지역마케팅 콘텐츠의 사용자 반응패턴과 품질특성에 관한 탐색적 분석: 지방자치단체가 운영하는 SNS를 중심으로 (An Exploratory Analysis on the User Response Pattern and Quality Characteristics of Marketing Contents in the SNS of Regional Government)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to explore the pattern of user response and it's duration time through social media content response analysis. We also analyze the characteristics of content quality factors which are associate with the user response pattern. The analysis results will provide some implications to develop strategies and schematic plans for the operator of regional marketing on the SNS. Design/methodology/approach This study used mixed methods to verify the effects and responses of social media contents on the users who have concerns about regional events such as local festival, cultural events, and city tours etc. Big data analysis was conducted with the quantitative data from regional government SNSs. The data was collected through web crawling in order to analyze the social media contents. We especially analyzed the contents duration time and peak level time. This study also analyzed the characteristics of contents quality factors using expert evaluation data on the social media contents. Finally, we verify the relationship between the contents quality factors and user response types by cross correlation analysis. Findings According to the big data analysis, we could find some content life cycle which can be explained through empirical distribution with peak time pattern and left skewed long tail. The user response patterns are dependent on time and contents quality. In addition, this study confirms that the level of quality of social media content is closely relate to user interaction and response pattern. As a result of the contents response pattern analysis, it is necessary to develop high quality contents design strategy and content posting and propagation tactics. The SNS operators need to develop high quality contents using rich-media technology and active response contents that induce opinion leader on the SNS.

제 3 세대 항만의 도래와 항만경쟁 (The Challenge of the Third Generation Port and Port Competition)

  • Technological and organisational changes in transport system have introduced new dimension into port system development and inter-port competition. The quality of service now required by the customer is costly and not easily provided by small shipping companies and small ports. It has been suggested that in the future container shipping may be concentrated by space-sharing arrangements or actual mergers into the hands of a few mega-operators with the investment potential to provide total logistics networks. In order to compete effectively, high load factors will be essential and port concentration inevitable. A fa-voured few ports will become the load centres and other ports will assume a secondary feeder role. In this study, three questions are raised and attempts are made to answer them : (a) what is the new role of ports today ; (b) why should ports be engaged in this new role ; and (c) how can ports play this new role. In short, a modern port should be a service centre and a logistic platform for international trade and transport-a third generation port. Ports, in particular, have to make every effort to be competitive in the cost and quality of services and to make the port a transport and distribution service centre. For most ports, this is not an option but a must ; an essential requirement for survival in this win or lose situation. The best way to win is to maintain a close contact with port users, listen to them, discuss with them, help them and satisfy them. That is port marketing. Starting from the findings of port marketing, it is es-sential to work out appropriate development plans and marketing targets and to improve port competitive-ness. As an alternative method, a port competitiveness model is suggested, which may help port managers to make appropriate improvements.

AHP를 활용한 해양관광지개발지표 중요도 연구 (A Study of the Development of Marine Tourism Destination Indicators Importance which Applies AHP)

  • 본 연구는 보전중심적 해양관광지개발계획 수립을 위한 개발 방향 및 자원 시설개발의 기준설정을 위한 기초자료자로서, 해양관광지개발계획에서 필요한 계획지표의 도출과 지표의 우선순위 등에 대한 고려를 통해 보전 중심적 해양관광지 개발에 활용하고자 한다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 해양관광지개발지표의 세부기준이자 대안인 4개 측면에 대한 분석결과는 환경적 측면, 사회문화적 측면, 관리운영적 측면, 경제적 측면 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 지역의 자연환경에 대한 고려 없이 시설위주의 무분별한 계획으로 인해 지역문화 및 환경훼손으로 인해 지역발전보다는 저해요소로 작용되는 문제점을 해결하기 위한 대안으로 환경적 측면이 중요하게 인식된 것으로 판단된다. 또한 대안의 세부요소이자 세부대안인 13개 항목의 중요도 및 우선순위 결과를 살펴보면, 자원사용지속성, 주변환경개선, 수용력, 문화보전 및 전승, 삶의 질 향상, 자원이응안정성, 관광지품질관리, 주민역량강화, 주민소득향상, 홍보마케팅, 공공부문역할, 지역산업증대, 고용창출 순으로 나타났다. 단순히 자연환경을 훼손하지 않는 차원의 환경적 측면을 고려한 개발보다는 지역의 전반적인 자원을 최대한 보전하면서 하드웨어 중심의 계획보다는 소프트웨어 중심적 계획이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

Therefore, the goal of this research is based on studying customers behavior that is distinguished cause in selling space in the department store. First, to notice the meaning of consumption to the modern society, secondly, to analyze how customers behave differently according to various shape of selling spaces, thirdly, with precise understanding of buyers consumption behavior, to suggest the fundamental information In department merchandizing planning for maximized selling.

평택항 발전을 위한 대중국 수출입화물의 기종점(O/D) 연구 (A Study on the Origin/Destination of Trading Cargoes with China for the Pyungtaek Port's Development)

  • The container throughput of China, after the joining in the WTO, has begun to increase notably. As a result, China is busy building new ports continuously. In accordance with China's situation Korea promote the development plans of ports and marketing strategy to attract the increasing cargo traffics with China, including transhipment cargoes. To build the competition strategy and the panning port for trading cargoes with China, an analysis on origin/destination is necessary. The cargo volume from/to the particular port(Korea/China) and origin/destination of traffic are important factors in the requirement for the port development. Therefore, in the era that trading with China is rapidly increasing, this study is performed to analyze the port's usage of transporting the cargos and the origin/destination of trading cargoes with china. Also this paper suggests to the competitive strategies of Pyungtaek Port to attract cargoes particularly from/to China.

  • Recently, there has been a growth of single families around the world and it has become one big consumer population. Now, all constructions companies have to study and to make researches about single family lifestyles for much more beneficial housing plans and marketing strategies. They purpose of this study is to analyze and to suggest what kind of bathroom is suitable and comfortable for them. So, by using the SPSS Windows 12.0, I managed to get the results through the frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis, one-way anova, t-test etc. The results are 5 life-styles: Substantial Style, Informative Style, Expressive Style, Natural Style and Healthy Style.

20·30대 남성소비자의 라이프스타일에 따른 헤어스타일 선호도 (Man's Hair style Preference according to Lifestyle in Age 20's and 30's)

  • This study aimed to analyze man's hair style preference and lifestyle-related. A survey was made on 384 men aged 20 to 39 living in Seoul, Geonggi. Analysis of lifestyle showed that there were the most men preferring aesthetic sense-oriented lifestyles. They had a high preference for an western type face, middle length of hair, non-wave hair style in the all group by lifestyle. The long hair and wave hair style were more preferred by the fashion-oriented than the others. The plans by this study were as follows. Firstly, it is necessary to develop the hair style which complements into the western type face and the hair style by the length of growing hair. In addition, the internetmarketing by manly internet information-oriented group will be a help to marketing strategies.

1인 가구를 위한 소파 베드 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of Multi-Functional Sofa Bed for One-Person Household)

  • Recently, Korean society is increaseing "1 person family" phenomenon, which is influenced by changing of young peoples' value, aging society and social economic problems. Increase of single households is a result of complex economic, cultural and social factors. It is because as the individual's financial independence increases due to elevated income and education level, the age of marriage is going up and the individualism, which values the individual's value rather than custom, is spreading. Therefore, this new phenomenon will be impact to between social, economic value structure and living space. An increase with small furnitures are also increasing of R&D and marketing plans for 1 person family. Currently, 1 person family is bigger than last decade and that is requiring more suitable and multi-functional furniture for them. However, in Korea furniture companies are more optimization to traditional family size. Thus, this research explore about developing cheap price sofa bed, which is using at narrow area and small place.

대체수요를 고려한 선택관점의 다제품 확산모형 (A Choice-Based Multi-Product Diffusion Model Incorporating Replacement Demand)

  • The sales of consumer durables are composed of first time purchases and replacement purchases. Since the sales for most mature durable products are dominated by replacement sales, it is necessary to develop a model incorporating replacement component of sales in order to forecast total sales accurately. Several single product diffusion models incorporating replacement demand have been developed, but research addressing the multi-product diffusion models has not considered replacement sales. In this paper, we propose a model based on consumer choice behavior that simultaneously captures the diffusion and the replacement process for multi-product relationships. The proposed model enables the division of replacement sales into repurchase by previous users and transition purchase by users of different products. As a result, the model allows the partitioning of the total sales according to the customer groups (first-time buyers, repurchase buyers, and transition buyers), which allows companies to develop their production and marketing plans based on their customer mix. We apply the proposed model to the Korean automobile market, and compare the fitting and forecasting performance with other Bass-type multi-product models.

  • This research is based on the survey of strategic alliance of the foodservice industry conducted by interviewing their customers. We found out that cooperating and information of benefits influenced revisiting followed by service quality and customer satisfaction. As a result of research, we noticed that for breaking through the depression and having synergic effects among the enterprises, providing high service and quality to customer is a key to success. It must be used as an essential part of marketing strategic plans for maintaining and increasing customers, guiding partner selection among the enterprises.
