  • In general, speed control method of the elevator system has used motor pole change type or motor primary voltage control type. But it will change to vector control type in order to increase it's reliability, riding comfort and decrease material cost. It is the conception of vector control type in order to increase it's reliability, riding comfort and decrease material cost. It is the conception of vector control that primary current of the induction motor be controlled independently with magnetizing current(field current of DC motor) and torque current(armature current of DC motor). In this paper, by analyzing the effect of the time constant variation of rotor of the induction motor on the slip frequency type indirect vector control, a drive system for the motor will be constructed using a fuzzy slip frequency type indirect vector controller with fuzzy control method for estimating the vector time constant in the slip frequency type indirect vector control. The goal of this study is to enabling even more efficient speed control by constructing on elevator driver based on the newly developed drive system.

  • In a recent years, there has been little change in basic mechanical and electrical design of material handling equipment. Reliability, safety. strength and controls have been improved. The most important change is sophisticated control and operation brough about by the tremendous improvement in computer capabilities. Even though the material handling equipment has been improved, material handling equipment must be selected properly. In this paper, the paper selection of material handling equipment using expert system will be presented.

  • In this paper, the relation between displacement of piezoelectric material and electric field was proposed. FEA was introduced to predict the displacement and reaction force of plate spring attached in the piezoelectric material. The relation between displacement of piezoelectric material forced by plate spring and applied electric field were further verified by experimental investigation. Also, the flow rate of gas in piezoelectric valve was examined by experiment. Finally, the relation between electric field and gas flow was derived. Based on these results, these relations can be used in the design of mass flow controller.

APS로 표면 처리한 Fe 나노 입자 촉매를 이용한 CNT의 직경제어 (Diameter Control of Carbon Nanotubes Using Surface Modified Fe Nano-Particle Catalysts with APS)

  • Diameter controlled carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were grown using surface modified iron nano-particle catalysts with aminpropyltriethoxysilane (APS). Iron nano-particles were synthesized by thermal decomposition of iron pentacarbonyl-oleic acid complex. Subsequently, APS modification was done using the iron nano-particles synthesized. Agglomeration of the iron nano-particles during the CNT growth process was effectively prevented by the surface modification of nano-particles with the APS. APS plays as a linker material between Fe nano-particles and $SiO_2$ substrate resulting in blocking the migration of nano-particles. APS also formed siliceous material covering the iron nano-particles that prevented the agglomeration of iron nano-particles at the early stages of the CNT growth. Therefore we could obtain the diameter controlled CNTs by blocking agglomeration of the iron nano-particles.

  • This work presents a methodology to distribute piezoelectric material for structural vibration active control. The objective is to design controlled structures with actuators which maximizes the system controllability. A topology optimization was formulated in order to distribute two material phases in the domain: a passive linear elastic material and an active linear piezoelectric material. The objective is the maximization of the smallest eigenvalue of the system controllability Gramian. Analytical sensitivities for the finite element model are derived for the objective functions and constraints. Results and comparisons with previous works are presented for the vibration control of a two-dimensional short beam.

  • For estimation manufacturing cost during the early design stage, desingers have to know compositon of manufacturmg cost. Manufacturing cost is summalion of material cost and processmg cost. To be able to control the manufacturmg cost, it is necessary to estimate the costs adequately and to store the cost data in a generic way. a generic system, which is the basis for the control of the production costs, takes into account geometric information, material information, process information and production planning information Manufacturing cost is summation of material cost and processing cost.

  • To evaluate influence of Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk extract on rat, Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk extract was diluted with 0.9% saline (100 mg/ml/kg, 10 mg/ml/kg, and 1 mg/ml/kg, respectively), and each of diluted test material extract was daily treated subcutaneously for 4 weeks and single-treated subcutaneously for 2 weeks. There were no significances in body weight analysis, urinary analysis, and ophthalmological test. However, in serum biochemical analysis and hematological analysis, we found some significances in high and middle dose group compared with control group. These significances in serum biochemical analysis and hematological analysis may be not induced by test material, because it was not found to be significant from control group in histopathological examination. Therefore, it was concluded that NOEL (No Observed Effect Level) of test material extract may be higher than all treatment doses used in this study, and Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk extract may be a non-toxic material.

퍼지를 이용한 자율이동로봇의 이동경로 추종 (Moving Path Following of Autonomous Mobile Robot using Fuzzy)

  • Recently, the progress of industrialization has been taken concern of material handling automation. So for, the conveyor belt has been popular for material handling. However, this system has many disadvantages such as the space, cost, etc. In this paper, a new navigation algorithm using fuzzy is introduced. The mobile robot follows a line installed on the roads. These informations are inputted with three approximate sensors. These obtained informations are analyzed with fuzzy control technique fur autonomous steering. Therefore, unlike existing systems, high reliability is guaranteed under bad environment conditions. The installation and maintenance of a line is easily made at lower cost. This developed mobile robot can be applied to material handling automation in manufacturing system, hospital, inter-office document del ivory.
