The purpose of this research is to study doll's symbolism representing our social culture and the characteristics of clothing design. The ball joint doll was selected, that are pretty much resembled to human body in terms of facial expression, body proportion, joint movement, etc. Results of research are summarized as follows: the ball joint doll is indicated a doll whose joints are free to move with a round shaped joint, which originated by Yochilya simon, who adopted German Hans Bellmer's method.'rho ball joint doll, first, there appeared state of human isolation due to the material civilization and industrial revolution, and trend of adhering to one's own world made human possess dolls. Second, according to the doll play became a representing play culture among Kidult culture, dolls, that are resembled with human being, were recognized as personalized objects. Third, along of expanding digital culture that makes easy to exchange information via Internet, so, ball joint doll market is growing fast, for which various levels of mania are being formed. Take a look at the doll fashion in modern society. In accordance to form of Look, it is largely categorized Young Casual look, Office look, Ethnic look and Military look. When take a look at design specialty, young casual look was presented as a comfortable silhouette and also made of elastic materials and expressed vivid bright tones. Office look image was expressed as a suit of jacket with skirt, and cotton wool polyester materials and acro-matic colors. Ethnic look was represented by Japanese traditional dress and Chinese traditional clothing. The Military look was generally emphasized army uniforms of straight silhouette and shoulder straps.

Military style is not limited to a single period but represents various image communications related to items, synthetic images and different periodical culture backgrounds. The purpose of this study is to define the communicational function of the military style beginning from the 1st world war up to the modern days, and furthermore explain the characteristics and contents of military styles in different periods by studying the nowadays various symbols of the military style in denotative and connotative aspects. The research method is documentary studies through the literature and academic paper, and examined masters' and doctors' thesis, domestic and overseas books and fashion magazines, photographs and materials collected from the internet. As a result, first, the military style is a significant fashion code in understanding modern fashion by serving as a strong communication function representing people’s ritual through various image items called the 'military look'. Second, the meaning of the image communication through military look changed throughout the different periods. During the 1st and 2nd World war the military look supported Fascism by serving as a media representing extreme patriotism and at the same time social images like functionalism, women liberation, regulation and saving. During the cold war period it was used by young progressives like hippies and punks to send an opposing message towards war and commercialism. Since then up to the 80s it was a medium representing the ‘new role of women’, who possess same social rights and power as the men. However in the 90s the military style had to go through a paradigm transition period. Since this period it got affected by the post modernism and designers, consumers alike adopted military style to create unique beauty It can also be said that it began to be used as a pure fashion code representing intertextuality. It was rather expressed as a metonymy than a metaphor and combined with elegance and feminine factor, which contrasts to the original military concept, it now represents totally new hybrids such as difference, dissemination and varieties.

A naval surface-to-air missile is an effective countermeasure against increasing threats of anti-ship missiles. Optimal operation is imperative for high survivability due to limited defense resources of a warship. This paper addresses a problem of optimal engagement to maximize the overall probability of intercept under Shoot-Look-Shoot tactics. The problem is formulated and analyzed with consideration of a realistic single-shoot probability model. The analysis shows that a global solution is achieved for some engagement scenarios. A numerical algorithm to optimize the overall probability of intercept is suggested. An illustrative example is provided to verify our results.

Key technologies of Fourth Industrial Revolution and their innovative applications are expected to bring another technological revolution going forward. The present study takes a close look at the Internet of Things (IoT) among the key technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In particular, sensor devices, which serve as the core of IoT-based application systems, are analyzed. This study also examines various applications and solutions using IoT-based systems.

Many modern guided weapon systems employ sophisticated target sensors as well as powerful computing systems. Due to such advanced features, they are required to achieve better guidance accuracy, and at the same time other guidance objectives for better weapon effectiveness and survivability. In this paper, we overview some of the technical considerations in such advanced guidance algorithm development, and briefly look at some related research works. More specifically, we discuss impact angle control, time-varying nature of the guidance system, time-to-go estimation, guidance loop stability, effect of autopilot lag and physical limitations in control variables, parasitic paths in guidance loops, etc. We also briefly look at some advanced concepts such as integrated guidance and control loop design, target adaptive guidance, guidance law development based on dual control concept, and terminal evasive maneuver.

군은 4차 산업혁명을 통해 도약적 변혁을 추진해야 하지만, 군사보안측면 4차 산업혁명의 부작용과 역기능에 대한 준비도 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 선진국들의 '군사보안' 관련 연구의 방향과 국내연구와의 차이점과 보완요소가 없는지를 분석해 보았다. 이를 위해 빅데이터 텍스트마이닝과 의미연결망분석을 활용해 국내연구와 국외연구간의 차이점들을 추출해내었으며, 다음과 같은 7가지 과제를 도출해 내었다. 첫째, 민·관·군 및 산·학·연과의 융합연계 체계 강화, 둘째, 사이버보안 국제협력·공조 정보공유방안, 셋째, 군사혁신과 군(軍) 비대칭 사이버보안 혁신, 넷째, 4차 산업혁명에 따른 군사보안 융합연동접점 관리체계 구축, 다섯째, 기술공학에서 사회공학으로의 접근방식 전환, 여섯째, 군내 군사보안 거버넌스 체계 확립, 일곱째, 군사 디지털자료의 비밀등급 구체화 등이다. 이러한 대응방안에 대한 추가연구를 통해 4차 산업혁명 신기술 혁신의 시대에 군의 혁신과 함께 취약한 군사보안 측면에서의 보완적인 연구도 병행해서 이루어질 수 있기를 기대해 본다.

군에서 비밀을 관리하는 것은 가장 중요한 업무 중 하나이다. 그러나 현재의 비밀관리 방식 하에서는 인력과 시간이 많이 소요되고 있을 뿐 아니라 관리 대상의 범위도 점차 넓어지고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 한국군 최초로 비밀관리시스템에 RFID를 도입한 한국 국방연구원의 'RFID를 적용한 비밀관리시스템 구축 사업'의 사례를 살펴본다. 이 사례를 통해 보안 업무에 RFID 시스템 도입효과를 보안행정의 효율성, 정확성과 편의성 측면에서 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 야전 부대로 확대 도입 시 예상되는 문제점과 그 개선방향을 제안하고자 한다.

데이터가 디지털 전환을 위한 핵심자산으로 평가됨에 따라, 국방분야에서도 데이터의 효율적·안정적 관리와 원활한 공유, 그리고 데이터를 활용한 서비스 제공이 요구되고 있다. 이를 지원하기 위해 우리군은 국방데이터 관리 기반체계인 국방 지능형 플랫폼 구축을 위한 초석을 마련하고 있다. 본고에서는 우리나라 및 주요 선진군의 데이터전략과 데이터 플랫폼 추진방향을 살펴보고, 주요 시사점과 함께 우리군의 국방 지능형 플랫폼 발전방향을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 안전하고 효율적인 우리 군의 국방데이터 관리 기반체계 구축에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

In order to establish an effective engagement plan of the missile defense system, both spatial and temporal performance analysis of the intercept system should be performed. However, research on existing missile defense systems has been mainly focused on spatial performance. In this study, time performance factors are defined through the composition and operational concept of missile defense system, and the target ballistic missile interception process is presented as integrated timeline through ballistic missile model and radar model. We also proposed an algorithm for deriving time performance. Simulation results confirm that the time performance factors can be used in the engagement planning for multi-engagement through the example of engagement planning.

In this thesis which takes fashion advertising that functions a marketing communication as an objective, I try to bear witness to the signifying system of garments though analyzing with semiotic methodology the signifying procedure on the base of the structural concept of Ferdinand de Saussure and the advertisement semiotic theory of Roland Barthes, to make clear their signifying structure and it meaning by understanding the characteristics of contemporary society and its cognitive system. Each sign of fashion advertising transfers the brand image through syntagmatic signification which contains the mythology of goods. Mannish style is encoded as tailored jacket, white shirt, H-silhouette and pants, non-color or being color, and it is presented as a clothing sign of casual wear for career women. Feminine style is encoded as X-silhouette, soutien collar suit style, various colors, and other details with womanly image, and it is presented as a clothing sign for maid or young wife 20\`s or 30\`s. Formal style is encoded as jacket vest, inner wear(blouse), two and three piece dress by pants or skirt and one-piece dress, and it is used in every age and class. Casual style is similar to formal style, but differs only in textile code. Clothing sign for housewives in middle age is encoded as H-silhouette of formal style, long jacket and pants and brown, being and grey colors. Contemporary popular phenomena in the signification of fashion advertising, and its temporal ideology reflected are as follows; According to the context of fashion advertising in the middle of 1990\`s, its fashion is that first, military look applied from the designs of various sort of military uniform and vest look and pant style applied from dandy-style imitated from man\`s wear are popuar. This mean that it reflects the change of point of view on woman\`s role in society today. That is, due to the equality between man and woman, it mirrors the ideology of feminism, and then, describes beautifully professional woman with carrer. Second, because that individualism is underlied for the change of consumer\`s consciousness, standardized popularity is disappeared, and in accordance with the mixture of various trends and personalities proposed every season, layered look that emphasizes individualism, easiness and naturalness is popular.
