Modern fashion market is being developed by emotional values rather than rational idea of customers. Experiential marketing is an effective marketing strategy for fashion marketplace because customers tend to consider fashion shopping as an enjoyable experience. Among the fashion markets, the fashion stores for middle.old aged women that have various points of contacts could be appropriate place where emotional and relational marketing strategies would be applied to. The effects of the procedure "emotional and relational experience$\rightarrow$commitments$\rightarrow$long-term relationship orientation" that fashion customers are experiencing, by forming a path model, two types of experiential effects from emotion and relation were examined. It was found that fashion emotional and relational experiences were important factors because these factors affected a long-term relationship orientation. The findings of the study provide marketing strategy that enables to promote a consistent relationship between fashion stores and customers. Furthermore, this study will contribute to the criteria for segmentation of middle and old aged women's fashion market who have own desire for fashion emotional and relational experience.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of physiological and behavioral factors on the bone density of 125 middle aged women who visited Saint Bundo Hospital. 16.1% of subjects had osteoporosis and 40.3% had osteopenia according to the measurement of the bone density of lumbar spine. Mean age was 56.9 in osteoporosis group and 53.7 in osteopenia group. It was significantly different from the mean age of control group, 50.7. The mean bone density of the women who had menarche after 15 years old was significantly lower than that of the women who had menarche before 15. But the age of menopause, the total year of menstruation, irregularity of the menstrual cycle and percentage of subjects who had ovariectomy were not significantly different among osteoporosis, osteopenia and control group. The use of medication such as oral contraceptive, steroid, depressant, diuretic, and Ca supplement and the preference of salty food were not significantly different among three groups. The percentage of subjects who had rheumatism, gastric ulcer, and pain in neck or shoulder was higher in osteoporosis and osteopenia group than in control group. This study shows that the age and the age of menarche affect the bone density, and that behavioral factors were not sig nificantly different in osteoporosis and osteopenia group compared to the control group. Further researches are needed to find out the effective way to minimize the effect of age and other physiological conditions on the decrease of bone density.
The purpose of this study is to provide a basis for nursing intervention strategies to enhance health promoting practice that are constructive to a healthy lifestyle. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the size fitness of ready-made jacket and their demands through the survey of the middle aged women, and having them try on the jackets, and present the basic data on the ways to increase the fitness by better size controls. The jackets, that were modified and improved through the experiment of the women with triangle-figure in their 50s, were compared and evaluated. The experiment showed a difference in the appearance and the motional function. The triangle-figure had the lowest fitness, thus most uncomfortable. The triangle-figure is characterized by the large waist, leaving small space between body and clothes. This creates the wrinkles in bust or waist area, making it uncomfortable to move. The jacket, that was produced by modifying these problem areas and developing research pattern, showed a good results on the appearances and function.
Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate a urinary incontinence self-management program for middle-aged women in Korean rural communities. Methods: A one-group pretest and posttest design was used to examine changes in severity, knowledge, and attitudes following the intervention. Fifty-six women completed weekly 90-min group sessions for seven weeks. Descriptive statistics and paired t-tests were used to analyze data. Results: The total of International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire scores was significantly decreased after the intervention (pre-test: $4.55{\pm}3.88$, post-test: $3.21{\pm}3.00$, p<.001). Significant improvement was also noted on the mean knowledge scores (pre-est: $16.66{\pm}6.24$, post-test: $21.43{\pm}5.15,$ p<.001). Conclusions: This study suggests that the UI self-management program is useful in improving the symptom of UI for middle-aged women living in communities.
The purpose of this study was to compare weight control behaviour, eating habits and health-related life habits according to the obesity degree by body fat percentage (%Fat) among middle-aged women. The subjects were 170 middle-aged women who lived Gunsan City, and they were assigned to one of the following groups based on their %Fat; normal weight group (18% - < 28%), overweight group (28% - < 33%) and obesity group (over 33%). The height, body weight, %Fat, the circumference of waist and hip of them were measured. Eating habits and health-related life habits were evaluated based on questionnaires. The results were as follows. Their weight, %Fat, body mass index (BMI), relative body weight (RBW), waist, hip, and waist-hip ratio (WHR) were significantly higher in the obesity subjects when compared to the normal and overweight subjects. Self-perception for weight (p < 0.001), desire for weight control (p < 0.01), and reasons of weight control (p < 0.05) were different among three groups. The main skipped meal was breakfast (67.9%), reasons of skipping meals were different among three groups (p < 0.05), and main reasons were "lose one's appetite" and "have not enough time". Food habits score for each food was not significantly different among three groups, but eating the meal on thinking with food combination in normal group was higher than overweight and obesity group (p < 0.01). Correlation coefficients of food habits score and anthropometric measurements were that salty of food was negative and food habits scores were positive correlation for anthropometric measurements and obesity index (p < 0.05 - p < 0.001). Frequency of exercise and fitting exercise for body were different among three groups (p < 0.05). Obesity group was lower frequency of exercise than the other groups. Regular diet was positive correlation with food combination (p < 0.01), taking fish (p < 0.05), taking vegetables (p < 0.01), taking bean products (p < 0.01) and food habits score (p < 0.01), frequency of eating out and snacks were negative correlation with taking fruits and fishes. Therefore, proper nutritional education for middle-aged women in obesity group is recommended regular diet, good food habits and exercise. The middle-aged women must decrease the frequency of eating out, snack and the salty foods, and increase the fruits and vegetables. They must have healthy life styles for exercise, smoking, and drinking.

In this paper, we purpose to describe the relationship and influencing factors among self-esteem, loneliness on subjective well-being of middle-aged women. The subjects were 157 middle-aged women through convenience sampling residing in S city, C and three G provinces. The data were collected from June 15th to July 31st, 2019. The data were analyzed through t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 22.0. The result showed self-esteem, loneliness on subjective well-being averaged 31.39(out of 40), 35.37(out of 80), 5.03(out of 7). In term of correlations, subjective well-being of middle-aged women was significantly positively correlated with self-esteem (r=.581, p<.001), and significantly negatively related with loneliness (r =-.621, p<.001)). Variables affecting subjective well-being were self-esteem (β=.324 p<.001), loneliness(β=-.424, p<.001). These variables represented 44.5% of the subject's subjective well-being. These results suggest that development of a intervention program is needed to lowers loneliness and increases self-esteem in order to increase the subjective well-being of middle-aged women.
This study is a randomized controlled trial to compare the effects of light therapy on stress, depression, sleep quality and quality of life in middle-aged women. The participants of this study were 56 middle-aged women who worked at the same office. Data collection period was from August 26 to September 13 for the control group and from September 16 to October 4 for the experimental group. Subjective stress, depression, quality of sleep and quality of life in middle-aged women were measured by Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), Center for Epidemiology studies of scale (CES-D), Verran & Synder-Halpern Sleep scale (VHS) and WHO Quality of Life Scale Abbreviated Version (WHOQOL-BREF). Stress index was measured using a Canopy9 RSA (IEMBIO, Gangwondo, Korea) equipment. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, real number and percentage, χ2-test, t-test, repeated measures ANOVA and ANCOVA using IBM SPSS Statistics version 25.0. The results showed that the experimental group applying light therapy had significantly lower subjective stress (F=6.30, p<.001) and higher quality of life (F=2.80, p=.049) than the control group, There was no difference in objective stress index, depression, and sleep quality. As a result, light therapy is partially effective in subjective stress and quality of life for middle-aged women, and further research is needed on middle-aged women working in work environments with limited light exposure.
