  • In order to solve the serious traffic congestion in seoul metropolitan city, large-scale underground space development such as underpasses, deep underground roads, and GTX (Great Train eXpress) is being carried out. In order to minimize the impact of the adjacent seoul metro line A pier foundation and stability due to the construction of the underground road in Seoul, earth retaining structures were reinforced and the foundation was reinforced as well. In this study, three-dimensional finite element mehtod analysis was performed to evaluate the effect on adjacent construction and to review the stability of the underpass excavation work. The reinforcement effect was quantitatively analyzed through numerical analysis. As a result of the analysis, compared to the result of performing the existing reinforcement when overlapping CIP and ground reinforcement grouting were performed, the displacement of the earth retaining structures was reduced by more than 50%, and stress of the foundation piles were also reduced by more than 45%. Based on the analysis of the numerical analysis results, it was confirmed that the displacement of the walls of earth retaining structures during adjacent construction should be strictly controlled.

  • In this study, a comprehensive management plan was proposed to ensure the stability of the existing subway when constructing ground structures adjacent to the subway. In the first step, the measurement inspection cycle is selected through proximity evaluation, in the second step, the stability of existing subway and station structures such as displacement and stress is reviewed through 3D numerical analysis considering the construction stage and groundwater influence, and in the third stage, the safety of train operation was reviewed by examining the track stability, and based on the numerical analysis results in the fourth stage, the displacement concentration section was selected as an intensive management section and it was proposed that intensive measurement management be performed.

  • SeoulMetro(line number 1 to 4) for the first half of the year. Therefore air quality in the subway is very important. It is passengers, such as sneezing and respiratory vital activities, Suspended due to skin keratin microbial action, and Microbial contaminants such as viruses. Hypersensitivity disorders, an atopic dermatitis, infectious diseases, allergic diseases, and can cause respiratory diseases. Ministry of Environment and National Institute of Environmental Research is managed so the life bacteria. It is emerging as the occupational health problems. Introduction of an appropriate ventilation system for cooling and dehumidification is needed. In line number 2, commuting and normal trains are measured in-room floating microbes. Suspended bacteria and fungi suspended in 2011 for 85 ~ 385$cfu/m^3$, 67 ~ 98$cfu/m^3$ is lower than baseline. Suspended to prevent microbial contamination and air conditioning equipment performance is a substantial improvement. Suspended micro-organisms and the impact on passenger room ventilation is increased. Electric car how to improve air quality substantially investigated.

  • This study looked into the behavior of precast concrete track due to temperature variation and initial track deformation and examined the effect of initial deformation and deformation caused by temperature gradient on the stress distribution of slab under train load. In this paper, one of two papers in a series, a finite element analysis model for calculating deformation and stress of precast concrete track was proposed; the temperature distribution and displacements measured at the precast concrete track in the field were compared with the analytical results. The results show that the slab always curled up due to initial deformation; by comparing the measured displacements with the displacements calculated by taking measured temperatures at each depth as input, the effective built-in temperature (EBITD), the temperature difference between the top and bottom of the slab corresponding to the initial deformation, can be estimated. If EBITD is relevantly assumed, the calculated displacements correlate well with the measured ones.

  • In this study, in order to evaluate the damage and deterioration of the track components of sleeper floating track (STEDEF), the field samples(specimens) were taken from the serviced line over 20 years old, and the track components were visually inspected, and investigated by laboratory tests and finite element analysis. As a result of visual inspection, the damage of the rail pad and fastener was slight, but the rubber boot was worn and torn at the edges of bottom. The resilience pads were clearly examined for thickness reduction and fatigue hardening layer. As a result of spring stiffness test of rail pad and resilience pad, the deterioration of rail pad was insignificant, but the deterioration of resilience pad exceeded design standard value. Therefore resilience pad was directly affected by train passing tonnage. As a result of comparing the deterioration state of the field sample and the numerical analysis result, the stress and displacement concentration position of the finite element model and the damage position of the field sample were coincident.
