산재보험 빅데이터를 활용한 산재 모니터링 지리정보시스템 개발 (Development of a Work-Related Injury and Illness Monitoring Geographic Information System using Workers' Compensation Insurance Big Data)

  • Purpose This study aims to develop a work-related injury and illness monitoring geographic information system that analyzes and visualizes the types of work-related injury and illness based on workers' compensation insurance big data. Design/methodology/approach Using the developed system, we explained the process of monitoring the areas of the applied workplace, medical care application, index, and medical care institution. We also showed examples of analyzing the index and medical care institution area. By applying the system, we can intuitively recognize the current status of workers' compensation insurance and confirm the basic information necessary for managing the current status of workers' compensation insurance. Findings We generated more helpful information by combining workers' compensation insurance data and designated medical care institution data. We were able to apply the severity score and the vulnerability index of work-related injury and illness to the system as a demonstration. To efficiently manage workers' compensation insurance, it was necessary to integrate workers' compensation insurance and designated medical care institution data, as well as the data from various sources.

의료기관 종사자가 인지한 병원코디네이터의 업무수행도와 종사자의 직무만족도와의 관련성 (The Association between Perceived Job Performance of Hospital Coordinators and the Satisfaction of Medical Workers)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate general characteristics, job characteristics, characteristics of hospitals, and hospital coordinators, and to investigate the factors affecting the job satisfaction of medical workers. Methods: The data was collected through a self-reported questionnaire among 435 workers in plastic surgery and dermatology clinics in metropolitan city G. We investigated general characteristics, job-related characteristics, characteristics of medical institutions and hospital coordinators, job performance of hospital coordinators, and job satisfaction of medical workers. T-tests, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression analyses were conducted to investigate the factors related with job satisfaction. Results: The job satisfaction of the medical workers and the perceived job performance of hospital coordinators were $3.55{\pm}0.40$ and $3.74{\pm}0.43$, respectively. In multiple regression analysis, drinking frequency, number of night shifts, number of work days, and hospital coordinator introduction years were associated with the job satisfaction of medical workers. The more the overall job performance of hospital coordinators increased, the higher was job satisfaction(B=0.458, p<0.001). In detail, the more job roles(B=0.218, p<0.001), core competency(B=0.145, p=0.005), and leadership(B=0.099, p=0.037) increased, the higher was the job satisfaction of medical workers. Conclusions: The job satisfaction of the medical institution workers was associated with the perceived job performance of the hospital coordinator. In order to increase the job satisfaction of medical institution workers, a hospital coordinator with specialized job performance will be able to improve job satisfaction by carrying out efficient work in the medical institution.

의료기관 방사선종사자들의 방사선안전관리에 대한 행위 (Radiological Operating Technicians's Protective Behaviors on Radio-medical Measures in Hospitals)

  • Background & Objectives: International radiation protection committee recognized the importance of radiation protection from medical practices because the exposure to the radiation in medical practice is higher than any other exposure. The factors on knowledge, attitude and practice of radiation safety of the medical workers engaged in radiation were analyzed in order to improve radiation safety technology. Method: Questionnaires were used for 1200 radiation workers in medical institution from July 23 through September 4 and collected for analysis. Results: Different level of safety measures were practiced by age, marital status, career, and medical facility. The difference was statistically significant. Higher levels of safety measures were practiced in the age group of 50s and married persons. The workers who have more than 20 years experience have higher level of safety measures. The workers of health centers have higher level of safety measures to compare with other workers. The factors which give more concerns on safety practice were self efficacy, practice and knowledge in order. Conclusion: Safety conscious operators should get additional education program to maintain higher level of safety. The operators who do not have much safety concern should be intensive training program for self efficacy and safety.

전자의무기록 인증 후 의료기관 종사자 인식과 인증제 발전을 위한 연구 (A study on the recognition of medical institution workers and the development of the certification system after electronic medical record certification)

  • 본 연구는 2022년 전자의무기록시스템 관리포털에서 인증을 받은 전국의 상급종합병원, 종합병원 의료기관 종사자들을 대상으로 전자의무기록 인증 후 의료기관의 의료정보관리, 정보이용에 대한 업무변화에 관한 인식도와 EMR 시스템 기능성에 대한 인식을 조사하였다. 검증을 통해 향후 인증제 발전 및 전자의무기록 인증제도의 단, 장기적인 발전을 도모하기 위해 수행되었다. 구조화된 설문지를 이용해 총 1,189명의 응답 자료를 최종 분석에 사용하였으며, 특히 EMR 인증 후 인증제도 인식 및 시스템 기능성에 대한 직종별 인식 차이는 평균분석과 ANOVA를 실시해 검증을 적용하였다. 분석결과 전자의무기록 인증제는 의료기관 종사자들에게 긍정적인 업무변화와 인식에 영향을 주는 것을 확인했고, 전자의무기록 시스템 인증 후 다각적인 측면(내부 인식, 시스템 기능성, 상호운용성, 보안성, 추진목적)에서 운영 효과를 보였다. 향후 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 소통적인 후속 연구의 필요를 보인다.

국가 · 민간의료기관 근로자간의 노후준비 영향 분석 (The Effect Analysis of Aging Preparation Between National and Private Medical Workers)

  • 본 연구는 노후에 대한 인식이 국가 민간의료기관 근로자간에 따라 차이가 있는지, 또한 노후인식이 노후준비에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 부산의 보건소와 병 의원의 근로자 783명을 대상으로 진행하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, t-test, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 국가 민간의료기관의 근로자간에 노후에 대한 인식, 정부정책에 대한 만족도, 노후준비에 대해서 부분적으로 차이가 있었으며, 국가 근로자가 민간 근로자 보다 더 잘 인지하고, 만족하며, 비교적 준비하고 있었다. 또한 노후에 대한 인식과 정부정책 만족도는 모두 보통 수준 이상으로 나타났지만, 노후 준비는 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노후 준비에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아본 결과 국가의료기관과 민간의료기관 근로자에서 각각 다르게 나타났다. 또한 노후 준비에 미치는 영향은 부분적으로 차이를 보였다. 결론적으로 국가 민간의료기관 근로자간 노후준비에 미치는 영향에는 차이가 있었다. 본 연구는 노후준비에 대한 교육 및 정책수립을 위한 기초자료로 제공하려한다.

  • Background/Aims: The Gachon Regional Occupational Cohort Study (GROCS) is a large-scale longitudinal study of occupational safety and health data (covering Work Environment Monitoring, Workers' Health Surveillance, and Occupational Health Service) conducted by the Gachon University Gil Medical Center (GUGMC) in Incheon, Republic of Korea. We conducted GROCS to identify the health effects of workers' occupational risks, behavior, socioeconomic status, and life style. Methods: The GROCS includes data from Work Environment Monitoring, Workers' Health Surveillance, and Occupational Health Service. The baseline year for all data collection was 2018. Work Environment Monitoring was conducted in 240 companies located in Incheon. General Health Examination and Special Health Examination were performed on 32,725 and 9,504 workers, respectively. Occupational Health Services were provided to 16,883 workers in 171 companies. These data have been collected and operated at an external data management institution and were provided as a retrospective cohort after removing personal identification information. Results: In 2018, the total number of companies was 2,854, among which which 488 special Health Examination, 171 Work Environment Monitoring, and 240 Occupational Health Service. The proportion of companies undergoing Special Health Examination was 17.1%, the proportion of companies undergoing Work Environment Monitoring was 8.4%, and the proportion of Companies undergoing Occupational Health Service was 6.0%. Conclusion: GROCS expects researchers to utilize its useful and reliable resource for occupational health and surveillance with for academic or political purposes to lead to improved workers' health and working environment.

의료기관 종사자의 진료정보 보호행위분석: 건강심리이론관점을 중심으로 (Clinical Information Protection Behavior in a Medical Institution : Based on Health Psychology Theories)

  • Purpose: This research aims to find out clinical information protection behavior within a medical institution in mandatory circumstance based on health psychology theories Methods: This research has developed the survey based on the variables from ealth psychology theories; and conducted the survey during the whole month in April 2013. In the end, 256 samples have been used for this research's analysis. Results: First of all, Empirical results has proved that perceived benefits, self-efficacy, and cues to action have an positive influence on clinical information protection behavior. Perceived barriers has an negative influence. Finally, it has proven from the research that perceived severity and perceived susceptibility do not have an impact on clinical inf ormation protection behavior Conclusion: These findings provide an enriched understanding about medical institution workers information protection behavior on patient's clinical information.

코로나19(COVID-19)시기에 SNS 감사일기프로그램이 의료기관 종사자의 감사성향, 직무만족과 삶의 만족에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of the SNS Gratitude Diary Program during the COVID-19 Period on the Grateful Disposition, Job Satisfaction and Life Satisfaction of Medical Institution Workers)

  • 본 연구는 코로나19 시기에 SNS 감사일기프로그램이 의료기관 종사자의 감사성향, 직무만족과 삶의 만족에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위하여 시도되었다. 실험군 28명, 대조군 30명 총 58명을 연구 대상으로 한 비동등성 대조군 전후설계 유사실험 연구이다. 데이터는 2020년 6월 3일부터 8월 10일까지 수집하였으며 실험처치는 8주간 5회/주 수행되었고 SPSS Win 18.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. SNS 감사일기프로그램 실시 후 실험군이 대조군보다 감사성향 정도는 증가하였지만 직무만족과 삶의 만족에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 이러한 연구결과는 코로나19 시기에 SNS 감사일기 프로그램이 의료기관 종사자의 감사성향을 증가시키는 효과적인 중재로 활용될 수 있으며 심리적 건강관리를 위한 좋은 해결방안이 될 수 있음을 시사한다.

치과위생사 취업 역량, 업무, 직무만족에 관한 연구 - 공무원·공기업 취업자·연구원 중심으로 (A study on career competency, task and job satisfaction of dental hygienists - Focusing on public officials, public institution workers, and researchers)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate career competency, tasks, and job satisfaction of public servants, public institutions, and researchers. Methods: The survey was conducted about career competency, job satisfaction, and satisfaction on work life. Next, they interviewed on the characteristics of each job by two or three dimensions. The following conclusions were obtained from July to August 2017. Results: Career competencies were GPA with 3.87, 818 points of TOEIC score, and ITQ certification. Public servants required the information on literacy skills for employment and job performance, while civil servants need more than one year of clinical experience in the dental hospital. The non-commissioned officer needed a written test and fitness training. The health insurance review and assessment center required more than one year of experience from general hospital or medical institutions. Researchers required a research career, language skill, and professors required research and teaching experiences with clinical experience more than three years. The main job tasks were as follows; for public servants, they were official document processing and community projects. For the civilian workers and military/noncommissioned officers, they were medical assistant and administrative works. The employees of the health insurance review and assessment service are examining the medical expenses and the medical examination, the researchers are experimenting, researching and writing articles, and the teaching staff are lecturing and conducting individual research. Conclusions: The results of job satisfaction survey showed that occupational satisfaction was the highest in civil servants, researchers, and teaching professions. Job security was the highest in health workers and health inspectors' evaluation centers, and time vacancy was the highest in civilian workers and military/noncommissioned officers. If you want to work in such an institution, you should prepare elements that match your basic literacy and job specific characteristics. And we should try to increase the satisfaction of work even after work.

의료기관 종사자의 직무스트레스가 정서적 소진, 우울에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Job Stress on Depression by Burnout in The Hospital Employees)

  • 업무 중 경험하게 되는 직무스트레스는 성과 향상 등 조직에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 적절히 관리되지 않으면 소화기 질환 등 다양한 신체 질병을 유발하고 우울증, 신경 질환 등 정신 질환을 일으키기도 한다. 특히 환자의 건강과 밀접히 관련된 일을 하는 의료기관 종사자는 타 직업군 근로자에 비해 직무스트레스의 정도가 높기 때문에 그 위험성이 더욱 크다. 직무스트레스가 오랫동안 지속되면 정서적 소진과 우울을 유발하게 되는데 이는 개인과 조직에 상당한 악영향을 미치기 때문에 반드시 올바른 관리를 통해 스트레스를 감소시켜야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 의료기관 종사자의 직무스트레스, 정서적 소진과 우울의 관계에서 정서적 소진의 매개효과를 알아보고자 자가 보고식 설문 조사법을 이용하여 서술적 조사 연구를 실시하였다. 총 298부의 유효 설문지를 통계분석 자료로 이용하였으며, 수집된 자료는 코딩 과정을 거쳐 IBM SPSS statistics version 25 및 AMOS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 의료기관 종사자의 직무스트레스가 정서적 소진과 우울에 일부 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 의료기관 종사자의 정서적 소진이 우울에 일부 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 의료기관 종사자의 직무스트레스와 정서적 소진, 우울 간에 유의한 관련성이 있다는 사실을 알 수 있었으며, 직무스트레스와 우울의 관계에서 정서적 소진이 매개변수로서 작용한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 의료기관 종사자의 직무스트레스는 근로자의 정신건강과 신체 건강을 위협하고 의료서비스의 질적 저하를 유발하는 등 조직적 측면의 악영향 등을 일으킨다는 점을 미루어 볼 때 의료기관 종사자의 직무스트레스를 해소하고 적절히 관리할 수 있도록 조직적 측면에서의 노력이 필요할 것이다.
