다채널 조합형 계량기의 안정화 성능 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on Measurement Time Reduction for Multi-Channel Combination Scale)

  • The performance of a multi-head, computerized combination scaling system to automatically identify a group of agricultural products having a total weight within the target range has been optimized to reduce the package cycle time of the merchandise. First, the structure of the scale was modified to enable faster measurement by enhancing the dynamic stability during the process. Second, the high frequency noise in the measured signal was eliminated by a high frequency filter to provide more accurate weight data. Finally, the algorithm to identify a group of products with a total weight within the target range was modified to enable a user to select an optimal number of scales. According to the experimental verifications, this modified system reduced the package cycle time significantly and also was accurate in measuring the total weight of the selected products.

  • In Korea, Resource-Based Relative Value Scale(RBRVS) is suggesting to the alternative of Korean Medical Fee Schedule. This study developed to methodology of RBRVS applicable to Korean situation and applied to services of internal medicine and general surgery. Our methodology of RBRVS is basically same to Hsiao's. But there are some differences between our method and H냐매's because Korean medical situation differs to American. The first difference is method of measurement of work. The Unit of work in our study is total work including intra-servic work and pre-/post-service work. Secondly, in extrapolation, we use primary data gathered to small group of physician. Tertially, in measurement of practice cost, we directly survey to budget data of hosptials and analyse practice costs by service. Some results are presented in a companion article.

A "Thru-Short-Open" De-embedding Method for Accurate On-Wafer RF Measurements of Nano-Scale MOSFETs

  • A new on-wafer de-embedding method using thru, short and open patterns sequentially is proposed to eliminate the errors of conventional methods. This "thru-short-open" method is based on the removal of the coupling admittance between input and output interconnect dangling legs. The increase of the de-embedding effect of the lossy coupling capacitance on the cutoff frequency in MOSFETs is observed as the gate length is scaled down to 45 nm. This method will be very useful for accurate RF measurements of nano-scale MOSFETs.

  • Many technologies are applied to the measurement of elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) film thickness. In particular, optical in-situ interferometric method has many advantages in making the actual contact behaviors realized with the experimental apparatus. Careful selection of incident lights greatly enhances the fringe resolution up to nanometer scale by using image processing technology. In this work, it is found that dichromatic incident light can provide much finer resolution of EHL film thickness than monochromatic incident light, because it has much more variables of color components to be discriminated among the wavelengths of colors according the variations of EHL film thickness. Some simulated interferometric images are shown how the film thickness is resolutionized in nanometer scale

미세 스탬핑용 박판소재의 물성치 측정 (Measurement of Material Properties for Miniature Stamping)

  • Rather than traditional manufacturing processes, miniature manufacturing processes usually require sophisticated equipments and characteristics of the processes of high cost and of low productivity. Contrarily, miniature stamping process can be realized in a low cost high productivity with relatively inexpensive equipments. In the meso scale, mechanical properties, especially work hardening characteristics, are discovered to be statically scattered and size dependent by intensive experimental and numerical investigations, which make the stamping process hard to apply to the miniature manufacturing. In this study, dual purpose experimental device that can be used for both miniature scale tensile test and miniature scale stamping by simple change of attachment has been developed. For the tensile test, the elongation has been measured with a combined use of a CCD camera and a linear encoder in order to account for the possibility of slippage between specimen and the grip and to ensure the accuracy of the measurement, while load has been measured with a load cell. To satisfy the required material properties for stamping, optimal annealing condition has been found by examining the microstructure of annealed specimen.

청소년의 배려와 나눔 실천을 위한 측정도구 개발 연구 (Measurement Tools for the Practice of Caring and Sharing by Adolescents)

  • This study develops a scale to measure the practice of consideration and sharing by adolescents. This data as an object of high school students in regards to items generated from the content validity test and preliminary study stage based on the consideration scale, literature review and expert for elementary school students on a 5-point Likert scale. The factor analysis of the collected data using SPSS 20.0 2 indicated the final fators. The three fanal factors designated by the measuring items are: 'practice of consideration and sharing', 'recognition of consideration and sharing', and 'self-recognition'. As a result of analyzing students' individual variables, this study found that family relationship satisfaction and school life satisfaction had positive relationship in self-recognition, recognition of consideration and sharing, practice of consideration and sharing, and total personality score. The measurement tools developed in this study, are expected to act as valid tools to develop a program that can increase the practice of consideration and sharing activities.

  • 되먹임 회로로 제어하는 새로운 Michelson형 레이저 간섭계를 제작하여 특성을 평가하였다. 새로운 Michelson형 레이저 간섭계는 압전 특성이 잘 알려진 PZT에 인가된 되먹임 회로의 인가전압을 직접적으로 측정함으로써 미세변위를 측정할 수 있는 간편한 측정 장치이다. 본 연구에서 제작한 Michelson형 레이저 간섭계의 신뢰성과 정밀도를 평가하기 위하여 실리콘 membrane의 단차를 측정한 결과 SEM으로 관찰한 값과 잘 일치함을 알 수 있었다.

  • In measurement of risk voltages; the step and touch voltage, the distance between the current electrode and the ground electrode recedes up to several hundred meters as the scale of grounding system increases. This paper dealt with the measurement method of risk voltage in a restricted space. The risk voltage was analyzed depending on the distance and the direction of the current electrode from the ground electrode in a $10[m]{\times}10[m]$ mesh grounding system. The average value of risk voltages measured at a point 20 [m] away from the current electrode was deviated below 5 [%] from that measured at 100 [m] point. Consequently, the evaluation of risk voltage of a large-scale grounding system buried in a spatially restricted place is available if the current electrode is installed in symmetry to the ground electrode.

  • In this study, micro-ohm shunts with rated ac current of 2, 20, 80kA intended for use as an approved system for ac current measurement were calibrated according to IEC 60060. The scale factor and linearity were determined by comparison with the reference measuring system. Measurements of temperature rise due to the rated current was also investigated to analyze a temperature effect. One of the main goals was the determination of the measurement uncertainty of the shunt. The expanded uncertainty of the scale factor for the complete measuring system was satisfied with the STL(Short-circuit Testing Liaison) guide recognized tentatively.

사회적 구성주의 관점을 고려한 과학에 대한 태도 측정과 활용에 대한 탐색 (An Exploration in the Measurement and Application of Attitude Towards Science based on Social Constructivism)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사회적 구성주의 관점에서 개발된 과학에 대한 태도 척도의 타당성 검증과 척도의 활용 가능성을 살펴보는데 있다. 설문지를 통해 833명의 중학교 2학년 학생들의 자료가 수집되었다. 먼저 요인분석을 통해 사회적 구성주의 관점을 고려한 Krogh와 Thomsen(2005)의 문화적 경계넘기 중 평판 척도(reputation in culture border crossings: R-CBC)의 타당성을 살펴보았는데 요인분석 결과 타당성이 검증되었다. 다음으로 상관관계를 통해 수렴 타당도와 변별타당도를 살펴보았는데 사회적 구성주의에 기반을 둔 R-CBC 척도와 Simpson-Troost Attitude Questionnaire(STAQ) 척도는 높은 정적상관을 보였다. 사회적 구성주의에 기반한 STAQ 척도와 개인적 구성주의에 기반한 Test of Science-Related Attitudes(TOSRA) 척도는 낮은 상관성을 보였고 R-CBC 척도는 TOSRA 척도와 상관성이 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 희망 진학 고등학교별 과학에 대한 태도를 3개 척도를 통해 비교 분석하였는데 R-CBC 척도와 STAQ 척도로 측정된 학생들의 과학에 대한 태도는 학교유형별(과학고, 인문고, 실업고) 차이를 보였다. 이는 사회적 구성주의 관점에 기반을 둔 척도가 중학생의 과학고 진학 희망을 예측할 수 있는 평가 도구임을 보여주는 것이다.
