With the interest on operational efficiency due to the rapid growth of food material distribution industry and food service industry, the study adopts DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) model and examines to measure the technological, pure technical and scale efficiency those companies engaging in the food material distribution and food service business. As a result of analysis, the companies operating integrated business have relatively higher efficiency than those operating only food material distribution or food service companies while the result indicates that three efficiencies don't have significant difference depending on whether affiliated companies or not. The purpose of this article is to examine types and construction method of multimedia materials for the Korean language education, finally in order to construct digital library on Nuri-Sejonghakdang. Firstly, this article reviews some major concepts such as teaching material, multimedia, learning object, meta-data, reusability, etc. Secondly, various multimedia materials are divided into three types(namely, example material, explanation material, training and evaluating material) according to their characteristics as a learning objects. And then, this article tries to propose the classification-search system and meta-data elements for effective search and use of multimedia materials. Finally, this article is concluded by presenting the long-term plan of digital library construction on Nuri-Sejonghakdang and some follow-up task of this study.

Hanji has known for its high qualities for more than thousand years. Hanji is stronger, and has better durability, air permeability, flexibility, thermal insulation, soundproofs and UV absorbability. Therefore, developing industrial interior finishing materials using Hanji is replaced with the PVC (Poly-Vinyl Chloride) materials instead, it will be a new environment-friendly material and positively represents Korean brand marketing. The industrial inter-construction material is discomposed by heat or light because of material characteristics. As a result, it emits a lot of noxious substances. Hanji is essentially a neutral paper since it does not rely on any acidic chemicals of artificial bleaching methods. Hanji is also known as the living paper because of its close relation to nature. Therefore, I would like to suggest that Hanji made from alternative material as a chicken fiber. It will be a non-polluting interior finishing materials by making use of Hanji to a taste of Korean culture in the green industry around the world. Rather than PVC used commonly in construction material, kitchen and office furniture, interior materials in the subway, trains, or other vessels, credit cards, and ID cards, I created an interior construction material by using patented Hanji. This will be increased the value of usefulness in the environment-friendly green industry instead of PVC.

We have identified a T cell-activating material in the culture supernatant of Streptomyces species. The factor in microbial culture supernatant (MCS) induced thymocyte proliferation in a does dependent fashion and it could be detected by immunoblot analysis using anti-interleukin-1(IL-1) antibody. The factor in MCS was slightly larger(about 21 kd) in its molecular weight than IL-1 on SDS-PAGE. When 125I-MCS was covalently coupled with homo-bifunctional cross-linking agent, disuccinimidyl-propionate to IL-1 receptor(IL-1R) on mouse thymoma cell(EL-4) and immunoprecipitated with anti-IL-1R antibody the molecular weight of this complex of 110 kd was observed.

The antibacterial activity of a antimicrobial (organic synthetic or organic natural material) on the bacteria (Bacillus megaterium, Arthrobacter oxydans, Micrococcus luteus, Methylobacterium aquaticum) detected in the automobiles showed 99.9% bacteria decrease rate within 30 min of being in contact with the tested bacteria culture. The MIC of the organic synthetic material based antimicrobials and the organic natural material based antimicrobial on the bacteria were 31~500 mg/mL and 8~250 mg/mL, respectively. The bacteria and biofilms were formed on the surface of aluminum after 5 ~8 days in the case of addition of the organic synthetic material based antimicrobial to the MIC values for the tested bacteria culture. On the other hand, there was no proliferation of bacteria and formation of biofilms on the surface of aluminum even after 30 days in the case of addition of the organic natural material based antimicrobial to the MIC values for the tested bacteria culture. As a result, the organic natural material based antimicrobial was confirmed to be more excellent effect of inhibition of bacterial proliferation and restraint of biofilms formation than the organic synthetic material based antimicrobial.

This study presents the food culture as analysis food material, food and cooking tools in the novel literature and examines the food as a code of current cluture of common social through five Pansori texts among the twelve Pansori texts into written form. It is a many Pansori, but this study is analysed to select early copying papers. It can be found rice, Kimchi, salted fish as the common people food in Simchong-ga text. It can be known characteristics of Jeolla-do Area food used many food material and acceptance of foreign crops in the late period of the Chosun in Chunhyang-ga text. In Hungbo-ga text, it can be found the popularity food is rice cake and meat and looked the special feature of dog meat, rice cake, scorched rice-tea. In Toebyol-ga text, it can be looked many sea food and medicine beverages, and in Chokpyok-ga text, it can be found peculiarity of drink for making excitement during a war. Moreover, in five Pansori texts, that is seemed characteristics such as cover of tableware, spoon and chopsticks, tableware china, a cauldron, a charcoal burner, a brass chafing dish, a table, a flail and a mill.

As the quality of life increases, the demand for enjoyment of leisure culture is increasing in modem society. This has led to the growth of cultural industries, creating many new cultural industries, and due to its recent engagement with digital technology, the development of digital cultural contents has rapidly expanded. As an integrated art field grafted with high technology, the game industry in particular is fusible with other various fields to create new leisure cultures. Taking these periodic conditions into consideration, this essay has presented a promotion scheme for game culture street based on the characteristics of game culture that make it easy for anyone to access. Game culture material signifies the grafting of cultural game characteristics to the physical platform of street, to provide, not only diverse applications of game culture, but also a market for vitalized game industries. This essay has researched the validity and components of game culture material promotion, along with promotion schemes for physical street.

This paper aims to propose fashion designs based on the application of art flower technique to translucent clothing material. For study method, firstly I looked into art flower applications occurred in modern trend since 2000 as well as theoretical research on art flower and transparency expressed as artificial beauty. Second, I attempt to express transparency in a variety of unique ways by using the art flower technique in producing clothes. Third, I utilized transparent flower with translucent clothing material and tried to suggest fashion design attempting mixture of new materials. As a result, firstly transparent image and material are well fitted in with modern trend and especially it was very suitable for expressing feminine beauty. Second, transparency was the element to suggest creative formative world in fashion design in regard to flower's beauty, various shapes and colors and to provide infinite materials as design motive. Third, the combination of knit clothing and plastic art flower displayed a new form of material combination. Especially as translucent material is fitted with trend such as function, lightness and variableness in modern times of the $21^{st}$ century, it presents beautiful combination with transparent flower. Fourth, Silk flower technique is variously used in art flower techniques. Various possibility ranges are presented such as flower was recreated with artificial image by silk flower technique to be newly expressed and various materials like aesthete film can be also expressed with silk flower technique.

Investigation for industrial revolution has been recognized as an important issue of historical science, since industrial revolution itself was a historical moment in modern economic society and in the forming of modern capitalistic culture. If clothing culture had been developed in close relation to social culture. industrial revolution which gave a base for modern capitalistic culture, would be a birth of modern clothing as well as a moment for modernization of western clothing. As it takes for granted that industrial revolution, historical phenomenon is a developmental base of modern clothing culture. This study tried to enlighten the origin of modern clothing culture phenomenon with investigation of industrial revolution as a historical moment in modern clothing culture through documental study. Historian's point of view and method of studying are important when we investigate the clothing phenomenon. Although culture phenomenon of industrial revolution has been evaluated usually through socialogical aspect, studying for clothing culture phenomenon must be carried out on aethetical as well as well as sociological aspect, on account of dualism of clothing, as it is social and artistic nature. In 19th century, there were technical improvement, changing patterns of production, changing social relation and beginning of mass culture. At the same time clothing culture phenomenon was changed in relation to modern capitalistic society. The findings of the study could be summarized as follows. 1. Technical improvement in textile industry and fitting process brought about mechanization of clothing industry. 2. Appearance of popular clothing culture made it easy to spread to various classes of society. 3. Development of transportation system and communication channel made it internationalization of western clothing. 4. Recognition of importance in functional style of clothing. 5. The pursuit of modern aesthetics made rapid changing mode of clothing. Above distinctive features of modern clothing culture were derived from by-product of machinary culture, mass culture, internationalism, rapidly changing mode of various culture during industrial revolution. Industrial revolution was a change of the material world as well as in industry owing to machine advent, then the culture part that displayed directly these changes was the plastic arts of living that mould the material. The problem of clothing construction caused by industrial revolution was solved by pursuing the functional aesthetics. Clothing phenomenon as a process of value transfer participates mass culture in closs relation to general change of various culture caused by industrial revolution. Therefore western clothing gained the qualities of modern culture, condensed as function, and popularity in the process of modernization.

Modern society shares new culture derived from the fusion of various cultures unlike the past culture regulating one phenomenon of certain field as the representative icon of the era. Especially, the phenomenon of globalization acts as the catalytic agent to receive coexistence of variousness easily. Especially, in fashion industry, these flows and the view of naturalism are harmonized and new fashion trend called 'Ethnic' was embossed. As it reflects internal spirit of human being that wants to return to the memory due to expansion of material civilization, the interest in the designer pursuing it is increasing. This study tries to consider the Ethnic style displayed by Chinese American designer, Anna Sui, who pursues the eastern style with full wit and individuality. Anna Sui, who was praised by New York Times for 'the superb harmony of houte couture style and up-to-date style', created another fashion trend, romanticism in New York and she is the worldwide designer representing Ethnic. Like it, the consideration on her Ethnic style reanalyzing as eastern style provides guidance to check how designer's fashion philosophy appears in one category of America and China and new study material that enables us to understand the third world culture code as well as Anna Sui. This confirmation has the meaning as the basic material for the endless challenge to the new style that fashion will go on in the future. Anna Sui was confirmed to have been recognized as a designer who represented the ethnic collection in the United States, exerting the influence with her unique oriental background. Moreover, her design could identify the pivotal point of ethnic image by developing her unique style which is distinct from other designers in terms of silhouette, color, fabric, detail, and so on. This kind of study can provide the basic data required to understand the fashion world of designer in the future.
