  • This paper presents a micro-computer simulation package for the various vibratory systems. The Package consists of 10 programs which describe the dynamical characteristics of the vibratory system. The programs have been written in BASIC (Appoesoft) language and programmed on the 6502 CPU with 48 KRAM. This simulation package is stored in 5 $^1/_4$ inch floppy disk. The user requires no simulation expertise on the part of designer. Through a process of disk operation, the user can easily under- stand how to use this package.

  • 컴퓨터 산업의 빠른 발전과 더불어 근래에는 임베디드 시스템 분야가 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 이전에 작고 단순하던 임베디드 시스템이 산업의 발전과 사용자의 다양한 요구로 운영체제의 필요성이 높아지고 운영체제하에서 관리하는 실시간 프로세스들의 크기와 복잡도가 빠르게 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 분산 실시간 객체 모델인 TMO-MicroC/OS-II의 실시간 스케줄러의 설계와 구현 방법을 기술하였다. TMO-MicroC/OS-II는 $Micrium^{TM}$에서 개발한 임베디드 OS인 MicroC/OS-II에 분산실시간 객체 모델인 TMO를 적용시킨 것이다. TMO (Time-triggered Message-triggered Object)는 시간조건에 의해 구동되는 객체 내의 실시간 스레드들의 동적 맴버들로 구성되는 프로그래밍 페러다임으로 본 논문에서는 TMO모델 적용을 위한 Deadline-driven 스케줄러 구현에 대해서 기술한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 SNS에 존재하는 특정 제품과 브랜드 또는 기업에 대한 평가, 의견, 느낌, 사용 후기 등의 소비자 생각을 수집하여 기업에서 향후 신제품 개발이나 시장 진출 및 확대 등의 경영활동에 활용할 수 있도록 SNS 빅데이터를 문석하고, 이를 활용하여 보다 소집단화 되고 개인화 되어가는 Micro-Trend 중심의 마케팅 활동을 할 수 있는 Micro-Targeting 관련 분석 정보를 제공 모델링하는 것을 제안한다. 본 연구에서는 SNS 데이터의 수집, 저장, 분석에 대한 내용을 다루고 있으며, 특히 마이크로타겟팅을 위한 정보를 머하웃(Mahout)의 유클리드 거리 기반의 유사도와 K-평균 군집 알고리즘을 활용하여 구현하고자 하였다.

  • This study proposes a constant power tracking algorithm to compensate for the intermittent characteristics of Photovoltaic connected to a DC micro grid. A PV-ESS integrated module in which distributed ESS is additionally connected is utilized for the proposed algorithm. PV performs P&O MPPT control at all times. To supplement the intermittent characteristics of PV, the proposed constant power tracking algorithm maintains constant power by operating the distributed ESS of the PV-ESS integrated module in accordance with the output state of the PV. By performing PSIM simulation and an experiment, this study verifies the performance of the integrated module of PV-ESS for DC micro grids applying the constant power tracking algorithm.

  • In this paper, we present the fabrication of tunable capacitors and 3-dimensional inductors. This work was related to fabricated 3-dimensional device for need of micro device in developing new intelligence age. This device was fabricated by electroplating used electroplating PR and high-vacuum evaporation of metal. Fabricated micro-inductor is consisted of air-bridge on electroplating rod and electroplated core. Micro-capacitor is consisted of thin metal membrane and electroplated core. Electroplating material is used Cu metal solvent. Air-gap between metal-layers function as almost perfect isolation layer. The most advantage of our micro-inductor and micro-capacitor compared to present device is a possibility that can fabricate on RF MEMS(microelectro-mechanical systems) application with high performance and various function. Fabrication, Estimation and Trypsin Digestion Experiment of the Thermally Isolated Micro Teactor for Bio-chemical Reaction

  • This paper describes design, fabrication, and application of the silicon based temperature controllable micro reactor. In order to achieve fast temperature variation and low energy consumption, reaction chamber of the micro reactor was thermally isolated by etching the highly conductive silicon around the reaction chamber. Compared with the model not having thermally isolated structure, the thermally isolated micro reactor showed enhanced thermal performances such as fast temperature variation and low energy consumption. The performance enhancements of the micro reactor due to etched holes were verified by thermal experiment and numerical analysis. Regarding to 42 percents reduction of the thermal mass achieved by the etched holes, approximately 4 times faster thermal variation and 5 times smaller energy consumption were acquired. The total size of the fabricated micro reactor was $37{\times}30{\times}1mm^{3}$. Microchannel and reaction chamber were formed on the silicon substrate. The openings of channel and chamber were covered by the glass substrate. The Pt electrodes for heater and sensor are fabricated on the backside of silicon substrate below the reaction chamber. The dimension of channel cross section was $200{\times}100{\mu}m^{2}$. The volume of reaction chamber was $4{\mu}l$. The temperature of the micro reactor was controlled and measured simultaneously with NI DAQ PCI-MIO-16E-l board and LabVIEW program. Finally, the fabricated micro reactor and the temperature control system were applied to the thermal denaturation and the trypsin digestion of protein. BSA(bovine serum albumin) was chosen for the test sample. It was successfully shown that BSA was successfully denatured at $75^{\circ}C$ for 1 min and digested by trypsin at $37^{\circ}C$ for 10 min.

  • The operation principle of a traveling wave rotary type ultrasonic motor can be successfully applied to the fluidic transfer mechanism of the micro-pump. This paper proposes an innovative valveless micro-pump type that uses an extensional vibration mode of a traveling wave as a volume transportation means. The proposed pump consists of coaxial cylindrical shells that join the piezoelectric ceramic ring and metal body, respectively. In order to confirm the actuation mechanism of the proposed pump model, a numerical simulation analysis was implemented. In accordance with the variations in the exciting wave mode and pump body dimension, we analyzed the vibration displacement characteristics of the proposed model, determined the optimal design condition, fabricated the prototype pump from the analysis results and evaluated its performance. The maximum flow rate was approximately $595\;{\mu}L/min$ and the highest back pressure was 0.88 kPa at an input voltage of $130\;V_{rms}$. We confirmed that the peristaltic motion of the piezoelectric actuator was effectively applied to the fluid transfer mechanism of the valveless type micro pump throughout this research.
