Multi-distributed web cluster model expanding conventional cluster system is the cluster system which processes large-scaled work demanded from users with parallel computing method by building a number of system nodes on open network into a single imaginary network. Multi-distributed web cluster model on the structured characteristics exposes internal system nodes by an illegal third party and has a potential that normal job performance is impossible by the intentional prevention and attack in cooperative work among system nodes. This paper presents the mutual authentication protocol of system nodes through key division method for the authentication of system nodes concerned in the registration, requirement and cooperation of service code block of system nodes and collecting the results and then designs SNKDC which controls and divides symmetrical keys of the whole system nodes safely and effectively. SNKDC divides symmetrical keys required for performing the work of system nodes and the system nodes transmit encoded packet based on the key provided. Encryption packet given and taken between system nodes is decoded by a third party or can prevent the outflow of information through false message.

In this paper, the relation model for three important entrepreneurial entities are studied based on the expectation theory for entrepreneurs. The three entrepreneurial entities include entrepreneurial expectancy, entrepreneurial outcome and expect growth intentions. In this study, the entrepreneurial expectancy is defined as the expectation about establishment, while entrepreneurial outcome and expect growth are related to entrepreneur's dominant idea for enterprises' operation and management. Based on the investigation data via questionnaire for 489 subjects, the relation model hypothesis for the three entrepreneurial entities is tested using structural equation model analysis. According to the analysis result, arguments can be made that entrepreneurial expectancy can have a significant positive effect on realization of successful entrepreneurial activities, and entrepreneurial outcome may have a significant positive effect on realization of expect growth intentions. Therefore, a kind of mutual promotion model can be observed among the three entrepreneurial entities. In addition, the proposed relation model is applied to both Korean and Chinese entrepreneur, and their differences are compared and discussed.
Models of South-North Korean economic integration have the problem of circular reasoning. While many studies argue that South-North Korean economic integration would contribute to alleviate security risks in the Korean peninsular, they emphasize the success of any economic model of inter-Korean economic integration is subject to favorable geo-political and security environment. It is a failure in distinguishing between goals and constraints. After identifying three major goals of South-North Korean economic cooperation, this study shows the trilemma among the goals; they are 1) formation of a complete economic community, 2) maintaining independent sovereignty of the two Koreas, 3) promotion of mutual economic interests. The trilemma suggests that it is theoretically impossible to achieve the above three goals at the same time. Only two goals are achievable simultaneously. This study argues that the most practical option is to pursue the combination of goals 2) and 3) considering the complex political and security environment around the Korean peninsular. Recognizing that North Korea is the least developed country in the Northeast Asia region, South Korea's initiatives for inter-Korean economic cooperation should focus on assisting industrialization and integration of the North Korea economy into the Northeast Asian regional production sharing structure. In view of the 'flying geese model' of the sequential industrialization in the region, the least developed economic status of North Korea can partially be explained by its failure to participate in the production network in the region as well as lack of effective implementation of appropriate industrial policy. Therefore, promotion of industrialization of North Korea should be the immediate goal of economic cooperation between North and South Korea. It is an interesting fact that North Korea has rapidly expanded its apparel exports in recent years. It could mean that the North Korean economy is actively responding to the dynamics of international comparative advantage structure, although the production activities are limited to exports to China since the closure of the Gaesung Industrial Complex. The recent increase in apparel export is a starting point for incorporating the Easy Import Substitution fulfilling both domestic and neighboring regional demand of North Korea. It could help integrate North Korea's industry into the production network of Northeast Asia. An immediate policy implication is that the economic cooperation between the two Koreas should focus on facilitating this process and supporting North Korea's industrial policy through South Korea's contribution of capital, technology, and service intermediary inputs.

This paper aims to evaluate the regional development model related regional cooperative system, especially, with the governmental-educational-industrial mutual cooperative establishment plan for regional development to propose the basic direction pursued by engineering colleges, regional development policy and policy of science and technology. It proceeds through the analysis of the distinctive qualities of modern scientific technique and the system to pursue it's policy, and the study of the necessity and concepts of regional cooperative system. For this, the present condition and main issues regarding the cooperative research system among the government, education and industry complex such as the regional consortium projects and the regional cooperative research center etc, are analyzed and examined. Besides these, questionnaire survey method for experts on regional development is used concerning the regional cooperating system, their ongoing cooperative research, main issues and the roles of the mutual cooperative system. In conclusion, it proposed evaluating methods for solidifying cooperation and development of mutual relations between regional development and regional cooperative system.
Purpose : This study can provide various implications for the franchisors to expand activities related to franchise support or to develop andoperate an education program for foodservice franchise owners. Research design, data, and methodology : For those purpose, first, the literatureand literature related to the competency of domestic franchise owner were collected and reviewed through the Korea Education and Research Information Service (RISS). Second, the questionnaire was prepared based on the theoretical basis prepared through previous studies. Based onthe foodservice franchise owner's competency model presented by Kim & Lee (2019b), 13 franchise owner's competencies were marked with both 'What is' levels and 'What should be' levels. Therefore, the total questionnaire consists of 26 questions. Third, questionnaires were distributed and collected. This study used data from 55 surveys which were gathered from foodservice franchise owners in Seongnam-si. SPSS 25.0 was used to analyze the collected survey data. Descriptive and frequency analysis were conducted to analyze the demographic characteristics of the study subjects. Next, we conduct a t-test to analyze the difference between the level of 'What is' competencies by the franchise owners and the level of 'What should be' competencies. Descriptive statistics were used to derive the priorities of the 'What should be' competencies. The Locus for Focus model was used to derive the priorities of the required competencies. Result : Four competencies of team leadership, teamwork and cooperation, customer service, technical·professional·managerial expertise were found to be the first to be developed. Conclusions : The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, teamwork and cooperation competnecy, and team leadership competency, which are derived from the core competencies of foodservice franchise owners, are among the leadership competencies required as managers of organizations. Second, customer service competency and ttechnical·professional·managerial expertise competency derived from the core competencies of restaurant franchise owners belong to the job competencies. Third, the results of this study suggest that the foodservice franchisors will be able that will serve as a baseline to support the foodservice franchisors and franchise owners for sustainable mutual growth by encouraging their will and encouraging them to create results.
The suggestions that follow are about the plan for the cooperation between private security and local government and the enhancement of its service for facing the change of public peace environment. Fist, by a local government collecting funds, the business for revitalization of local economics should be done to enhance local economic independence. Second, the autonomous right of a local government should be reinforced and the center for taking complete charge of local security should be established in the self-governing body. Third, the private security should be connected with the local characteristics, the role of which enlarged as well. For this developing the model of security service for the local area and working together between private security and police should be achieved. Fourth, it is necessary for a local government to entrust the private security with its public security service. For this it should be achieved to set up the range of local security service and inform local residents of the advantage of security service entrusted to private security. Finally, in connection with the new system of local police, it is necessary to have clear grasp of the work related to the private security among local police services and private security business and local police should take partial charge of the public peace service. Through the cooperation between private security and local government, the role of private security will be enlarged and its business revitalized as well.
The purpose of this study is to develop business models for current situational scenarios reflecting customer needs emphasize the need for implementing a logistics cooperation system by analyzing big data to strengthen SCM competitiveness capacities. For healthcare SCM competitiveness needed for the logistics cooperation usage intent, they were divided into product quality, price leadership, hand-over speed, and process flexibility for examination. The wordcloud results that analyzed major considerations to realize work efficiency between medical institutes, words like unexpected situations, information sharing, delivery, real-time, delivery, convenience, etc. were mentioned frequently. It can be analyzed as expressing the need to construct a system that can immediately respond to emergency situations on the weekends. Furthermore, in addition to pursuing communication and convenience, the importance of real-time information sharing that can share to the efficiency of inventory management were evident. Accordingly, it is judged that it is necessary to aim for a business model that can enhance visibility of the logistics pipeline in real-time using big data analysis on site. By analyzing the effects of the adaptability of a supply chain network for healthcare SCM competitiveness, it was revealed that obtaining competitive capacities is possible through the implementation of logistics cooperation. Stronger partnerships such as logistics cooperation will lead to SCM competitive capacities. It will be necessary to strengthen SCM competitiveness by searching for a strategic approach among companies in a direction that can promote mutual partnerships among companies using the joint logistics system of medical institutes. In particular, it will be necessary to search for ways to utilize HCSM through big data analysis according to the construction of a logistics cooperation system.
The purpose of this study is to assess the cause and level of conflict arising within and between departments among administration office workers who work in a recently established tertiary hospitals of a major cooperation or related non-profit cooperation: The study also aimed to find methods for resolution of such conflicts by comparing with other existing university hospitals. The subject population included 299 business administration office workers randomly selected from two cooperate related tertiary hospitals of less than 3 years in its existence and two university hospitals over 700 beds in Seoul and Kyong In area. Data were collected through a survey questionnaire. To define related factors for the level of conflict among departments in each hospitals multivariate regression analysis was conducted. Independent factors were characteristics of subjects, conflicting factors within and between the departments. The results are as follows: 1. Those in the 30-39 rears of age group demonstrated significantly higher level of conflict between departments. Those working in the new hospitals, who were older and had long-term tenure, and those with short-term job experience at current working hospital had higher level of conflict between the departments with statistical significance. 2. Concerning the involvement of conflicting factors and the level of conflict in the administration there was statistically significant positive correlation between reliability and job-related intra- and interdepartmental level of conflict in existing hospitals. There was a significant positive correlation between intradepartmental conflicting factors of mutual dependence, difference in goal/orientation and intra- and interdepartmental level of conflict. 3. In multivariate regression analysis, women more than men, and those who had worked for many years in hospitals had statistically significant influence on factors involved in interdepartmental level of conflict, explaining 51.0% of the model. 4. In existing hospitals, gender was a significant factor with women showing a higher level of interdepartmental conflict compared to men. Among the interdepartmental factors, mutual dependence had statistically significant influence and showed a positive relationship with interdepartmental level of conflict. In the new hospitals, job position was a significant factor which showed that those in high position such as section chief or above, compared to those in managerial or general position had higher level of conflict. Among the interdepartmental characteristics, factors of mutual dependence and goal/orientation had statistically significant influence and showed a positive relationship with interdepartmental level of conflict. In the new hospital setting efforts to reduce conflict in areas among workers with high position, old age, and long tenure and those in Purchasing, Material and Computer Department should be made and prudent management and planning for improved manpower and increased budget or efficient allocation and clear definition of job description are necessary to adequately assess and make improved efforts for rapid stabilization of the premature hospital system from its inception, In the existing hospitals a lack of conflict within and between departments may give rise to stagnation or inefficiency of the organization. Future study are needed with respect to the relationship between interdepartmental level of conflict and the effectiveness of the hospital organization for improved resolution of conflict in the organization and hospital management.

The purpose of this study is to propose established factors and a model of collection development policies for the libraries of theological universities in Korea. To achieve purpose of the study, we analyzed of elements and details of collection development policies at libraries of theological universities in overseas. The study then conducted a survey to understand the current status of collection development policies at libraries of theological universities in Korea. Based on the above results, reflecting both the external and the internal factors, the investigator presented a model of collection development policies by identifying seven elements that should be included when developing the policy: prefaces, collection selection, collection gathering, budget, collection maintenance, mutual cooperation and intellectual freedom, and revision of collection development policies.
This study proposes a method for the recognition of emergency situation according to the bimodal information of camera image sensor and gravity sensor. This method can recognize emergency condition by mutual cooperation and compensation between sensors even when one of the sensors malfunction, the user does not carry gravity sensor, or in the place like bathroom where it is hard to acquire camera images. This paper implemented HMM(Hidden Markov Model) based learning and recognition algorithm to recognize actions such as walking, sitting on floor, sitting at sofa, lying and fainting motions. Recognition rate was enhanced when image feature vectors and gravity feature vectors are combined in learning and recognition process. Also, this method maintains high recognition rate by detecting moving object through adaptive background model even in various illumination changes.
