제약 및 공간적 제약 없이 신속하고, 정확하며, 적은 비용으로 글로벌 비즈니스를 수행할 수 있는 토대가 되고 있다. 본 연구는 비용절감, 시장업무 프로세스 혁신, 업무처리개선, 외부요구, 내부요청 등과 같은 주요 전자무역의 동기요인이 e-mail, 웹 서비스, EDI, Internet-EDI와 같은 전자무역을 위한 정보기술의 활용수준에 영향을 미치고 궁극적으로 국내 수출기업들의 기업성과 향상에 영향을 미친다는 것을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 또 본 연구는 동기요인이외에 기업이 인터넷을 통한 전자무역의 활용에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 환경요인, 기업특성 요인 및 산업특성 요인들을 함께 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과, 본 연구에서 제시한 요인들이 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다.

애플리케이션 디스플레이 광고의 회피효과에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인가? (What are the factors affecting avoidance the effects of the application display advertising?)

  • 본 연구는 스마트폰 애플리케이션 디스플레이 광고회피에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 알아보고자 하는 목적에서 시작하였다. 본 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 광고의 지각된 침입성에 대한 요인분석 결과 단일 요인으로 나타났다. 또한 광고의 지각된 침입성은 광고회피에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스마트폰 이용동기에 대한 요인분석 결과 7개의 요인으로 나타났다. 즉, 정보획득, 오락성, 학습/업무활용, 멀티미디어 활용, 생활편의성, 시간 활용으로 나타났다. 학습/업무활용성 동기와 생활편의성 동기가 높으면 광고회피 수준이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 스마트폰에 대한 관여도에 따라 광고에 대한 지각된 침입성에는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 고관여 집단이 저관여 집단보다 정보획득, 오락성, 사회적 관계형성, 멀티미디어 활용, 생활편의성, 시간활용 동기가 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 스마트폰 애플리케이션 디스플레이 광고를 제작하는 광고실무자에게 스마트 폰 사용자가 광고회피 행위를 줄일 수 있는 해답을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

대학생의 학업성취도 예측요인 연구 : J 대학을 중심으로 (A Study on Predictors of Academic Achievement in College Students : Focused on J University)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 학업성취 예측모형을 구축하여, 각 요인간의 상호관계와 상대적 영향력을 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 J 대학 재학생 1,310명의 학습자 개인요인과 학습전략 요인을 설문하였으며, 그 결과를 데이터마이닝 기법인 의사결정나무 분석을 통하여 학업성취 예측요인의 변별과 패턴을 분석하고, 각 요인의 상대적 영향력을 살펴보기 위한 이항 로지스틱 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 학업성취를 예측하는 가장 중요한 요인은 효능감으로 나타났으며, 이외 학습동기, 시간관리, 우울이 학업성취를 예측하는 요인으로 나타났다. 학업성취를 예측하는 요인의 패턴은 효능감과 시간관리 수준이 높은 경우와 효능감이 중간 수준이더라도 학습동기가 높은 경우로 나타났다. 효능감과 학습동기가 낮거나 우울이 높은 경우 학업성취를 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 대학생의 학업성취 향상을 위한 효능감과 학습동기 향상, 시간관리 교육 강화, 부정적 정서 관리 등을 제안하였다.

소셜 미디어를 통한 기업 사회공헌활동의 참여동기가 조직-공중관계성과 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Participation Motivation of Corporate Social Responsibility Using Social Media on Organization-Public Relationship and Brand Loyalty)

  • 본 연구는 기업이 소셜 미디어 사회공헌활동을 수행할 때 참여자들의 참여동기인 공감성과 흥미성, 사회공헌활동 수행기업과 참여자 간의 조직-공중관계성, 그리고 수행기업에 대한 브랜드 충성도 간의 관계를 분석한다. 설문응답 자료를 확인요인분석한 결과, 공감성과 흥미성 등 2개의 참여동기 요인이 도출되었다. 또한, 수행기업과 참여자 간의 신뢰, 충실성, 통제상호성, 친밀성 등 4개의 조직-공중관계성 요인이 도출되었다. 제안된 연구모형은 구조방정식모형으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 공감성은 신뢰, 충실성, 통제상호성, 친밀성 등 모든 조직-공중관계성 요인에 유의한 영향을 주고, 흥미성은 신뢰와 충실성 등 두 요인에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 신뢰는 다른 조직-공중관계성 요인인 충실성, 통제상호성, 친밀성에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다. 또한, 각각의 조직-공중관계성 요인은 브랜드 충성도를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다.

웹 게시판을 활용한 영어 수업에 영향을 미치는 요인분석 연구 (Factors influencing the English classes using a web-based bulletin board system)

  • The development and use of computer mediated communications (CMC) as a tool for teaching and learning English has grown considerably in recent years. The purpose of this study is to investigate factors related to learners' participation, achievement, and satisfaction in EFL classes using web-based bulletin boards. The total number of 77 university students participated in this study. Three domains and eight independent variables investigated in this study were a learner-related domain (attitudes toward CMC, intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, attitudes toward writing), an interaction-related domain (student-student interaction, teacher-student interaction), and an environmental domain (physical support and design of the web site). In order to determine interrelation of variables correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used. The results of this study showed that the factors predicting a learner's participation were instrumental motivation, attitudes toward writing, and teacher-student interaction. The factors explaining a learner's achievement were learner's participation and attitudes toward writing, and the factors predicting a learner's satisfaction were integrative motivation, student-student interaction, teacher-student interaction, physical support and learner's participation.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the difference between service quality satisfactions according to tourists' preference and segmentation by various motivations. Data were collected from 442 farm stay visitors by field surveys in rural areas. A factor-clustering method identified three distinct segments; want-it-all, overall low motivation, relaxation. MANOVA was used to examine the differences of service quality satisfaction for farm stay visitors' preference and segmentation by motivation. Results show that the type of guest room more significantly influenced farm stay visitors' satisfaction according to those three clusters. It should be noted that we have information on the characteristics and type of satisfaction of the consumers in order to improve the quality of farmstay's service in rural tourism.
