Development of Design and Analysis System for Material Handling Cranes (운반하역 크레인의 설계해석 자동화 시스템 개발)

  • A material handling crane is composed of many complex structural components which require sufficient strength, stiffness and stability throughout its service life and need to be light in weight, and satisfy the required functions under the entire range of operating conditions. In this study, the analysis system for material handling cranes is presented. This program integrate various structural analyses modules with the GU(Graphic User Interface) concept. Utilizing basic variables as input data, the analysis system performs quasi-static, eigenvalue, buckling, fatigue and stability analysis. Using this program, the designer can generate optimal design data for the cranes without my actual measurements. This system will also be extended to other mechanical structures with kinematic motion like crane.

  • 다기능 선박조종시뮬레이터(Full-mission Shiphandling Simulator)는 항해사, 선장 및 도선사의 자질 향상을 위한 교육뿐만 아니라 항만개발을 위한 사전 검토와 해난사고 발생 시, 원인규명을 위한 분석에도 이용되고 있다. 한국해양수산연수원에서는 이러한 목적을 위하여 2011년 2월 28일 Russia Transas 제품의 선박조종시뮬레이터를 설치 완료 하였다. 이 FMSS는 적어도 360도의 수평시각을 가진 대형 구형화면에 여섯(6) 자유도 운동을 하는 본선 및 타선을 실시간으로 표현하는 photo-realistic high resolution computer graphic visual system과 같은 최신기술을 사용하는 가장 현대화된 최고급 해상용 시뮬레이터로 해난 사고 윈인규명을 위한 분석 연구 목적을 위하여 광범위한 출처로부터 모델시험과 자료의 신뢰할만한 공식적 기록들에 근거한 매우 정확한 수력학적 선박 모델링 소프트웨어로 이루어졌다. 여기서는 이 FMSS의 형태와 복잡성을 상세하게 소개한다.

  • In this paper, we deal with modeling and analysis for mobile manipulator systems. In order to avoid the difficulties occurring due to slippage or unevenness of the terrain, we propose the utilization of minimum actuators. In this case, the resulting systems typically possess kinematic redundancies which can be beneficially employed for correcting the position error. A simple PD control method along with kinematic redundancy is employed to recover position errors for trajectory control in task space. Several primary and secondary criteria utilizing kinematic redundancy of the mobile manipulator system are tested through graphic animation.

  • Integrated Services Digital Networks (ISDNs) and Broadband ISDN provide high speed data transmission capabilities and therefore, it is now possible to communicate with multimedia information including graphic, motion image, data and audio. Among several new services utilizing multimedia communication networks, distance education service which aims to overcome time and space restrictions between teachers and learners is now heavily focused in many countries. In this paper, several factors which affect to the effectiveness of distance education are surveyed and facilities for organizing distance education classrooms which utilize high speed multimedia communication network are studied in detail. Also, some points are suggested for organizing successful distance equation system based on the multimedia communication technology.

  • An aircraft simulator for ergonomics testing and pilot training was developed from the joint work Agency for Defense Development(ADD) and Daewoo Heavy Industry, LTD, in Korea at first time. It is basically to satisfy the requirements established by FAA-AC-120-40C ( 1995-JAN-26). The aircraft simulator will be used mainly for ergonomics testing and pilot training for basic trainer on ADD and Korea Air Force in near futrue. This simulator reproduces faithfully the cockpit and flight characteristics of the KTX-1 aircraft. It is one of the latest full flight simulators that have the CGI(computer graphic image) visual system and six degree of freedom motions system. Development efforts focused on user-oriented design approach for ergonomics testing and flight training of pilots. Main characteristics of each subsystem are described such as cockpit, instruments, control loading system, motion system, visual system, aural system, instructor operation station and aircraft simulation softwear.

  • 본 연구에서는 3D 애니메이션 기법을 이용하여 기계 내부의 동작을 표현하였고, 도입된 기법의 장단점을 비교 검토하였다. 본 연구에서 표현한 애니메이션의 기획은 다양한 기계의 동작의 핵심원리에 목표를 두었다. 또한 본 연구에서는 실제에 가까운 애니메이션을 제작하기 위하여 기계 동작애니메이션을 Key 애니메이션 방법과, 링크를 사용한 IK 방법뿐만 아니라 Bone 애니메이션 방법에 대하여 장단점을 파악하고, 각각의 기계 내부 동작 표현에 대한 방법을 분류하였다. 본 연구가 콘텐츠화 된 시뮬레이션을 만드는데 하나의 프로세스로서 상당부분 기여할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • In this paper, we propose a PC based distributed controller for a two axis convey table using real-time micro-kernel. PC, Windows program, gives an easy way to implement wealthy GUI and micro-kernel, ${\mu}$C/OS-II, provides a real-time capability to control devices. We built a real-time distributed control system using ${\mu}$C/OS-II kernel which needs to process the tasks for two motors within the desired time to synchronize the motion. We used both semaphore and message mail box for synchronization. Unlike the previous study where we used step motors for the actuator of two axes convey table, we rebuilt the convey table with DC motors and the dedicated position servo which had built in out lab, and then we implemented a realtime distributed control system by putting the micro-kernel into between PC and position servo. Moreover we developed the PC based graphic user interfaces for generating planar drawing image control. Experimental results also presented to show the Proposed control system is useful.

A Study on Psychological Relaxation apply to Motion Graphic (모션그래픽을 활용한 심리이완 유도에 관한 연구)

  • 현대 사회에서 인간은 과학의 발달과 환경오염, 복잡한 사회에서의 다양한 인간관계 둥으로 인해 긴장과 불안을 경험하며 자신도 모르게 스트레스를 받으며 살아가고 있다. 긴장과 불안은 스트레스의 요인이 되며 지속적으로 쌓이게 되면 정신적, 신체적 질병을 가져온다. 이러한 스트레스를 해소하기 위한 방법으로는 바이오피드백, 이완요법, 명상, 가벼운 운동 등이 있으며 현재는 멀티테라피가 널리 이용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 스트레스 해소방법이 아닌 시각적 요소만을 가지고 제작된 모션그래픽을 활용하여 심리이완을 유도할 수 있는 방법에 관하여 연구하였다. 첫째, 모션그래픽의 구성요소 중 3가지 요소(색, 헝태, 방향)를 조합한 설문 모션그래픽 중 어떤 요소가 가장 심리이완을 유도하는 것인지를 조사하여 분석하였고, 둘째, 3가지 요소(색, 형태, 방향)를 각각 2가지로 나누어 특성을 비교 분석해 보았다. 그 결과 심리이완을 유도하는 모션그래픽은 한색, 원, 수평으로 조합된 모션그래픽으로 문헌 조사와 동일한 결과를 나타났으나, 각 요소별 분석에서는 3가지 요소 중 색과 형태는 동일한 반면, 방향은 수평보다 수직이 심리이완을 유도하는 요소로 분석되었다. 향후 본 연구를 토대로 각 요소에 대한 세부적인 분석이 이루어진다면 심리이완에 있어 모션그래픽의 폭넓은 활용이 기대되어진다.

  • In computer vision, visual tracking method addresses the problem of localizing an specific object in video sequence according to the bounding box. In this paper, we propose a tracking method by introducing the feature correlation comparison into the siamese network to increase its matching identification. We propose a way to compute location of object to improve matching performance by a correlation operation, which locates parts for solving the searching problem. The higher layer in the network can extract a lot of object information. The lower layer has many location information. To reduce error rate of the object center point, we built a siamese network that extracts the distribution and location information of target objects. As a result of the experiment, the average center error rate was less than 25%.

But recently Game graphic design have a trend 3D Game that is absorbed and easy handling. 2D Game Character is changing to 3D Game Character more and more. This thesis have significant the real motion capture of 3D Game Character and the types, the shapes of 3D Game Character animation. First of all this thesis will define about 3D Game Character as well it will be show examples of real motion capture also it will proposal data of real motion capture. Therefore it will be bring the high technology Animation industry with Digital Contents industry. also hope for the growth of Game Character Animation process and 3D Game Character Animation in Game industry as well contents industry.
