  • This study investigates paths among factors influencing family relationship satisfaction of person with disability using path analysis and the 11th panel data of KoWePS(Korean Welfare Panel Study). While key independent variables include employment status, assets and depression are mediators. The result of this study are as follows: First, employment status, assets, and depression are found to have direct effect on family relationship satisfaction. Second, assets are found to have direct effect on depression. Third, we found full mediating effect of assets between employment status and depression. Fourth, we found not full but partial mediating effect of depression between assets and family relationship satisfaction. Finally, we found multiple partial mediating effects of employment status and family relationship satisfaction. The findings proposed that economic education as well as asset management targeting the disabled are required and very helpful to support their family relationship satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, we need to think about the disabled-oriented asset-building programs. This study investigates paths among factors influencing family relationship satisfaction of person with disability using path analysis and the 11th panel data of KoWePS(Korean Welfare Panel Study). • This study attempted to find out whether learning time has a mediating effect according to the gender, region, and grade of middle school students in the relationship between academic engagement and self-esteem. To this end, a survey of 1,045 middle school students in Gyeongsangnam-do was conducted on academic engagement, learning time, and self-esteem. Difference verification was conducted to determine the difference in academic engagement, learning time, and self-esteem according to the general characteristics of the study subjects, correlation analysis was conducted to determine the correlation between major variables, and regression analysis was conducted to verify the mediating effect of learning time. As a result of the analysis, first, there was no difference in the academic engagement of middle school students by group. In the learning time, middle school students in the city area were significantly higher than those in the township area, male students had higher self-esteem than female students, and students in the city area had significantly higher self-esteem as the grade went up. Second, as a result of correlation analysis, learning time, academic engagement, and self-esteem showed a positive correlation. Third, in the entire group not divided by group, both the direct path through which academic engagement reaches self-esteem and the partial mediating model from learning time to self-esteem showed significant effects. In the analysis by gender, only female students excluding male students showed a partial mediating effect, and the analysis results by region showed a partial mediating effect only on students in the city. The analysis results by grade showed a partial mediating effect only for second-year middle school students. In order to improve the self-esteem of middle school students, education and counseling should be conducted in consideration of not only individual differences by gender and grade, but also the region in which they live.

  • The purpose of this study is intended to identify the mediated moderating effect including the mediating effect of job satisfaction and moderating effect of job expectations in the relation between work value, job satisfaction, In this study, the mediating effect of job satisfaction and job preference on the relationship between job value and quality of life were investigated. In this study, questions to measure job value, job satisfaction, and job preference were examined using GOMS data, and data analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0 and SPSS Macro. Since the mediated moderation model is an integrated model that includes mediating and moderating effects, the mediating effect, the moderating effect, and the mediated moderation effect were sequentially verified. As a result of the study, first, it was confirmed that the mediating effect model through job satisfaction was statistically significant. Next, it was confirmed that job value had a statistically significant effect on life satisfaction through the direct path and the indirect path through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. On the other hand, the mediating effect was tested for each of the sub-components of learning agility, such as feedback seeking, information seeking, reflecting, experimenting, agility. As a result, all five sub-components were found to play a mediating role between issue leadership and innovative behavior. In particular, it was analyzed that the mediating effect of agility was the largest. Next, information seeking appeared to be large. Although there are some studies that have identified the mediating role of learning agility between issue leadership and innovative behavior, this study is considered to have academic implication as there are few cases of subdivided study. • This study was carried out to examine whether the moderated mediating effect of SNS addiction resulting from marital dissatisfaction and loneliness is influenced by gender or size and composition of social capital. 714 married men and women in their 20's to 40's were participated in this study. The data were collected by online research center with quota sampling based on demographical proportion. To analyze this research model, the moderated mediating effect utilizing structural equation was used. The results of this study were summarized as follows. First, it is verified that the loneliness moderated between marital dissatisfaction and SNS addiction. Since the relationship between independent and dependent variable is insignificant, comparison of competition model was able to determine if mediating effect was fully or partially shown. As a result, the complete mediated model was ultimately chosen because its various goodness-of-fit index including $x^2$ performed fairly well. Second, the mediating effect which moderates social capital size was presented in the mediated model between the marital dissatisfaction, loneliness and SNS addiction. Specifically, It implies that group who recognizes their social capital big recognizes the route and effect size more than that who considers their social capital small. And the moderated mediating effect depending on different type of social capital among the marital dissatisfaction and loneliness and between SNS addiction was substantiated. It implies that disequilibration of SNS social capital in face-to-face sphere and in online acted as a danger fact with respect to the marital dissatisfaction, loneliness and SNS addiction. The implications of these findings were discussed, and directions for future studies were also proposed.
