원주의료기기 클러스터 혁신역량 제고방안 (A Method for Increasing the Promotion of Wonju Cluster)

  • 원주클러스터의 역량 제고방안을 제시하기 위해 원주의료기기의 산업현황을 파악하였다. 그리고 설문과 심층면접으로 기업일반현황 및 입지요인, 경영환경, 기업경쟁력, 기업지원제도 등을 조사하였다. 원주클러스터는 '07말 기준 40만 평방미터의 부지에 79개 의료기기 제조업체가 입주하여 연구개발 및 생산중이며 시장점유율은 전국 의료기기 생산액의 9%, 수출액의 11%를 차지하고 있다. 그러나 원주클러스터 업체들의 혁신역량이 보완되기 위해서는 기업들의 지리적 집적, 의료기기 및 전후방 업체육성 및 유치, 고급인력공급, 기술개발지원, 기술 및 정보획득 지원, 주거 교육 등 기반시설 보완, 체계적인 창업보육 시스템구축, 자금조달지원, 마케팅 지원과 경영자의 자질향상 프로그램이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

  • The article deals with problems of innovation development on a network basis, which require effective mechanisms of innovation communications. In research the organizational aspects of ICT infrastructure development for innovation networks sustainable development based on cooperative marketing principles is considered. The proposed research idea is based on the idea that ICT implementation is based not only on the operational approach for innovation management as a factor of efficiency of internal communications, but also on knowledge economy and post-industrial economy trends. Therefore, the purpose of study is to develop an ICT model of innovation infrastructure to improve its effectiveness (strategic character) and efficiency (operative character) through increasing the efficiency of network communication interactions. Creation of information space and communication tools to support innovation network sustainable development and cooperation activities in research is proposed to be solved with the help of specialized ICT platform. It is shown, that ICT platform of innovation cooperation innovation network is important tool for common work of participants. ICT platform is considered as an integrated information system designed to automate business processes related to the sustainable development of innovation network, segment management and integration with HEI information systems and industrial cooperation. The main factors that determine the need to use a special ICT platform for innovation network cooperation were considered. The main issues of concurrent engineering (C-technology) application in high-technology industries and innovation cooperation for integrated product development were studied.

Case Study on Current State of Distribution of Overseas New Sport

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study is to review the current states of new sports imported from foreign countries and to discuss strategic insights for promoting new sports which has been invented in Korea. Research design, data, and methodology: This study employed the qualitative approach, in which reviewed a related literature. First, the study selected flying disc, sports stacking, and T-ball as sample cases. This is because these new sports were recognized the prominent sports frequently played in physical education classes in Korea. Second, the study reviewed prior studies in the field of distribution and marketing in order to determine the criteria of analysis and variables that frequently examined in distribution and marketing studies. Finally, the study confirmed such terminologies as research variables including new sport name, organization name, background of the invented sports, distributional channel, promotional activities and so forth. To collect data, the study search literature via academic search engine including DBpia, KISS, RISS, ScienceDirect, SAGE Journals, SpringerLink, and Taylor & Francis. Results: It was found that all of the imported new sports organized association and its nationwide branches to deliver their sprots to local schools and recreational markets. second, they targeted schools and sought to broaden their markets to recreational communities. Conclusions: In order to promote new sport invented in Korea, associations need to be systematically organized and mission should be clearly stated. In addition, creative methods for promotion need to be developed. Future directions were discussed.

MZ세대의 라이프스타일 특성에 대한 탐색적 연구 - 2010년-2020년의 논문을 중심으로 - (An Exploratory Study on the Lifestyle Characteristics of the MZ Generation - A Focus on the 2010-2020 Studies -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of MZ generation's lifestyle-related research from 2010 to 2020. As a result of searching keywords such as MZ generation's and lifestyle using academic database search sites, a total of 218 cases were used as analysis data to conduct frequency and content analysis. First, research type was 74 dissertations(34.6%), 144 journals(65.4%). The study of MZ generation was relatively active in journals. Second, the current status of academic field was 85(39.7%) in the social field, followed by 66(30.8%) in the arts/physical education, 21(9.8%) in the complex studies, 16(7.5%) in education, 15(7.0%) in nature, 6(2.8%) in engineering, 4(1.9%) in humanities, 1(0.5%) in agriculture/marine. Third, the current status of MZ generation research topics is 54 social participations(25.3%), 35 fashion/beauty(16.3%), 31 social/organizational adaptations(14.5%), 25 cultural/leisure activities(11.7%), 24 design/development projects(11.2%), 21 economic/employment/job projects(9.8%), 11 educational/career/experiences(5.1%), 9 self-concepts(4.2%), 4 welfare services(1.9%). Fourth, the current status of MZ generation research methods was quantitative research(survey/experiment) 125(58.4%), qualitative research(depth interview/participant observation) 42(19.6%), theory/literature research 35(16.4%) and mixed research 12(5.6%). Fifth, the study on the lifestyle of the MZ generation was conducted in four cases, one in 2016, one in 2019, two in 2020. This study is meaningful in that it grasped the overall flow of data of information exchange that can share the research trends of the MZ generation and suggested the basic data on the direction of future research, the individual tendency, behavior, and lifestyle characteristics of the MZ generation.

메타버스 이용자의 인구사회학적 속성과 성격에 관한탐구 (Exploring Sociodemographics and Personality of Metaverse Users)

  • 메타버스 시대가 도래하면서 메타버스를 이용하는 개인을 이해하는 것은 기업 및 마케팅 실무자에게 중요한 과제가 되었다. 이 연구는 메타버스 비이용자와 이용자의 인구사회학적 속성과 성격을 비교하고, 이러한 개인 특성이 메타버스 이용에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 했다. 연구문제 검증을 위해 2022년 한국미디어패널조사에서 추출한 만13세 이상의 응답자 9,686명의 단면 응답 자료를 분석했다. 연구 결과, 메타버스 비이용자와 이용자는 성별, 연령, 교육 수준, 소득 수준, 배우자 유무, 직업 유무, 개방성, 외향성, 성실성에 차이가 있었다. 성별, 연령, 개방성, 신경성은 메타버스 이용 가능성에 영향을 미쳤다. 메타버스 이용 정도에는 연령, 교육 수준, 개방성이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 메타버스를 활용하고자 하는 기업 및 마케팅 실무자가 전략 수립 시 참고할 수 있는 기초 자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.

  • 유닛 모듈러 공법은 공장생산에 의한 공기단축, 품질관리, 친환경성 등 기존공법과 다른 다양한 특징을 가지고 있다. 이러한 특징에도 불구하고 현재 국내에서는 군 병영시설, 학교, 소형주택에만 제한적으로 적용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 모듈러 공법의 시장 확대 및 활성화를 위해 공동주택을 중심으로 특성요인들에 대한 중요도 및 기술수준을 IPA 기법을 통해 분석하여, 모듈러 시장의 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 분석결과 유닛 모듈러 공법을 공동주택 시장에 적용함에 있어 사용성 및 경제성 측면의 특성요인들이 중요하게 평가되었으나, 현재 기술수준은 상대적으로 중요도가 낮은 시공성 측면의 특성요인들이 높게 나타났다. 유닛 모듈러 공법을 공동주택 시장에 적용하기 위해서는 시공성 측면의 높은 기술수준을 바탕으로 사용성, 경제성 측면의 특성요인에 대한 보다 집중적인 연구 개발이 필요할 것이다.

게이미피케이션 개념을 적용한 브랜디드 콘텐츠 사례 연구 (A Case study of "Branded Contents" applied Gamification concepts)

  • 본 논문에서는 게이미피케이션 개념이 브랜디드 콘텐츠에 적용된 사례를 연구한다. 게이미피케이션은 게임 요소를 비게임 분야에 적용하여 해당 분야의 효율을 높이는 개념이며 교육, 마케팅, 의료, 스포츠, 쇼핑 등의 분야에서 활발히 활용되고 있다. 특히 마케팅(광고)을 엔터테인먼트 콘텐츠로까지 확장시킨 브랜디드 콘텐츠에서도 게이미피케이션 개념을 적용한 사례를 볼 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 게이미피케이션 개념이 마케팅에 어떠한 방식으로 영향을 끼치는지, 게이미피케이션이 브랜디드 콘텐츠가 엔터테인먼트 콘텐츠로 확장하는데 있어 어떻게 작용하는지를 고찰한다. 이를 위해 게이미피케이션과 브랜디드 콘텐츠의 개념과 특성을 살펴보았으며 5가지 실제 사례에 게임의 요소(목표, 경쟁, 피드백, 보상)가 어떤 방식으로 적용되었는지 분석하였다. 최종적으로 브랜디드 콘텐츠가 엔터테인먼트 콘텐츠로 확장함에 있어 게이미피케이션이 효율적인 방식이 될 수 있음을 검증하였다.

한국 패션 디자인 진흥 정책이 신진 패션 디자이너의 브랜드 운영에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Korean fashion design incubation policies on new fashion designer's brand management)

  • With the increased importance of design creativity in global fashion marketplaces, there have arisen numerous promotional strategies for new fashion designers in Korea, yet little research has been done on this subject. This study examines the new fashion design promotion policies in Korea and their effects from the designer's perspective. First, we analyzed the contents of twenty-one strategies from thirteen organizations regarding the types of support from the strategies. As a result, four distinct types are identified: new designer recognition; information and consulting support; brand incubating; and marketing support. Next, we performed in-depth one-on-one interviews with eleven designers who had been awarded from one or more of the fashion design incubation policies. The results reveal that the incubating policies' cash rewards and space support are found to be most effective. In terms of the revised fashion and brand consulting policy, "brand operation" had an influence. In addition, fashion the new brand advertisement and marketing policy had positively influenced the "brand development." However, throughout the interview, designers note that the quality of education and information provisions need some improvement. Furthermore, the designers indicate the lack of supervision and professionalism from the marketing departments. Based on this content, this study emphasizes the necessity of an effective fashion design promotion policy, and strategic and consistent support for the whole fashion promotion team. At the minimum, an integrated and united supervision by the organization is necessary and should be taken into consideration.

시니어의 창업역량이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구: 사회적지지 조절효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effect of Senior's Entrepreneurial Competency on Entrepreneurial Intention: Focused on the Moderating Effect of Social Support)

  • 고령사회 진입과 재취업 환경의 어려움 속에서 개인의 경제적 문제 등을 해결하고자 대안으로 시니어창업이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 창업 이후 생존율은 매우 낮은 상황이다. 본 연구는 시니어의 창업역량이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구로서, 창업역량인 경험, 자금조달역량, 마케팅역량, 그리고 사회적지지와 창업의지의 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 시니어 중 잠재적창업자를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 총 433부의 자료를 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업역량이 높을수록, 즉 개인의 경험, 자금조달역량, 마케팅역량이 높을수록 창업의지가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 사회적지지는 창업역량과 창업의지 간 유의미한 영향관계를 확인할 수 없었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 시사점을 도출하였다. 성공적인 시니어창업을 위해서는 창업역량을 강화하여 창업이 이루어지도록 하여야 하고, 이러한 창업역량을 함양할 수 있도록 그에 따른 창업교육이 더욱 광범위하게 필요하다는 것이다.

넥타이 업체의 브랜드 현황과 소비자 구매행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Brand Situations of Neck-tie-industry and Consumer Purchasing Behavior)

  • The Purpose of this study is to help the neck-tie business enterprise establish the reasonable marketing strategy meeting consumer' needs by grasping their characteristic of purchasing neck-ties and their attitudes toward trademarks. The findings of this study are as follows : 1. It was shown that the neck-tie enterprise tended to appeal to megazines, catalogues , etc as promotional politics, while the tips obtained by consumers would come from the showcase at the purchasing place. and the consumer showed a positive response to the salesperson's advice. For this result, it is required to place further emphasis on the marketing policy such as the display of products at the store or the education of sales persons. 2. It was shown that the consumer tended to use the department store as the purchasing place remarkably, and so it could be found that the use of the department store is becoming generalized to the consumer. But is was shown that the consumer sensitive to prices tended to make use of the marketplace as the purchasing place, so the practical marketing strategy should be established in relation to this trend. 3. The important elements excreting an influence on the consumer's purchasing the neck-tie were shown to be in orders of design > color> harmony > with suit > price > quality, and the product differentiation policy used by the business enterprise to appeal to the consumer was shown to be in orders of design >color > quality > material > price. Accordingly , it was consistent with the consumer's criterion for choice to an extent. 4. It was shown that the selling price for the neck-tie brand actually was higher for imported or technically cooperated brands than for the home-made brand. Thus, the consumer's perception of the price for the neck-tie was consistent with in this regard, consumers did not feel some difference in quality between the home -made neck-tie brand and the imported or technically cooperated neck-tie brand . Therefore, it is important to produce the product capable of satisfying the consumer's need by manufacturing the own brand on basis of impored technology.
