애기장대 칼슘수송체를 발현하는 형질전환 현미의 생쥐 식이를 통한 안전성 평가 (Safety Test of Brown Rice Expressing Arabidopsis Calcium Transporter by Feeding Trial in Mice)

  • 선행연구에서 Arabidopsis thaliana $Ca^{2+}/H^+$ 역수송체 유전자인 CAX 1 ($\underline{ca}tion$ $e{\underline{x}}changer$ 1)이 도입된 벼 형질전환체의 $T_3$ 종자는 대조구에 비해 $2.7{\sim}7.5$배 정도 높은 칼슘을 함유하고 있음을 확인한 바 있다. 이 $T_3$ 종자 유래 현미의 생리학적 안전성을 조사하기 위해, 일품현미를 대조구로 하여 생쥐 식이 실험을 수행하고 체중 및 말초 백혈구 수의 변화를 조사하였다. 일 개월 동안의 식이의 결과, $T_3$ 현미의 경우는 체중의 변화량 혹은 말초 백혈구의 수에 있어서 대조구인 일품현미의 경우와 거의 차이가 없었다. 체액성 면역능의 지표인 플라크-형성능, 복강 대식세포의 수, 그리고 NK 세포의 활성도 등을 비롯한 면역기능에 대한 영향에 있어서도 대조구와 유사하였다. 아울러 혈액의 생화학적 분석조사에서도 두 실험군 사이에 별다른 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 연구결과는 GMO 벼 유래의 $T_3$ 현미가 생리학적으로 안전하며 또한 칼슘함량이 강화된 동물사료 혹은 식품으로 적용될 수 있는 잠재능이 있음을 시사한다. 한편 장기적 안전성에 대한 평가를 위해서는 좀 더 연구가 진행되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

Low Power Test for SoC(System-On-Chip)

  • Power consumption during testing System-On-Chip (SOC) is becoming increasingly important as the IP core increases in SOC. We present a new algorithm to reduce the scan-in power using the modified scan latch reordering and clock gating. We apply scan latch reordering technique for minimizing the hamming distance in scan vectors. Also, during scan latch reordering, the don't care inputs in scan vectors are assigned for low power. Also, we apply the clock gated scan cells. Experimental results for ISCAS 89 benchmark circuits show that reduced low power scan testing can be achieved in all cases.

디젤기관에서 CNG혼소에 의한 배출가스 저감에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Emission Reduction of Duel-Fuel Engine by CNG)

  • CNG dual fuel engine for heavy duty diesel engine has been equipped to a Korean bus engine and tested to compare th engine performance and the emission characteristics with the existing diesel fueled engine. The results are summarized as follows. Diesel fueled engine has the fuel injection timing of BTDC17°. The injection timing of CNG modified engine is retarded to BTDC14° for reduction of NOx. Performance optimization has been carried out to have engine power equivalent to or better than the diesel fueled engine. Smoke is decreased by 85% by Korean smoke 3 mode test. By 6 mode test CO is increased by 313% and THC is increased by 1407%. NOx is decreased by 27%. Even though THC is increased very much, it's not too serious problem since CO and THC emission of diesel engine are very little compared to gasoline engine and THC don't give bad effect on human health. But the reduction technologies of CO and THC need to be considered.

아동성폭력 예방을 위한 행동기술훈련의 효과에 관한 연구 (The Effectiveness of Behavioral Skill Training for the Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of teaching personal safety skills for prevention of potential child sexual abuse in Korean society. The subjects of this study were 80 first grade female students, sampled from elementary schools in Seoul. The instruments of this study were the Personal Safety Questionnaire (PSQ) and 'What if' Situations Test (WIST) modified by the present researcher. The t-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient were applied to analyze the data of this study. The results of the analysis were (1) after the Behavioral Skills Training, the children of the training group showed a higher level of knowledge about child sexual abuse than the control group. (2) After the Behavioral Skills Training, the children of the training group showed more adequate self-defensive skills than the control group when they faced situations of possible child sexual abuse. (3) The higher the level of knowledge about child sexual abuse, the more adequate self-defensive skills in situations of child sexual abuse. These results supported the effectiveness of Behavioral Skills Training as preventive education on potential child sexual abuse.

  • An aerial target system is used for the purpose of experimental test and fire training of missile that newly developed and in mass production. Since the target drones of aerial target systems are monopolized by several major countries so that they are selling at a high price. In this paper, we present the CFD simulation results on a new target drone that Kyungan co. ltd is developing with their own technologies. The presented CFD simulation was conducted in the same conditions of a wind tunnel tests and we could obtain the simulation results of the lift and drag values were in errors by less than 15 percent compared to the experiment. The simulation results were used to determine the modified shapes of new prototype target drone that could fly safely.

유아교사의 다문화교육에 대한 인식과 실태에 관한 연구 (Kindergarten Teacher's Perception and the Practices about the Multicultural Education)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine teacher's perception, practices about the multicultural education. The subjects were 382 kindergarten teachers in G province. Kim A Young(1996)'s questionnaire which is modified and improved after preliminary research was used to measure teacher's perception and practices about the multicultural education. The data were analyzed by the descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test. The results of this study were as follows. First, Kindergarten teacher's perception about multicultural education were significantly different by teacher's teaching careers, teacher's kindergarten types, children's age, learning experience in preservice curriculum. Second, Kindergarten teacher's practices about multicultural education were significantly different by teacher's teaching careers and kindergarten types.

대학생들의 직업가치관에 관한 연구 -패션 관련 학생을 중심으로- (A Study on the Work Values of the College Students -Focused on the Clothing and Textiles Majoring College Students-)

  • The objectives of this study were to identify the work values of the college students, and to verify the relationship between demographic variables and the work value inventory. Data were collected from college students majoring clothing and textiles(N=307). Convenient sampling was performed. The work value inventory used in this study was modified on the one designed by Meitus. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, t-test and F-test. The findings of this study were as follows : First, as a result of factor analysis, dimensions of work value consists of 8 factors, including income, achievement, status, social contribution, stability, responsibility, capability and vocational contribution. Second, job experience, grade and parent's educational background and occupation were the major variables determining students' work values.

표면 개질된 메조기공실리카를 이용한 수중의 인 제거 (Surface modified mesoporous silica (SBA-15) for phosphate adsorbents in water)

  • The excessive phosphate in water causes eutrophication which destroys water environment. In this study, mesoporous silica was synthesized and several functional groups were attached on it. Samples were tested to identify the ability to remove phosphate. The structures of synthesized materials were analyzed by X-ray diffractions (XRD), Fourier transform-infrared (FT-IR) and surface area analysis, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET). To determine the maximum phosphate adsorption capacities and sorption rate, the equilibrium test and kinetic test was conducted. Among functionalized SBA-15 samples, pure SBA-15 didn't adsorb phosphate but Al-SBA-15 and Ti-SBA-15 showed good performances to remove phosphate. The maximum phosphate adsorption capacity of Al-SBA-15 was efficient compared to other adsorbents.

  • SoC(System-On-Chip)을 테스트 하는 동안 소모하는 전력소모는 SoC내의 IP 코어가 증가됨에 따라 매우 중요한 요소가 되었다. 본 논문에서는 Scan Latch Reordering과 Clock Gating 기법을 적용하여 scan-in 전력소모를 줄이는 알고리즘을 제안한다. Scan vector들의 해밍거리를 최소로 하는 새로운 Scan Latch Reordering을 적용하였으며 Gated scan 셀을 사용하여 저전력을 구현하였다. ISCAS 89 벤치마크 회로에 적용하여 실험한 결과 모든 회로에 대하여 향상된 전력소모를 보였다.

도료용 폴리올 종류에 따른 폴리이소시아네이트와의 물성 (The Properties of Different Polyols for Paint to Polyisocyanate)

  • 도막의 기능은 피도물의 노출 환경 및 요구되는 물성에 따라 수지종류와 경화제는 적절하게 설계되어야 그 기능을 충분히 발휘할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 동일한 OH 함량을 가진 알키드 폴리올, 폴리에스테르 폴리올, 폴리에스테르 변성아크릴 폴리올 등과 $T_g$ 및 OH 함량이 다른 아크릴 폴리올 수지 등 6가지 폴리올수지를 사용하고, 경화제는 알리파틱 이소시아네트와 아로마틱 이소시아네트를 사용하였다. 총 12종류의 투명도료를 제조 후, 화학적, 기계적 물성시험과 DMA 및 Rheometer를 이용하여 폴리올 수지타입 및 경화제 타입에 따른 폴리우레탄 도료의 종류별 도막물성 및 작업성을 관찰하였다. 그 결과 폴리올수지에 있어서 각각 다른 물리적, 화학적 성질을 가지는 도료개발 및 도장작업성의 개선 시 적절한 폴리올수지 종류 및 경화제를 선택하여 상 하도의 물성 및 도장 시스템에 합리적으로 응용할 수 있는 결과를 얻었다.
