Automated production system is composed of many complicated techniques and it become a very difficult task to control, monitor and diagnose this compound system. Moreover, it is required to develop an effective diagnosing technique and reduce the diagnosing time while operating the system in parallel under many faults occurring concurrently. This study develops a Modular Artificial Neural Network(MANN) which can perform a diagnosing function of multiple faults with the following steps: 1) Modularizing a complicated system into subsystems. 2) Formulating a hierarchical structure by dividing the subsystem into many detailed elements. 3) Planting an artificial neural network into hierarchical module. The system developed is implemented on workstation platform with $X-Windows^{(r)}$ which provides multi-process, multi-tasking and IPC facilities for visualization of transaction, by applying the software written in $ANSI-C^{(r)}$ together with $MOTIF^{(r)}$ on the fault diagnosis of PI feedback controller reactor. It can be used as a simple stepping stone towards a perfect multiple diagnosing system covering with various industrial applications, and further provides an economical approach to prevent a disastrous failure of huge complicated systems.

A lens system of a camera module for mobile phones is comprised of the composition and design of various shapes of lens. To improve responses such as the modular transfer function (MTF), a lens system should always be constructed by considering uncertainty that can be caused by manufacturing and assembly error. In this study, tolerance optimization using the Latin Hypercube Sampling (LHS) technique is performed. In order to reduce the computational burden of the tolerance optimization process and decrease the influence from numerical noise effectively, we use the Progressive Quadratic Response Surface Modeling (PQRSM), which is one of Sequential Approximate Optimization (SAO) techniques. Using this method, we achieved optimal tolerance for each lens and obtained reliability for satisfying user‘s requirements. In addition, through the design process the manufacturing and assembly cost of a lens system was reduced.

Many image hiding schemes based on least significant bit (LSB) transformation have been proposed. One of the LSB-based image hiding schemes that employs diamond encoding was proposed in 2008. In this scheme, the binary secret data is converted into base n representation, and the converted secret data is concealed in the cover image. Here, we show that this scheme has two vulnerabilities: noticeable spots in the stego-image, i.e., a non-smooth embedding result, and inefficiency caused by rough re-adjustment of falling-off-boundary value and impractical base translation. Moreover, we propose a new scheme that is efficient and produces a smooth and high quality embedding result by restricting n to power of 2 and using a sophisticated re-adjustment procedure. Our experimental results show that our scheme yields high quality stego-images and is secure against RS detection attack.

A sufficient condition for an Artinian complete intersection quotient S = 𝕜[x, y]/(x^m, yⁿ), where 𝕜 is an algebraically closed field of a prime characteristic, to have the strong Lefschetz property (SLP) was proved by S. B. Glasby, C. E. Praezer, and B. Xia in [3]. In contrast, we find a necessary and sufficient condition on m, n satisfying 3 ≤ m ≤ n and p > 2m-3 for S to fail to have the SLP. Moreover we find the Jordan types for S failing to have SLP for m ≤ n and m = 3, 4.

A lens system for mobile phone cameras is comprised of various lenses and designed so as to satisfy design requirements for responses such as a modular transfer function (MTF). However, it is difficult to manufacture and assemble camera modules to maintain the same performance compared with the designed camera modules, because of uncertainty. We should always design a lens system by considering uncertainty that can be caused by errors in the manufacturing and assembly process of mobile phone cameras. The robust optimization offers tools of making robust decisions with the consideration of design parameters, uncontrollable parameters, and the variance of the system. Using an efficient reliability analysis method and an optimization algorithm, we obtained robust optimization results that maximize the mean of MTF and minimize the standard deviation and proposed a new robust design process for a lens system.

OSI 모델에 입각한 기능확인 위주의 종래의 단순한 프로토콜 시험기법은 성능시험, 적합성시험, 상호접속시험으로 세분화되고 대상 프로토콜도 일대일, 일대다수(Point-to -multipoint)로 확장되었다. 본 논문에서는 시험항목 생성부분과 시험결과 분석기능을 공통 플랫폼으로 하고 시험 대상 프로토콜의 성격과 시험목적에 따라서 모듈화된 시험수행기부분을 선택적으로 변경하는 다기능 프로토콜 시험시스템을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 다기능 시험시스템 설계에 입각한 예로서 망루팅 프로토콜 시험시스템, 트랜스포트 프로토롤 시험시스템의 구조를 보인다.

First, we investigate fuzzy equivalence relations on a set X in the sense of Youssef and Dib. Second, we discuss fuzzy congruences generated by a given fuzzy relation on a fuzzy groupoid. In particular, we obtain the characterizations of ${\rho}\;o\;{\sigma}{\in}$ FC(S) for any two fuzzy congruences ${\rho}\;and\;{\sigma}$ on a fuzzy groupoid ($S,{\odot}$). Finally, we study the lattice of fuzzy equivalence relations (congruences) on a fuzzy semigroup and give certain lattice theoretic properties.

This paper is intended to provide a method to design control software for the TCMS, train control and monitoring system. The TCMS with this control software will be applied KOREA Standard EMU. The control software is designed by SCADE Case tool to concern safety and reliability. The function for the EMU is implemented in software easily programmed, using a functional block, graphic programming language. The control software has modular design and each module is tested with SCADE simulator. This time we focus a door control module, present a design method and a simulation method for that module.

지난 세번에 걸쳐 소개하던 실체인증기법을 중단하고 이번호 부터는 해쉬함수 국제표준을 소개한다. 국내에서도 표준화 노력이 진행되고 있는 해쉬함수는 임의의 길이의 비트스트링을 정해진 길이의 출력인 해쉬코드로 변환시키는 함수로서 디지탈서명, 인증. 키 분배등의 많은 적용사례를 갖고 있다. 해쉬함수의 표준화 과제는 1984년 디지탈서명 국제표준화 과제중 한 part로 시작했다가 1989년 독립된 과제가 되었다 그 당시에는 2개의 part(Part 1 : General. Part 2 : Hash-functions using an n-bit block cipher algorithm)로 시작되었다가 나중에 2개의 part (Part 3 : Dedicated hash-functions, Part 4 : Hash-functions using modular arithmetic)가 추가되었다. 이 과제는 1991년 CD(Committee Draft), 1992년 DIS(Draft for International Standard)가 되었고. 1993년에 IS(International Standard)가 되었고 1998년 1차 검토가 있을 예정이다.

Facility layout for enterprise's competitive power strengthening and construction of offensive manufacture line and direction presentation for design of production management system that is new by operation improvement according to S company. 'S' Through enterprise's example, I wish to establish Korean medium and small enterprises' manufacturing industry style equipment Layout model by taken place effect interpretation.
