Silicon wafers using DRAM devices required for high cleaning technology and this cleaning technology was evaluated by defect level or electron life time. This paper examined the correlation of SPV(Surface Photo Voltaic Analyzer) which analyzes diffusion length of minority carriers and DLTS(Deep level Transient Spectroscope) which analyzes defect level.

Cultural diversity is a highly important issue in nursing education and nursing practice today. This study is a philosophical approach to the power relationship between a health care provider and a care recipient. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationships between nurses and ethnic minority patients based on the discussions of some Foucauldian concepts that are related to cultural diversity. Based on the analysis, this study provides some suggestions for cultural competency in nursing practice.

Due to the grainboundary recombination and the poor diffusion length, the polycrystalline cell efficiency is lower than the singlecrystalline cell. In order to define the effect of grains and grain-boundaries, 2 - dimensional differential diffusion equations of minority carrier are modelled. To solve them, two theoretical formulas are derived, which can be evaluated the grainboundary recombination velocity and the grain diffusion length. Also computer-aided numerical analysis is given.

The governance structure of corporate is very important to raise the nation's economic efficiency and the operation result of firm. However, the innovation of corporate governance structure is a important problem to improve international confidence in our country, since most large corporate in our country has a promodern governance structure to be influenced in decision making of corporate group by minority governance-shareholder. Therefore, in our country the improvement of corporate governance structure is very urgent. The dominant colour - types of fundatrices of green peach aphid, Myzsts persicae 5. were yellow - green, red and green. Yellow type was the minority among nymphs produced by field collected alatae. Rate of producing dead nymphs was over 34.0% in red and yellow types apterae grown from tobacco plants in early summer. Brown and green were the dominant colour - type in apterae throughout tobacco growing season. Brown type on tobacco, and yellow type on hot pepper and tomato grew better and produced more nymphs than other colour - types.

For the efficient current drive, the structure of ICRF wave propagation and absorption in a tokamak plasma should be first investigated. In this paper, two dimensional study on FWCD as well as ICRF minority ion heating for the KSTAR [Korea Superconducting Tok Amak Research] [1] plasma was performed using the full wave code of TORIC [2]. The ICRF wave propagation and absorption structures, the competitive power absorption between electrons and ions and the coupling of antenna/plasma are investigated.
