Subjects consisted of 110 marriage immigrant women in Gyeonggi-do in December, 2014. SPSS/WIN 22.0 program was used for ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis to figure out burden and efficacy of child rearing through the general characteristics. The increased burden of child rearing was statistically significant with young age, lower level of education, low income and less spending time to raise their children by husband. Additionally, the increased efficacy of child rearing was statistically significant with young age and using two languages. The pressure of the child rearing showed a negative correlation with spouse support, income, and old age. The efficacy of child rearing had a positive correlation with spouse support, spending time to take care of their children by family, and ages. In the regression analysis, the burden of child rearing among immigrant women increased by old age (${\beta}=-2.097$, p<.05) and less time to raise their children by husband (${\beta}=-2.165$, p<.05). This is an attempted research study. For this purpose, a self-report online survey was conducted and analyzed among 204 college students attending a university in northern Gyeonggi Province. The analysis method used SPSS 25.0 program to calculate internal consistency, frequency analysis to identify the general characteristics of the research subject, descriptive statistical analysis to determine the level of the research variable, and differences in research variables according to the characteristics of the research subject. To find out, an independent samples t-test, analysis of variance, and post hoc test were conducted, and analysis using SPSS Process Macro was conducted to verify the mediation effect. The results of the analysis showed a positive (+) correlation between self-differentiation and views on marriage, which suggests that self-differentiation has a significant impact on establishing a positive view on marriage, and for this purpose, it is necessary to establish a positive view on marriage among college students. This study investigated small and medium-sized hospital workers' knowledge of COVID-19, the infection-control-related fatigue and stress levels, and the factors that impacted their performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a cross-sectional design, data were collected from 137 hospital workers from four small and medium-sized hospitals in S and C cities. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, a t-test, analysis of variance(ANOVA), Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression analysis. Small and medium-sized hospital workers' knowledge of COVID-19 revealed a correct answer rate of 66%. An average of 3.00 points out of 4 for infection control performance and 3.32 and 3.17 points out of 5 for infection-control-related fatigue and stress, respectively, were found. The level of knowledge regarding COVID-19 significantly differed by age and marriage (p<0.05), while infection control performance significantly differed by age, marriage, and infection control education experience (p<0.05). Infection-control-related fatigue and stress differed depending on the COVID-19 control education experience, economic and social prejudice, and fear of discrimination. There were positive correlations between knowledge and infection control performance, and infection control performance and infection-control-related fatigue and stress (p<0.001). This study showed that the factors that affected small and medium-sized hospital workers' performance included knowledge of "environmental management," "difficulties due to new role requirements," "presence or absence of infection education experience," "job type," and "age." These results suggest that practical and detailed education programs should be systematically developed and implemented for effective infection control.
