  • Recently, data centers are being established because IT and telecommunication industries are growing. The data centers have to install emergency generators to prevent unexpected shutdown of the electrical power supply. When the data centers are located in the densely populated urban area, the operating noise of the emergency generators can be a cause of people's complaints. In this case, it is necessary to establish effective countermeasure by noise & vibration specialists. To achieve this, noise reduction measure using noise measurement data and 3D noise analysis method have been employed in this study.

보건소 방문건강관리사업의 편익 분석 (Benefit analysis of visiting healthcare in public health centers)

  • Objectives: This study is aimed to analyze service user's benefit and perceived-outcomes of visiting healthcare. Methods: Using a questionnaire survey we analyzed the subjective service quality and satisfaction of survey respondents. The sampling was designed with socioeconomic characteristics(age, sex, user group et al.), and each respondent (N=1,000) was presented with double-bounded dichotomous choice questions. To measure the value of visiting healthcare, we employed a contingent valuation method. Results: The respondents were satisfied with service and quality on visiting healthcare. And the acceptance-to-pay of respondent's benefit was 50,458 won for each visit and in totality, service user's benefit was 185.9 billion won. Conclusions: It is necessary to invest in visiting healthcare in public health centers.

보육시설의 안전관리 실천에 관한 연구 -전라북도 보육시설을 중심으로- (A Study on the Safety Management Practice of Child-Care Centers)

  • 본 연구는 보육시설의 안전사고를 예방하기 위한 대책으로서 보육시설의 안전관리 실천 실태를 점검하고 그 정도를 파악함으로써 보육시설 안전 환경에 대한 기초 자료를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 보육시설 평가인증 지침(2005)의 안전관리 영역 척도와 관련이 있는 문헌 고찰을 토대로 한 선행 연구를 참고로 하여 안전관리 실천에 관한 사항을 6개 하위 영역으로 나누고 하위 문항을 구성해 작성한 설문지를 가지고 전라북도 보육 시설장 102명을 연구 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시설장들의 안전관리 실태 조사에서 실내시설 안전관리와 비상사태 대처방안 영역에서 다른 영역들에 비해 안전관리 실천 정도가 떨어지는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 보육시설의 안전관리 실천에 대한 각 하위 영역별 평균을 비교해 보았을 때 안전지도 및 교육 항목에서 1.82점으로 가장 실천 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 실내시설 안전관리 항목이 1.59점으로 가장 실천 정도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육시설과 시설장의 관련 변인에 따른 안전관리 실천을 비교한 결과 보육시설 유형별, 시설장의 성별, 시설장의 경력에 따라 차이가 나타났다.

ON THE LARGE DEVIATION PROPERTY OF RANDOM MEASURES ON THE d-DIMENSIONAL EUCLIDEAN SPACE

  • We give a formulation of the large deviation property for rescalings of random measures on the d-dimensional Euclidean space R$^{d}$ . The approach is global in the sense that the objects are Radon measures on R$^{d}$ and the dual objects are the continuous functions with compact support. This is applied to the cluster random measures with Poisson centers, a large class of random measures that includes the Poisson processes.

자료포락분석을 이용한 노인장기요양 방문간호센터 운영의 효율성 평가 (Evaluation of Operational Efficiency among Long-Term Care Visiting Nursing Centers using Data Envelopment Analysis)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of long-term care visiting nursing centers in communities using data envelopment analysis (DEA). Methods: Data were collected using a self-reported questionnaire. The average number of staff per 6 months and total space of center were used as input variables. The average number of clients per 6 months and the average profits per 6 months were used as output variables. EMS Window version 3.1 was used to measure the efficiency scores. Descriptive statistics and tobit regression were applied to analyze the general characteristics of the variables and the factors affecting efficiency scores. Results: The average efficiency of 30 long-term care visiting nursing centers in communities was approximately 66.9% on technical efficiency analysis, and 79.1% on scale efficiency analysis. Eight nursing centers on technical efficiency analysis and 12 centers on scale efficiency analysis had 100.0% efficiency. Conclusion: Our findings reveal that long-term care visiting nursing centers in communities have low operational efficiency. Therefore, it is essential to institute policies and regulations to improve the efficiency of visiting nursing centers and to strengthen the business competencies of center officers.

농촌지도조직체계의 변화에 따른 농촌지도공무원의 역할모호성에 대한 인식 (A Study on Korean Agricultural Extension Officers' Perception of Role Ambiguity According to Restructuring of Agricultural Administrative Systems)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify korean agricultural extension workers' Perception of role ambiguity according to restructuring of Agricultural Administrative Systems. The target population of this study was selected from 21 centers out of 156 centers. The subjects for study were 728 agricultural extension officers by the cluster sampling drawn from the sampled 21 agricultural extension centers in four clusters. A survey questionnaire was utilized to measure variables of this study. It consisted of role ambiguity scale and demographic items. In this study, role ambiguity scale was translated from the existing scale. Through a pilot test and final survey, reliability and validity of these scales were examined. The data were collected by mail. A total 420 questionnaires out of 728 from 21 agricultural extension centers were returned. After data cleaning, 410 responses were used for analysis. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were applied for data analysis. Major findings of the study were as follows. There were significant differences of the degree of role ambiguity among the local extension workers divided by four clusters. Especially, the degree of role ambiguity of restructured local administrative system were more higher than other clusters, comparatively. Thus, the factors causing the role ambiguity to agricultural extension officers need to be measured it in-depth.

직무만족 측정 도구개발 (Measurement of job Satisfaction of Nurses and Health Workers in Health Centers)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a ratio scale to measure job satisfaction of nurses and health workers in health centers. Of the 224 health centers in Korea, 105 were drawn as the sample using disproportion리 stratified random sampling. The data collection period was from May 1 to June 30, 1990 and 771 nurses and health workers working at 75 health centers participated. Subjects were instructed to rate, according to the level of satisfaction, from one to four points, 42 items revised from the tool made by Stamps et. al. (1978). The internal consistency reliability of the tool was measured by Cronbach $\alpha$ and the corrected item-total correlation coefficient. As a result of the item analysis, one item was excluded since the item had negative correlation with total items. As a result of factor analysis on the 41 items with varimax or above. Labeling and numbering of 6 factors were as follows ; factor 1 (8 items) ; Professional status of job. factor 2 (6 items) ; Interaction. factor 3 (8 items) ; Autonomy. factor 4 (8 items) ; Administration. factor 5 (7 items) ; Pay. factor 6 (4 items) ; Job(Task). Further studies are needed to identify the relationship between this tool and the effectiveness of the health center and more research is needed for generalization.

복합환승센터 접근교통수단의 승하차 시설배치기준 (Layout Criteria of an Access Mode's on and off Facility at Multiple Transfer Centers)

  • 본 연구에서는 복합환승센터 접근교통수단의 정류장시설 배치기준을 개발하였다. 복합환승센터의 시설배치기준은 접근교통수단(Access Mode)의 승하차시설의 상대적인 위치선정에 관한 것으로 접근교통수단 하차 후 주교통수단(Main Mode)의 승하차 시설까지 이동거리를 최소화하도록 기준을 제시하였다. 이동거리 중 계단은 평면거리 보다 큰 가중치를 적용하였고 에스컬레이터는 평면거리 보다 적은 가중치를 적용하였다. 효과척도로서 접근교통수단별 이용자 가중평면환산거리를 채택하였다. 최종적으로는 본 연구에서 제시된 기준을 기존 김포공항에 적용하여 접근교통수단의 승하차 시설의 위치와 접근시설의 개선방안을 제시하였다.

전자제품 서비스센터의 서비스 혁신성이 소비자의 재구매의도에 미치는 영향: 서비스센터 행동의도의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Service Innovativeness of IT Service Centers: Mediating Role of Behavior Intention)

  • Purpose - This study analyzes the effect of customers' perceived service innovativeness of service centers for electronic goods, on repurchase intentions of customers, using behavior intentions of service centers as a mediator variable. In customer management and customer relationship marketing, service centers can be the most representative customer relationship management departments because they are most closely placed at the interface with customers. In addition, this study intends to investigate if continuous relationship with customers during one-time product-selling can affect their repurchase intentions. Specifically, this research aims to investigate if the expansion of the saturated physical market of the manufacturing business, to intangible service markets, can be competitive enough to satisfy customer needs. Research design, data, and methodology - This study targets college students, and especially those who have computers, digital cameras, or cell-phones, and often use electronic products and services. In order to investigate our hypothesis, we analyzed dates through SEM (structural equation modeling) using SPSS for Windows 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. In addition, we measured Cronbach's α coefficient using SPSS for Windows 18.0 in order to measure reliability. Further, using AMOS 18.0, this research statistically measured convergent validity as well as discriminant validity, and examined mediation models and path models in which service innovativeness leads to customers' repurchase intentions of electronic products. Results - As a result, this research shows that customers' perceived service innovativeness of service centers for electronic goods has significant positive influence on customers' behavior intentions of service centers. In addition, service innovativeness of electronic goods' service centers also has significant positive influence on repurchase intentions of customers. Conclusion - This study investigates the effect of customers' positive relation with the innovativeness of electronic service center on their behavior intention and product repurchase. The more concrete, important results of the study are as follows. Through the mediating effect, the findings of the study suggest that customers' behavior intentions of service centers partially mediate the effect of customers'perceived service innovativeness of service centers for electronic goods on customers' repurchase intentions. This research also provides an insight that the importance of service innovativeness and innovative approaches in managing customers should be recognized in the process of repurchase and service roles of manufacturing business as a way for customer management. As a result, the relationship between customer satisfaction and service quality of service centers for the electronic products is very sensitive. Although previous studies focus on certain aspects of the case for enhancing service innovation (Kim, 2012), this research recommends that the service centers need to understand the customers'desire first and try to adapt to achieve customer satisfaction by being innovative. This innovativeness of service centers would make customers visit them consistently, which in the long run, will also influence their repurchase decisions.

퍼지 유사 척도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Fuzzy Similarity Measure)

  • 본 논문에서는 퍼지 유사 척도가 제시된다. 제시된 퍼지 유사 척도는 유사도를 결정하기 위해서 유크라디안 거리와 함께 데이터와 클러스터 대표값들 사이의 상대적 거리를 고려한다. 클러스터의 경계선은 경쟁이 심한 곳에서는 축소되며 경쟁이 심하지 않은 곳에서는 확장된다. 본 논문의 결과는 상대적 거리를 유사 척도로 사용하는 가능성을 보인다.
