이미지배치, 조절초점, 메시지 일치성이 디지로그 제품 평가에 미치는 영향 (The Influence on Congruency between Image Location, Regulatory Focus and Message in Digilog Product Evaluation)

  • 최근 디지털의 편의성과 아날로그 감성을 결합한 디지로그 제품이 점차 증가하고 있다. 그러나 디지로그 제품에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이미지 배치, 조절초점, 메시지 일치성이 디지로그 제품에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 광고태도에 있어 조절초점과 메시지지향성이 일치할 때 더 긍정적인 평가가 나왔다. 특히 디지로그 제품의 이미지를 왼쪽이 아닌 오른쪽에 배치할 때 그 효과가 더 크게 나타났다. 둘째, 제품평가에 있어 디지로그 제품이 가지고 있는 두가지 특징 즉 세련됨과 정겨움을 어떻게 평가할지에 대해 살펴보았다. 연구결과 세련됨에 대한 평가는 집단별로 차이가 나타나지 않았지만 정겨움이라는 측면에서는 과거와 관련된 왼쪽 이미지 배치시 조절초점과 메시지방향성과의 일치성 효과가 더 크게 나타났다. 마지막으로 구매의도의 경우 조절초점과 메시지지향성과의 일치효과는 오른쪽에 그림을 배치할 경우 더 강하게 나타났다.

패션 브랜드의 인터넷 커뮤니티 메시지 유형 분석 - 브랜드 레니본을 중심으로 - (An Analysis of the Message on Internet Fashion Brand's Community - Focused on Brand Reneevon -)

  • Internet brand community's message makes significant contributions for fashion industry. Therefore, if we understand and implement the characteristics of the message on the Internet brand's community, it can be useful for future marketing strategy. This study was to classified the internet community and to examine messages with regard to direction, write motive and prior knowledge. The messages were taken from February, 20th, to August, 7th in 2008. Content analysis method was used for this study. The results were as follows: First, Fashion brand community divided into user initiative type and enterprise establishing type. Second, User initiative type had positive direction message more than enterprise establishing type had. Third, User initiative type had large volumes of information searching or sharing related message, but enterprise establishing type had large quantities of personal experience related message about write motive. Fourth, There was no difference numerical prior knowledge between user initiative type and enterprise establishing type, and then both had a high rate of prior knowledge.

Efficient Scheme for Secret Hiding in QR Code by Improving Exploiting Modification Direction

  • QR codes as public patent are widely used to acquire the information in various fields. However, it faces security problem when delivering the privacy message by QR code. To overcome this weakness, we propose a secret hiding scheme by improving exploiting modification direction to protect the private message in QR code. The secret messages will be converted into octal digit stream and concealed to the cover QR code by overwriting the cover QR code public message bits. And the private messages can be faithfully decoded using the extraction function. In our secret hiding scheme, the QR code public message still can be fully decoded publicly from the marked QR codes via any standard QR Code reader, which helps to reduce attackers' curiosity. Experiments show that the proposed scheme is feasible, with high secret payload, high security protection level, and resistant to common image post-processing attacks.

The Influence of Message Frame and Appeal on the Effectiveness of Social Media in Dietary Behavior

  • The goal of this study is to identify how different types of messages can contribute to the effectiveness of social media in healthier dietary behavior. The sample consisted of 160 participants who use social media and participants were randomly assigned to one of the four experimental conditions. The study shows that a positively framed message paired with a health focused message and a negatively framed message paired with a body image focused message exhibit a positive eWOM and message perception. This research offers direction for development of appropriate message types to improve social media effectiveness. Social media marketers and advertisers can develop social media content on healthier dietary behavior.

온라인 소셜 네트워크 서비스 환경에서 유력자의 매개 중심성이 구전 효과에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Influential's Betweenness Centrality on the WOM Effect under the Online Social Networking Service Environment)

  • The online social networking services (SNS) have been growing as the means of communication. In this study, we investigated word-of-mouth (WOM) effect under the SNS environment and evaluated the impact of message sender's influence on the WOM effect. Especially, this study focused on the betweenness centrality calculated through the social network analysis (SNA) of SNS network information, and proposed it as the measure of WOM message sender's influence, SNA may provide more accurate and objective measures than subjective self-reporting survey method. Fifty-one Facebook users responded to each of their four Facebook friends, who had been selected based on their betweenness centrality, Statistical analyses were performed using the responses and the betweenness centralities of the Facebook friends. The results showed that the direction (positive vs, negative) of a WOM message in SNS had an impact on the attitude of the message receiver toward the product. Moreover, the betweenness centrality of the message sender as well as his/her opinion leadership had a moderating effect on the WOM effect. Opinion leadership is a measure that has been frequently used for indicating the influence of WOM message sender in the previous studies. Considering the result that the betweenness centrality of the message sender was Significantly correlated to his/her opinion leadership, the betweenness centrality can be used for indicating the influence of WOM message sender.

  • This paper discusses a common message protocol for green power systems such as tidal, wind, photovoltaic, and solar systems. For this investigations and analysis, existing protocols such as ELCOM-90, TASE.1, ICCP/TASE.2 and SCADA were analyzed for the application of green power systems in view of real-time property and reliability. For the analysis, the practical example of green power system using SACADA and ICCP are investigated and discussed. As a future direction of this investigations, the feasibility analysis of manufacturing message specification(ISO-9560) for green power system is discussed.

패션제품 블로그 리뷰를 통한 온라인 구전효과에 대한 연구 - 계획된 행동이론을 중심으로 - (A study on online word-of-mouth effect through blog reviews on fashion products - Based on the theory of planned behavior -)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the online WOM effect of blog review depending on brand awareness and message direction. The theory of planned behavior was applied to understand online WOM acceptance. A survey was conducted targeting female in 20s and 30s and 312 questionnaires were used for analysis. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, and regression analysis were conducted using SPSS ver. 18.0. The results are as follows. First, purchase intention and online re-WOM intention are higher when brand awareness is higher. Second, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, WOM acceptance intention, purchase intention and off-line re-WOM intention show higher values when negative information is afforded. Third, in type 1 (high brand awareness/positive message) and type 3 (low brand awareness/positive message), attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control have a positive effect on WOM acceptance intention. In type 2 (high brand awareness/negative message), subjective norm and attitude have a positive effect on WOM acceptance intention. In type 4 (low brand awareness/negative message), subjective norm and perceived behavioral control have a positive effect on WOM acceptance intention. Forth, in type 1 and type 3, WOM acceptance intention has a positive effect on purchase intention, offline re-WOM intention and online re-WOM intention. In type 2 and type 4, WOM acceptance intention has a negative effect on purchase intention, and a positive effect on offline re-WOM intention. The results show that blog review has ripple effect on consumer behavior by affecting purchase intention and offline re-WOM intention.

The Effect of Online Supporter's Review Directions on Consumers' Brand Attitude and Purchase Intention: The Role of Brand Awareness

  • Online supporters are the group of people selected by companies for the online promotion of their products or services and focus on generating messages that are conducive to stimulating hands-on experiences with companies' products and services to create advertising effects. This study examined how reviews offered by blogs operated by fashion brands' online supporters influence consumer's brand attitudes and purchase intentions. Specifically, this study examined how brand awareness and directions of review messages influences consumers' brand attitudes and purchase intentions. This study employed a 2 (brand awareness: high awareness vs. low awareness) ${\times}$ 3 (review direction: one-sided positive, two-sided positive & negative, one-sided negative) between-subject factorial design. In total, 180 respondents participated, thus garnering 30 responses for each of the six conditions. The results of two-way ANOVA revealed the significant main effect supporters' review message direction on consumers' brand attitudes and purchase intentions. Two-sided messages were rated high for brand attitude and purchase intention compared to one-sided positive or negative or positive directions. The interactions between brand reputation and message direction were significant for brand attitude, but not for purchase intention.

온라인 주식게시판 정보가 주식투자자의 거래행태에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Information on Stock Message Boards on Stock Trading Behaviors of Individual Investors based on Order Imbalance Analysis)

  • 지금까지 수행된 연구들은 온라인 주식게시판 정보가 주식시장 활동에 미치는 영향의 유무만을 보이는 것에 초점을 맞추었으며, 온라인 주식게시판 정보가 주식투자자에게 매수 의도를 갖도록 하는지, 혹은 매도 의도를 갖도록 하는지에 대해서 연구되지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 온라인 주식게시판 정보가 주로 주식투자자의 어떠한 거래행태를 불러일으키는지 확인하는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 온라인 주식게시판 정보로서 주식 게시물 수를 온라인 구전활동 정도로 보았으며, 매수 및 매도 거래행태로서 주문불균형을 주식투자자의 거래방향성으로 보았다. 그리고 이를 기반으로 온라인 주식게시판의 장내 및 장외 주식게시물 수와 주문불균형 간의 상관관계를 확인하였다. 실증분석을 위하여, KOSPI에 상장된 40개 주식종목에 대한 온라인 주식시판으로부터 3개월 동안의 전체 게시물 46,077개를 수집하였고, 코스콤 데이터베이스로부터 해당 주식 종목에 대한 매수 및 매도 주도거래 데이터를 수집하여 절대 거래횟수 주문불균형 데이터를 설정하였다. 수집한 모든 데이터는 종목 및 시간에 따른 균형 패널데이터(balanced panel data)로 구성하였고, 패널 벡터자기 회귀 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 살펴보면, 온라인 주식게시판의 1, 2일 전(t-1, t-2) 장내 게시물 수는 당일 주문불균형에 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 온라인 주식게시판의 1일 전(t-1) 장외 게시물 수는 당일 주문불균형에 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 온라인 주식게시판 정보는 주식투자자에게 주로 주식매수 결정에 영향을 미치는 것으로 보여 졌으며, 온라인 주식게시판 정보는 주로 해당 주식을 매수하도록 하는 감성(strong buy or buy sentiment)의 속성을 가진 것으로 추정되었다. 이러한 실증분석 결과를 바탕으로 정보시스템 및 재무행태학 부문의 학술적, 실무적 기여점을 제시한다.

수용자특성 및 금연광고 메시지가 지식․신념․태도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Knowledge, Beliefs and Attitudes on Anti-Smoking Public Service Announcement Message Types and Audience Characteristics)

  • Objectives: In this study, the most executed social norm and advertisement about health consequences status were examined. The direction of effective anti-smoking advertisement is suggested in this study by figuring out the primary factors which affect smoking attitudes. Methods: The survey period of this study was from Nov $5^{th}$ to Nov $16^{th}$, 2012. 423 complete questionnaires were used for final analysis. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS Ver. 14.0, and reliability analysis, factor analysis, frequency analysis, F/t qualification, t-test, and multiple regression analysis, were performed. Results: This study is worth as a diagnosis of current status by using advertisement about social norm(51.4%) and health result(34.3%), which covers total of 85% in appeal types of anti-smoking advertisement that has been practically used in Korea. As a result, the health result type showed better result on belief and attitude. Conclusions: When establishing message strategy for anti-smoking advertisement, this study can help future direction for effective anti-smoking advertisement by figuring out effect of factors on smoking attitude.
