In this study, we analyzed the influence of electrical pole by FEM(Finite Element Method) and developed protective system by designing and interpreting protective system for electrical pole when abnormal strength worked on messenger wire. Protective system did not shed messenger wire under wind pressure and discontent load but did assign a part to preventing rupture of electrical pole through automatically shed messenger wire over fixed strength. Structure of protective system analysis by FEM and prove property by measuring tensile strength for practical product.

This study identifies communication patterns of groups using Internet Messenger for their group decision-making, and examines how these patterns are associated with creative solutions to problems. Our research suggests that certain communication behavior of groups, when appropriately organized, can be of help in enhancing creative production of outcomes. A qualitative study was conducted on communication patterns based on an analysis of text-based electronic conversation protocols. Specifically this research tried to overcome existing studies on electronic groups by focusing on interactive process of communication among participants. The major study conclusions are: (1) The production of creative outcome may depend on the process or sequence of discussion among group members with Internet Messenger. That is, proper interactive responses and appropriate control of the discussion process are essential to obtain a high level of performance. (2) It is important to make discuss rules based on meta-cognitive and interactive protocols in the early stage. Explicit rules relating to internal group processes as well as communication medium use are even more important to groups with Internet Messenger than face-to-face groups.

This paper presents expansion and contraction in accordance with temperature change of contact wire and messenger wire. The tensioning device is designed and installed to pull the contact wire and messenger wire straight at all times. Pulling a contract wire straight ensures that smooth contract is maintained between the contact wire and pantograph of an electric train, and this makes it possible to ensure a stable supply of electricity to the train. Normally, tensioning devices are installed at two positions over a distance of 1.0[km] to 1.6[km] per line. In installing the tensioning device, therefore, it is necessary to study the stroke(the range of the extension/contraction rate of the tensioning device compatible with that of the contact wire and messenger wire due to change in temperature). This paper introduces and discusses this topic.

To examine the role IM plays, We focus on the factors that promote or hinder communication within a Korean organization when instant messenger is used. These factors were examined through two research questions. To understand these issues, a survey consisting of 33 categories was given to government and corporate office workers in Seoul, Korea. The survey results showed that Instant Messenger is recognized as a powerful communication tool in official organizations, but is only used effectively within groups or generations that do not follow the hierarchical relationships characterized by Confucian values. The results of this study fill a gap in our understanding of the important role of IM use in organizational effectiveness and may prove useful when developing tools and strategies to help promote communication within organizations using information technology media.

As the use of smartphones become more common, the communication via instant messenger becomes natural. However, it is important to secure the relevant information promptly since the chat room between participants can be used as a space for a criminal conspiracy, and crime-related contents can be stored and deleted easily on smartphones. Therefore, this study aims to identify the available data and to use it as proof by comparing and analyzing the instant messengers with high usage rate.

In this paper, we design and implement a two-way search algorithm that can provide a customized service through the user with real-time two-way communication using a mobile instant messaging service. Therefore, we design and implement the automative search system which enables delivering message to each user mobile terminal from a plurality of relay mobile terminals by utilizing the mobile instant messenger, not to deliver a message from the main server to the mobile instant messenger user directly. Two-way search system using the mobile instant messenger can be immediately collect the user's response is easy to identify the orientation of each user, and thus can be provided to establish a differentiated service plan. Also, It provides a number of services(text, photos, videos, etc) in real-time information to the user by utilizing the mobile instant messenger service without the need to install a separate application. Experiment results, data processing speed of the category processing way to search for the data of the DB server from a user mobile terminal is about 7.06sec, data processing number per minute is about 13 times. The data processing speed of the instruction processing way is about 3.10sec, data processing number per minute is about 10 times. The data processing speed of the natural language processing way is about 5.13sec, per data processing number per minute is about 7 times. Therefore in category processing way, command processing way and natural language processing way, instruction processing way is the most excellent in aspect of data processing speed, otherwise in aspect of per data processing number per minute, the category processing way is the best method.

As information and communication technologies have been developed, digital records are getting more important. Discussions on managements and archival value of digital records such as e-mail and data set have been undertaken. Furthermore, frequency of digital communication tools usage has been increasing in agencies and has gained recognition as official records. Accordingly, this study aims to deal with importance of instant messenger records and proposes effective management model of instant messenger records. We performed comparative analysis of management records which are related to instant messenger in national archives of United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and Korea and interviewed workers in agencies. Using this results, we propose effective and meaningful model for managing instant messenger records for workers in agencies.

This project has been conducted to improve the usability of Chatbot Services such as Google(Allo) and Facebook M(Messenger. Based on the evaluation, this study aims to suggest the solutions to improve the usability of domestic Chatbot services and future directions for their development. It provides the overall understanding of the AI Chatbot service and the feature of Chatbot service through literature search. Furthermore, we summarized the current standing and the prospect of domestic messenger-based assistant Chatbot services. For conducting user evaluation, Peter Morville's honeycomb model is applied to in-depth user interviews. The followings are elements that could be amended to improve the service. The service should be incorporated by intuitive elements for users' understanding its functions and eliminate any elements that interfere with usability. The accuracy should be increased to improve the user satisfaction. This research will provide the future guidelines to improve the usability of Chabot services through continuous evaluation by users.

Currently mobile messenger industry, based on mobile application, is growing. And it has aroused innovative change, offering services in various forms beyond the form simply sharing messengers. Also because messenger securities are becoming personalized and intelligent, the importance of more diverse mobile applications' securities is increasing. This study carries out the empirical study of the causal relationship that the factors of using application services influence on security recognition and security Intention of mobile securities, and consequentially impact upon protection of personal information of users. In order that, we present the research model which prime variables of SDT, which emphasized on natural immanent motivation of human, applied to. To verify the research model of this study empirically, we conducted a survey targeting the public and university students which have ever used mobile messenger applications. With this, we desire to contribute to emphasizing the significance of individual messenger security and playing a positive role to develop security guide for consumers. The path analysis results are as follows. First, perceived autonomy has a positive effect on both security awareness and security intention. Second, perceived competence has a positive effect on security intention. Third, perceived relatedness has a positive effect on both security awareness and security intention. Last, security awareness and security intention. have a positive effect on privacy protection behavior. Through emphasizing the importance of the security of the messenger of individuals and contribute to a positive role for development of the necessary security guidelines to consumers.

As computers and networks become popular, distributing information on the Internet is common in our daily life. In the past, e-mail has been the primary choice of exchanging information, but instant messengers are gaining popularity abroad and domestically because of their nature of getting immediate reponses. However a instant messenger services have the exposure of data on internet but clients use them without recognizing their exposure. It's like phone tapping. The coding technology using Public Key Cryptosystem has developed the public key infrastructure to be able to do the services of Access-control, Authentication, Confidentiality, Integrity. and Non-repudiation with internet. It is a thesis that suggests the certification protocol in a instant messenger using PKI(Public Key Infrastructure) for secure communication.
