This study focuses on a review of Hangeul orthography guidelines in Korean language regulations. It is indispensable to revise the guidelines thoroughly because it has been more than 80 years since a unified plan of Korean orthography was established in 1933, which the current orthography is based on. Also, it has been approximately 30 years since 1989, when the current guidelines were issued and promulgated. The viewpoint towards this review reflects the requirements by education fields of Korean as a foreign language and modern Korean users. Hangeul orthography consists of six clauses, along with an appendix regarding punctuation marks: 1) general rules, 2) consonants and vowels, 3) related to sounds, 4) about forms, 5) spacing between words, and 6) miscellaneous. This paper examined individual clauses and specific usages of the clauses, in terms of Korean as a foreign language. Based on the review, this paper suggests the following tasks in order to establish a draft of Hangeul orthography for foreigners. A. Among the individual clauses, some clauses that embody vocabulary education aspects should be addressed in a Korean dictionary, and deleted in Hangeul orthography guidelines. B. The clauses of Hangeul orthography guidelines should be edited for revision and substitution where necessary. C. The usage of individual clauses should be replaced with more appropriate examples aligned with everyday conversation. D. In order to establish 'Hangeul orthography for foreigners', linguists should continuously review several chapters and the appendix of Hangeul orthography, such as components about forms, spacing between words, miscellaneous, and punctuation marks. The purpose of this review is to pursue the simplicity of Hangeul orthography guidelines and the practicality in terms of reflecting more realistic examples. This review contributes to facilitate Korean language usage not only for non-native learners, but also native users.

코로나바이러스(COVID-19)가 전 세계적으로 유행하는 가운데 대한민국이 그것을 성공적으로 방역할 수 있었던 요인으로 민주적 시민성 요소가 강하게 부각되고 있다. 민주적 시민성은 시민교양으로도 이해될 수 있는데 개인의 개성과 가치, 자유를 존중하면서도 동시에 공동체 안에서 타자와의 건강한 관계를 토대로 공공선을 추구하는 것을 의미한다. 현대 기독교가 공공 영역에서 보다 품위 있고 예의 있게 이러한 시민교양을 실천해야 함에도 불구하고 코로나 사태를 통해 보여준 일부 교회의 모습은 그것과는 거리가 멀었던 것이 사실이다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구는 현대 기독교가 사사화된 종교를 넘어서 민주적 시민성의 실천을 통해 공동체성을 실현하기 위한 다음과 같은 제안을 하였다. 첫째, 기독교는 공적교회(public church)로서의 인식과 이에 대한 신학적 정립이 필요하다. 둘째, 현대 기독교는 그 어느 때보다도 네트워크 사회의 중요성을 인지하고 공공선을 실행할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 현대 기독교는 지역사회에서 공공체성 개발을 위한 새로운 라이프 스타일을 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 그래서 뉴노멀 시대의 교회는 기독교의 정체성을 가지고 공공의 영역에서 신사적으로 소통하면서 본연의 교회다움을 회복할 수 있어야 한다.

The development of the education system and the labor market today requires new conditions for unification and functioning, the introduction of an innovative culture in the field of Education. The construction of modern management of innovative development of a higher education institution requires consideration of the existing theoretical, methodological and practical planes on which its formation is based. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the modern paradigm of organizing the mechanism of managing the innovative development of higher education institutions. Innovation in education is represented not only by the final product of applying novelty in educational and managerial processes in order to qualitatively improve the subject and objects of management and obtain economic, social, scientific, technical, environmental and other effects, but also by the procedure for their constant updating. The classification of innovations in education is presented. Despite the positive developments in the development of Education, numerous problems remain in this area, which is discussed in the article. The concept of innovative development of higher education institutions is described, which defines the prerequisites, goals, principles, tasks and mechanisms of university development for a long-term period and should be based on the following principles: scientific, flexible, efficient and comprehensive. The role of the motivational component of the mechanism of innovative development of higher education institutions is clarified, which allows at the strategic level to create an innovative culture and motivation of innovative activity of each individual, to make a choice of rational directions for solving problems, at the tactical level - to form motives for innovative activity in the most effective directions, at the operational level - to monitor the formation of a system of motives and incentives, to adjust the directions of motivation. The necessity of the functional component of the mechanism, which consists in determining a set of steps and management decisions aimed at achieving certain goals of innovative development of higher education institutions, is proved. The monitoring component of the mechanism is aimed at developing a special system for collecting, processing, storing and distributing information about the stages of development of higher education institutions, prediction based on the objective data on the dynamics and main trends of its development, and elaboration of recommendations.

번식은 진화의 핵심 요인이면서, 동시에 의학의 중요한 관심사다. 특히 생물학적 적합도 최대화에 반하는 현대 산업 사회의 낮은 출산율에 대해 진화학자들이 다양한 이론과 가설을 제안했다. 출산은 번식 적합도에 미치는 가장 중요한 요인이기 때문에 출산 행동 및 의도와 관련된 다양한 심리적 모듈이 진화했을 것으로 추정된다. 성적 욕구, 사회적 지위 욕구, 양육 욕구, 출산 욕구(또는 아기 갈망)등이 번식과 관련된 진화 심리적 모듈로 제안되었다. 과거 진화적 적응 환경과 현대 산업 사회 환경의 불일치로 인해 과거에는 적응적이었던 심리적 모듈이 지금은 부적응적으로 발현될 수도 있다. 현대 사회에서 출산 의사에 영향을 미치는 진화생태학적 요인은 크게 개인의 성격적 요인, 유년기 생애사적 경험, 가임기 사회생태적 경험이 있다. 본 연구는 출산 의사 결정에 영향을 미치는 진화정신의학적 요인에 관한 가설과 모델을 고찰하고, 현대 산업 사회의 저출산 현상과 관련된 심리적 요인을 진화의학적 관점에서, 정신적, 사회적, 생태적 요인을 중심으로 개괄한다.

There are many types of linguistical system generally being used in modern society and it is essential to understand the primary components comprising the linguistical system when communication by the language system. In the linguistics point of view, the sign system has been developed from the simple linguistic symbols used by our ancestors in the ancient period, those visual linguistic sign can be so symbolize and express simply the significant meaning of it that people can understand and communicate with it so fast and easily. Therefore, the purpose of this report is how the sign system can be convenient, handy, safe, comfortable, and confusion-proof to the occupants as the public media; easily understandable to the individual by the development and constitution of effectual signage system concerning guidance, direction and safeguards in thee visual linguistics point of view. Consequently, the sign system have been studied based upon the theory of visual perception considering the cognitive and sociopsychological affects of user.

Science in the 21st century does not consider participants' welfare, safety and human rights in clinical studies, but modern science puts economic profits in its priority. This leads to a growing concern about social responsibility and professionalism ethics of companies, sponsors and scientists. Specifically, there is no way to control conflicts of participants' welfare with economic profits, leading to simply relying on individual ethics, social responsibilities and audit. This paper helps relevant agencies and people involved understand conflict of interest. Also this study presents the guidelines as well as independence, autonomy, ethical imagination and phronesis required for scientists.

The main concern of the study is the playwrights' perspectives toward the relationship between society and individuals rather than specific cultural or social circumstances. This study is justified in that the similarities of both playwrights not only provide an opportunity to bridge two different cultures, but they also help readers understand another culture and deepen the understanding of their own culture in the map of international literature. In their plays, both Miller and Cha express an individual's or a family's frustration, conflict, pleasure, and hope as reflected in the social circumstances. The characters take ideas and values from their social world and thrive or fail. Specifically, I have focused on three elements--obsession, generational value systems, and alienation. With three common features, I examine how closely Miller and Cha deal with ordinary people's tragedies.

The modern multimedia applications which are video processor, video conference or video phone and so forth require real time processing. Because of a large amount of image data, those require high compression performance. In this paper, the prosposed image processing encoder was designed by using wavelet transform encoding. The proposed filter block can process imae data on the high speed because of composing individual function blocks by parallel and compute both highpass and lowpass coefficient in the same clock cycle. When image data is decomposed into multiresolution, the proposed scheme needs external memory and controller to save intermediate results and it can operate within 33MHz.

As the complexity of business environment increases rapidly the use advanced information technology start to affect not only the business processes of individual companies but also the fundamental nature of business and industrial ecosystem. The changes observed at the level of business and industrial ecosystem encompasses a broad range of transformation. This unit of analysis is not sufficiently dealt with by existing information system research. This research attempted to analyze the changes in business ecosystem caused by digital transformation using Social Network Analysis. We studied structural change of the Korea film industry ecosystem chronologically divided by critical events. The film industry is chosen because it is an industry very sensitive to the changes in technology and has gone through massive transformation during the last three decade by way of using modern information technology.

The Purposes of this article are to find Christian religion and Germany expressionism which were background of Nolde's art and analyze formation and special quality, expression mode of holy picture. If synthesize contents of these analysis, we could know that faith is giving religious inspiration continuously during his lift to Protestant experience through the Bible. Though there is some difference by time but we could foretell that he accomplished modern holy picture of new sensitivity by doing individual expression with equal Bible subject traditionally in 20th century that change unlike existent holy picture with these motive power. That is, with new trend which religious inspiration as imagination which spring up in experience that is not experience of artificial Christian religion is then expressionism various that historically, he accomplished unique holy picture to related each other with the historic event.
