Emitting Level Change and Enhancement of Red Emission from $SrTiO_3:Pr^{3+}$ by $Y^{3+}$ Addition

  • The effect of $Y^{3+}$ addition to $SrTiO_3:Pr^{3+}$ on the photoluminescence and cathodoluminescence was studied. We discovered that light emitting levels of $Pr^{3+}$ vary by addition of $Y^{3+}$. In $(Sr_{1-x}Y_x)TiO_3:Pr^{3+}$, both the green and red emission are discovered while the red emission prevails in $Sr(Ti_{1-x}Y_x)O_3:Pr^{3+}$ . $Sr(Ti_{1-x}Y_x)O_3:Pr^{3+}$ shows enhancement of red emission by two kinds of enhancement process.

  • 현재 전자부품 시장은 RoHS 규정으로 인하여 lead free화가 진행되고 있으며 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 반도체 패키지 및 부품표면일장에서 사용 되는 무전해 주석 도금과정 중 산 탈지 후 막의 표면 거칠기 정도가 도금 후의 표면 거칠기 정도에 미치는 영향을 평가 한다. 실험의 효율성을 높이기 위해 통계적인 실험계획법을 사용하였으며 실험의 횟수를 줄이고 표면 거칠기 정도는 이미지 프로세싱을 통하여 분석하였으며 통계적인 모델링을 통해 micro etch가 도금 표면의 거칠기에 주는 영향을 분석하였다.

  • 3GPP2 방식에서는 Macro Mobility 지원을 위하여 MIP를 이용하며 PDSN은 FA의 기능을 수행한다. PDSN 관리 영역 내의 하나의 RN에서 다른 RN으로 이동시에 지원되는 이동성을 Micro Mobility라 한다. Micro Mobility에서 Seamless한 핸드오프를 위해 RN간에 멀티캐스트 그룹 메커니즘을 이용할 경우, 핸드오프 예상시간에 따라 등급별로 버퍼를 다르게 할당하여 멀티캐스트 하는 방법과 단순 멀티캐스트 하는 방법이 있다. 본 논문은 Micro Mobility를 지원하기 위한 멀티캐스트 그룹 메커니즘 기반의 Seamless 핸드오프 알고리즘에서 등급별로 버퍼를 다르게 할당할 경우와 단순 멀티캐스트 할 경우의 블록킹 확률을 비교 분석한다.

증폭기 공유 기법을 이용한 저전력 저잡음 용량형 센서용 신호 처리 IC (Low Noise and Low Power IC Using Opamp Sharing Technique for Capacitive Micro-Sensor Sensing Platform)

  • This paper describes the low noise and low power IC using the opamp sharing technique for the capacitive micro-sensor sensing platform. The proposed IC reduces noise using correlated double sampling (CDS) and reduces power consumption using the opamp sharing technique. The IC is designed to be fully programmable, and can be digitally controlled by serial peripheral interface (SPI). The power consumption and the integrated input referred noise are 1.02 mW from a 3.3 V supply voltage and $0.164aF_{RMS}$ with a bandwidth of 400 Hz. The capacitive sensitivity, the input-output linearity and the figure of merits (FoM) are 2.5 mV/fF, 2.46 %FSO, and 8.4, respectively.

MEMS 공정에 적용하기 위한 마이크로 블라스터 식각 특성 (Etching Characteristics of Micro Blaster for MEMS Applications)

  • Abrasive blaster is similar to sand blaster, and effectively removes hard and brittle materials. Exiting abrasive blaster has applied to rough working such as deburring and rough finishing. As the need for machining of ceramics, semiconductor, electronic devices and LCD are increasing, micro abrasive blaster was developed, and became the inevitable technique to micromachining. This paper describes the performance of the micro blaster in MEMS process of glass and succeed in domestically producing complete micro blaster. Diameter of hole and width of line in this etching is 100 ${\mu}m$ ~ 1000 ${\mu}m$. Experimental results showed good performance in micro channel and hole in glass wafer. Therefore, this micro blaster could be effectively applied to the micro machining of semiconductor, micro PCR chip.

  • 스테핑 모터의 위치 분해능을 향상하고 기계적 공진을 방지하기 위한 제어방법으로 마이크로 스텝 구동방식이 많이 이용되고 있다. 이론적인 마이크로 스텝 구동방식은 정현파를 기준신호로 사용하며, 마이크로프로세서 및 ROM을 사용함으로써 구동회로가 복잡하고, 가격이 증가하는 단점을 가지게 된다. 본 연구에서는 기준신호를 사다리꼴 파형으로 사용함으로써 제어회로를 간략화하고 저가의 제어장치로 마이크로 스테핑 구동방식을 구현하는 방법을 제안하고 있다. 제안한 방식을 검증하기 위하여 저가의 CPLD(EPM9320RC208-15)를 이용하여 구동장치를 구성하였으며, 실험을 통하여 기존의 방식과 성능을 비교하였다. 또한 CPLD 내부에 고속검출회로를 구현하여 고속 구동시 모터의 탈조를 방지하였다.

독립형 DC 마이크로그리드의 최적화 설계와 협조적 제어 (Optimized Design and Coordinated Control for Stand-alone DC Micro-grid)

  • This paper describes the coordinated droop control method for stand-alone type DC micro-grid to improve reliability and utilization of distributed generations and energy storage. The stand-alone type DC micro-grid consists of several distributed generations such as a wind power generation, solar power and micro-turbine, and energy storage. The proposed method which is based on autonomous control method shows high reliability and stability through coordinated droop control of distributed generations and energy storage and also capability of battery management. The operation of stand-alone type DC micro-grid was analyzed using detail simulation model with PSCAD/EMTDC software. Based on simulation results, a hardware simulator was built and tested with commercially available components and performance of system was verified.

더블 게이트 박막 트랜지스터를 활용한 Micro LED 디스플레이 화소 회로 설계 (Design of Pixel Circuit of Micro LED Display with Double Gate Thin Film Transistors)

  • Due to the wavelength shift problem of micro LED caused by the change of current density, the active matrix driving pixel circuit that is used in OLED cannot be applied to micro LED displays. Therefore, we need a gray scale method based on modulation of duration time of light emission. In this study, we propose the PWM-controlled micro LED pixel circuit based on CMOS thin film transistors (TFTs). By adopting CMOS inverter structure, we can reduce the number of storage capacitors from the circuit and make the operating speed of the circuit faster. Most of all, our circuit is designed to make operating speed of PWM circuit faster by adopting feedback effect through double gate TFT structure. As a result, it takes about 4.7ns to turn on the LED and about 5.6ns to turn it off. This operating time is short enough to avoid the color distortion and help the precise control of the gray scale.

Operation Analysis of a Communication-Based DC Micro-Grid Using a Hardware Simulator

  • This paper describes the operation analysis results of a communication-based DC micro-grid using a hardware simulator developed in the lab. The developed hardware simulator is composed of distributed generation devices such as wind power, photovoltaic power and fuel cells, and energy storage devices such as super-capacitors and batteries. Whole system monitoring and control was implemented using a personal computer. The power management scheme was implemented in a main controller based on a TMS320F28335 chip. The main controller is connected with the local controller in each of the distributed generator and energy storage devices through the communication link based on a CAN or an IEC61850. The operation analysis results using the developed hardware simulator confirm the ability of the DC micro-grid to supply the electric power to end users.

  • In this paper, Micro-Genetic algorithms($\mu$-GAs) is proposed on a minimum-time path planning for robot manipulator. which is a kind of optimization algorithm. The minimum-time path planning, which can allow the robot system to perform the demanded tasks with a minimum execution time, may be of consequence to improve the productivity. But most of the methods proposed till now suffers from a significant computation burden and can`t often find the optimaul values. One way to overcome such difficulties is to apply the Micro-Genetic Algorithms, which can allow to find the optimul values, to the minimum-time problem. This paper propose an approach for solving the minimum-time path planning by using Micro-Genetic Algorithms. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated using the 2 d.o.f plannar Robot manipulator.
