Analizing Korean media reports on security guard : focusing on visual analysis

  • 이 연구의 목적은 언론 보도 분석을 통해 우리나라에서 경비원에 대한 인식과 이미지를 살펴보고 이를 통해 경비원의 지위와 역할에 대해 살펴보는데 있다. 연구방법은 뉴스 빅데이터 분석이 가능한 빅카인즈를 통해 경비원에 대한 키워드 트랜드와 연관어 분석을 실시하였다. 민간경비의 시대적 구분에 따라 정착기, 성장기(양적), 성장기(질적)으로 구분하여 분석한 결과 범죄, 경비업, 최저임금, 갑질에 관련된 언론의 관심과 노출이 많았던 것으로 나타났지만 범죄예방의 주체가 아닌 범죄와 갑질의 피해자, 경비업무의 애매모함, 최저임금 근무자로 근무환경이 열악한 직업의 이미지로 비춰지는 것으로 나타났다. 앞으로 경비원의 이미지 제고를 위해 경비원의 지위와 업무영역을 확고히 하고 전문성을 높여야 할 것이다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 빅데이터를 활용한 한국 특수경비에 관련에 대한 언론보도 분석을 통한 학문적 발전과 특수경비산업의 도약을 위한 발전방안의 제시하는 데 주된 목적을 두고 있다. 연구방법은 빅카인즈 프로그램을 활용한 '특수경비', '특수경비원'에 대한 연관어 분석 및 키워드 트랜드 분석을 실시하였다. 특수경비산업의 시대적 구분에 따라 성장기(양적), 성장기(질적)으로 구별하여 분석한 결과 총기휴대, 국가중요시설, 정규직에 관련된 언론의 보도와 노출이 많았던 것으로 나타났다. 이는 일반경비원과 달리 특수경비원은 국가중요시설에서 총기를 휴대하거나 사용할 수 있도록 법률이 개정됨에 따라 언론보도가 높게 나타났다. 또한 오남용에 대한 부작용을 우려하는 언론의 관심이 많았던 것으로 보여진다. 질적 성장기에는 특수경비원의 열악한 처우 개선 및 저임금, 불안정한 신분제도의 개선을 위한 정규직 전환에 관한 언론보도가 높게 나타났다. 따라서 특수경비업무의 지속적인 발전과 전문성 및 업무효율성을 향상시킬 필요성이 강조된다.

Lightweight Attention-Guided Network with Frequency Domain Reconstruction for High Dynamic Range Image Fusion

  • Multi-exposure high dynamic range (HDR) image reconstruction, the task of reconstructing an HDR image from multiple low dynamic range (LDR) images in a dynamic scene, often produces ghosting artifacts caused by camera motion and moving objects and also cannot deal with washed-out regions due to over or under-exposures. While there has been many deep-learning-based methods with motion estimation to alleviate these problems, they still have limitations for severely moving scenes. They also require large parameter counts, especially in the case of state-of-the-art methods that employ attention modules. To address these issues, we propose a frequency domain approach based on the idea that the transform domain coefficients inherently involve the global information from whole image pixels to cope with large motions. Specifically we adopt Residual Fast Fourier Transform (RFFT) blocks, which allows for global interactions of pixels. Moreover, we also employ Depthwise Overparametrized convolution (DO-conv) blocks, a convolution in which each input channel is convolved with its own 2D kernel, for faster convergence and performance gains. We call this LFFNet (Lightweight Frequency Fusion Network), and experiments on the benchmarks show reduced ghosting artifacts and improved performance up to 0.6dB tonemapped PSNR compared to recent state-of-the-art methods. Our architecture also requires fewer parameters and converges faster in training.

  • In this study, we investigated that the effects of corynoxeine on the apoptosis by inducible CT105 in PC 12 cells and neuronpathogenic agent as CT105 confirmed with apoptosis, DNA fragmentation, neurite outgrowth and immunocytochemistry analysis This study examines whether corynoxeine have an anti-alzhmeimer agent by inhibition of apoptosis by CT105 and induces neurite outgrowth. Cytotoxicity was assessed in PC12 cell cultures by DNA fragmentation and measuring lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in the culture media. The treatment of corynoxeine in exposure of cultures to CT105 and provided complete protection against cytotoxicity. CT105-induced cytotoxicity was blocked by apoptotsis, repaired by DNA fragmentation, neurite outgrowth and exposure to CT105 expression and regenerated with neurite outgrowth and immunocytochemistry by corynoxeine. These results indicate that in neuronal cell cultures, damage of T105, repaired excitotoxicity by corynoxeine and CT105-induced cytotoxicity is blocked primarily by the activation of anti-apoptosis.

미혼성인의 피임행위 구조모형: 남.녀 비교 (Structural Equation Modeling on Contraception Behavior of Unmarried Men and Women in Korea: Gender Difference)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to test and validate a model to predict contraception behavior in unmarried men and women. Methods: Data were collected from a questionnaire survey of 180 unmarried men and 186 unmarried women 20 years of age or over who had sexual relationships in the past 6 months. Participants were from Seoul, Kyunggi, Daegu, and Busan and data collection was done from February 19 to April 16, 2013. Results: Model fit indices for the hypotheoretical model fitted to the recommended levels. Out of 15 paths, 11 were statistically significant in both. Predictors of contraception behavior in unmarried men and women were intention to use contraception and self-efficacy for contraception. Exposure to sexual content was directly significant to the intention in men only. Self-efficacy for contraception was affected by perceived threat of pregnancy and gender role attitude. In women, the two predictors were also significant except for the effect of exposure to sexual contents. Conclusion: Results indicate that an intervention program which increases self-efficacy in unmarried men and women contributes to effective contraception behavior. In addition, proper sexual education programs using positive aspect of mass media can help develop active participation for contraception behavior.

시판 쌈장에서 분리한 용혈성 Bacillus cereus의 동정 및 특성 조사 (Identification and Characterization of Hemolytic Bacillus cereus Isolated from Commercial Ssam-jang)

  • This study was undertaken to identify and characterize hemolytic Bacillus cereus isolated from commercial ssam-jang. The physiological and biochemical properties of isolate were first examined. Using the BIOLOG system, the isolate was identified and assigned to B. cereus MH-2. Phylogenetic tree of MH-2 was plotted based on 16S rRNA sequence comparisons. Hemolytic activity was observed around wells of sheep blood agar plates seeded with MH-2 cultures; the zone of hemolysis gradually increased with increasing incubation time of the cultures. Zymographic analysis estimated the molecular weight of the presumed hemolysis-causing molecule to be about 30 kDa. Survival rates of MH-2 cells decreased with increasing NaCl concentrations in the media. The stress shock proteins (e.g., DnaK and GroEL) induced by NaCl were reduced in proportion to the NaCl concentration and exposure period to B. cereus MH-2. Analysis of SDS-PAGE and Western blot revealed that the stress shock proteins, 70-kDa DnaK and 60-kDa GroEL were decreased proportionate to the NaCl concentrations as well as exposure period in exponentially growing cultures. Scanning electron microscopy demonstrated the presence of perforations and irregular rod forms with wrinkled surfaces in cells treated with NaCl.

The Positive Emotion Elicitation Process of Chinese Consumers Toward a U.S. Apparel Brand -A Cognitive Appraisal Perspective-

  • Emotion directly affects consumer buying behavior. This study examines Chinese consumers' emotion elicitation process toward a U.S. apparel brand in the Chinese market. Employing a cognitive appraisal theory, this study proposed and tested a conceptual model incorporating three factors of consumer global orientation as antecedents of consumer emotion and purchase intention as a consequence of emotion. Among the ten proposed hypotheses, eight were supported. Of the three antecedents of consumer emotion, exposure to global mass media and cultural openness positively increased Chinese consumers' appraisals of a U.S. apparel brand. Unlike these two antecedents, the effects of exposure to mass migration on consumer appraisals were found to be non significant. The relationships between appraisal dimensions and positive emotion were all supported. Finally, this study confirmed that positive emotions increased Chinese consumers' purchase intentions of a U.S. apparel brand. Theoretical and managerial implications were discussed based on the findings.

GC/FID를 이용한 사슬형 카보네이트 3종의 측정·분석방법 (Sampling and Analytical Method for Linear Carbonates using GC/FID)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to develop an air sampling and analytical method for estimating worker exposure to linear carbonate solvents and to evaluate the method. Methods: The target substances were three linear carbonates: DMC, DEC, EMC. GC/FID was used for sample analysis. Laboratory experiments were conducted to determine desorption solvents and sample capacity, and to evaluate storage stability, accuracy, and precision. Results: Coconut Shell Charcoal (CSC, 100/50 mg) was used as the air sampling media, and a desorption solvent of 5% methanol/95% dichloromethane was selected. Recommended sampling capacities were 1~11 ℓ for DMC, 1~18 ℓ for DEC, and 1~24 ℓ for EMC. The stability of three linear carbonates was demonstrated over 30 days in a refrigerator (4℃). Detection limits were determined as follows: DMC 0.26 ㎍/sample, DEC 0.24 ㎍/sample, and EMC 0.25 ㎍/sample. The total coefficient of variation was calculated as DMC 0.064, DEC 0.079, and EMC 0.07. Conclusions: This sampling and analysis method is suitable for estimating personal exposure to linear carbonates in the workplace.

유튜버 딤디(deemd)의 중국 vlog 시청이 중국 방문의도 및 중국 제품 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 단순노출효과와 후광효과를 중심으로 (The Influences of Watching Chinese vlog of YouTuber Deemd on intention to visit China and purchase intentions for Chinese products: Focusing on the mere exposure effect and the halo effect)

  • 목적: 한국을 비롯하여 세계에서 중국에 대한 비호감도는 매년 상승하고 있으며, 2022년 현재 세계인의 반중정서는 70%에 달하고 있다. 중국은 공공외교에 천문학적인 예산 편성을 했음에도 불구하고, 국가이미지 회복에 실패하고 있다. 국가이미지 상승을 위한 새로운 공공외교가 필요한 지금, 한국인 중국 유학생 유튜버 딤디(deemd)의 시청자들이 딤디의 중국 vlog 시청 이후 중국에 대해 우호적인 이미지를 형성하게 되는 것을 발견했다. 이에 본 연구에서는 딤디의 중국 vlog 시청이 중국 국가이미지 개선에 영향을 미치는지 확인해보고자 단순노출효과를 이론을 적용했다. 또한 국가이미지 개선이 중국으로의 방문의도 증가 및 중국 제품 구매로 이어지는 '후광효과(Halo effect)'를 일으키는지 알아보고자 한다. 방법: 본 연구에서 설정한 5개의 연구 가설 검증을 위해 설문을 실시했다. 설문 대상은 유튜버 딤디의 중국 vlog를 한 번이라도 시청한 경험이 있고, 중국 방문 경험이 없는 시청자로 편의 표집했다. 결과: 가설 검증 결과, 딤디의 중국 vlog 시청은 중국의 경제적 이미지 개선에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 딤디의 중국 vlog 시청이 빈번할수록 중국의 경제 이미지는 긍정적으로 변화했고, 이는 궁극적으로 중국으로의 방문의도와 중국제품 구매의도를 증대시키는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구에서는 vlog시청과 국가이미지, 해당국가 방문의도와 해당국가 제품 구매의도의 관련성을 탐구함으로써 해외 대중에게 다가갈 수 있는 공공외교의 구체적 방향으로 다양한 콘텐츠를 활용한 미디어 외교의 가능성을 제시했다. 본 연구의 결과가 중국을 비롯한 비대면 공공외교의 시대에 필요한 새로운 디지털 미디어 외교에 대한 혜안을 제공할 수 있기를 기대한다.

환경호르몬에 의해 손상된 골모세포에 대한 인삼의 영향 (Effects of Ginseng Radix Against Osteoblasts Damaged by Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals)

  • In order to evaluate the effect of Ginseng Radix(GR) against endocrine disrupting chemicals(EDC), cultured mouse osteoblasts were preincubated with various concentrations of GR extract before the exposure of Bisphenol A for 12 hours. Cytotoxic effect of Bisphenol A was measured by the XTT assay. In addition, the protective effect of GR over Bisphenol A-induced cytotoxicity on osteoblasts was assessed by the DNA and protein synthesis in these cultures. The results were as follows : Osteoblastic cell viability was decreased in dose and time dependent manner after exposed to various concentrations of Bisphenol A. Midcytotoxicity value(MCV50) of Bisphenol A was determined at 6μM Bisphenol A after osteoblasts were grown for 12 hours in the media containing various concentrations of Bisphenol A. Amount of DNA synthesis was increased in dose-dependent manner after cultured osteblasts were pretreated with GR for 2hrs before exposure to Bisphenol A for 12 hours. Amount of protein synthesis was increased in dose-dependent manner after cultured osteoblasts were pretreated with GR for 2 hours before exposure of Bisphenol A for 12 hours. From these results, it is suggested that Bisphenol A was highly toxic by the decrease of the cell viability, and GR is effective in the prevention of Bisphenol A-induced cytotoxicity by the increase of DNA and protein syntheses in cultured mouse osteoblasts.
