This paper is the second part of a series of the research about the Teddy boy style which is to examine various fashion changes in subcultural styles in 1900s. The main concern of this research is to investigate the creation and meaning of the Teddy boy style, how it interacted with the elements of class and generation and how the materials needed by the group constructed and appropriated into the visible systematic cultural form of correspondence. The Teddy Boys are the first recognized members of the British youth culture, which is known as the new Edwardian because of their dress. They had created the concept of the "teenagers," which forms the basis of the sense of a "generation" in the 20th century. The Teds set the style that would be used and modified in the following generations. They adopted the Edwardian style of the upper class, and changed it into their own style by modifying it and adding to it some other elements. The Teddy boys style is a special version of the sartorial appropriation encountered in the sphere of the fashion history. It actually began immediately after the war by the upper class youth far from the working class neighborhood. In the late 1953, the elitist aura surrounding the Edwardian suit was suddenly shattered. Within just a few months, the Edwardian suit became a source of social anxiety and the focus of a symbolic battle. Although the Edwardian look had initially went back to the upper class root, it became a symbol of rootlessness. In appropriation of this image, The Teddy boys were also rejecting the sartorial conformism of the English working class with its modest tradition. In this respect, the Teds effected the ascent or fall of the working class in the area of fashion. The Teds dress was not a merely borrowed fashion, but was a bastard fashion in the form of American trends, the Zoot suit. At this time members of the working class possessed only work dress for the week and waist suits for the Sunday outings. Teds broke this pattern, and developed the working class dandyism of wearing clothes simply to show off. The results were that they succeeded in opening the teen market, and popularizing a working class style for the first time in British history. The Teds became the first British street style with ties music, and remain as an symbol of the rising of a new age of values and styles.f values and styles.
This paper is to discuss essential business of hospital business. While the labor world and ILO made continuous recommendation for improvements towards the compulsory arbitration system along with the controversy over unconstitutionality of the system, the Constitutional Court ruled that the system is constitutional on December 23, 1996(90hunba19) and on May 15, 2003 (2001hunga31). Despite this decision from the Constitutional Court, there has been much controversy over whether the compulsory arbitration system infringes the rights of collective action against the principle of trade union & labor relations adjustment which allows Commissioner of the Labor Relations Commission to decide on submission of arbitration by virtue of his/her authority in case where industrial disputes take place in the essential public-service businesses. The revision on the above provision was closely examined from the year 2003 and an agreement was made on the abolition of the compulsory arbitration system and the introduction of essential business with a grand compromise among labor unions, employers and the government on September 11, 2006 followed by revision(Essential business system enacted on January 1, 2008) of the Trade Union & Labor Relations Adjustment Act on December 30 in the same year. Accordingly, in order to perform the essential business, parties to labor relations must have an agreement or obtain a decision by the Labor Relations Commission before taking industrial actions. This paper firstly examined the concept of essential public-service businesses and essential business, legal meaning of essential business, procedures for making agreement and decision and legal effects. Secondly it intensively explored a theory against the principle of the legality which was raised from some part of society. In other words, it is claimed that a theory against the principle of the legality is not consistent with the rule of legislation and some abstract wording is against void for vagueness doctrine because part of crime constitution requirements is delegated to the Presidential Decree or to consultation among parties to labor relations. But analysis on the rule of legislation and void for vagueness doctrine reflected in the decision by the Constitutional Court led that argument for a theory against the principle of the legality is not reasonable. Close examination was done on a formal act of essential business agreement and necessity of prior agreement before submission of decision to the Labor Relations Commission which might have difficulties in performing work. It has been frequently pointed out that the established art history with the stylistic and iconographic interpretations and monographic analysis is fallen behind the currency of modern art. Among those who claimed the crisis in the discipline of art history, there is a suggestion that the art historical study should be fostered by other factors in the fields of the humanities. The so called New Art History or 'visual Culture Studies' insists that art history has to be restructured to integrate the broader study of culture and society, and by now, such an opinion is not a novelty at all. One of the most significant yet overlooked elements that induced the new currency of art history is properties of contemporary art that conflict the traditional claim of art historians. Although the idea that art is not purely aesthetic but that it has many other functions has been brought up by the art historians, it was the artists that provoked such a perception. When Arthur C. Danto and Hans Belting proclaimed the End of Art and Art History in the 1980s, the concept of art has been changed radically through the avant-garde tendency of Modernism and a new pluralism of Postmodernism. One dominant concern that strikes art historians is to find a new approach to art, since the traditional method and goal of analysis for past art and past art history seem unavailable. The perplexity arising from the situation is intensified in the field of teaching art, especially for those who teach art history in art school. Basically art history is a pursuit of learning of art in history, and its purpose is to reconcile the present with the past and the future as well. Since Modernism, as it is confusing sometimes because it implies the present state, somehow art became considered 'tradition-less'. It does not mean that a work of art stands aloof from the past attainments, hut modern art imposed itself on a task seeking after the new for its own sake, turning its back on the tradition. And now in the era of Postmodernism, an historians face the requirement to revaluate the whole history of art including modernism. The necessity of art history in art education is indisputable, but methods and contents in the academic courses should he reexamined now. Because artists' concept of history and past art has been altered, and art history as a humanistic discipline can only maintain its identity through incorporation with art itself. Academics teaching art history, or, strictly speaking, past works of art and history, to the student in art school, confront with the need to rethink the object of art history and its meaning to the artists.

Traditionally, the emphasis of the information services had been placed on the information provider's knowledge of information sources or information systems. However, in view of the increasing complexity of the information environment. and changes taking place in information professions the evaluation of the information services has callded for further research in interpersonal communication aspects of the librarian user interface especially that which links to user satisfaction. This experimental study was carried out for the purpose of exploring the implications of nonverbal behaviors in measuring user satisfaction in the light of the fact that the meaning of nonverbal clues includes more than verbal communication especially in dealing with variable barriers even though they operate at low levels of awareness. In this sense, among the wide range of nonverbal communication areas in particular kinesics, artifacts and the proximics were examined to suggest alternative model which can be applied effectively in our specific set of information work environment. Two major university libraries and two research libraries in Korea were chosen and visited for the anlysis and per each refernce/information interview the librarian's nonverbal behaviors were checked on the observer's checklist and the qustionnaires completed by the user at a time. On the basis of these data firstly, the relation of user satisfaction concerned with the librarian's nonverbal communication to user satisfaction with information services was analyzed and the possible communication barriers were investigated. In addition, the effect of training the information librarian with positive nonverbal communication skills on the user's satisfaction was analyzed in a SAS computer program in the area of kinesics. On the other hand, the effect of other nonverbal behaviors such as proximics and artifacts known very important clues to improving a complex human interaction was discussed along with their experimental results. In conclusion, it was found that most of users were not sensitive to the importance of nonverbal behaviors exposed by the information librarian, but it was proved that the ultimate user satisfaction and the satisfaction of the librarian's nonverbal behaviors are correlated positively, Moreover, nonverbal behaviors displayed by the trained librarian toward the user had a considerable effect on the user's evalution of information services compared with those by the untrained. These findings imply that in order to control the librarian's nonverbal behaviors and to help the user overcome his barriers the information librarian as a specialist needs to assure and modify willilingly his communication behavior. Without making effective use of such nonverbal communication, information librarian could not expect to meet the user's information needs either. However, when these positive nonverbal behaviors are applied it would be highly desirable to be aware of cultural and contextual differences. With regard to increasing information services success the applicable nonverbal communication model for library management and education can be suggested as below.

Almost all patients with rheumatic disease experience fatigue. The fatigue affects the patient's life extensively at home and at work, therefore it is necessary to investigate the nature of the fatigue which the patients perceive. The purpose of this study is to explore the nature and pattern of fatigue of the patients with rheumatic diseases. Rheumatoid arthritis is typical disease for its joint involvement which leads to deformity. Whereas lupus is a characteristic systemic autoimmune disease and the fibromyalgia is characterized by the general bodyache and multiple local tenderness. The prevalence of these diseases and the fatigue was known to be higher in women than men. Therefore the subjects were woman patient diagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus or fibromyalgia, and they were recruited from the H-Rheumatic Disease Hospital. The two instruments, the Multidimensional Assessment of Fatigue by Belza(1995) and the Piper Fatigue Scale by Piper, et al(1995) were used to explore the nature and pattern of self-reported fatigue. In total, the data from 157 patients were analysed by the SPSS-PC program for statistical analysis. The results were as follows: 1. Most patients with rheumatic disease experienced fatigue and the degree of fatigue was at the middle range by the scores of the two instruments. 2. The degree of fatigue of the patients with fibromyalgia was the highest and the next was that of the patients with lupus and the fatigue of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis. But there were no statistically significant differences among the patients with three rheumatic diseases, except the subcategory, the meaning of fatigue of the Piper Fatigue Scale. 3. Even when the period of the symptom and pain were covariated, there were no statistically significant differences among patients with three rheumatic diseases. The fatigue of the patients with lupus and fibromyalgia is rarely investigated in Korea and this study can be the base for the further understanding of the patients with rheumatic diseases. Therefore repeated studies are required to identify the factors to affect the fatigue and to understanding the nature of the diseases and to develop the nursing interventions to alleviate the fatigue.

The study was comparison between the rules of diagnosis radiation equipment safety management and atomic energy law, and the modification items obtained were as follows. 1. With each other different the terms and units are used. With the exception of special terms for affairs usage, it is needless to say that common term uniformity is standardized. The standardization of rules and guidance have not need to confusion radiological practical workers. 2. The following is omitted. 1) The radiation protection against tile patient and the hospital visitor. 2) Radiation dose limit of the woman patient who is in the process of becoming pregnant. 3) Radiation dose limit of the person who is not regarded as madical madical exposure. 4) The control of the exposure of pregnant of women at work.
Objectives : Acupuncture therapy's reinforcement and reduction method is now widely used in the clinical practices. Meanwhile, there has been a voice of concern since the past that acupuncture has no reinforcement. This thought has not been given enough discussion, and the paper attempts to remedy this absence and verify the validity of the concern. Methods : The acupunctural reinforcement and reduction method found in the Huangdineijing is reviewed, and a number of medical books that discuss the idea of lack of reinforcement in acupuncture are studied. Results : Huangdineijing describes the acupunctural unique feature of reduction. The text explains that acupuncture work in a way that is different that medicine, and thus cannot be used for a disease based on deficiency. In addition, it warned the loss of the primordial qi when needling oneself. Reinforcement in the reinforcement and reduction technique as described in Huangdineijing mainly revolves around preventing the loss of the primordial qi. Conclusions : The purpose of the acupunctural reinforcement and reduction is to control the body's disproportional qi deficiency and excess, where some parts of the body has more qi than others. The reinforcement in "acupunctural reinforcement and reduction method" and the reinforcement in "acupuncture only has reduction and no reinforcement" within the thought of "acupuncture has no reinforcement" are different in that one deals with controlling the imbalance of qi in body, and the other deals with dispelling the deficiency by flowing the qi in the viewpoint of entering and out. This calls for a need to establish the proper acupunctural points, numbers, and times for each disease based on the theory of "acupuncture has no reinforcemen."
The paper describes The Narrative Communication Model of Hope Seeking Intervention developed by the authors as an approach to help clients to have individually specific hope experiences. The Model is founded upon the existential conceptualization of hope that views hope as subjective, unique experiences of meaning and processes. The Model has been developed based on the findings both in the literature and the authors' work on the nature of hope and hope experiences and integrating the concept of hope as subjective meanings and experiences, the processes of story-telling and the concept of narrative configuration as a way to engage in person-specific experiences, and person-centered communication. The results of the experiences with the application of the model in a study are used to clarify the model further. The Model incorporating story-telling and narrative construction through person-centered communication is identified in three components-the story-telling, the narrative intervention, and the communication components. These components are processed as an intervention to culminate into person-specific hope experiences in which active participation of clients as the story-teller and of interventionist as the communicative facilitator is required to produce narratives of hope with individual specific thematic plots that become the basis for hope experiences. The application of the Model has shown positive outcomes in clients with successful seeking of own hope experiences. The success of the Model application seems to depend upon interventionists' understanding of the model and the competency with the application of person-centered communication strategies.
Within physical therapy education, there has been increased attention to curricula and course that emphasize problem solving, clinical reasoning, and synthesis of information across traditional discipline-specific boundaries. This article describes the development implementation, and outcomes of a problem-based learning course in Physical therapy. The course was designed to help students to integrate the various elements of a physical therapy curriculum and to enhance their abilities to respond to an ever-changing health care environment. An evaluation of the course by the first 50 students who completed it revealed both strengths and weaknesses. Students responded that the course enhanced their professional behavior, including interpersonal communication skills, team work, and follow-through with professional responsibilities. The learning package was developed by the authors and implemented to a college students during three weeks of the first semester of 2001. Most studies which conducted PBL module development were short period or temporary PBL package application and evaluation rather than a whole semester's. While, this study carried on partial integrated PBL curriculum development and application with recomposing content of the two subjects to one subject Physical therapy which includes four PBL packages. This package was developed from a simple concept to complex and partial integrated PBL curriculum application systematically variable learning methods such as discussion, practice, lecture, video. There are 2 classes, each class has 25 students, in the college. Each class has 5 small groups consisting 5 students. Two tutors proceeded discussion charging each class also, they used multiple methods and materials like tutorials, self-directed learning, lecture, and video. The package is 5 grades and 5 hours per week and the rate of discussion, lecture is 4, 1 respectively. One of the most change is the increase of interaction between students and tutors. Whenever students need information and suggestion, they can visit tutors who provide reading materials and guide for the direction of self learning. Therefore, this study describes the PBL package development process and application during one semester recomposing contents of two subjects to Physical therapy concepts. Besides, it will contribute to active application of existing each subject to tutors who intend to convert as PBL methods. The study has significant meaning to show potentiality of partially integrated PBL application, using systematic PBL package development from two subjects contents. However, when students' need of yearning is over the extent of Introduction of Physical therapy and Rehabilitation medicine, tutors should set learning extent. So, there is limitation to attain completely integrated PBL education within one subject, therefore, it is high lighted to proceed development of integrated curriculum to maximize learning effects of PBL. It is exected that partial integrated PBL package development and application will distribute to prosper excellent physiotherapist in practice.
