투간 바라노프스키의 경기 변동론에 대한 연구 (A Study on The Business Cycle Theory of Tugan-Baranowsky)

  • 이 연구는 투간 바라노프스키의 "영국 공황사론"을 중심으로 그의 경기변동론을 분석하여 다음과 같은 점들을 지적하고자 한다. 첫째, 투간은 판로이론을 기초로 한 공황의 주기성 이론을 구성하려고 했다는 점을 밝히고, 그것의 논리적 일관성이 부족하다는 점을 지적할 것이다. 둘째, 투간을 비판하는 논자들이나 옹호하는 논자들은 투간의 이론적 체계가 가진 문제점을 제대로 평가하고 있지 못했다. 과소소비론은 투간의 공황론을 소비를 무시한 불비례론으로 평가하였지만, 공황의 구체적인 발발 과정에 대한 투간의 논의는 제대로 평가하지 못했다. 바우어는 퇴장화폐가 포함됨 재생산표식론으로 투간의 주기적 공황론을 구현하려고 했을 뿐이다. 그러나 예외적으로 힐퍼딩만이 맑스의 공황개념에 기초하여 투간을 가장 적절히 비판하였고, 그것에 기초하여 주기적 공황의 문제를 해명하려고 하였다.

Group Key Management based on (2, 2) Secret Sharing

  • In Internet, IP multicast has been used successfully to provide an efficient, best-effort delivery service for group communication applications. However, applications such as multiparty private conference, distribution of stock market information, pay per view and other subscriber services may require secure multicast to protect integrity and confidentiality of the group traffic, and validate message authenticity. Providing secure multicast for group communication is problematic without a robust group key management. In this paper, we propose a group key management scheme based on the secret sharing technology to require each member by itself to generate the group key when receiving a rekeying message multicast by the group key distributor. The proposed scheme enforces mutual authentication between a member and the group key distributor while executing the rekeying process, and provides forward secrecy and backward secrecy properties, and resists replay attack, impersonating attack, group key disclosing attack and malicious insider attack.

프리스트레스트 프리캐스트 더블 티형보의 최적설계 (Design and Optimization of Prestressed Precast Double-tee Beams)

  • Optimization scheme is presented for the design of precast prestressed double-tee beams used as slabs in the parking or market structures. The objective considered is defined by a function that minimizes the hight of the double-tee beam, including the prefabricated element and the concrete topping poured in a second phase. The Sequential Quadratic Programming method is adopted to solve the problem. As an example 12 double-tee beams are designed with the design loads of the current design code of our country. The results from optimization process show that at least 29cm less in overall height than that designed by PCI design handbook. The section determined from the optimization process was refined for practical considerations. A MathCad 7.0 Pro Spreadsheet was prepared to verify all ACI requirements for flexure, shear and deflections. Flexural tests are performed on four full-scale 12.5m prototype models and show that all the specimens are fully comply the flexural strength requirements as specified by ACI 318-95. The present optimization scheme can be used for wider application of the design of precast prestressed double-tee beams with different materials and configurations particularly for in a large scale or for important designs.

  • IT의 발전으로 기기 간 통신을 이용하는 M2M 시장이 급성장하고 있으며, 많은 기업들이 M2M 사업에 참여하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 텔레매틱스의 개념 및 차량 네트워크 보안의 취약성을 알아보았다. 차량 및 IT 기술의 융합과 이동통신망 기술의 발전은 사용자에게 제공되는 서비스의 질은 향상 시켰지만, 이로 인한 보안 위협은 다양해졌다. 텔레매틱스 사업에서 이동통신사업자의 참여로 생성될 수 있는 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 제시하였으며, 이러한 환경에서 발생 될 수 있는 차량 이동통신망 보안 취약성을 분석하였다. 이 중 발생할 수 있는 취약성을 해결하기 위한 방법으로 M2M 기기와 스마트폰 및 차량 상호 인증 기법을 제시하였다.

지방자치단체의 토지개발사업에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the Land Development Administration System in the Local Self-Government)

  • 최근 우리나라의 토지문제가 야기된 원인은 무엇이며, 그 해결책은 무엇인가에 대한 논의가 활발하게 전개되고 있다. 많은 사람들이 토지문제가 발생하는 근본원인으로서 대체로 토지자원(특히 우리나라의 토지문제를 거론하면서)의 한계성을 지적하다. 지방공영개발은 지방자치단체가 사업의 주체가 되어 토지개발과 주택건설이 임무를 시행하는 것을 말한다. 이것의 장점은 종래처럼 한국토지공사가 택지만 개발하고, 대한주택공사가 주택만 건설하는 데서 빚어진 지방자치단체와 공공기관간의 잦은 시비와 마찰이 지역주민들에게 곧 지역불만으로 이어지는 것을 미연에 방지하고 지방공사나 지방자치단체가 택지개발, 주택건설 및 공공시설의 공급 등을 일원화할 수 있게 된다.

Contract Theory Based Cooperative Spectrum Sharing with Joint Power and Bandwidth Optimization

  • In this paper, we proposed a contract theory based cooperative spectrum sharing scheme with joint power and bandwidth optimization under asymmetric information, where the primary user (PU) does not know the secondary users' (SUs) private information. To improve performance, PU needs to provide incentives to stimulate nearby SUs to help forward its signal. By using contract theory, PU and SUs' negotiations are modeled as a labor market. PU and SUs act as the employer and employees, respectively. Specifically, SUs provide labor (i.e. the relay power, which can be used for forwarding PU's signal) in exchange for the reward (i.e. the spectrum access bandwidth which can be used for transmitting their own signals). PU needs to overcome a challenge how to balance the relationship between contributions and incentives for the SUs. We study the optimal contract design which consists of relay power and spectrum access bandwidth allocation. We show that the most efficient SUs will be hired by the PU to attend the cooperative communication. PU can achieve the same maximum utility as in the symmetric information scenario. Simulation results confirm that the utility of PU is significantly enhanced with our proposed cooperative spectrum sharing scheme.

주방 인테리어 재료의 연소시험에 관한 연구 (A Study on Combustion Test of Kitchen Interior Materials)

  • Nowadays, kitchen are not for the housewives who were independent themselves in the past but for the functional spaces. Kitchen spaces are not only the main function in the residence but also changing spaces which provide the mutual understanding communication between the family members. Although the primary function of the kitchen is food preparation, it is commonly a gathering spot for family and friends, especially if it includes an informal eating area. With so much time spent in the kitchen, and can easily become tired do the decorating scheme. But, for fear of high remodeling costs, it is often unchanged for many years. Surprisingly, there are many changes that can de made to the decorating scheme of a kitchen without either the expense or the inconvenience of remodeling. Between materials on the market, materials for kitchen interior were chosen for this study. Following results came from the materials after combustion. Among boards, MDF showed the highest score in these four categories; residual inflame time, residual glow time, carbonization length, carbonization area. Also, among finishing materials (interior materials), MDF + Poly Coating showed the highest score in those categories. Therefore, it seemed that interior materials need flame retardancy.

통일 후 북한지역에서의 토지소유 및 이용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Land Ownership and Use in North Korea After Uification)

  • Whereas previous researches on land policy after unification dealt with principally the problem of land confiscation under the communist reign, this research tried to propose a scheme of long-term land reform which was based on case studies on ex-socialist societies' experiences during their transformation, analysis on North Korea's institution related to land ownership and use. To reform North Korea's land ownership and use by the principle of market economy, North Korean should accumulate their commencing asset necessary for private ownership of land and housing. Therefore much focus should be put on the accumulation of the commencing asset at the early state of unification. On the extension of that line, the government of the Unified Korea should try to solve the problem of land confiscation by the communist party and land privatization in the region of North Korea. For the purpose, gradual land reform is more desirable than rapid one according to the case studies on ex-socialist societies. The government should avoid policies than can result in serious fiscal burden. Active participation of local government is highly recommendable in land tax and development. On the direction of land policy, this research proposed a four step long-term scheme of land reformation in North Korea. However, later researches should put more Korea. However, later researches should put more emphasis to the unification of land institution of North and South Korea which this research couldn't deal with sufficiently.

건강검진 일반수가 비선형가격체계간 이익비교에 관한 연구 (The Difference in the Performance among Non-linear Pricing Schedules in Medical Examination)

  • Nonlinear pricing abounds in practice because it is a potentially powerful pricing method to explore consumer surplus. The various forms of nonlinear pricing are feasible within a given industry. In this context, it is important for manufacturers and retailers to understand which nonlinear pricing scheme is appropriate to apply in their specific situation and which nonlinear pricing schedule is the most profitable in their market situation. Although the merits of nonlinear pricing are well documented, the attempt to apply nonlinear pricing in medical service has been relatively rare. The researcher aims to try to full this gap by applying a practice-oriented simulation model to health examination data. We compare the sales volumes among nonlinear pricing scheme such as n-block tariff, two-part tariff, and uniform pricing. We found that n-block tariff outperforms two-part tariff and uniform pricing.

반도체 FAB 공정의 효율적인 통제를 위한 생산 기준점 산출 알고리듬 (A Milestone Generation Algorithm for Efficient Control of FAB Process in a Semiconductor Factory)

  • Semiconductor manufacturing has been emerged as a highly competitive but profitable business. Accordingly it becomes very important for semiconductor manufacturing companies to meet customer demands at the right time, in order to keep the leading edge in the world market. However, due-date oriented production is very difficult task because of the complex job flows with highly resource conflicts in fabrication shop called FAB. Due to its cyclic manufacturing feature of products, to be completed, a semiconductor product is processed repeatedly as many times as the number of the product manufacturing cycles in FAB, and FAB processes of individual manufacturing cycles are composed with similar but not identical unit processes. In this paper, we propose a production scheduling and control scheme that is designed specifically for semiconductor scheduling environment (FAB). The proposed scheme consists of three modules: simulation module, cycle due-date estimation module, and dispatching module. The fundamental idea of the scheduler is to introduce the due-date for each cycle of job, with which the complex job flows in FAB can be controlled through a simple scheduling rule such as the minimum slack rule, such that the customer due-dates are maximally satisfied. Through detailed simulation, the performance of a cycle due-date based scheduler has been verified.
